    The location was convenient for visiting Buffalo and Niagara Falls. We had a bad experience during our stay. The room was not clean and the property looked poorly maintained. The facilities felt old, and the overall comfort was below expectation. It was not worth the price we paid.

    The room was dirty and in disrepair. The $134 is overpriced for what you get. The walls and carpet were dirty, wall paper off the wall, broken lamps, electrical plugs that didn't hold the plug in place, the heating unit was coming out of the wall and a very cold draft came through making the room impossible to warm up regardless of how high the heat was set. There wasn't even a fire detector in the room, it had been taken out. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and they were modest and clean, nothing like this!! Absolutely terrible. I wish I could post the pictures to show it.

    I’m still at a sports bar because there is not anyone working the front desk of the hotel. Lobby was completely empty…..not a human in site. Waited quite a while and had to get something to eat. Hopefully I can get in my room shortly.

    Front desk lady was very very nice. However, the hotel smelled so bad and the room was pretty bad for 280$!!!!!! There was no closet, a dirty bathroom, sheets with hair on it, a random ironing board in the corner of the room and a misty couch. Do NOT STAY HERE!

After peeing, the toilet overflowed - everyday I was there. Stains on walls. Stains on counter in bathroom. Stains on chair. Stains on shower curtain. Dresser was broken. Just the rails to the drawer was showing but no drawer. No TV remote came in the room. Once they gave me a remote, the tv didn't work. Just sound - no picture. I asked for a new room and was declined and so l then asked for credit back given all these issues and was declined also.

    The hotel is “under renovation”. No heat, no extra blankets. The room was not clean and the dead bolt looked like it belonged on a change room door. People were smoking in the building. I found another hotel.

    We were told on the phone before arriving we would have no issue getting into our hotel room early. Upon arrival that was not the case. The work staff were not very attentive. There was one young man who I fact went above and beyond. Room was not the cleanest.

    This hotel was more like a motel. It was Falling apart. The shower tiles were cracked, the blow dryer mounted to the wall was broken and the outlets around it were cracked. The safe in the room also didn’t work.

    Bed was comfortable The place wa not clean, the room had ripped carpet the shower / tub was disgusting ( tiles falling off, gaps in the tiles that were there, tub was dirty / stained, I refused to take a shower in the morning. Would not recommend this to anyone. Way over priced for the condition of the place ($238.00 per night) I just stayed in Saratoga the previous 3 nights and paid the same price for a lot cleaner / better condition hotel.

    I did NOT like anything a about this hotel I should have knows this was a bad hotel as soon as I walked in. When we checked into out room and my husband used the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. The next morning we told the receptionist and she said maintenance would come to our room and they never did. When we went back to the front they said we never put in the request and they would not give us another room. The staff at the hotel were so side and unprofessional the girl at the front desk is always on her phone and has no idea what she’s doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I warmed a dish, and when I removed the plate, it left a ring on the table from the tray. The bathroom sink didn't have a sink stopper, and there were stains in the bathroom. A few of the charging ports were inoperable. The sheeting for the bed had holes.

    Nice staff but there is only 1 person working the entire hotel, shuttling people to the airport and checking people in at the front desk. We had to wait to check in upon arrival which was not a huge deal. The hotel needs to have a complete renovation. Most lamps did not work in our hotel room. The breaker for our TV popped twice. The bathroom door did not shut. There was no lock on our hotel room door. Rust in the constantly leaking shower. The outlets we had our phones plugged into were super hot and stopped working eventually. We didn’t want to bother the staff with our issues as they were busy. But I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. No breakfast as stated in the ad of the hotel due to renovations. Beds not comfortable either.

    Dirty & dated. cracked mirror, toilet seat didn't fit toilet, tub and floor were dirty. No breakfast as they were doing "renovations" Whole building needs to be redone. Only good thing was the sheets looked clean. Thank goodness it was only a short one night stay before an early flight. Arrived late, or would have switched hotels.

    Straight away i know something was wrong. At check-in reception was talking to a resident like it was their home and said goodnight! Reception had one desk and four chairs nothing else like the pictures . The corridor to the room smelt of weed and you could here loud noise coming from the rooms that made us feel unsafe. The rooms were disgusting and to ad insult to injury they requested a security deposit incase we damaged the room or smoked. If we had arrived earlier we would have found another place but by this time It was now very late and we had to be out to get a flight early in the morning It’s a long stay for local homeless people and people in need which is great but it is not a hotel for a traveler. DO NOT STAY HERE

    Absolutely terrible experience. Told the front counter that our room was dirty and his response was “oh, well we don’t have anyone to clean it until tomorrow” (we were checking out in the morning). He never offered to change rooms for us either. When I asked if we could get a refund for the reservation so we could go to a new hotel, I was told that there was nothing he could do for us. I would rate this a 0 out of 5 if I could. I will be seeking a refund through their corporate office for this absolutely terrible experience

    This property is rundown. The molding was all missing. The lobby and breakfast area had boxes of clothes and only one table. The entire building smelled like Marijuana. The outlet covers in the room were broken and wires exposed in the bathroom. The door safety lock was made out of a coat hanger.

    Where to start, welcomed by a skating rink for a parking lot, entrance had a lovely fresh smoked pot aroma, room was disgusting carpeting old torn and dirty, bathroom fixtures all loose ready to fall off. Vent covered in black matter, strong cigarette smell throughout room and hallways. Cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. I could go on but I won’t.

    Definitely not recommended at this time as they are currently under much needed renovations although nowhere does it state this. Property is extremely neglected, parking lot was a solid sheet of ice. Condition of the room left a lot to be desired, headboard from one of the beds was on the floor, phone didn’t work and there was no smoke detector. Breakfast was also not available due to renovations.

    The front desk person was also the shuttle driver and he was trying to be everywhere at once. The morning person did allow me to check out an hour late which was nice. The employees were helpful. The overall appearance of the hotel was diminished by the dark dirty rugs and the strong odor of pot.

    The hotel looks like it is in the middle of some sort of renovation that is about to happen, but it is not. I don't even know what to say about the general areas.....the room had no working wifi until the morning when we were checking out. The TV was on but then when we turned it off we could not get any channels or the option to do anything. The phone flashed constantly as if there was a message and when we went to clear it, there was nothing to clear so it would not turn off. We had to unplug the phone. There was holes in the wall in the bedroom area, mold in multiple spots, especially the bathroom The toilet ran constantly and did not flush, I had to fill the back with water from the ice bucket to get it to flush each time, but then it drained in 10 min if I did not use it in that time. The shower rod was hanging off the wall, the water barely came out and the drain did not drain, so we did not shower in someone elses shower water The only good thing was the beds being comfortable, we got in late (11:30 at night) so that was perfect, unfortunate to wake up to all the negativity The breakfast was standard and a nice option to have. Parking was not an issue.

    Front desk lady staff is extremely rude. She doesn’t have any respect towards the guests. Always talks in shouting manner. When I asked about the airport shuttle (reserved), she was rude and denied the request to drop me at airport. When I asked the reason for a denial of service, which I specifically reserved for early morning shuttle, she went on argument mode and even threatened to call police. Never met such an extreme rude person at front desk in US. Such a shame for the QualityInn to employ such people at front desk. With this incident, I completely took off QualityInn from my list of hotels for future stay. After the fact I went to google and checked the reviews and found similar feedback from many customers. I hope hotel management takes necessary steps to address these concerns.

    The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the airport. There is McDonalds basically in the same parking lot. The hotel need to be updated the staff was very nice. The bed wasnt that comfortable and the sheets were ill-fitting. It was just an overnight stay for us.

    Mold on the heater, the shower rod was damn near falling off the wall, the water pressure was non exsistent, there were not enough outlets for the lights in the hotel room, 3 of the lights did not have outlets that they could be plugged into, there was about 2 inches between the bottom of the door and the floor, there were open wires hanging from the ceiling, cobwebs in the corners of stairs, broken vents throughout the halls says, abd it was not clean looking though out.

    It’s a good place to stay for a couple nights. While I understand we are still COVID safety measures in place, there were not many breakfast options. Due to my dairy allergy there was nothing I could have for breakfast except an apple. Packaged hard boiled eggs and bagels could have been offered up as other options.

    The only best thing was the dining area was very clean. My first room I got the water in toilet was pure white and when flush the water rise then the drapes was falling apart. I moved to another room and the tub was filled my up while I take a shower!! The chair in the room was filthy there was a used soap still in the plastic housekeeping didn’t throw out they left it there as if it was ok to use. I was really unhappy never never again this the worst

    The desk staff worked very hard (one person per shift). They checked people in and out, as well as driving the hotel van back and forth to the Buffalo Airport. However, we were billed by both the hotel and Expedia for our one night's stay. Also, the two prices varied, with Expedia being higher. We are in the midst of disputing this double charge, and we keep going back and forth, with no satisfaction thus far. This has never happened when we've used Hotels.com.

    Building is a little run down and needs both some repairs and upgrades, but the hotel did what I needed - provided a place to sleep before my flight. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. My shower head leaked straight up and sprayed the ceiling with water (which will get through the paint eventually). Front desk said they'd get a repair started.

    We chose to stay here because it was so close to the Buffalo Airport and we had a very early flight. Staff was friendly, and our shuttle driver was awesome! She had the van all warmed up and ready to go!

    Upon check in we were told we had the option of either parking around back and entering from there to enter room or walk through lobby. Upon parking around back we found that all doors were blocked by snow. When front desk was informed of this blockage which we felt was a fire hazard the response was: “oh really? I think there is a shovel back there. For the two nights we were there the snow was never cleared. We were not informed that our room was on second level and no elevator. Had to carry luggage by hand to second floor.

    Property was in generally poor condition. First room-bed was broken, wall hanging/ painting was laying on floor against wall, tiles in shower tub appeared to have some mold, room appeared well worn. Hallway had exposed dry wall, repairs may have been in progress. Exercise room had sign posted, "Closed by management." Breakfast bar had water, a couple packages of muffins, hot beverage dispenser and few other items. Overall disappointing.

    It was kinda of frustrating to arrive and not have the room that I originally booked because the heater broke in that room only to be moved to another room that ALSO has the heater broke and the room smelled like must and was not clean at all. There was dirt on the sheets and floor was not clean. Once we got it sorted out and moved to a room with working heat it was so much cleaner however the bathroom was disgusting. The sink had a gross film in it and the shower was full of cracks, however the bed and rest of the room was very clean and enjoyable.

    It could have been a bit cleaner and if you have a second floor room with no elevator, it is really inconvenient. Also checking in early by1 and a half hour and being charged an extra $35 is outrageous. Overall, it is a budget hotel and I guess you get what you pay for.
