Bathroom was dirty and toilet ran constantly but bed was clean. Overall acceptable for a night or two on the way to somewhere else.

Room was clean. Upstairs neighbor was a bit noisy. Never could get away from the smell of marijuana and thats not the hotels fault. Conveniently located. Easy check in and out. No plans to return to the buffalo area. Was able to see the falls on both Canadian and American sides. Also saw Harriet Tubmans home and grave site. Enjoyed my trip over all.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing special but safe and secure enough for an overnight with an easy 2 mile walk to the train station.

Very accommodating staff. Even though they might have been short staff they provided everything to make our stay in Buffalo worthwhile.

Toilets are too low and I prefer to not have an ironing board in the bathroom. The shower is too close to the toilet and prevents bathroom door entrance full access. Rooms are too dark but It was a good price for the late booking.

What stood out to me the most what the staff. I believe they were all men and didn’t dress the part. Clothing was dirty and it smelled. I remember having to ask for my room to be changed due to not feeling safe because the windows didn’t lock and I was on the first floor. Many of the door handles seemed to show that keys could be used to open the door, but I used the safety lock. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel was alright, it served the purpose. I am not sure if it is just a western NY thing or what, but it is the small things. The hotel had an ice machine, but no bucket in the room, there was no do not disturb sign for the door, but other rooms had one on their door. It was clean enough, but it had a bit of a funk to it. My wife is from the area, and we end up there 1-2 times a year, we have yet to find a hotel I would want to stay at again. Location was close to the stadium which is why we chose it, so it was convenient. There were plenty of resturant options nearby.

Staff at the front desk didn't address us when we entered or left and that felt strange.

We were there 4 nights and I was surprised that no one ever came to check and see if we needed clean towels or the garbage collected. Maybe we should have been aware of how to get service, but there wasn't a book in the room with information about the hotel and services.

Quiet area, and the room was very clean. AC and heat worked well. The bathroom was very clean and provided plenty towels.

Signage to enter and exit the property was terrible. On multiple occasions, I had problems figuring out how to access the parking lot. The hotel cannot be seen from the main streets, and signage is small and in the wrong locations. My room was not cleaned, nor were my towels exchanged anytime over a three night stay. I never saw the advertised breakfast. Just a coffee maker in the lobby. Rooms were musty smelling, carpets were dirty, and tiles in the bathroom were loose.

In addition to that, there is not at least one small table where we can share some activity as a group.

Definitely doesn’t meet the standards of Wyndham properties we have stayed at before.

Very budget friendly room for a family of four, a decent, no-frills Motel, but relatively clean overall. Rooms have not been dusted in a while, and are in need of a deep cleaning, but relatively clean overall. Appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby.

It was a nice clean hotel. Everything was great, except thry don't have breakfast, and you don't have a coffee maker in your room.

This is third time i have stayed at this hotel . This time has the worse experience. . The attendent at the front desk wasn't welcome at all. Firstly they put my family myself in a disability room which I never requested and then the room they sent me too wasn't the cleanest. I also had recommended my sister and her husband to stay there too. They were also so very disappointed. They don't even come to clean the rooms daily . Which is so wrong. I will not ever stay at the Baymont hotel or recommend it to.anyone. They need to be better having the rooms cleaned probadly and do alot renovations because youll will loose cistomers like me. Youll.need to.train the staff at the front desk because that is the first people you encounter when you arrive . Youll have lost valuable customer

I am normally pretty easy going but I would not recommend this place. Curtains don’t close all the way letting in street light and walls are paper thin. Fights in rooms and screaming. Awful night. We had a weird vibe on checkin. Should have followed that vibe.

When I arrived (after check-in time), no one was at the desk. Wifi did not work until the following morning (Gateway Error - tried both my tablet and my PC). Faucet in tub dripped constantly. Very disappointed at the price - I would understand if it was a bargain basement rate, but it certainly was not.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was getting to it. The drive way was attached to a business so you needed to watch to ensure you don’t miss the entrance

This hotel is geared to railroad workers. Their crew shuttle stayed parked right out front of the lobby so you could not unload or load your car up from there. Instead we had to drag our belongings through the snow. The room was FREEZING also. When we came back from dinner the main door was locked and we rang the buzzer multiple times until we walked around the building to the side door and used our key. When I went to the lobby to see why they did not answer the buzzer, the employee had been clearly passed out on the desk and was very clearly u see the influence because she could not form a sentence, was drooling and had no idea what I was saying. Never again.

The mattress and box springs are new and comfortable. The towels are also new and they were wonderful to use. The room was clean. The fridge wasn't that cold, but it worked.

When entering room TV was on one bed was unkept. Gentleman at the counter said that cleaner sometimes after they clean the room sit down on the bed and watch TV back of the converter not there. TV satellite/cable stopped working gentleman stated it happens frequently. Specifically asked for a room, not close to the elevator. Was put in a room beside the elevator.

This place is really a dive! After 6:00 PM, there was no one at the front desk....so good luck if you return to your room after 10:30 PM and your room key no longer works!!! In fact, my room key only worked the first time I used it and then I had to get a new one every day. The lobby smells and some of the strangest, dirtiest, and unfriendly people were just hanging around in it during my entire 3 night stay. My room was NEVER cleaned after the first night. I had to reuse my bath towels!!! Never EVER again would I stay here!!! This place is a DUMP!

The room was clean. We were put in a handicap room, not by request and the shower head was so low it was basically unusable. There was no iron in the room and when my wife went to the front desk to request one she was treated rudely in a manner that said she was an inconvenience. The bed was very soft creating an uncomfortable nights sleep

We couldn’t watch the NFL Game cuz of Direct TV

Replace the bed in room 221. Either the walls are paper thin or the people around us were extremely loud at 2:30am. TVs could be heard all hours of the night from the room to our right. Between the terrible mattress and the noise it what not a restful night.

Was given a room that I didn't like and wasn't able to change it even there were very few cars in the parking lot for the days I was there. It didn't appear that the hotel was full but the clerk was unwilling to give me a different room. Hotel is tired looking and appears to be minimally kept in terms of updating, painting, etc.

Overall location and staff were good. The carpet needs a very good deep cleaning. Walking around barefoot and then stepping into the shower or onto the white towel mat, you saw black footprints from the dirt in the carpet. This was pretty gross.

The rooms were good. Spacious. Parking was good. It's not close to Falls. The people at the front desk were not responding properly.

The service and room were great. Only wish that they would steam the carpet, very dirty.

My husband & I came to Cheektowaga for a two night stay to do some shopping. The staff during check in and check out and everything in between were really pleasant and always available. We were very happy with our stay. Everything in our room worked perfectly and the property is well taken care of. It’s a great place to stay if you’re there for a shopping trip. If you’re looking for a lot of frills, glitz, and glam, this is not the hotel for you. Looking for a good, clean place to crash for a reasonable rate? This place is for you. We would stay here again for sure.

Second time I stayed here. I would stay an again. Washroom floor was slippery. Room had a fishy odour. But that’s not enough for me to not come back. Would definitely stay here again. Good price and convenient

The room had an unpleasant smell. Found a dirty/used washcloth with hair in the bathroom. Hair was also in the bath tub.

It is a little hard to find off of the main road at night but once I knew where I was going it was easy to navigate back to. Chain restaurants are located nearby. Walmart, a gas station, and coffee shops are within walking distance. It's nothing to write home about as it's a bit dated, but it did the trick for the 4 of us for 2 nights.

Front desk was very kind. The room was typical and mostly clean. Location was within walking distance to several stores and places to eat. Floors in bathroom and especially in the elevator were very sticky. They need to clean mop more often.

Coffee was poor.

When our group of 4 all arrived at different times, one person was able to check in with their credit card even though the reservation was made by me! I checked in-no problem. The next two in our group had a hard time checking in with their credit cards, but finally it was worked out! Staff was wonderful, but the coffee was terrible!

Excellent stay. Hoover (i think his name was) awesome at the front desk. Room was clean, quiet, shower was hot, a/c was cool, tv worked, comfy beds and very affordable. What more can one expect from a 2star??Location is minutes from loads of shopping, Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The hotel never came in the room to empty the garbage every day or made the beds. Which every hotel dose that. Was disappointed with that. They could have done better!

Place was dirty smelled like weed and cigarettes. Front desk lady was coughing not covering her mouth and then swearing about it and how hard her job is. Our room wasn’t even ready we downgraded and still charged us the same amount. We also had someone during the night come mess with the door handles just didn’t feel safe and friendly like a hotel should. Very hard to find entrance as well.

I can only really comment on the check in. I prepaid my room through expedia 2 plus weeks before my check in. Checking in I was told they see my reservation but have no room for me and I had to call Expedia as they were diverting Expedia customers to different hotels. I called Expedia right away and a recording said there would be a one hour plus wait to speak to someone. This was New Years Eve. Was three hours away from home and just left a football game. Wanted my room, a nap, some food and ring in the new year. Instead I ended up driving three hours home. I did eventually reach customer service and was told I would get a refund but the damage was done. Lesson learned, always book directly with the hotel.

Very noisy and no staff ever on attendance to complain to

A large group of young people were partying very loud very late into the early morning. Could not reach front desk to complain. Got zero sleep.

A little disappointed. We had booked this hotel 1-2 months in advance and 3 hours before check in, we got a call from Expedia saying that the hotel does not have a room for us. We travelled from out of country and had to find another hotel on New Year’s Eve.

I've never stayed at a hotel where they wouldn't service the room each day. No replenished towels or made up beds. The folks were nice enough to talk to and the room was clean when I checked in but from there it went downhill.

Easy to get to, easy checkin & out. Lots of parking.

Bathroom was not clean. Hair all over the bathtub and toilet. The toilet wasnt even scrubbed (splatters all through the toilet). This is the first thing we saw when stepping into the room. Two vacuums just sitting in the hallway and not put away after cleaning was done (this was at 8pm). Garbage laying on the floor in the hallway as well.

The pillows so old they were compressed into cushions. I’ve machine needs cleaning. We made sure not to touch our water bottles on anything.

Awesome check in. I needed to print some documents for work, and the woman who checked me in was so very helpful. She truly took an interest in making sure I was able to do what I needed to.

Did not like that only 1 Cell could use the Internet. Should have had more towels in the washroom. Beds should have had more blankets.
