Reviews
The hotel is in a prime location with many restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues within walking distance. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, there are consistent complaints about the lack of on-site parking and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.

Nice room, clean, convenient location to why we were in town. However the recommended parking was off-site and about 2 blocks away. Having to walk that multiple times was a bit annoying.
- 3/5
Zero parking which was a huge expense we did not plan for. Their Breakfast was very basic and was not that great...milk was. The room etc was beautiful but the carpet was sticky socks or no socks.....really grossed me out. Absolute perfect location for shea's, plenty of places to eat but hang on to your wallet most are $20-$30 per person.

Great breakfast, clean room and great location
- 5/5
The Holiday inn downtown Buffalo is a lovely location it is centrally located near a couple restaurants near a open air cement event area where they have immense outside in the summer and the rooms are very nice and spacious the staff was helpful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious I would definitely recommend
- 3/5
No on-site parking available - had to park at a public parking lot at an additional cost. Room was ok, but we didn’t have enough towels and the phones in the room didn’t work properly, unable to contact housekeeping or guest services. The sofa bed was uneven, with the feet portion being higher than the head section and the mattress was too soft. Huge plus was the continental breakfast available in the morning.
- 5/5
Over all good, recommended.
- 4/5
They don’t have onsite parking but they provide great directions to a parking garage close by, we paid 20.00 to park overnight. Lastly, it’s very close to the trolley so you’ll hear it but it does stop between midnight and six a.m.Overall a good stay but some tiny nuances that might be helpful to know ahead of time. Enjoy your travels!
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and great to stay in!
- 4.5/5
The location is in downtown Buffalo so it was easy to get around. The staff was also helpful and friendly

Superb

The hotel is a bit worn, staff was very pleasant. Pressure vessel in the toilet was not working, sink tap kept running and the AC sounded like a gurgle jug of water. The air in the hallways was very stale in the morning - no fresh air movement. Overall give it a pass.
- 4/5
Overall it was a good booking, a little trash under bed, a little Trouble at first with our booking but, once we were set staff was amazing, along with security!!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No parking but we figured it out.
- 4/5
You have to park two blocks away in a ramp and pay.. my car got broken into while I stayed two nights broke my car door lock that was the biggest downside the property itself is fine. The breakfast is good for a hotel.
- 4/5
Great location and very helpful staff. Room a bit dated and musty smell but good value overall.
- 5/5
Nice room, good breakfast with many choices, no on site parking
- 4/5
Location, breakfast bar. Coffee station
- 0.5/5
The room I booked was not cleaned properly all the way and when I addressed it to the staff they made me clean it and their attitude towards my concerns were over looked.
- 4.5/5
Great hotel right in the entertainment district. Found street parking very close by and it was free on the weekend! Staff was very welcoming. A little bit pricey, especially with exchange rate to CAD. However, for the closeness to the venue and lack of stress it was worth it.
- 4.5/5
It was very comfortable and centralized to many amenities. I didn’t like the fact that I had to park in a garage 5 minutes away, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Clean basic hotel for a short stay.
- 5/5
Loved how the room was laid out our room was off by self with doors and bathroom had 2 doors one to bedroom and other to main bigger room. I had handicap room with walk in shower. Both rooms had a TV. My son could watch a different show then us. The water taste different. Needed a small table to put things on in bedroom. Other then that we really liked room.

Great stay!
- 5/5
On a business trip. Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants. there is an upscale Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. I did not try it, but it will be on my list for my next visit. The hotel is near hospitals and the Roswell Cancer Center which was an easy, safe and pleasant 20 minute walk. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit comfortable and pleasant.
- 4/5
Good location . Staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast was at times limited. They did not have or only a small quantity of joghurt . Eggs out to short off . The girl was very busy and trying her best . Orange juice was more water than OJ .

Great location
- 4/5
Hotel was decent, but the location is amazing. Worth it for that price. Only problem I had was friendliness of the staff.
- 5/5
Tony at the front desk was so professional and helpful with recommendations. He made sure we had a nice stay during our time in Buffalo. Clean and spacious room.
- 4/5
yes
- 4/5
Didn't get a chance to get breakfast because the bed was so nice!
- 2/5
When we talked with the staff, they were kind and helpful but the error occurred on the side of the hotel as two groups of people were checked into the same room. The hotel over all was fine and the staff we spoke to about the incident were nice as well. However, this should never have happened.
- 5/5
We were there for a concert at Town Ballroom which is two blocks away. Breakfast was good. Parking is a block away in a public parking garage.
- 3/5
Good breakfast. Good coffee. Rooms are a good size and comfy. No onsight parking.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Dirty room. Peeling paint and floor boards. Not deserving of the high rating.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Only complaint was the noise from the trolley.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 2/5
The biggest issue was the parking. The hotel description stated there was paid parking on-site, but there wasn't. When we arrived, the staff directed us to a lot that turned out to be completely closed. We ended up having to find a different garage, pay $22 USD, and walk 15 minutes back to the hotel pushing a baby stroller with all of our luggage. It was an incredibly stressful start to the trip adding to that it started to rain while we were half way there. Check-in was also handled poorly. The receptionist charged my card on file without even asking me first, completely ruining my plans to use a different card for the stay. The room itself was a nice suite, and the breakfast was decent. However, the bed was far too soft for my liking. Furthermore, because it was the weekend, the noise from a nearby club combined with the constant sound of the metro rail kept me awake most of the night (even though Buffalo itself seemed pretty quiet).
- 3/5
Staff were very nice but I don’t think there are enough of them; check in took 35 minutes. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. But clean and comfortable, fine for a short stay.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Great location
- 5/5
Needs a facelift but the place is clean
- 4/5
Great breakfast, nice big rooms!
- 5/5
good staff, breakfast was great
- 5/5
Affordable and convenient hotel in downtown Buffalo with a good breakfast provided and a spacious room.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was helpful and breakfast was fresh and delicious
- 4/5
Was a very nice place, the bed was comfortable and it was great to have a separate area from the bed that also had a tv. There is no parking at the hotel itself. On the weekend one of the streets has free parking if you can find a spot. As for the weekdays you would have to park in a parking garage.
- 5/5
Clean room ( a bit dated), staff was extremely helpful & breakfast was awesome !
- 5/5
Nice breakfast included as well.
- 5/5
Very well placed hotel for the theatre district in Buffalo as well as a few train stops down from where the Sabers play hockey. Great hotel and an awesome price!!
- 3/5
Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking
- 4/5
Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very close to the theatre where we got to watch Riverdance! Memorable experience.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Staff was horrible. No apology and they acted like it was our faul We were not the only ones this happened to and other guest were treated in the same manner NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY HOLIDAY INN
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
Easy and safe area to walk around.

Ok
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Larger than I expected. Quiet at night. Highly recommend!

- 5/5
Room was just as pictured a one bedroom suite, clean, quiet hotel, parking garage was 2 short blocks down from the property reasonable pricing well lit, for being in the city felt very safe, not a lot of dining options close by, breakfast had a large variety. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
yes there was alot nearby
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
Room was clean and lots of room, spacious.
- 2/5
Room had no blinds in bedroom, at nighttime it was still bright from all the outside lights.
- 4/5
Super friendly and curtious. Breakfast was awesome!
- 5/5
Great place! I will be back
- 5/5
The room was adequate. The living room TV didn’t work, but it didn’t affect me or my stay but let them know on checkout of the problem. Nothing too fancy, but it was perfect for attending a concert around the corner at Electric City. You need to park offsite but that two is a very easy walk and parking is super cheap. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was ok. A little dirty in bathroom and near base boards. Not particularly quiet pertaining to the rooms next door; could hear every word in the next rooms over. Linens were clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Noisy and the breakfast was lacking
- 5/5
Around greatWm
- 2/5
Wasn't impressed with the woman handing my check in. Elevator walls were disgusting. Disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
- 5/5
Great room and stay for the money.
- 4/5
The beds were extremely comfortable! Really the only bad thing is they advertised free parking on the weekend which is actually just street parking that isn’t allowed over night and the parking garage they send you to is two blocks away.
- 1/5
Our room was prepaid through Expedia. Upon checking in, the hotel required a credit card on file and charged $112.79. They said the charge was for “incidentals” and would release the funds upon checkout. Well… that didn’t happen. They took the full amount and it has posted to my account. I’ve reached out to the hotel and keep getting the run around. AVOID THIS HOTEL (unless you want to pay double for a room).
- 5/5
Staff were helpful during a fire alarm and kept people relaxed.
- 1/5
Staff was absolutely terrible
- 5/5
Clean room and staff are helpful
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Just very enjoyable stay.
- 1/5
This hotel is terrible. Their policies are ridiculous
- 4/5
Clean room. But in need of some some sprucing up. Door to room didn't close.
- 4/5
Staff
- 3/5
Staff very good. Hotel quite worn in parts; i.e getting random electric shocks from door handles and light switches. Food smell in room everytime fans active (food hall next door). Beds comfy and plenty of space in room/suite. Complimentary breakfast okay with fairly small choice. A fair price for what we paid considering nearby alternatives were more expensive and we were located near numerous bars and restaurants.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Beautiful room clean most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
- 1/5
When I checked out, I paid for my stay with a credit card at the front desk, but requested a receipt, which was refused. I was on a business trip, but without a receipt, I cannot settle the expenses. The hotel must immediately send me a receipt by email. If they refuse, I will not hesitate to sue them.
- 2/5
Room was dark. Fire alarm went off at 5 am.
- 2/5
Upon arrival the first room Ingotnto had not been cleaned or serviced. When I notified the front deak she told me thats why she doesnt like checking people in early with a clear attititude. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was sub par, even by holiday inn express standards.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly
- 1/5
Once inside, the room clearly wasn’t properly cleaned—there were other guests’ hair products on the floor, a hole in the door, and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you tried several times. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend.
- 2/5
Check in was terrible, keys didn’t work, staff barely batted an eye at me, rude staff, wifi was terrible, no option for early check in, parking too far away
- 5/5
Big, spacious room and suite. Excellent location
- 5/5
No parking is not a good thing
- 5/5
The room was great and spacious
- 5/5
Great service and great location
- 1/5
This has got to be the worst place I've ever stayed in , rude staff and no help what's o ever , I will never stay here again let alone a holiday in in the near future .. dirty room and parking is 2 blocks away
- 5/5
I cannot say how incredible the overall experience was. Would highly recommend
- 5/5
Great Stay All Around!!! Great Friendly Staff, Close To Everything AAAAA+++++
- 3/5
When we went at 8a for breakfast it was wiped out
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Rooms were large. Breakfast was good and very friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
There is no on site parking. But weekends there are two side streets right at the hotel free parking on the street. We got a spot close to the front door. There are garage parking options close by. Rooms are spacious well kept and clean. Breakfast was good but since they make a bunch of food it does sit a while so pretty hard to make it all fresh. They had two different omelets. Cereals yogurt sausages and turkey sausage. Fresh cinnamon buns. Bread, muffins. Tea and coffee and white milk as well as chocolate. Plus orange and cranberry juice. So a good cariety
- 3/5
They also had rattling pipes in the walls all night.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean room, however both bathroom door handles were broken, as well as the blinds.
- 5/5
Good Stay All Around
- 4/5
Staff very helpful. No parking on site, less than 5 min. walk to parking garage with a fee, $12 per day.
- 4/5
The room was very spacious and clean.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. Traveled with our kids and 4 grandkids. They had a great time
- 3/5
Eddy the front desk guy was great . Really helped me out and had alot of knowledge.
- 5/5
In town for a concert, staff very helpful with recommendations for travel and dining
- 4/5
Front desk was friendly just not very informative about the breakfast hours. Bathroom fan didnt work and fridge froze stuff
- 3/5
Room was big and heat worked great. Staff was friendly but not so knowledgeable on “things to do” in town or how to get around. Common areas clean. The walls are very thin. Heard every person walking past the door and full on conversation from room next door. The hot water did not work well. We had to turn the shower on for about five minutes to not have ice cold showers.
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Great room too!! Friendly staff, we would love to stay again. Thank you!!
- 1/5
I wan my refund?
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant, our suite was clean and well kept. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Always a great experience, decades of staying here
- 1/5
Front desk staff was incomplete and their communications resulting in billing issues Amenities wee in transition so no coffee pods available No sign in lobby for washroom to get key from front desk Overall poor with an I don’t care attitude
- 5/5
The front desk clerk. She and her glittering cowboy hat were awesome. The rooms we above average.
- 5/5
Mario was awesome! Good area. Easy to get to arena.
- 4/5
Staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was great - most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Only downsides were a limited breakfast (albeit typical in this price bracket) and the noise made by the close-by Buffalo Metro
- 1/5
There was a ton of hair in the shower and on the couch, the water took 10 minutes to get luke warm and never got hot, the kcup pods were decaf and tea, no regular coffee, and the deadlock screws were loose and it was almost falling off the door. Called ahead for an early check in, was told "check in will probably be around 2pm" sat in the lobby for an hour no check in till 2:50pm.
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing
- 3/5
Room required maintenance, and updating for the price.
- 2/5
Room was noisy.
- 1/5
When we got to that hotel, they apologized and said they told your hotel that they had called them six hours beforehand saying they had no rooms and they couldn’t walk people to their hotel This is absolutely ridiculous considering I’ve already been charged and I’m gonna pay for two hotel rooms that I couldn’t possibly get into Instead of just taking my feedback and discussing it at some meeting, can you please rectify this and give me my money back for Christ sakes
- 5/5
The staff, especially B.W. was wonderful and went above and beyond to see to our needs!
- 5/5
Everyone was phenomenal

Staff was warming and friendly!
- 3/5
We got to the hotel about an hour before check-in because we were heading to a football game. The woman behind the front desk told us we’d have to wait the hour, which I understood, but when I asked to use the bathroom to get changed, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She spoke under her breath about me, and when I asked what she said, she got defensive and told me she “wasn’t talking to me.” She also told me they “don’t check bags,” but I could “just leave them there,” which didn’t feel secure or professional. She wasn’t in uniform or wearing a name tag and seemed more like she was hanging out than working. Thankfully, we never saw her again, and everyone else at the hotel was wonderful. Still, that first encounter really set a bad tone for the start of our trip.
- 2/5
Did not have breakfast
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The staff made our stay an excellent experience. They were fantastic. The room was very large and comfortable. All in all, a very good experience.
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff, good breakfast
- 4/5
Very good location, staff was friendly and helpful and a pretty substantial breakfast offering which remained decently stocked even nearing the end of service time. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel itself seems a bit aged , but suited all of our needs for a family gathering and was appropriate for the price we paid.
- 5/5
Night staff was super friendly and welcoming! Rooms are spacious and comfortable
- 1/5
Hotel canceled our reservations at 6 pm the night of which left us with no downtown options in Buffalo. They were overbooked. They moved 14 guests to a location outside of downtown which moved all of our plans. Hotel office blamed us for not getting there at 3 pm to confirm room. We had our bags in their office at 1 pm. It was the craziest experience. Hotel didn’t seem to be in great condition and would never trust myself to stay there again knowing what they did to multiple guest who all felt stranded and confused how they would let this happened sold out or not.
- 4/5
Very close to metro station to travel (free) down to KeyBank Arena for Sabres games. Complimentary breakfast is fine for what it is. There is a good coffee place (over winter coffee) around the block for those who are after a real coffee. Staff are friendly and rooms very clean with daily service. Rooms are a good size with separate bedroom. If traveling as family with kids, would consider Niagara Falls as a more suitable location vs. Downtown if you are only visiting for Bills game.
- 5/5
Big suite comfy & well designed. Close in. Easy access to Theater District and all down Main to Canalside. Hreat comvention-going spoi. Plemty of room to store bikes in room. Good breakfast, same offerings every day
- 5/5
Very simple yet comfortable rooms
- 3/5
The complimentary breakfast is good with enough options to start the day.
- 1/5
Our room and we had to move
- 5/5
Clean, large room. Nice bed
- 5/5
It was a large room, with a nice king size bed. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. I also liked the location in the theater district, very convenient.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Greats staff, room was great bed was perfect. Many hard drug users outside
- 3/5
The room was next to the train, next to a road, and near the airport and there was nothing soundproofed, so it was loud for a lot of the evening. When I checked out, I was not asked a single question about our stay. Frankly, I felt completely dismissed. Normally this chain is really good, but our stay at this location is one that I will never do again.
- 4/5
I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds and I was told that this property only has King beds plus a pullout couch. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was clean, staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Perfect for what we were there for.
- 4/5
The hotel was well located and included a good breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. I think the hotel may need some minor maintenance, as towel holding rail was broken. But just minor things. I didn’t liked the parking. There is none on the hotel and you have to go few blocks to park
- 4/5
The bed was wonderful
- 5/5
It was conveniently located. Staff very nice and helpful
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Would stay there again. Suite was great, affordable and friendly staff. It was noisy at night but may be just the location. Breakfast was just okay but was fine. Could use a carpet update but it was clean and safe. Would recommend, especially if traveling with family the suite was perfect
- 5/5
Will definitely return
- 4/5
Decent room. Clean enough.
- 4/5
Good.
- 5/5
Con-couldn't park @ the hotel every night, but there was a garage 2 blocks away so not too bad
- 4/5
Walkable to attractions, good breakfast, elevators were broken for rhe last day and AC did not work for a day but everyrhing was fixed quickly.
- 4/5
No parking
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Great staff - great room - thank you
- 1/5
Dusty old and the smell is terrible, vent and dryer is not working
- 4/5
I was disappointed on my floor the hallway smelt bad. The front desk staff was not friendly or greeting. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The pancake machine was down. The man doing breakfast I asked for not French Vanilla creamer he states they were out until their delivery comes on Monday. They were out of cream cheese so he said, they had no yogurt. I went back down when breakfast was over to get a cup of coffee and there was a nice full bottle of French Vanilla Creamer. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me when I choose hotels so I was very disappointed to say the least. Other than that my stay was good.
- 5/5
Very nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a concert in the area. Close to the Venue and overall great stay. Nice room with a King Size Bed & Pull out Couch for Extra Guests.
- 4/5
The hotel is not sound proofed and I could hear the tram passing by and the music from the bars near by. Other thank that, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, gym was nice, staff was great. I would stay again, perhaps request an east facing room.
- 5/5
I loved everything workers VERY NICE!!!
- 4/5
Parking was a couple blocks away
- 3/5
Location in the theater district was nice.
- 5/5
We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. The only thing we didn't like no on site parking
- 5/5
Close to the theater district in Downtown Buffalo. Very nice clean room and the free breakfast was great.
- 4/5
Spent 4 nights on a business trip at the nearby Convention Centre. Easy walk. Room was great. Good location with nearby covered parking. Salish not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities unfortunately.
- 5/5
Nice weekend hotel. Love that all rooms are suites. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is decent.
- 4/5
Nice location, the room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was clean, staff members were pleasant, kind, and very professional. My stay here was very enjoyable.
- 4/5
Convenient to downtown.
- 4/5
Bathroom on main level wasn’t accessible
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, decent for price. Parking is two blocks away.
- 5/5
Very nice and classy.
- 5/5
😊
- 5/5
The hotel was lovely and super close to the Shea theatre where we had tickets for DWTS. Only issue is there is no parking on site so you have to drive a bit to park the car.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Parking sucks.
- 4/5
It was very loud with the tram which runs from 630am to midnight also parking situation is hard walking 5 min in the cold. The hotel would be perfect and I am aware they can't change where they are located. We will continue to come back when we need to go downtown for anything
- 5/5
Super clean property and room!!! The suites with the separated bedroom are a great change of pace compared to a traditional studio like room. Everything worked and was in great shape. Shower was great, talk about high water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
- 5/5
We’ll see you again!😊
- 4/5
My one huge complaint about my stay is that there was not any parking available for our stay. We had to park down the street in a parking garage and walk a couple blocks to the hotel and the parking cost us $20 to stay for the day and over night. There should be some paid for parking available or at least have our parking validated.
- 2/5
Will not be staying there again. I'd rather drive through Buffalo downtown than waste 200 dollars in a very mediocre and dirty hotel.
- 5/5
Larger room, comfortable bed, nice people at the front desk.
- 4/5
Didn’t enjoy parking offsite but otherwise enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Came for a Buffalo Sabres hockey game. Had a very enjoyable overnight stay.
- 4/5
Decent hotel close to Shea’s and restaurants. Free on street parking. Suites are spacious and clean. Bed is ok, could feel the center dip. Room was 84 degrees when we got in, luckily it cooled down quick, but couldn’t open windows at all to get cool air in.
- 5/5
Good location, nice rooms
- 5/5
Quiet, easy access for a concert at Keybank Center!! Will absolutely stay again
- 4/5
Every thing was good except for the fact there was not an onsite restaurant. You had to order from a restaurant and have food delivered to the hotel except for breakfast. Also, we were told that the shuttle does not transport customers to the airport. However the morning I left (4:30 am) I was asked by a shuttle driver, if I was going to the airport & was told the shuttle could take me. But, it was too late bc I had ordered an Uber. I had to use Uber bc since the driver was there waiting, I would have been charged for it even if I decided to ride the shuttle. Disappointed that I had been given conflicting messages regarding the shuttle. As I could have saved some money.

Great location near theatres

It wasn’t an issue but did not like that parking was offsite
- 4/5
Only thing i didn’t like is that parking is a block over and 2 blocks down. Parking is not affiliated with the hotel so you pay the lot directly.

From meeting Fabhia at front desk to the girl who brought fresh coffee this morning this staff continues to impress. I can’t wait to return. Great job folks and thanks for the chocolate milk at breakfast.

BW & Byron are two of the most accommodating and nice people that I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.

Location was great for going to the Keybank Centre. The rooms were so spacious with a separate living room, very clean and having all restaurants around was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Great location for a good price. The hotel itself is old and needs some upkeep, but honestly I was able to look past that. Walking distance to some great attractions and restaurants, as well convenient transportation w/ the subway rail being so close. I would certainly stay again, I just wish they would do some maintence to the hotel, it's old and you can tell it needs some love.

Hate when the key doesn’t work especially when there’s a line at check in

The only complaint I have is that there is no parking at the hotel.

Super close to Shea’s performing Arts Center to be able to walk to.

Very good.

Great location, great staff, breakfast decent. Our only issue was someone in the hallway near our room was smoking. You could smell it clearly as you were near the room.
- 5/5
It was very nice hotel, excellent room at a very affordable price. The one issue was having to park 2 blocks away, I did not realize this inconvenience until I checked in.

Hotel and staff were great. My only problem was the parking the parking is not on site and is to be paid for not ideal for returning to the hotel after a football game that ended very late having to walk to the hotel was not ideal

Great stay. Location was very convinient. Parking is only a few mins walks away. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Everything was great. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast. I highly recommend.

Room keys were an issue the entire stay. Were not working properly or opening the doors a needed.

I had requested an early check in and thought I was getting one. This did not happen. The person had the front desk was not very helpful as I was trying to now determine an alternate plan given my circumstances. The breakfast is great but the person in charge of cleaning the area uses windex to spray the tables. That is not a great smell as you try and eat your breakfast. Soap and water would work just as easily. The rooms are very comfortable. There is no on site parking and the parking garage is a few blocks away.

Room was not very clean, bed sheets had an odor.

Only issue was there was no information about how they don’t accept chime

Only gave 4 stars for service because I was waiting at the front desk for about 5 mins before someone came to help me check in. It wasnt at a weird time either, like 7pm on a Friday.
