Checking in was easy, staff is always friendly and it’s in a great area. Right across from knotts berry farm, amazing restaurants and shopping near by

Room was dirty, cigarette ash everywhere, the restrooms and ceiling was kind of moldy. We had to go to Walgreens to get stuff to make it bare able. Not worth it.

The room was ok. Smelled ok. But did have a linger of cigarette smell. Bed was ok. Bathroom ok. But the paint was peeling from the tub that was obviously painted over. Over all ok price and and room. Like 4.5/10 Location 10/10 only cuz it’s walking distance from knotts berry farm.

The word front desk staff. I asked for assistance to speak with a manager and the front desk staff Danielle stated she was the manager and owner of the place. Guest experience was the worst I have ever receive.

Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Women kept coming all through the night with different men. Not a place I would ever stay at again.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE❗️Firstly, when we first walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes. There was a hole in the door that was supposed to be a peephole but was just a hole. There was only 1 air-condition, so the second bedroom was extremely warm, we had to buy a fan for it. Next, there was no smoke detector and there was absolutely no amenities such as a hairdryer or straightener. There was one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. There was also no hangers in the closet space. ❗️Most importantly, we stayed here because there was a "continental" breakfast included, but all they gave us was a few store bought danishes and coffee. Another thing is that there were suspicious people inside of the hotel area with their clothes unpacked and stuff everywhere. The tv remote barely worked and there were very loud plastic covers on the mattresses. The only good thing about this hotel was the housekeeping woman! She was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. I stepped out several times during the night to a quite calm parking lot, and felt safe smoking outside. I would definitely stay there again.

Wilma at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. The rooms are super clean, cozy, and very up to date. Marble floors, matching marble walls in the bathroom, and a remote controlled AC. If you can't stay long, you will definitely be back. Staff from the maids to the front desk were all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

If 0 stars was an option thats what I would give. I booked this hotel for new years. I got there and went to the front window, I waited a while before anyone came and when she did she had an attitude because SHE WAS SLEEPING!! The nerve of this place. We ended up not staying because she was rude. By far worst customer service ever and not to mention its shady. Its a crackhead motel, in the time I was there waiting I saw a homeless girl go in and buy drugs from one of the rooms and then pee in the parking lot. This place is ghetto, never again. I havent even been refunded just keep getting the runaround

The worst night ever , Very loud , Kept getting random knocks to our door and will come out and there seem to be a guy outside in his truck looking very suspicious , If you have kids really dont recommend and not worth the price, Looks like theres alot of night owls .

Don’t believe in the website photos it’s not what they said… I got way different room. I booked for a suite 😁 they gave me a single room. Otherwise it was clean and the staff very nice and friendly ♥️

Illegal activity on premises. Not family friendly. Prostitution going around while drug transactions going on. Floors were not swept or mopped. Gun shots happened outside my room. Tried to get in contact with front desk no one answered.

The outside was the main complaint. Grounds were littered with random items, and even very late at night, people were loitering in cars or outside rooms. Again, not to be negative to staff.

The place was filthy…the smell of the room was a mixture of stale smoke and body odor. We didn’t read the reviews before booking (shame on us) but all of the bad reviews are a true statement. This was a non-refundable booking so we attempted to stay after the front desk assured me there were no bugs of any type… (not true). Before we brought our stuff in the room, we went and bought shower shoes, disinfectant wipes, and Lysol spray. I took a cleaning wipe to the floor and was disgusted at the filth that was coming up. Same thing with the walls, there was dirty hand prints all over them. The first night we slept with the lights on (with good reason) but the second night turned them off.. what a mistake… that’s when the roaches came out in the bathroom…we packed up and left and didn’t stay for the remaining nights. There are people that live in this motel and the shady people that hang out in the parking lot… this place knows it’s a dump and that’s why they say it’s non-refundable. Hotels.com needs to remove this place as an option so no one else gets fooled. All of our things we brought into that disgusting room now has that smell attached to them.

I was there for 30 min and then we checked out the room was a mess! The bathroom towels where dirty air conditioner didn’t work and it said it was a non smoking room when it reeked of cigarette smell. Staff didn’t even offer me onother room nor somewhat of a refund never going there again

The room smelled so horrible, like smoke. There were crack heads hanging around all over the hotel. NOT SAFE FOR A FAMILY TO STAY !!!

This hotel was a dump. Bathroom counter held together with masking tape. Huge hole in the wall behind the door. Chairs were covered in Tears and stains. Floors were dirty. Bathtub was dirty. Shower curtain had huge tears in it. No soap, not even a bar soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Broken TV. Some lights didn’t work. Could tell that some rooms were in the process of being upgraded but ours obviously wasn’t one of them. People were having parties in adjacent rooms, very noisy as walls are paper thin. Curtains are sheer so there was not much privacy or sunlight/streetlight blackout. Walls were filthy as well.

Didn’t even stay. We arrived with 3 kids and when getting into the room there were cockroaches in the room. Found a few more in the bathtub and on the walls in the bathroom. Totally grossed us out and we left the property

My light was off

This is the worst place to stay. I booked a family suite when I got to check, they told me they didn't have it. They offered me another rooms but they were very dirty and destroyed. I told them that I didn't want those and they never gave me my money back. It is a fraud. What they do is not true what they offer online.

DONT STAY HERE unless you like ROACHES!! Or if you like random stranger and kids coming into your room with different room keys. There is no official staff but random strangers and kids yes kids that have access to your rooms. Roaches coming through the walls and into your bed at night. I tried to get my money back so I could leave but we couldn’t. So again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

The only upside to it was that it was right across the street from knotts which is what we wanted. Overall it was a zero

The property was disgusting: furniture not assembled, dirty towel out front, cracked and opened windows, trash/clothes out the back window. Sheets only for bedding, cockroaches and other bugs, chipped and dirty bathtub, and a dirty lipstick shower curtain.

It appears a crack house.. a lot of people comming in to the rooms at all the time.. trash, dirty sheets, will never stay here again.

Not a safe place for family as well health.

It is a basic room with little amenities. We couldn't turn on the A/C without going to the office. There was no phone in the room to even contract the office. There was no TV remote, but the clerk mentioned that the service was down as of that morning. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom & I didn't dare look in the shower. The room looks like it might have recently been painted, but poorly, as there were spots where the paint was not applied evenly. While we tried to sleep, the A/C unit would frequently make a buzzing noise.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke when we arrived. Left some bathroom items on the bathroom sink and the maid threw them out. There was yelling and loud talking until early in the morning. Seemed like most of the “guests” actually were living there. I would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible experience. Room was dirty with flies flying around and with dead flies on the floor, bed sheets we’re stained, the tv didn’t have working channels, no customer support and management wasn’t available to resquest cleaner bed sheets. Left after a few hours. This place is run by unprofessional people. I wish I could request my money back. Once again horrible experience and will never stay there again.

This place was ridiculous. Did not seem like a hotel more like a refugee camp. Left within five minutes lost my money due to no refunds by Expedia. Not their fault but they should remove this from Their listings.

No cover on bed, the floor was dirty with trash, dirt and spills. the towels had been used. it smelled like someone had smoked in the room, filthy!!! filthy!!!I I left did not stay.

This property is truly terrible. Please remove deceptive pictures from Expedia website, it is not at all what the hotel looks like. Truly disappointed. We left 10 minutes after checking in.

I stayed here because the description online presented a family friendly environment and we tried from our drive from Northern California. We where shocked to see the actual room and exterior. The chairs in the room were filthy. The room door security latch was broken - we used a chair to secure the door. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, nor hangers in the closet. No screens on the windows. The neighboring guests but looked more like tenants had chairs and tables in the parking lot. We will not be returning.

I didn’t read the reviews until after the fact. All true! The room didn’t have a Western theme at all. The pictures online don’t match. There were people partying all night long in the parking lot. People banging on the doors next door, yelling. It felt more like an apartment building and not a business. For the price I paid I expected more. I would not stay here again, or stay here with my kids. There was a sketch guy standing by his door waiting for someone? Amenities basic. Don’t waste your money.

Location to theme park is great. The safety of the location is not great. Beware, this is a Roach infested location. I didn’t leave because I got into the room about 1am from the theme park with kids. I got up and left as soon as the sun came out.

The property on line photos do not represent the actual conditions of the rooms. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. Mosquitos in the room. Staff tried to be helpful.

No towels in bathroom upon arrival. Dried off with a wash cloth. Rarely anyone in front office to help. Overflowing dumpster in parking lot, people working on their bikes and hanging out around your door. Stay at the Knott’s hotel instead.

It’s very dirty property. The room was really really dirty small very bad.

My friend and I arrived and immediately noticed the room looked nothing like the photos. The room was filthy, walls had paint missing, bed linen was ripped, it smelt of old cigarettes and the curtains didn’t offer any privacy. Groups of young people were sitting in the car park where one offered disrespectful comments about me. When we returned from Knotts, the group was playing loud music with others coming and going- blatant criminal activity that management did nothing about. We decided we had to leave as the walls were paper thin and we honestly felt unsafe. As we were leaving, men with dogs were bashing on doors. Honestly couldn’t rate this any lower. Nothing was comfortable about this awful place.

I had to cancel my reservation. I did so in person. The night manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was handled correctly with Expedia, the company I used to make the reservation. I will book a room there in the future because of the good work done by Mark.

Non smoking room full of smoke, cigarette burns in all bedding, music playing all hours of the night. Staff not there for assistance, toilet wouldn’t flush. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

Our room was...well lacking to say the least . Other than the staff who were helpful our room was really crappy. This place has sooo much potential being so close to Knott’s Berry Farm. A ten minute walk but I just wish the room was in better shape.

Check in was ok, room was clean but smelled like smoke, it was a non smoking family suite. Did not get any sleep at all due to neighbors talking literally all night outside bedroom window. Well area was nice and location. Their dumpster had trash everywhere. Shower had been painted and paint chips everywhere (not good with kids). Beds blankets had burn marks all over and bed not comfortable. For Non smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke which I can't stand. It was ok for our 1 night but my hubby says not again.

Mark the front desk guy was really nice and check in was easy. The room key would not work after many attempts with the managers key he was able to get the room open for me but he was unable to give me a working key for the room. The room needs updating everything was old and needs replacing. Shower was cold. Killed a cockroach and had lots of small flying insects.

The room has a foul Oder the bed had a stain I threw my blanket from home on top on the bed the bathroom towels were suppose to be white but they were pretty much grey there was hair on the bathroom floor Just seemed as they shud do better cleaning an mayb also air out the room it just smells Check out time was 11am at 10:50 the guy from the front desk was banging on the door saying 5 minutes he’s could of been nice an asked do we need a little more time or are we planing on staying another night or is there anything I or we can do for you I’m like no we’re leaving thanks he stayed outside we just left an I turned my key in by just giving it to the maid lady so I didnt have to go inside an deal with anything else it sure want the best stay I always use hotels.com

Staff very pleasant. The facility is extremely OLD and needs attention. The deterioration of the toilet and tub were so nicked up it was difficult to tell whether those areas were dirty or just worn. To me, at the very least, it would seem like replacing toilet seats, mounting a few hooks on the doors, and a fresh coat of paint could be a positive thing. The heater was in terrible shape and wasn't blowing even warm air. I can't imagine how the air conditioner is working. I probably wouldn't stay again and don't imagine many others come back. I would categorize it as a "flop house," and will stop there with my critique.

It was nice to have a place to stay that was within walking distance of the theme park we went to. The main problem was the condition of the place we stayed and a lot of the people around seemed a bit sketchy. There was a pretty big gap under the door so sounds and smells from outside came in very easily. There was damage to the curtains so there were holes which was a privacy issue. The bed cover had damage from what looked like cigarette burns or something. Although the room was a non-smoking room, it smelled pretty strong of cigarettes and there were cigarette burn marks all over the head board. They had a corner of the parking lot (which was right outside our door) that was filled with garbage - overflowing the dumpster and all over the ground. The best thing about the place, was the proximity to the theme park. That was nice... and the door locked. I was certainly grateful for that.

Room was small very basic no bathtub or other amenities the ac and heating unit did not work there were a lot of shady people people outside making noise all night they even approached my husband very rudely seemingly in attempt to start a fight will not stay here again

The first room was too smokey. Then the ,2nd was no light bulbs in the lamps, the room was cold cuz the heat from the heater didn't warm up the room+ thin sheets for blankets+the bathroom walls was really dirty / no ice machine/ uncomfortable surrounding. But great location/pool/ comfortable bed/ nice.

There were holes in the wall and ceiling, no extra towels for a family of four and no blankets in this cold weathers. Strange people were in the parking lot and outside of our room making noise until 3am this morning and car engines gunning and driving in and out. Tried to check out this morning around 730am- 745am but no one answered the bell at the office. Did not feel safe and it was a very uncomfortable stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. 1 of the only places I've seen with 3 Queen bed accommodations. 6 people? No Problem! You do not have to rent 2 rooms.

We didn’t have such a good experience. There was strangers knocking on our doors late at night. The room was supposed to be non smoking and yet the room gave a strong smell of smoke. We also didn’t get the room we were expecting. We booked a family suite with two rooms and they said we were upgraded to 2 separate rooms which didn’t seem like much of an upgrade more like a downgrade. Very poor service.

The people that were renting rooms were clearly up to no good. One lady walked out of a room dressed as like prostitute. Another man had three mororcycle parked outside of his room and a pitbull with him. We had another family member in another room and they said they heard a man screaming and banging on the door next to their room. We felt unsafe in this kind of enviornment and would not reccommend this place for any family.

The room was very nice except for a moldy ice cream carton in the fridge.

I must state that I never even checked in to the room although it had been prepaid and non refundable. I parked my car in the hotel lot in order to check in. Immediately three different people from three different rooms came out to see what I was doing. They were disheveled looking appeared paranoid and were staring me down. I’m a retired combat veteran and I know when something’s not right. This was not right. I felt very uneasy and unsafe. I walked in and said to the clerk; I’m not staying here and passed on my concerns and drove away.

So dirty, felt unsafe, loud, like people live there instead and have gathering.

This place was terrible. First we arrived and they gave us a room we went in and it was not cleaned yet. Then there were holes in the walls and Ceiling. Then we were sound asleep and someone broke into the room climbing in through the bathroom window. My husband woke up and saw him and the guy ran. We called the cops and had them escort us to our cars because there were so many prostitutes and drug dealers walking around outside our door. I had my kids with me I would never stay at this place again.

Place, location and room are good. The towels were a bit dirty. The people around were questionable. The rooms have clear posted signs of "no smoking" allow but there were multiple guest that were smoking right outside their rooms. Unfortunately, there were other guest smoking marijuana as well, which created a stench and was very unpleasant for non-smokers like us. Furthermore, the rooms do not have a service phone to call the from office, so we couldn't report such issue.

Terrible Place, Pictures Look better then the actual room. Not the crowd good for family visits. The walls were dirty, there was hardly any covers and the covers that were on there had brown stuff on it that look like boo boo. During the day it looks nice but at night everyone comes out and are up all night. My room was suppose to be a non-smoking room but the room smelled like smoke with spray over it. Upon arrival at our hotel we were told that smoking anything (cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc.) was not acceptable which was weird because we already had a non-smoking room so we knew that wasn’t acceptable. Except when it was time to go to our room when entering the door it smelled like marijuana in our room so I couldn’t help but feel it was a set up or question myself why was the check in manager so adamant about telling us about the smoking in the room when we where checking into a non-smoking room. The only plus side to this hotel/motel was Location for me and my little family. The place was a dump/dive I read on Expedia or through the website details the property had been renovated in 2017 sometime it absolutely couldn’t have been. The stand up showers were so narrow in width that the water poured right out the shower to the floor even with the clothe shower curtain provided used properly so annoying uncomfortable , also the shower walls or fake installments were poorly applied to the walls when I placed my hand on the wall when rinsing off in shower the wall moved wasn’t faceted to the wall all the way. Also , when first arriving in room and examining we looked under besides the bed and it was a rolling bed so I noticed so stuff under the headrest part of the bed when moving the bed to check it out it was a can of Vienna sausages open old upside down three of the sausages where outside the can under the bed where we lay our heads at just rotting away. Bad environmen.

It was a very good value for a an inn with a pool. This room was clean, cozy, spacious and affordable. Really appreciated being across the street from the theme parks.

Arrived late but service was nice, felt the room was a little run down and updating but served the purpose for us just an overnight stay.

It was a very easy walk to Knotts Berry Farm. It was clean, but lacked in some areas. Not decorated with pictures etc in proper placement, had no counter space or towel bar in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a night stand on each side of the bed and a TV in the second bedroom. Overall it was ok. The beds were comfortable.

Check in was quick. After that it went downhill. On the way to the room there were a few people hanging outside their rooms smoking pot. Got to the room. The air conditioner would make a sound like it was shorting out. Both on and off. I also noticed that the top cover of the bed smelled like drool so more than likely the sheets weren’t changed. Finally was able to sleep through the air conditioner noise the was woken up around 3am by another sketchy person knocking on my door. Which was kind of a blessing in desguise because I was getting bit by bedbugs! Needless to say I cut my stay here short.

The room had 3 queen beds which accommodated our family well. They called it a suite and it did have a separate bedroom, but not air-conditioning to that room, so the door had to be kept open except for changing clothes. The towels were very thin and worn, but clean. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and answered our request for extra towels right away. Parking is tight getting out, but adequate. The price was good for what we got. I would recommend it if you are looking for inexpensive and just OK accommodations.

The property was clean but the air conditioner was not functioning properly. It was an extremely hot day. There was a resident tweaker in the room next door who had people coming and going at all hours of the night. At least he was nice and said hello to us.

Rooms were nice and clean. But TV did not work. Employee came to fix. Said he had to get something to fix it and never came back.

I stayed in one room with my family and got a ton of bed bug bits. My extended family stayed in a neighboring room and also got bitten. Rooms were dirty. A roach kept crawling in and out of a wall crack. It is right next door to Knotts Berry Farm, though.

Over all not worth the price even though it’s inexpensive there’s to much activity going on in the parking lot would I had known I would have booked next door it looked sooo peaceful

The Front Desk associate was very friendly upon our arrival. The parking space had a car with a trunk that overflowed with items that poured out onto the rear parking spot which told me someone must have been living at this hotel. Upon entry, the place seemed descent. The remote control was filthy and the tv was not stable (tilting off balance). I booked 2 nights. I was only here for no more than an hour and I checked out immediately. About 9pm, a man knocked on my door looking for someone specific and I opened the door stating that gentlemen was not here. 30 minutes later, another man knocked on my door asking for the same gentlemen. I felt this was going to go on all night considering the demographic of the individuals. This made my stay very uncomfortable so I immediately checked out. I'm more disappointed in the fact that an Expedia agent booked this hotel room for me.
