Have stayed there numerous times and everything has always been good. Only negative thing I can say is the breakfast has been scaled down a lot. Not much choice.

The hotel was well stocked and prepared for a busy weekend. Had no issues with smells or noise.

There was someone(s) on my floor who was smoking marijuana and it permeated the hallway and my room. The smell went away but I was awakened at 5:30 smelling it again. It was horrible

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly continental breakfast was good. Not necessarily Country Inn’s fault but there was paving being done on the road that it is on. Traffic was so bad that it was easily taking 45 minutes to an hour to go from the room to the main road. Ended up missing a big portion of the Stripers game we had tickets for due to not being able to get back to the highway. We were in town for baseball tournaments and ended up having to leave an hour sooner than we would have needed to because of the traffic delays in order to be at the field on time, which defeated the purpose of getting a room in the first place. There is only one way in and one way out as the street the hotel is on dead ends and it’s a high traffic area without roadwork. We tried to switch properties once we got there but Booking.com’s customer service was slow to reply so we ended up just having to suck it up and deal with it. All that to say if you’re planning a stay here in the next few weeks be sure to call ahead and see if they’re still paving the road there.

The front desk staff members was extremely nice and professional There was no real veiw from the room, but overall that was a minor issue.

Very clean room and property, nice indoor pool, great breakfast, nice staff, and plank floors, not carpeted, which is great! I always choose a hotel that does not have carpet in the bedroom!

The adults did not eat at the Hotel. I only assume the younger ones may have eaten. Everything was fine. No complaints at all.

Hi...when we entered the room...220...we were amazed how spacious it was...but when we opened the curtains...our view was the blockage of the overhang of the carport drive...so no view...and then later that evening while trying to relax...laying in the bed...I smelled cigarette smoke...our room was directly over the smoking area of the hotel...horrible...because I'm not a smoker...

We didnt stay for Breakfast. Had to be at Northside for surgery at 5 am The pipes had severe rust from the commode and the bed squeaked when you sat on it. Any move you made.it squeaked

The breakfast was good it had a good variety for a quick breakfast no fresh cooked food everything was heat and eat ,toaster or microwave except the waffles the hotel staff was under you the entire breakfast like they thought you were stealing food or something it was quite ridiculous, this is not a kid friendly hotel they were irritated about kids being kids ,not a fan of this hotel

The bed was hard like a brick. Had a king size bed with flat twin size pillows. You could hear everything going on in the halls and rooms next door. The bathroom wasn't cleaned had hair all in the shower. We had basically two sheets as cover.

One staff member was rude to me about my service dog and tried to tell me I couldn’t bring the dog into the breakfast area. He actually said he didn’t care about any federal laws because the hotel had their own rules. After looking at the pet policy, he conceded and let me take the dog to breakfast. The floor in the also hadn’t been swept and mopped, but the rest of the room was very clean.

For me to stay there again, I'd have to find it to be the best deal by about $30, so I could plan on getting breakfast somewhere else for my family.

The parking is very safe and located close to building, very well lit. Rooms were very clean and well stocked. Bring an extra blanket, the covering on bed is quite thin. Besides that, very comfortable. Breakfast was ready and fully stocked before the posted serving time. Plenty of options for even the pickiest eaters. Coffee was fresh and available all day. All in all, it was a great stay. Would highly recommend!!

The only negative things I can say is that our bathroom had no hand soap yet it had a shower cap and facial wipe so it looks like it was just not replaced. Also the shower wall didn’t look like it was cleaned before we got there (nothing too bad though). Overall the room was still very clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Mattress was lumpy and pillows were small (standard) for a king bed.The upholstered chair smelled as though someone had urinated on it.The handle on the toilet was broken.

We had a stopped up toliet I noticed the front desk they were there with in minutes to fix it. They were quick and in and out of the room in minutes.

Overall it was good, just not excellent.

check in was ok. Hotel needs renovations asap. There us alot of patchwork going on. Our room was ok until after cleaning and settling in we noticed the bathroom ceiling was apparently leaking before. water stains and bubbling paint down the walls. We go mention to front desk Easha and she was very dismissive. She immediately said we don't give discounts and refused to send someone up to look. Asked to have a mgr, she said will get bk to us. Later she said can offer another room only to inconvenience us from having to pack up everything and reclean another room to move and still nothing to accomodate the inconvenience. My thing is if cleaning people are in & out, I am sure they were aware of the terrible ceiling and wet walls, but yet you still gave us that room.

Overall the property was okay. It could use some renovations. The pool didn’t look very clean.

I did not like the last minute notice of a “green fee” that was sprung on me at check in and could not really be explained as to what it is.

I was surprised with $100 additional deposit on my credit card. I felt profiled and my wife was not please at all. Would i ever come back? No way in Hell!! Breakfast was not pleasant and some of the pop tarts tasted old. Like the management purchased this at a discount place like and old warehouse. We need to be treated better than this. Last time I show up there.

Very nice place to stay in the Atlanta suburbs. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is clean and well-maintained. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the Atlanta area. Just prepare for traffic, but that’s the case anywhere in the area.

Everything was good ! There was a slight issue with kids loudness in the morning but overall had a great stay ! Very convenient!

Everything was great except the Smakl TV.

Overall the stay was okay. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was inoperable. This was main reason I chose this location for my children to swim in our down time. Has I known it was not in operation I would have chosen a different hotel. Perhaps there should be a way for hotels to identify when their amenities are unavailable before booking.

It was easy check in, quiet and a nice sized suite for my family of 4.

Cons. I stayed at this hotel 2 days in December but their continental breakfast has very limited choices.

Comfortable beds

Our stay at Buford, Ga was a great visit in a nice area, except for rush hour traffic. Lanier Lake and Dam area was beautiful and Bowman's Island made for a fun hiking day. Loved the food at Rico's and Twisted Oar so we are looking forward to another visit to this area.

It was one of the best stays I've had. The rooms were very clean and modern. Everything worked and the check in and check out was quick. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel and staff

Many people that stay here smoke weed. The smell is very poignant. Our room's thermostat did not work, so we had to switch rooms.

After I left, I was bombarded with accusations of stealing items! Seriously? I was treated with such disrespect when all I wanted was some clarification. Instead of assistance, I was immediately accused of theft! The staff only offered apologies to their corporate office, but where was my apology? I was the one who endured harassment and degrading treatment during phone calls—completely unacceptable! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place that values its guests instead of harassing them. This experience has left a lasting bad impression, and I will also be avoiding any Choice Hotels in the future!

The young lady at the desk was very nice and courteous. The room was clean. The main reason I chose this hotel was the laminate flooring in the room. I don’t like carpet in the rooms because it’s usually dirty. The main complaint was the bed was terrible. It felt like the mattress was on top of concrete blocks. Also, the carpet on the 4th floor hallway was very dirty and needed shampooing.

They told us that they would give us clean towels after 2 days instead of three. So we never got the clean towels. Maybe they'll give us Credit to come back when we come again! And because we left at 5am this morning, I asked them to email me a receipt. Thank You!

The Beth room without shampoo, no shower gel have a small soap. The noisy AC never stop even reach the temperature setting…

Overall it was a good stay, clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast setup and selection. My only complaints were that my room was right by the elevator and ice machine so there was some noise but not too bad and my second key did not work. Smooth check in and check out as well.

Looks they did some updating since our last visit, which was some time ago. It is very tastefully done. Gives it a more modern, bright look. My only complaint was our room location. I ALWAYS request a room that is not too close to the elevators or ice machines. We were right next to both. Went to the front desk and asked to be moved. I was told that the hotel was quiet and there is little elevator traffic at night. Totally not the case. It was a horrible night sleep. That morning, I wanted to get our room changed but my husband said the hotel is not crowded and it should be fine. Needless to say, it wasn't. It was worse than the night before. Is it the hotel's fault? In some respects, yes. However, I am just as much at fault for not being more persistent in getting the room changed upon checking in. That will most certainly NEVER happen again. Pillows are awful. Shower was great. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff is nice.
