They booked my room in the middle of a group of rooms with school students on a trip. They were running and screaming up and down the hallway. Jumping on their beds, slamming doors, banging furniture u til very late hours. The front desk came up but it didn’t help. Then first thing in the morning they were up again. Terrible management of room assignment. Do better.

We had a great stay! Wassem was so helpful at check in. Our room was very modern and clean. Loved the fireplaces and cornhole boards outside it was all very inviting. The drivers to the airport were also great.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hot-tub was broken and unusable. When we were there. We also booked on the assumption it was a free breakfast but the restaurant does charge. We would stay they again.

Overall this was a very nice hotel and a great stay. The woman who checked us in, I believe her name was Samantha, was very nice. My son loved it solely for the pool/hot tub. They had plenty of parking and the room was very comfortable and had plenty of towels/linens etc. the only issue -which wasn't even a problem- was the fact that I had to go behind the couch to plug the lamps in for light. Pool area was nice except not very ventilated, and the multiple sets of doors to the patio all said emergency exit. So unfortunately if you have asthma or any other kind of breathing problem it wasn't a great place to spend a lot of time. All in all it was a very nice stay

The room and hotel was clean and easy to get to, the bed was very comfortable, and there is a lot of parking. I liked the property, it was close to everything. However, I found the front desk daytime staff were rude, sarcastic, lacked customer service skills, and were unprofessional. I did not find this with the overnight front desk staff, only the day staff I encountered. Even though the hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located, I would not return to this hotel because it’s not worth the aggravation. There are many other hotels in the area with the same offerings, but with knowledgeable and respectful staff.

This is a wonderful hotel. A very nice lobby for meeting, eating and relaxing. Many were enjoying dinner and breakfast. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Beds and bathrooms were excellent. We enjoyed our daughter's graduation from Daemen thanks to all of you!

The room was amazing and spacious it met the needs of my family. The staff was nice. Breakfast was seasoned and delicious so was dinner. The hot tub was ok could have been cleaner pool was out of order but we were offered to use the pool at their sister hotel so that made up for everything. My kids enjoyed it and appreciated it very much.

The were amazing! So helpful and kind. They helped quickly when a group of baseball kids were in town and kept playing and running by my room. They understood and without hesitation changed my room. My tea/coffee pot wasn't working and they quickly got me a new one. They answered all of my questions with kindness and care. I did not get the in hotel food, but it looked and smelled great. Many restaruants around the area. Don't listen to anyone who says that Buffalo employees are not kind. They were the best I've had in the past decade!

Did not receive the paid room with a bathtub. Exorbitant pet fee of $75. Pool color was cloudy. No fresh toilet paper roll, entered room with a ¼ left had to call front desk.

A special thank you goes to the kitchen team and breakfast staff. The breakfast staff were friendly, and made sure everything was well-stocked and enjoyable.

Updated, clean and good amenities. I like more power in my shower, no in room safe and the auto close bathroom door was a bit of an experience, but otherwise no criticisms. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for two people, pool was great and there is an exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot on property and was well lit. Starbucks and McDonald’s are a 5 minute walk if you didn’t want to eat onsite at their restaurant. Good experience!

Must be newly renovated. The room was in great shape - clean and comfortable, nice decor. The lobby was fun, and easy to access food, and staff.

Excellent hotel in every way. Omelets and tomato basil soups best I've ever had. If you need a hotel at the Buffalo Airport (can walk there) I highly recommend it.

The breakfast orange juice was water and undrinkable so I had to purchase 2 bottles orange juice for 8 dollars on top of the 22 dollars I purchased breakfast for. We were woken up at 8.00 am by maintenance wanting to install a couch.

This hotel is great! The new remodel looks fantastic

You can walk directly across the street to BUF from this hotel, but there’s a shuttle. An annoyance that the room designer didn’t think through - you've got to open a low cabinet door one direction and then the mini fridge door inside opens in the other direction. This was IRRITATING in an otherwise VERY nice and well-designed room. I didn’t like that the bathroom door has a strong self-close feature. It was hard for me to open due to the self-close hinge, and I wedged my suitcases to hold the door open for the length of my stay.

Booked a room for my mom and so the kids could use the pool. The pool was so warm and clean. The staff were so friendly! The bed was comfy and the room was spotless!

We only stayed for one evening before flying out early the next morning, but it was a lovely hotel, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a big, warm inviting lobby. There is a Starbucks right down the road and the airport across the street. We took the free shuttle to the airport in the morning and it went smoothly: they also picked us up when we returned. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Hilton is always a good bet, and this one did not disappoint. Will definitely return next time we are flying out of Buffalo!

It was saposta be a top of the line hotel but the breakfast was awful. There was bugs in the breakfast bagels and muffins also there was a terrible smell in my room

Room was a very good size. One swivel chair one armchair, good size tv, very good curtain system. I was impressed.I stayed there with my 15 year old daughter and felt safe and comfortable. Room had a king sized bed.

Although the shuttle drivers, the waitresses, and even the cook were friendly and helpful, the front desk clerk who checked us in was not. He just wanted to speak his mind and be done. He probably shouldn’t be meeting the public.

The room was very throughly cleaned. Lots of space in the room we got. Location was convenient. Bring right across from the airport you would think it would be louder but you couldn’t even tell. Would recommend to anyone. Food in either direction. 30 mins from Darien Lake

All staff were polite. The hotel was quiet and updated. Room was comfortable. Parking was easy. The shuttle was timely. There is a small bar and ample seating. I left prior to breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Very convenient.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hallways, room, lobby were spotless. The room was very comfortable. The dining options were excellent and well priced. Very glad I chose this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The GM was there and has a great sense of humor and rapport with his staff. The breakfast and other meals were delicious. The cook was very friendly. Great bar as well. We loved the pool and hot tub.

Aside from that, our overall stay was good. On the morning of checkout, the chef in the lobby did something amazing for my kids. They wanted hot chocolate, but there were only two Swiss Miss packets left and I have three children. He went out of his way to bring us hot water and find a third packet so all of them could enjoy it. I truly appreciated this, especially since the day before my kids had been told that there was no hot chocolate available. We’ve stayed at several Hilton locations, and unfortunately, our housekeeping experiences have been consistently below expectations. However, I want to highlight the kindness and thoughtfulness of the chef, which made a big difference to us.

Wonderful front desk staff. Friendly and informative. The pool is gorgeous, clean and plenty of towels. We changed hotels in the area so we could use the pool. Breakfast was not included, not a game changer but would have been nice. Quiet property across the road from the airport. My young niece was concerned about hearing planes all night. We didn’t hear a single one. Overall though,clean, quiet, up to date and convenient we had a great stay!

Right across from the airport. We didn’t fly we just looked for something in the area we wanted to visit. The lady at the counter said the mall wasn’t great but my wife and kids loved it and I went golfing

The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was very punctual and pleasant. We traveled from Miami to Buffalo to go to the concert Laufey in the Anphitheater Hautauqua. My daughter and I love everything 💝

The room was very clean, neat and spacious. Food of the restaurant next to the lobby was also good and reasonable. it's less than five minutes drive from the hotel to the airport by the shuttle. I love this hotel!

Very conveniently located near airport and highway, ample and well lit parking, check in and check out very quick and friendly, very spacious room with lots of rom to stretch out for the family. Large walk-in shower, everything about the stay here was great. There’s also an in house buffet option or a McDonald’s next door for easy breakfast for the kids. Hilton Garden Inns deliver good value and a comfortable stay, and this property was consistent with that experience.

We loved the hotel! Wished breakfast and the restaurant in general was a little different. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were cold and hard and gravy was nothing like I’ve ever seen. Other than that, great stay!

The hotel had warned us that they were having renovations so we knew in advance that some areas would be affected. It was well managed. Decent fitness centre (although some equipment needs repair). As there are no changing rooms at the pool, a dressing gown in the room would have been nice. Very good dinner. Very helpful staff.

This is our place to stay when traveling from BUF airport

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. Even though there was construction the hotel was clean. The only complaint is when I wanted to go in the hot tub it was full of kids.

The staff at check in are very nice, but we were never notified that this building was under major renovation. The restaurant was now a converted meeting room and it took forever to get food. My kids loved the pool, but overall we were disappointed.

They are in the middle of renovation. If we had known we would have asked for another hotel for our trip.

When I was checking out on Sunday, there were two ladies on the front desk. I was requesting to again to speak to a manager. Person that was checking me out directed me to the elderly person and said she was the manager. I explained to her that my purpose of booking the hotel for Saturday night was to have the kids go to the swimming pool, since my stay at the hotel experience was horrible and my kids were upset, as a manager what can she do. I paid close to $400 for two rooms for my family. Her response was “NOTHING” She said someone broke something in the swimming pool area so that is nothing can be done. If I pay and stay one more night, I might be able to use the pool. I am a Hilton Honors member. I was disgusted by the customer service on the front desk. I feel like I should never go there again. I am requesting the management to reach out to me and reimburse my cost of staff or provide me credit for my next visit to Hilton Garden for next time.
