The main hall getting to our room was filled with equipment (dealing with water damage)that was very loud. The breakfast area had the same issue which caused us to leave without having breakfast. We were very disappointed that we weren’t advised of the problem ahead of booking and that we were charged over $300 for our one night stay. When we arrived, we were not informed of a water problem or the noisy environment that we were going to encounter. There was no mention of the problem extending to the breakfast area either. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place especially since there was no reduction in our rate. Being a Hilton Honors member apparently doesn’t mean much.

When I called the service desk to report that the TV wasn't working properly, they told me they would send someone to check it, but they never sent anyone. Later that night, I called to ask if I could have a couple of pieces of cutlery brought up; again, they didn't send anyone—despite having said on both occasions that someone would come up, which never happened.

My suite was nice. had a few ceiling tiles moved… I just climbed on the chair and fixed them. Fire place was cool. View was beautiful. And unexpected

Had parking attached to the property, centrally located, even though it was right in the middle of the city it was still quiet in the hotel and you have to use your room key to even get on the elevator. It wasn’t posted of the fee to park in the parking lot. The amount of the room should have included one car to park there.

To be quite honest with you, I thought the hotel was a little bit out of date, and my booking didn’t show up in the computer until almost a half hour to an hour sitting in the lobby

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Hampton Inn in Buffalo. The hotel seemed relatively new and was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and relatively modern and of course the bed and pillows were Hilton comfortable! We were there for the Super Bowl and had great wings and drinks at the Sidleine bar across from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again on our way through Buffalo.

Room was good. Check in staff at front desk was not pleasant. It was like dealing with a robot. There was no hello, how are you. She asked for last name, requested I fill out the form for parking. Did not mention there is a $20 charge, which we were good with paying. Tapped my credit card and that was it. We had several bags but she did not even offer a trolley to take the bags up to our room. Not courteous and friendly at all.

There was literally poop smeared on the bathroom wall, and we had no forks or paper towels, we had butter knives though.

One of my favorite features of this hotel is the ability to access restaurants without leaving the building. Unfortunately, about half of the restaurants are no longer in operation, and this was never communicated. I specifically asked the front desk about accessing the restaurants through the tunnels, and no one mentioned the closures, which was frustrating and avoidable with better communication. That said, I would stay here again. The housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was always clean, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast staff also stood out—they were amazing, attentive, and made sure everything stayed stocked, even during busy rush periods. If I had one recommendation, it would be to retrain some of the front desk staff, particularly around communication and guest awareness. The rest of the team really carried the experience.

I enjoy this hotel. The location is great and the rooms are really nice. The gym is small but clean and it’s really a perfect base for when I travel back to my home town to see family.

I was overcharged to say the least. Site advertised a bar and restaurant. There was a subway and the bar was a cooler in lobby .there was hair in bathtub and faucet was broken on sink. Cleaning crew walled hallways with rickety cart

The staff was polite and the hotel was clean. However, a truck arrived at 10:45 pm Monday night to pick up a dumpster, returning at 11:45pm with a new dumpster. It was very loud and disruptive, and should have occurred during the day when guests weren't sleeping.

Our AC was not working when we entered our room and it never got fixed. Front desk moved us to a new suite with working AC. Jorelisse and Sudaniel were so accommodating and outstanding , first class employees.

The area is great. The staff was friendly however we did not having working air conditioning our first night. We were moved to another room but when we entered it. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest. So they moved us again and gave us an upgrade of a suite. It was very nice however the shower was not hot. Barely luke warm. Maintenance told us we have to let the water run for several minutes for it to get hot. It didn’t.

We had a great one night stay in a king suite. The room was huge and accommodated our family perfectly. We were in town to see a concert at Shea’s Performing arts and it was a 7 min walk away! The room was clean and bright. Would recommend.

Stayed there and my daughters windshield got broken in a secure parking lot which you pay. Manager came out said she look through there footage when she had time. No compensation not even the money back they charged for parking.

I was in town for a concert at the 9th Ward, part of the Babeville/Hallwalls complex. I was able to walk to the show. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was one of the nicest I've experienced in many, many hotel stays. I'll be back.

The room smelled terrible. There were stains in the carpet and on the curtains. The bathroom was empty of supplies besides towels. Staff was wonderful- but honestly the place needs a good once over for cleanliness.

The property was clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was exactly how the pictures was housekeeping came and cleaned it the next day and any questions I had the staff were able to answer. The pool. Jacuzzi area was nice and clean. The Jacuzzi was clean overall it was a wonderful day and I will definitely stay there again.

We were traveling for medical reasons. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful from the front desk to security. The hotel was bright, clean, secure and offered multiple amenties making time away from home that much more convenient. Pool, hot tub, gym, laundry, in house breakfast as well as easy food delivery process. Not our first stay, not our last.

Everything was great except the time it took to actually get to the counter. There seemed to be a lot of confusion around checking people in, we waited a minimum of 15 minutes every time we stood in line, whether to check in, get another key card or pay for a drink. Staff was very nice, just took a while to check in

Room was freezing when we arrived-(16 degrees) and because it was so cold outside it took over an hour to warm up. Your mayor had declared a “ state of emergency “ in the afternoon because of the storm so it would have been better if our room had been warm. There were only two towels provided and coffee supplies for two as well even though we were a party of four in our booking. Room was lovely, very large and beds were comfy.

We were in town for a Sabres game and our room was perfect - clean, comfortable, roomy and close enough to walk to the rink and take in some sights. The breakfast and the breakfast area were also really nice.
