We didn’t like that the front lounge tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. You don’t always want to sit in the room and watch tv. The staff was very friendly and we received texts asking how was our stay going. We definitely will be staying again!

ES THEY ONLY COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY TWO DAYS. ALSO, THE LINEN HAD SPOTS ON THE PILLOW CASES AND WE MADE NOTE OF IT ONLY TO RETURN AND FIND NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. FINALLY THE PIOL WAS CLOSED ALL THE DAYS OF OIR STAY. WHICH WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

When we arrived they didn’t have the right room that I reserved then give us a room with a king bed with no pull out mattress then went back to the front desk gave us another room which my sister stepped on a piece of glass that was never cleaned up smh

The people that greeted us at the front desk were amazing! They told us off some great places to eat and always greeted us with a smile and kind words! The rooms were extremely nice and clean! I was very pleased with the Hampton and will stay there again!

The property itself wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were pretty decent. The customer service was excellent food wasn’t too bad either. I mean it was the free breakfast and I enjoyed it. It’s right by the mall which is convenient. I didn’t like that the tub in our room had permanent stains in it. I initially thought the tub was dirty until I cleaned it and realized they were stains to the tub that should’ve been fixed or the tub should be replaced.

Location Poor customer service, I put my card on file for $100 incidentals and they charged me $500 because I blow dried my hair and it set off a vaping detector and front desk Dana accused me and husband of smoking in the room. I tried to explain I was blow drying my hair for a wedding and the room did get smoky because the bathroom did not have ventilation, she didn’t want to hear my explanation and said a blow drier would not set it off and said charges stands as is, not to mention I am 8 weeks pregnant so I won’t be smoking or around smoke in general.

The upkeep of the property needs some TLC. You can tell that the property is older. The doors had chips on them like they were broken into. The furniture was pretty old it was dirty. The tub had markings on it which was also an indication of it being older. The customer service surperb though.

The stay was just okay. We were roght next to the elevator which banged loudly everytime it was used. It made it very hard to go to sleep. It also started very early in the morning. The elevator was also slow to close and had an expired service slip. Hosue keeping also came early which after being woken up over the night was frustrating

We stayed for about 4 days here. It’s super convenient to shopping and the Georgia Mall and many restaurants. The hotel is a remodel and they did a good job. We had our dog with us so I saw garbage here and there in the parking lot from probably hotel guests and I even saw a condom for 2 days till I finally just picked it up with gloves and tossed it myself into the doggie station trash can. Other than that we would definitely stay there again. I also wanted to mention that the hotel and our room was very clean and for me that is super important. We would definitely stay there again.

For our room, it was decent, however, there were some cracks/flakey areas on our room ceiling. While the bathroom itself was quite spacious, the actual counter space was pretty small. Housekeeping is upon request, and you need to let them know you’d like to have it before 9am. Overall, we had a pretty good stay and would likely come back again.

This was my first time staying a Hampton inn in GA and I can tell you the night guy was great and the room was so clean and love the soap and shampoo in the bathroom and that they are free of stuff good for you like that better then the little bottles of stuff. It was peaceful and comfortable beds

We travelled here for a wedding. When we came in that evening to shower, the tub was very unappealing. It was old and very worn...poorly caulked around the edges. The floor of the tub looked very dingy. Shower shoes were definitely needed. There was also hair in the tub in several areas as well as spots (particles) on the tile walls where once you splash with water, it came off. They didnt even attempt to clean the shower apparently. The sink also had brown stains where some liquid had dried that they did not attempt to clean either.
