We received a warm greeting. So helpful. So many amenities. Great little Bed and Breakfast in a historic home. Fun neighborhood. Many options to eat nearby.

Conveniently located. Check in was very easy with regular communication. Very pleasant stay and a nice convenient breakfast with a good assortment in the morning. Very nice renovation to a stunning older property. Only downside was creaky floors and doors on the armoire in our room (Millard Fillmore Suite)

Absolutely lovely, quaint inn that was clean, quiet. The breakfast was perfect, yogurt, fruit, bagels, scones, juice and coffee

This was the most unique stay I’ve ever had. Completely hands off from the hosts (unless you need anything which they are only a call away) Feels like it’s your home while you stay.

The Inn is close to the town which is a plus! Highly recommend it.

Just about everything was wonderful. It is an impeccably restored historic property that transports you to the heights of Buffalo’s history. It feels like home; the staff are present yet unobtrusive, and the host shares wonderful stories about the house and the city. Everything was great.

Nothing but great things to say about the InnBuffalo. We stayed there for a mini-getaway for valentine's, and the hotel added some very lovely touches, to help us celebrate, with some bubbly on ice and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room at check-in. The Inn and our room was exactly how its pictured on the website. The staff were very friendly and accomodatong. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The billiards room on the lower level was a amazing. Next time I come to Buffalo, I'll be staying here for sure. Its in a great walkable neighborhood with some nice restaurants ans shops.

Hidden gem in great neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and we mostly interacted with them in the morning during breakfasts. I personally felt like home, late night snacks, decent breakfast, fruits, espresso machine, microwave, even robe and slippers were available! It was super quiet and cozy. Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
The Buffalo official ambassodor providing an historical introduction to the building and the city was really nice. The Buffert breakfast was 'Meh' but everything else was exquist
- 5/5
From the moment I walked into the foyer, I knew this was a hidden gem!! The fireplace was crackling in the study. Plenty of snacks and drinks in the cafe which was set up so beautifully. Molly came to greet me and show me around. My king room was very clean and the antique furniture was gorgeous. Bath was fully updated and beautiful. A truly beautiful boutique hotel.

- 5/5
Beautiful property. Building had lots of charm. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Highly reccomend.
- 4/5
The studio we reserved was in the basement. Complimentary beverages were available but we did not learn that until we were leaving the next morning. So better communication.
- 5/5
This inn was beautiful! So many beautiful rooms and the basement billiard room was amazing. The owner was so kind and greeted us warmly. It was close to Buffalo State where we dropped our daughter off and was close to shopping and dining options.
- 5/5
Very clean. Beautiful place to stay.
- 5/5
Very pretty and comfortable lodging. Wonderful breakfast
- 5/5
It was a new experience for me- staying somewhere that seemed to be totally self- running. No staff greeted you, you didn't see people doing thing, but like little fairies rooms would be cleaned, food popped up and was switched according to time of day. It made it feel like you were in your own home and with ample space to hang around outside of your room, it became like that.
- 5/5
The former home is a marvelous taste of Buffalo from five decades ago. Magnificent restoration!
- 5/5
I didn't know much about Buffalo or its charming neighborhoods, but I am so glad I stayed at InnBuffalo. Proprietor Joe and hostess Molly were so welcoming and spent time with the guests during the morning breakfast service. I booked the smallest room in the Inn, but it was perfect for a single or a couple. The bed quality and linens were superb, and I slept quite well both nights. Around the corner is the Lexington Co-op for outstanding fruits of the season and snacks, which could be store in the in-room refrigerator. The Inn provided filtered water and plenty of Keurig capsules for morning coffee. Breakfast scones were delish, the coffee strong, and juices fresh. Best of all, the front porch is huge and welcoming. Both evenings I sat outside and made new friends while we sipped wine and shared stories. Walking the Elmwood neighborhood is a treat: Talking Leaves Bookstore next to a coffee shop, across from the Bidwell median where a Farmer's market occurs every Saturday morning. In the other direction, find Iron Tail Tavern, an elegant bar and restaurant service delicious tapas-style small plates and entrees. I had the stuffed peppers appetizer, and it was enough for my dinner meal. Would love to come back and stay during the holidays.

- 5/5
The staff is very kind. I received such a warm welcome. The property is beautiful and my room was just perfect.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience. Owner stopped by our table at breakfast. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
All good except the bathroom situation. I did not like the fact that we had to go down the hall to use the bathroom. Everything else was fine.
- 5/5
In the morning, we had warm scones and a healthy parfait with home made granola. We will be back for sure!
- 5/5
The property was beautiful, and the hosts were welcoming.
- 5/5
One of the nicest Bed and Breakfast I've stayed in. Beautiful place in a great location
- 5/5
It would be great to maybe have a different snack out for afternoon and nights , not the same thing as breakfast scones and fruit.
- 5/5
Best services I’ve ever had. Got to meet the owner Joe and invite to their private billiards room in the basement which was a great way to end our stay.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the interesting history, the extremely comfortable bed and of course those delicious breakfast scones! Thank you!
- 5/5
This place is great. Huge rooms in a beautiful historic victorian home. I don't need a waffle machine and hotel pans full of overcooked bacon and eggs so I really enjoyed their simple but excellent breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.). Plenty of street parking. Pricing was similar to many of the local hotel chains and this place was way more charming. If I'm going to nitpick the mattress was a little firm for my taste, but you can't please everyone. As a bonus, there's a La Nova minutes just minutes away...
- 5/5
Excellent Inn
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time. The property is absolutely stunning and so well-preserved. I can't say enough positive things about our room and the amenities. It is also in a great location, walkable to all things Elmwood Village.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, great location, walkable lovely neighbor. Will definitely go back!!
- 5/5
My husband & I stayed here for a night on our way back from Canada before our flight home from Buffalo. The hotel is located on a quiet street filled with large beautiful old houses. We did not pay for a parking spot at the hotel however we had no issues finding street parking out front. The staff was incredibly kind when answering our phone call because we could not figure out how to use our key on the front door after we walked to dinner nearby! Beautiful outdoor spaces to sit on the porch or in the backyard as well as unique spots to relax inside including the basement pool table. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The stay included snacks and drinks that were free to grab in the evening as well as a light breakfast. For an old home, we also did not hear almost any noise from the other guests staying on our floor which was impressive.
- 5/5
Beautiful Inn! Very comfortable and clean!

Very impressed with InnBuffalo! Beautiful historic building, gorgeously decorated, with awesome architectural features and woodwork. I spent quite some time just walking through the building taking pictures. I loved my spacious 3rd floor room, the Charles Burchfield Suite. The thoughtful attention to detail from service to amenities is excellent and I really loved the breakfast options. Staff was really friendly too! I opted for off-street parking which was nice. I will definitely be returning!

Our room, in person exceeded our expectation. The bed felt great and the bathroom was outfitted very thoughtfully. It felt both cozy and private. The breakfast was easily the best complimentary meal I’ve had in my travels and much appreciated, a nice touch with the home made scones and parfait bar options. Staff were all friendly and helpful, you can feel how much care and attention is put into this inn operating the way it does.
