Nicest Embasy Suites that I’ve been in. The rims were spacious and newly feeling! For some reason, we didn’t get our room cleaned in full. Just our sofa bed was made up and we were given new towels so but disappointed on the detail orient! The valet was useful and easy and the restaurant in the hotel was nice as well. Good overall experience

Breakfast was good out off my 7 days I went 3 times the people working there was nice, valet parking good but they never answer the phon, clean not that good 4th floor lobby dirty all the time, all the amenities gym, laundry good but dirty.

Very close to local clubs Took 2 1/2 hours past check in to get our rooms, books adjacent rooms and had rooms on the complete opposite side of the hotel from each other, then to top that off it was dirty. Hair on the walls of the bathroom, used dirty rags left, talked to front desk and they sent house keeping to clean and it was still dirty!! Front desk person himself had to come clean the bathroom.

After I checked in at midnight I found a bunch of someone's hair on the wall in the bathroom. And them I called the front desk and asked for cleaning, I've been told that all cleaning staff is gone and the hotel is fully booked so the only thing they can offer for me is negotiate my checking out. At midnight! So, after all day travel I had to clean the bathroom to take shower! Next day they just changed the towels but didn't do any cleaning.

Will never ever stay a Hilton or any of its affiliates.

Great hotel close to everywhere I needed to be. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfy. Room service from the Italian spot in the hotel was delicious. Will be my go to for future Buffalo trips.

Room was really nice however I found hair on my pillows and floor which did not belong to me. Beautifully renovated. Nice amenities. The parking situation is pretty bad. Had to find parking in the front of the hotel and the parking in downtown buffalo is pretty bad. Definitely recommend catching an uber to the property if possible. Overall stay was great and the rooms are pretty big. The view from the room was picturesque.

Fantastic service at the front desk, bar area and breakfast area. The chef makes your made to order omelet as well as avocado toast. Room is spacious and clean.

I think everything has been updated recently, so the room was top notch! Breakfast was good. If I have anything that I wish was different I would say having to eat breakfast with a large group of young girls who were staying there and they tend to be very active in that space. Most of the seating was taken up both mornings at different hours. I did not have time to experience the bar.

Excellent place to stay for a Sabres game. Free train to arena only a block away. Property clean, rooms very big and breakfast was terrific.

Wonderful Price of valet

We came into town for a Sabres game. The hotel staff was excellent and they even provided a shuttle to Key Bank Center for the match. The morning breakfast was very good with made to order omelets that were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. My only pet peeve was that the room safe was inoperable and that should have been ready if the room was made available.

Location. Only redeeming quality. Valet parking only. Valet people were so incompetent. The receptionist was rude. The lobby was DIRTY.

We traveled for business purposes, and the location near the Convention Center was essential. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good, and they even had an omelet station. They also provided disposable containers, which meant that at the end you could still get a coffee to go. Additionally, they gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious, with a separate area that included a sink, coffee machine, and a table, which was very helpful for my spouse, who was working remotely. Thirty minutes before check-out, my spouse was invited to a last-minute work meeting. I went to the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave us a couple of extra hours for late check-out free of charge! I loved the location, the room, the breakfast, and the very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here. It has been a while since a hotel has exceeded my expectations, so thank you for the lovely stay. Nothing

It was nicr

The room had too much static energy. I kept receiving shocks each time I tried opening the doors. I always had to wear gloves to prevent shocks. Also, the cleaners only changed bedsheets, towels and emptied the trash cans; no sweeping or cleaning was done in the room or bathrooms.

great service! the staff were all wonderful! we were unable to enjoy the pool area at all as there were very loud young families at all hours all day. Perhaps there could be some reserved times for quiet adult enjoyment? I specifically search for hotels with pools, but was disappointed in this aspect.

Erika, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. The bedding on the two beds had not been properly changed before our arrival. When we reported it to Erika, she had housekeeping come immediately and change the bedding. We appreciate her assistance in this matter.

It just wasn't what we expected from an Embassy Suites.

When I checked in I mentioned THREE times I had 2 rooms booked and my 2nd room was not yet available. So that's ok let's just check into the one for now but I need to get the person I was with in the room as easy as possible because she's handicapped. When I asked about parking I was told about the valet for $25 or across the street and walk which is out of the question for our situation. Then we went to valet park and the attendant said there's a bunch of handicapped spots right there in the front for free!! I was so annoyed the check in did not tell me about this. The hostess was rude, dry, and completely unapproachable — with snide little comments under her breath that made me feel unwelcome from the start. The waitress wasn’t any better: inattentive, careless, and oblivious to basic service. I had to ask multiple times just to get water, cheese, or a drink, and my order still came out wrong. The final straw? A roach crawling up the bathroom wall. I showed the video proof to the guy at the checkout counter, and all he could say was, “I’ll make a note for the maintenance guy.” Absolutely unacceptable. Yes, the room size was fine and the price reasonable, but none of that matters when the staff acts like they don’t want to be there and the bathrooms are literally crawling with bugs.

Downtown Buffalo is interesting and friendly. We enjoyed the Navy boats.

Staff was incredibly friendly & accomodating. Room was the perfect size to have the girls get ready for my wedding. Room was dated, had carpet stains & the curtains had some stains too. It was great to have a small bar sink, countertop space & fridge/microwave to set up a breakfast bar. Loved that it was dog friendly too.

Very disappointed in the representatives at check-in, lack of professionalism and courtesy. Location is ideal for someone traveling and wanting to have easy access to tourist attractions. Building rather dates and rooms need thorough cleaning. Hope the renovations result in great improvements.

I just didn’t like it overall. The pool is small so is the gym the staff isn’t so friendly and I didn’t really like the neighborhood

Went for a 2 day trip with my older son to see the naval park, it did not disappoint. We arrived to property an hour early on a Tuesday. No rooms available. Waited about 20 minutes and front desk got us a room. Very friendly. Complimentary drinks definitely a plus in downstairs bar.

This place was just like the pictures, esthetics was top tier! Service was great! I’d stay here every time I visit Buffalo!

I rate this hotel a 2 star because they never cleaned our rooms or others I was with a big group and none of the rooms were cleaned Iwe ran out of toilet paper in the night and had to ask for more. We asked for clean towel 3 different time and never got any so I wasted them in the laundry room myself. While I liked have laundry access to do personal items. I have never had to wash my own towels to have clean ones. Our stay was long so it was impossible to use the same town for the whole stay. I will say the breakfast in the morning was great! The chef was amazing and always remembered our orders . But I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very cozy and great accommodations. Didn’t know our stay came with free happy hour drink tickets at the bar so that was awesome. Will definitely come back when in town.

Great location, service, breakfast and rooms

This was a last-minute stay and we had never stayed at an Embassy suites. We stayed two nights and were very impressed. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. From the valet to the front desk to the restaurant, everybody was pleasant. The pool was clean, there was no hot tub. It was walking distance to restaurants and the theater. The room was spacious and clean. And we were pleasantly surprised.

Great hotel. Pool was good, it got busy at times but still enjoyable. We just had a small wekend get away with family here. The hotel was close to everything.

Gave us the wrong room, it was not very clean and it was very stuffy in the room. Gave us 2 keys that didnt work so we had to use the digital key. No parking only valet. Breakfast was good

Close to Key Bank Centre but room was dirty, noisy between furnace and outdoor noise, toilet didnt flush properly, ice in fridge, gum and stains on floor, curtains dirty and had to pay for parking on top of room price

The perfume they pump in to the floors is over powering and takes your breath away. Plus it’s not a pleasant smell

Suites are a good size. The hotel does need a little make over. Rooms could use an upgrade. We will be back for sure later this year for sporting events.

BathRoom had a leak over the toilet that has been there a while judging by the staining. No resolution or compensation was offered.

The he room was a large, clean and comfortable.

Room is built from high quality materials, solid construction. Room was clean...public spaces (elevator, lobby, entry, buffet) all poorly maintained - dirt and gunk buildup in corners, even the employees are rough around the edges...a little gross. Poorly cleaned and maintained buffet during breakfast due to inexperienced and/or poorly trained staff...gross.

Valet parking for $25, which is perfect because parking downtown can be tricky. Walked to Sheas for a show (6-7 mins away). Lots of dining options for all budgets, Starbucks and Spot coffee 1/2 block away. Hotel has a welcome reception with one free drink for each guest and some snacks, but it was celery and carrots and some dry snacks. Great nightlife with many bars within walking distance.

Excellent stay all around! We had a girls trip with my 11 year old daughters and my mom to go see The Lion King at Sheas. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, and it was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and way better than most hotel breakfasts. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that I don’t like is the shower head. Over all I like the place.

I contacted Expedia the day I checked out and their rep said the would contact the hotel about a refund and grant me one key cash for the inconvenience. However, the hotel denied the refund and Expedia failed to award the one key cash amount initially promised, but provided a significantly lesser amount. Needless to say, I’m not very happy with the resolution to the issue and I’m sure I can’t be the only person who smelled that awful smell in the room.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The room was outdated. The sofabed was so uncomfortable. You could feel metal when laying on it. The sheets were dirty. The tub was filthy. The staff was nice, but the hotel was not worth the money.

Lobby staff lacked knowledge of the information we needed, like our options to get to the Bills game. There was also no refill of coffee and creamer for our coffee maker in the room. Other wise a great option for a stay in Buffalo

Everything was perfect

The property smelled fresh and clean even with obvious wear around the building. It does need some major updates but was good for a night or two. Biggest issue was the housekeeping service bringing blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. It took well over an hour to get the stuff and my son needed to go to sleep. It was ridiculous.

The hotel met my expectations and the breakfast was much better than most. The restaurant, claims to not be assocaited with the hotel, which is good for the hotel, since the food is substandard, even for basic fare. The pasta was awful and the pizze provided as a replacement was the first id ever had where the pepperoni was charred from overcooking.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, casual dining options close to the hotel. Pool was nice but water was cold. Parking is valet only for 25/day. Parking service was fast. I would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

The suite was huge... in fact so big it would be hard to keep clean on a daily basis... but there was hair in the bathroom sink and a used cup with old coffee grounds in the coffee pot. I walked by the same pile of dirty dishes, pizza box, etc on the third day I was there. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bags of shredded foam rubber. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. This location is walkable to most downtown venues.

The staff was very professional

I loved the esthetic, it was beautiful. Easy to locate and access. The only thing that I disliked was the condition of the tub and shower. The jetters in the tub, you could see it was not clean and some of the corners/ lining inside the shower and out side of the shower door were not clean to my liking, but it was tolerable. Other than that, my visit was amazing.
