The staff was amazing! So polite and helpful! The hotel room was clean and had plenty of space. I felt space traveling with just my daughter and myself. Breakfast had enough options and was convenient! The area around the hotel has plenty of dining options and a Publix for any last minute needs. Overall, I’d absolutely stay again!

I had to book two hotel rooms and it required double of the deposit like a temporary standard hold. I still have not gotten back my money! The hotel stated they released it the day of my check out and my babk said they did not release anything. I now have to wait for my bank to investigate this which may take 10 business days! I book often at hotel and I never experienced anything like this!!!!

The room wasn’t cleaned the day after our first night. We had a reservation for two nights. We had to go ask for clean towels and emptied our trash ourselves. The shower had something wrong with the heat setting, which it could turn scolding hot at any time. I kept the temperature nozzle close to the cold setting because it would change to scolding hot randomly throughout your shower. I notified the management as this was a safety hazard and I was concerned someone could be scolded by the hot water changes.

From someone who travels quite a bit, the overall stay was acceptable with the free breakfast being better than similar hotels. The Front Desk staff were very pleasant. Conveniently located to several restaurants as well. There was significant road noise in the am / evening. Towels are rough and I wished for better quality. Also, plenty of parking available, I would stay here again.

For the price, it was a steal regarding the iminities, comfort and location. I could throw a rock and hit the Wendy's or the gas station beside it and I didn't even have to get back out on the main hwy until I left for destinations. Staff was polite, helpful and very friendly and the continental breakfast was amazing! The room was VERY spacious, had all the basic NEEDED iminities, and the bed was amazingly soft! If was BY FAR the best hotel experience I've ever had and I would most definitely stay there again! Not one compliant!!!

It was off the road so traffic noise wasn’t an issue.

The only issue I have with the stay is that while I was out of the room for business, someone entered the room. I didn't have anything of value left in the room but clothes, since I have been traveling for business for years. All it looked like they did was reset the room. The window shade was moved and tv was turned off. But when they entered and saw my bag they should have left the room.

We booked a last minute overnight here during a road trip. The hotel was very nice and clean - the only complaint was a hair on the shower floor along with a crack in the shower tub. Breakfast was excellent, and offered several options including healthier choices that most hotel breakfast's don't (egg white omelet and turkey sausage). We would definitely stay here again!

It's been 5days and I still hvnt. received My $150.00 deposit. I'm pissed upset and feel Ya'll are serious Stereo typing Ur guests. Bills are Here and Ya'll are still holding My $150.00 deposit. I asked her why so hi I never had to pay that much. It's always been $25.00 to $50.00. I guess ya'll only want rich people in ya Hotel huh? She said it's that high due to renovations. We had an event to attend in Flowery Branch and another in Buford. The location was convenient for both events. The hotel was tucked away from the road, so we never heard any road noise. This hotel is located just off of the 985 with great access to Lake Lanier! The staff is incredible, from Jason to Jade to Juan who makes incredible breakfasts every morning! Not your typical Holiday Inn!!!

Overall, there was good sanitation and hygiene. Even though the rooms were available, the manager would not allow us to check in thirty minutes early. He expressly stated that this was because we booked through a third party, and he allowed other people to check in early. I wish we had known about this policy beforehand and felt really embarrassed.

The pool wasn’t open and we were never told that and that was the only reason we booked a hotel. We also asked for a late checkout and it was granted and then in the morning we were called and told to get out because checkout was at 11am and were told they don’t do late checkouts.

On the map, this property looks as though it is conveniently located. It is anything but. There are no good restaurants nearby. The nearest full-service restaurants are a minimum 15-minute drive on major roads. Speaking of roads, the road noise at this property is absolutely staggering. They should pass out ear plugs as they do at properties that are near railroad tracks. To top all this off, we had to call hotel staff at 1:30 in the morning to get the people above us to stop making such incredible noise. We've never heard anything like it at any hotel where we've ever stayed. We are FREQUENT travelers. Although you can't blame hotel staff for the noise above you, you certainly can hold the hotel itself responsible for the conditions that allow noise to travel that "well" through the floors. The noise was similar to jack hammering. It would have been horrific at any time of day, but at 1:30 in the morning it was obscene. And, even on top of that, at 6:00 in the morning, after getting very, very little sleep, the alarm clock went off in our room. Clearly, a previous occupant set the alarm. Hotel staff need to check this during every cleaning for new occupants. It might not have been so horrible if we had been able to sleep during the night. Worst night's sleep in a hotel. Ever. If you're looking for a place to sleep, eat at a nice restaurant, and enjoy the sounds of nature, this ain't it! On a positive note, breakfast was excellent and staff were uniformly friendly.

My transportation broke down and was unable to get to this location for that night. Tried to change my stay to a credit to use the following week and was charged for the room any way. Poor ass customer service. I stay 3 nights a week on the road. Will never stay at a Holliday Inn ever again. Not too happy with Hotels.com for not getting it done for me.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working so I went and asked for a fan and they gave us a whole new room. I was super impressed.

Booked for a double suite for the weekend with the family and my room was changed to standard room without my authorization and no call no notice. Very disappointing and sad.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, that very important to me. Good food and everything we needed was walkable if need be. They were helpfull even when i needed to check out early do to a family emergency. I would definitely go back

When booking the location should notify/advertise they are under construction. There was a smell and trash all over the hall floors from construction. was asked to move because of plumbing. There is only elevator, was expecting a better facility for the price paid per night. Styed in one of the new model rooms and 110 plugs are limited still beat heat/air unit, bathroom was small and tight.

They are renovating the hotel and we were not advised of this. The bedside lamp in our room was broken and when I complained was told there was nothing that could be done. Seemed under staffed. some rooms across hall from us were kept empty. Breakfast was good. Would not stay here again. Sign seemed to be that they were proud to keep hotel open during renovation.

Stay was good, Booked a Queen Suite and from what I was told the manager changed it since he felt I didnt have enough people to fill the room I guess. Never got a clear explanation as to why my room was changed to a regular room 2 queen room.

Before i was able to checkin i fell because handicap access was not marked and blended with sidewalk. Ended up at urgent care as a sprain with possible fracture. Also no sleep due to thin walls and noisy guests throughout entire stay the whole night.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had to get up.very early for a gymnastics meet, and noticed that there were a lot of loud bikers at the hotel. We asked for a quiet room upon check in, and the desk clerk kindly moved us to a quiet section of the hotel that was also newly renovated. We slept well , and the breakfast was good! If we ever need a room in Buford again, we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. When I first arrived I was placed in one of the older rooms, and as I was unpacking the guests in the next room were inappropriately loud during their "private time." This continued for over an hour and a half, until I finally called the front desk to explain the embarrassing situation. Thankfully, they were able to move me to another floor, which was one of the newly renovated rooms, and my stay was pleasant and quiet from that point forward. The breakfast was satisfactory and the room was cleaned during my stay, which I appreciated very much.

Front desk clerks were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean considering the facility was under renovations. Housekeeping was good. The only disappointment was the daily breakfast. Most of the food was over cooked. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls were burnt on the bottom.
