Room layout was great. Free breakfast was good. The kitchen was handy. The shower was dirty. There were different lengths of hairs on the shower wall. It was disgusting.

I went to the front desk to request a room change. While the new room did not have ladybugs or visible stains on the sheets, the comforter had multiple brown stains. I called the front desk again to request a replacement comforter, but unfortunately, the second one provided was also stained. Overall, I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel.

very nice stay but must mention the lovely service of the receptionist Kelly. Kelly was there when we arrived, so helpful, cheerful, friendly & professional and was also there for our departure the next morning. What a shining star! This property may have been nice 10 years ago, but it is tired and worn out and way overpriced. The carpet transition was threadbare with the nails poking through, the blackout curtains were moth eaten with holes everywhere, the couch looked like a cat had torn up the sides. The toilet had a leak and dripped all night. I had to close the door so I could sleep. I was very uncomfortable staying here and checked out after day 1 of my 3 day reservation. This hotel needs a full renovation and should be embarrassed to charge what they charge for a night’s stay.

We stayed at Residence Inn for 5 days, 6 nights while I was taking a licensure exam. It was the perfect place for me to study- it was quiet and the room was conducive for study. There’s a lot of space. The room even has a kitchen to prepare food. We had a lovely time.

Room was really beaten up (scratches on the walls and furnitures, mold on the bathroom), dirty (spider webs and hair), and smelled very bad (during the first days it was musty and on the last day it smelled like sewage)

I had to flush the toilet 5-6x before it cleared, shower curtain should be replaced, the furnitures are old, overall it's clear to see that everything is worn out and the place is in need of a new look, staff was approachable and friendly.

Great place, great staff, it’s definitely getting tired. The most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. We tried to pull it out to sit on mattress directly, and it had lots of crumbs, dirt so we sucked it up. Great room none the less just in need of TLC.

The first after check in we entered our room because it was on the first floor I checked the windows and one lock was broken. Front desk called maintenance and they fixed it. Shower/bathroom in need of repair. When asked for new set of towels on day two front desk was still washing them. They instead gave us pool towels.

The two bedroom suite was spacious with two bathrooms. I would have preferred one bedroom with double beds but both only came with one bed each (king and queen). Overall the stay was good.

Room was not properly clean. Elevator was out of order whole day. Supervisor need to check after employee done cleaning. Kitchen sink is stuck, taking long time to clean anything. If you move curtains, the windows are super dirty. Please fix this for better quality.

Property is conveniently located close to the mall, target, chik fil a, Starbucks and several other eateries. Parking is free. The pool was closed unfortunately but the continental breakfast was great!

I always had the do not clean door tag up the day before I was scheduled to leave I was out and came back to find the cleaning staff cleaning my room when I still had all my stuff around. I got an email from the hotel that day saying why do I still have items in the room they have me as I should be checking out. Then another email shortly followed saying oops sorry we got it wrong. She had some items and threw them out as well.

I expected Marriott Bonvoy property to be on par with the rest of there hotels. This hotel was a dump at best Rooms air conditioner did not work and they would not move us to a different room or reduce our rate. Bathtub was backed up. Pool was not open. Outdoor patio fire pit was not open. Gas fireplace in lobby was not open. Coffee tea water advertised in lobby was not available. There was very sketchy ppl staying at the hotel like it was there residence and they looked homeless I will never stay in this location again

It was awful. The room was unusually humid and smelly. The bed was lumpy. I would not have minded the fact that the couch sagged so badly that no one could sit comfortably if only the bed was comfortable. At least we deserved a comfortable bed.

Cons: We weren’t informed ahead of time that the pool was closed due to renovations or the roof would be worked on. Upon check in we were told roof work would not affect us. Every morning we were woken to banging on the roof. We asked for another room & were told the hotel is sold out. Our stay was 5 nights. It was incredibly irritating to pay for sleepless mornings. Our room was never cleaned. We asked on day 4 to have our linens changed & were told we needed to schedule cleaning the day prior. Trash was never removed for 5 days. Phone was broken so we had to go to the FD for any requests. I would not stay again.

Location was great, lots of eateries nearby and central to all activities we had planned. Hotel itself needs updating. Carpet was lifting and stained throughout. One of the bathtubs was crusty so our family of four stuck to one tub though we had two. One of the beds was not made properly, no sheet on the bed yet two fitted sheets left in the closet almost like we were expected to make own beds. Pool was out of order. Breakfast options were lacking but enough for light eaters. All in all, I wasn’t expecting much surprised that the price was so steep for such hotel

We showed up the first night and all was well. We went to go to bed and felt a very cold draft coming from an open window. We were on the first floor thus giving us a reason to truly worry. The hotel staff would not come and fix it until the next day. I had to do it myself. The bathroom had mold on the tile and had a constant drip which dripped out into the floor which your feet would get wet every time you would go number two.

What a nightmare of an experience! We booked a suite a month prior to arrival. As an Bonvoy member we were also offered early checkin. Upon arrival at the property at 2PM, not only were we told our room was not available, we were told the property was overbooked and they did not have our suite available, nor any other rooms. We were told to come back to check availability. We called a couple pf times and were told same thing. Three hours later we came back to the property and were told same thing. We are now at a point worrying our family will have to sleep in our vehicle. 7:30pm and a suite suddenly became available. Leaks in the ceilings, dirty showers, stained sofa. A scary and nightmarish experience.

Stayed at many Residence Inns in the past, but we could not get anyone to fix the coffee maker in our suite, tried 4 times over 3 days-phone, in person at the desk- nothing got action. Fitness room flooded from the pool making it unusable. The value proposition for this hotel is to have a working kitchen and they failed

I had a family emergency and had to cancel 1/2 of my reservation. All Hotels were sold out that weekend so re-booking my room was 100% guaranteed but the GM decided to deny my request, as well as, the request from Hotels.com to provide a one-time courtesy. Real nice how they treat good customers who had an unforeseen family emergency

The room was dirty and dingy. Water stain on ceiling near broken smoke alarm! Understaffed during sold out holiday weekend. Door knobs were off a couple of doors, broken towel rack, small hole on ceiling. Customer service less than mediocre! Rates were outrageous for this type of service.

The service was terrible. The front desk who greeted us was rude. She asked for our credit card for incidentals but never told us how much. When I asked she goes “it’s just $20” which wasn’t the point. She should of said that prior to asking for the card. We asked for extra pillows at the desk and she said they would send them and never came. I called for extra pillows and never came. Then I went down to ask for pillows when my food was delivered and it never. Service needs to do better. The hotel was nice and the bed was super comfortable. There was also water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen area.

Good hotel in need of some repair. Much room for improvement. When we booked the hotel it was made clear that our room would be serviced every other day for an extended stay which was fine. Unfortunately, after being there three days we had to request service and the towels we requested were never delivered. Out of a 9 night stay our room was serviced only twice. Used the fitness room everyday, some days they had towels, others they did not. No disinfectant wipes or spray and one day, no trash can. Monitors missing on all equipment. With a little bit of effort this could be a great place.

Sketchy looking people and I did not feel comfortable really. Our room also overlooked a small courtyard with fire pit and a bunch of people sat and smoked and talked there both nights… not only did the sound bother us and keep us awake but drive my dog nuts too.

There is some issue between the staff and management it seems. I stayed there for 2 nights, not for one day were the linens changed even after repeated requests. I had asked for additional Yoel and blanket , got none. For the first time saw no telephone in a room to make a call to reception. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

First the good points: 1. Afternoon lady at reception was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and smooth. 2. The condition of the lobby and eating area was up to Marriott standards. 3. The breakfast buffet was very good. Now the bad points: 1. Overall property cleanliness was terrible. When we arrived there was garbage everywhere. Garbage bags left in the hall ways, outdoor trash cans overfilled, broken open bags of food lying around the property with seagulls feeding on the garbage. I advised the front desk twice over two days and nothing was done. It was only on the Monday morning after we were leaving that they had someone finally cleaning things up. 2. We were staying in their King suite which is a nice large room with an open concept. We have stayed in these rooms at other Residence Inns and really enjoy the layout and comfort. Right when we opened the door we noticed and stale odour and even after turning on the lights the room was very dim. The couch and carpet were old and ripped up. The furniture and cabinets had many scrapes. The refrigerator had about 5 or 6 dents in the door. Overall this room was well beyond "tired" and in my view should not be used until it is brought up to Mariott standards.

Paid $1800 but by means property was worth that much. Showing leaked sealing. The flooring was sticky, the washrooms clogged easily, the ceiling showed leakage spots, not enough utensils for 5 people in a two bedroom suite.
