There are many issues - bottom line - room was marked as non smoking but there was clearly smoke smell. I got allergies due to this.

The hospitality and also how friendly and cool the property manager was. It was also very clean, in a safe environment.

Location was right off the freeway...convinient Not only did i notice the bed did not have a fitted shet on it, but there was some dried blood stains on the opposite side of the bed to where I slept. My boyrfirend also found a pair of male boxers near the headrest in the morning before checking out.

It was almost ok for the price. Staff was nice. Toilet wasn’t connected to the floor, shower floor extremely slippery, door barely closed I am sure it’s been kicked in before. The bed was comfy but so many stains everywhere in the room

As we were looking for a spot to park we witnessed 2 prostitutes and seemed like a drug dealer doing some business. We were BAFFLED!! We called the front desk and they couldnt help us refunding our money. It is a total FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on their behalf! The ad and pictures online look 200% completely inaccurate to the reality! Needless to stay we did NOT stay there and looked for a REAL family (decent) place to stay!

Parking was easy, the carpet in the room was dirty and had sime dirt stains, the computer system was down when checking in so we had to leave cash for the deposit. The hotel is old and it's individually owned and it is registered under an LLC that partnered up with Travelodge in order to use their name. I dont think i would stay there again.

The room was ok. Couch & carpet stained. Room key didn’t work.

Parking was safe, there were huge lights on the property. The lady at the desk was very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The t.v. had no picture. The refrigerator did not work. There was no soap for washing my hands, no shampoo or conditioner. The air conditioner worked. The room was clean.

Clean room, quiet and good price.

Overall, it was an ok stay and ok place that we made work because it fit our budget for this trip.

6 nights' stay but no maid service, not even replacement towels after the toilet overflowed and a couple got wet (they did clean up and fixed it). A little traffic noise, but I always take ear plugs anyway (and an eye mask).

Front desk guy was super nice. Room is decent, a bit bed seemed cleaner than average motel. Table were bit older and there was grease stains on most of the tables and nightstands.

The room smelled like cigarettes so bad. The hotel and room looked nothing like the pictures. Just run down and dirty.

There were bugs all over the bathroom. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor. There television was not working and the bottom of the door had a major gap in it that we had to cover with a towel. Overall a very rough place to stay.

Walking distance to bakery / coffee shop easy access to amenities.

Overall, it was not a great stay. The only redeeming quality was the staff was very helpful but the room was not anything like the pictures and the room just was not very good.

Super cheap option and close to disneyland

We looked a 2 rooms. They both smelled like cigarette smoke and had stains on the bed spreads. I if I could give this property less than 1 star I would. I am not sure how this dump has an 8 on Expedia but don't believe it.

The front desk manager was really nice and helpful. He always smiling and gave me extra toiletries. The room we booked was alright, i didn’t like how the door frame was uneven; leaving a big gap on the bottom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

I will definitely stay here again even though it was a little hard to open the door.

hotel owners helped with anything needed. actively walked around property making sure everything was good but not in your business. area seems sketchy but is safe.

the bed was dirty which stains; the bedsheets had a bunch of stains, pillows had stains, blanket had stains. I asked for new bedsheets and pillowcases and blankets... they were all dirty. They gave me a bunch of them and all of them had stains... I didnt even use their towels because everything was so dirty.

It was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay there.

Housekeeping missed a couple things. Tissue hanging off the back of the peephole behind entry door, a balloon with no air behind the dresser under the TV. No hand soap, long hairs in the sink, carpet was a little damp near the ac.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We were able to check in sooner than check in time and that was great. Will be booking here again.

Affordable, split between me and my friend stayed 3 nights while in town for a festival. Glad there was an AC unit!

I was initially assigned a room that was still messy from the prior customer, I had to go to the front desk and ask for a different room.

Bad area, there were people loitering in the parking lot. The couch in the room was very stained. The A/c did not work very well.

Service was great. Danny was very accommodating. It’s a you pay for is what you get. But overall the room wasn’t bad. Bed was clean and comfy. The couch on the other hand wasn’t clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave which was a plus! Shower and toilet was clean but for some reason in the morning there wasn’t hot water but if you shut it off and wait a couple minutes it came back.

When I first arrived to the property I was very disappointed. The pictures that I had seen online were different from what I’d seen in person. I will not be staying here again.

The entire room was dirty. The bare floors were filthy and left the bottoms of my feet dirty. The sheets were dirty (I literally had to brush visible dirt off between the sheets). No bedside lamps, only the main light for the room and one floor lamp. Some of the towels were significantly stained. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is convenient, bed comfort was average. Found a few strands of hair that did not belong to my family. Saw a roach come out from under the bed and back under. Literally stayed just to sleep since we checked out before 11am, not sure I would stay again.

For the price this place was perfect for the night. Clean. Bed was good enough and the shower was great. I crashed one night but slept and had a good shower and good internet. Good for me. Not luxury but given the price you should not expect that. Staff was very very friendly

Danny helped me during my stay. The check in/out process was quick and seamless. The room was very clean and had essentials such as fridge, cable tv and it came supplied with soap and shampoo. The area was conveniently in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It was also safe, quiet and parking was easily accessible. All things I look for when I book. I’m glad I found this gem I’ll definitely be coming back for all future visits.

The staff was friendly, i like that there was no deposit. The room was clean, good channels, quiet. There is always weird neighbors as in most hotels but they were quiet while i was there.

Looks recently renovated with a brighter interior and layout but the room reeked of cigarettes and weed even on the towels and sheets. There were clothes left inside the drawer so that's proof that the room wasn't thoroughly prepared and cleaned. Left early with a night day on our booking and never coming back.

I was truly deceived by the photos and reviews posted by other travelers. Upon entering the room, I noticed a stain on the sheets and a weird stench in the air. Damaged greasy walls, stained carpets, all of this was enough to check out immediately and book a different hotel down the street.

Our experience is the same every stay, excellent. The receptionist are friendly and accommodating to late check ins which is a plus because we live out of state. You get room service upon request, Rooms are renovated and clean, 6-10 minutes from Disneyland, on outskirts of Anaheim so it’s very calm and not noisy, Manager Danny is the real deal… He checks on you throughout your stay. I’ll continue to stay here every Anaheim trip !!!

just wish there was more to do without needing a car, did have to uber a lot more to areas. Overall I loved the stay and the staff was amazing.

- Close to Disney, about a 15 minute drive - Safe area - Bed was comfortable. However, everything went downhill upon closer inspection. When we first came in, we found there was the previous guests’ leftover nachos still in the fridge. This cause water to drip everywhere when we opened the fridge to throw it out. Also, the mini freezer had mold in it. We then inspected the drawers by our bedside, and there was a pair of socks and lingerie left there. This truly disgusted us; it seems like the housekeeping was not thorough at all. We didn’t feel comfortable in this room because of these icky finds. When we told the downstairs front desk about it, they only offered to clean it up the next morning as they didn’t have cleaners in the evening. Also we asked them for towels which they gave us to clean up the fridge ourselves. It was upsetting they didn’t offer to move us to another room. When we came back the next evening, the room was never cleaned up as they stated it would be. Also, the shower had shampoo and body wash, but the body wash was unusable. We tried everything to unscrew it, but nothing worked. As for other parts of the room, there is a noticeable gap in the front door. Make sure to use the top locks as well. Also, walls are thin but not the worst. No hairdryer is provided, but I’m not surprised as this is a motel. I definitely won’t be staying at a Travelodge again.

Toilet got backed up and wouldn’t stop running flooded our room while we were asleep got moved to a different room lights would continuously turn on while we were asleep…sheets were never changed looked like blood stains mini fridge had prior food and drinks tub was full of hair floors never swept it was a horrible experience never again they didn’t even try to comp us for the flooding this property should be removed from any online sites STAY AWAY

The main office was dirty, shabby, and there were transient walking outside by all the cars hanging out in the parking lot. I stayed one night, which was Friday night, 13 December and I was supposed to stay another night however I chose to leave and not come back. The reason why I left was because at 3 o’clock in the morning there was a transient outside my room, screaming, and yelling, and there was a scuffle going on between people outside my room, banging into my door and into my neighbors door, that’s what I woke up to. That was extremely scary and uncomfortable. I couldn’t go back to sleep and I will never go there again. I would like to receive a refund for Saturday night that I did not end up staying, but I still paid for because I paid in advance.

We were told when we checked in on Wednesday that there was no hot water but that the matter would be resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. We called the front office after over an hour and he stated it would be another 15-20 minutes and It wasn’t so we ended up having to go to dinner without being able to shower. We were also told the day of check in our room would be cleaned every other day which meant Friday would be the first day it would be cleaned. We came back late Friday night and our key was not working (which was the third time this happened) so we had to get the office manager to open our door. the towels were still not exchanged and our sheets were not changed either. We tried to ask the manager to get us some towels and he stated he would “try but if not we would have to wait until the next morning”. He then only brought three towels when we were persistent on asking for some and there were four of us.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was very clean and plenty spacious, plus had a fridge! The television and air worked well, and it was a quiet stay! The manager we checked in with was quite kind and helpful when i needed an ice bucket and some directions. Its not the Ritz, but if a clean place to lounge and sleep with plenty of nearby quick bites is what youre looking for like my husband and I were, this is the place for you:) - we would book again:)
