The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

The front desk personnel are very helpful and professional, The only disappointment was the mattress was too squeaky and hard, caused back pain to my wife and myself, I regretted not asking for another room after the first night with better beds. Spending 3 nights with back pain every morning was not a good experience, hopefully management would review the quality and condition of their mattresses and correct the problem, so other travelers don’t have to go through what we had experienced. We had to extend our stay for an extra day, thankfully this room had a quieter AC unit and better mattress, so unless you book a 5 star hotel, you are bound to have some not so nice surprises. The hotel offers breakfast, I don’t know if it can be called continental breakfast, we couldn’t find any fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice, we ended up just grabbing a cup of water because of the high hard carbs snd sugary drinks, so again, you get what you pay for, another undisclosed surprise was the fact that when the reservation was made I was under the impression that it was a flat per room fee, but after looking at the bill, Saturday and Sunday were charged at a higher rate than Monday and Friday, I guess this practice is common but undisclosed at the time of the reservation. Location: it’s very good and walking distance to restaurants / knott’s Berry Fms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Placed looked okay, probably an older hotel that was repainted. Plenty of parking. The room has its ups and downs. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious too. Has all of the amenities. The down side. There wasn’t enough outlets to plug in phone chargers. Had to unplug a lamp to use the outlet. The room looked like it was remodeled in a hurry. Paint splatters and chipped paint on the mirrors and the headboard was chipped in some spots. The front door had at least a 1/2 inch gap on the bottom of it. And the toilet kept running. It was an okay stay.

The breakfast was pretty minimal.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very helpful staff and a clean spacious room. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom, small sink space but the closet and bathroom are converted to one space. The pool was nice and they have breakfast every morning if you want something quick and simple. The bed was comfortable.

I landed at a horrible hotel in montebello and found this one after and this one was very amazing I loved it if I ever go on vacation again I will definitely stay here again loved it super clean, great pool! And housekeeping kept my room clean.

Rooms were ok. If your looking for luxury this is NOT the place. Sheets and bedding had stains. when i pulled blankets off bed there were crumbs of some sort in bedding along with hair. When we checked in the receptionist was really nice and had a positive attitude. The night shift guy was very rude and didn't seem to care to treat customers with hospitality or with a positive attitude. He also didn't seem to care about the company he worked for as he kept saying they wouldn't care about my complaints. I will NOT ever stay here again.

Ideal location, close to EVERYTHING! Don't expect much hospitality from Dee upon check-in; she's not a very happy person. Matias is a much better host. Venue is an adequate TWO-STAR venue that is in need of much maintenance attention and lots of TLC. Hot Tub was blocked off with Caution Tape. Room door had sufficient two-inch gap at the bottom, enough to exchange drugs and cash without opening the door. Location was EXCELLENT ! very close to Knotts Berry Farm and walking distance to Starbucks, Portos, and McDonald's. A good value to save money, no frills, a clean place to sleep.

Attentive staff. Rooms clean

We stayed for two days in one of the 8 person suites. We chose this hotel because it was closest to things we wanted to do and the best rated in the area we were not disappointed in our state, and the cost was reasonable for what we feel we received. The room was well maintained and clean, but you can tell that it is older, because areas had faded paint or chips in the paint, the flooring was a bit uneven, and weather stripping was missing from the bottom of the entryway door too the room. The cleainess of the room though was great. The comfort was great as well. I think the room would have maintained ins temperature better if they add weatherstripping to the bottom of the entryway door. The breakfast offered is simple but has variety and much appreciated.

There were a lot of bugs in the shower, and it is close to the highway. I would not recommend

The staff was friendly and nice. The lobby area was nice as well. But the sheets were permanently stained I think (possibly dirty still) and the floor sticky. I would only recommend staying if looking for an affordable option but not carying about looks or cleanliness

This hotel was in a convenient location and was a good price. I don’t think I’d stay here again though because the rooms weren’t very clean and our room didn’t even have a shower curtain. Staff was very nice.

Greaot room for our big family. A mile from Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City. Plenty of and restaurants nearby. Our room was cleaned daily, plenty of towels and blankets. The breakfast was continental plus waffles. Pool is nice but the hot tub was under repairs

I highly do not recommend this place to stay. Extremely poor customer service by the lady working the front desk. I left my name, my number and told her I wanted to speak with Management regarding the refund of our “ suite” and would show of the proof that I had. Since then nobody has contacted us. IM STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL ???

The property was nice. Pool is not heated. The breakfast was only regular cereal and raisin brand, white bread, very few bagels,everyday yogurt and waffles but the waffle machines got stuck every time no matter how much oil spay you put on it , it still stuck. They had coffee and orange and apple juice there. But there is a Starbucks right next to the Outback Steakhouse. If you didn’t want to deal with the waffle machines. The ladies that clean the rooms were very accommodating. Very close to Knott’s Berry Farm walking distance.Porto’s across the street. We would stay there again! Easy check in and out.

The place was clean and in good shape. Nothing fancy, but nice enough, especially for the price. The location was great for most of the fun things to do in Anaheim and is right across the street from the Pirate Adventure and Medieval Times. This will be my go-to for future theme park visits!

They offer “breakfast” but two of the four waffle makers were broken so we had bread or cereal to choose from. Not really a breakfast spread. We won’t stay here again, which is sad because we come to California several times a year and this has been our go to hotel for quite some time.

Its a cozy enough hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only real downside was the breakfast in the morning, it lacked options. Really just bread and yogurt. Unfortunately the waffle machines didnt work very well. The temperature of the shower didnt get very hot as well. Howevwr it is close to everything and anything and the pool area was really nice

This property is in a great location, if traveling to Buena Park. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

I am a single woman and they put me in the back of the hotel. Lots of questionable folks hanging out back there. The coffee maker was gross with a moldy substance that came out with the hot water. The walls and room itself were in need of repairs, looked like they slapped lipstick on a pig. The front of the hotel looks to have updated rooms with nice shutters. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone

I had requested to have new Bed Sheets on the second day and then failed to accommodate this as. I walk in the Lobby to ask and was told it would be taken care of but was not and the bed was was never touch and walking around in the room barefoot the floor has never ever been been mop clean the bottom of my feet were so dirty that I has to rewash my feet not good I advise front desk about the issue and Dee was able to assist

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay at your property this past Friday. While your staff members were friendly and helpful, I would like to bring several issues to your attention. Although the room was generally clean, the bathroom was not up to standard, and there were very few hangers provided. Additionally, I could only locate one ice machine for the entire building. My most significant concern involves the breakfast service. The waffle maker was not functioning properly, as the batter consistently stuck to the plates, and the juice selection was poor. Furthermore, the only food available was dry white bread; there were no bagels or eggs served. I also want to report that I saw a dead mouse on the ground near the pool area. The location. It’s near restaurants. The front desk women on May 10,2026 during check out time 9:30am was rude and unprofessional. Our toilet barely flushed. The electrical switch didn’t work. Walls were dirty. Doors had big gaps on the ground, we had a connecting room with the door with a big gap, you can hear everything.

If you are just looking for somewhere for you to sleep and you don't care about the accommodation or what the hotel has to offer? This is probably the place for you. The pool is not heated. The "free" breakfast was all carbs, so if you need some protein in the morning, don't expect any. There were make-your-own waffles, bread for toast, yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal. There was no phone in the room, so if you need something from housekeeping or the front desk, you need to walk down to the lobby. We needed an extra blanket and had to walk down to the lobby to request it, because the dial on the cooling system to change the temperature was broken, and there was no knob there. So if you wanted air in the room to circulate, there was no way to make it colder or warmer for the AC. It was what it was. There were at least three bugs in the room I found without looking, one in the bed, one in the bathroom, and a moth flying around the room. For some reason, they gave us an ADA room... I'm not sure why. But the shower was on the same level as the rest of the tile floor, understandable for someone in a wheelchair, but we didn't need that. With one shower, the entire floor was wiped out and soaking wet, from the shower through to the entire bathroom. We used all four towels we were given just to soak up the floor, so we didn't slip on the tile when trying to leave the bathroom. The vanity (over the sink) light did not work. Won't stay here again.

Had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night cause our shower wouldn’t drain. It was a huge inconvenience. We even asked to use a plunger to see if that would help at all so we didn’t have to move, also asked if we could just shower in another room so we didn’t have to pack up all our stuff, but that wasn’t allowed. They never gave a refund or even a discount. Reached out both on website and through Expedia and they have never answered in over a week. If you are staying in the area I HIGHLY suggest somewhere else.

Overall this is a great spot for the space, price and location. The beds were comfy and having a larger family style suite gave us room to spread out and enjoy our 2 week stay. Another huge perk was having a microwave and a working refrigerator in the room. This is something you don’t find everywhere especially the microwave. Things are still in the process of being renovated but compared to a year ago, It’s an amazing transformation. In addition, having free breakfast available is a great bonus, especially when you’re gone for such a long time. The front desk, especially has polite, helpful, and diligence staff that I can’t think enough for their assistance throughout our stay.

The room had old repairs, has not been updated, and a bad mattress, vinyl planks that were warped, and had an inch in between them. The cleaning didn’t remove any garbage. The AC worked good after I plugged it in. The ac system was old school and the control panel on the wall wasn’t connected. I would suggest spending a bit more.

The room was mostly clean, but it’s definitely an old building. The area behind the toilet was yellow, the corners of the bathroom and room had dust and hair. I read the reviews before the stay and I was convinced it was a nice modern hotel. Wrong. The hotel is more like a motel. Furniture, amenities, and everything is outdated, rusty, broken and old.

Lobby area was clean. When we arrived to our room there was a weird smell and bugs on the floor. It seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned throughly at all. There is also a very large gap between the bottom of door and outside and anything can crawl in. The lampshades were very stained and dirty. The nightstand drawers had trash from previous visitors. I heated up food and when I opened the microwave a bug was crawling inside. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Walls are thin and I would wake up due to hearing people next door or stomping above. I had hopes for this hotel since it’s nearby so much stuff but unfortunately the cleanliness doesn’t seem like a priority here. I will not be staying here again.

DONT LET THE LOBBY FULL YOU! They put a lot of effort into the lobby but the rooms are terrible. We got assigned room 213, it was absolutely filthy. Many brown and dark red stains on the walls, lamp shades, the blow dryer, hair in the sink. Toilet paper hadn’t been replaced and sitting chair was torn in lots of places and stained. Drawers were very sticky. We let the women at the front desk know and they gave us another room, however, this one didn’t have ceiling lights, stains on the walls, and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all the door to the new room got jammed and the same woman we complained to said it was just broken. Walls are paper thin and we heard others complain about the faulty doors. This is the first time we didnt choose the Hilton, NEVER AGAIN. we will always choose Hotel Fera Orange by the Hilton

Just don’t. Absolutely nothing like the photos, the smell was terrible, we killed two bugs on the bed as soon as we walked in and anyone walking past your door sounds like they’re inside your room with you. The only upside was how easy it was to cancel with the front desk guy, we got our key, walked to the room, and called Expedia to get refunded immediately after walking right back out to return the key and find another hotel. The first room we were placed in the toilet did not work and the door did not lock. We were moved a few rooms down and the shower did not work as well as there were only 3 pillows on a king size bed, I also saw a huge rat run across the court yard. My first experience there was good, this time was terrible.

The place is very affordable which is a good thing but I guess you pay for what you get. There are people smoking weed outside I’m assuming they live in the motel. We also got woken up at 430am by someone standing outside our motel banging on our door. I called the office and the response I got was they are probably lost. It just didn’t seem like a real safe place. The bed was comfortable. Just be careful and be aware before you book.

Got there a little late like 8pm and there was no front desk host they were on lunch break took an hour to get my room . The beds were decent but everything else in the room was stuck in the past

Unbelievable poor breakfast! If you do not eat waffle or cereals. The only option is white bread only! No eggs, no meat, no yogurt, no fruits, no Danish and just white bread slices! Room rate is fair, we pay what we pay.

Older hotel. Jacuzzi was out of service, I was really looking forward to a little relaxation time. There is NO elevator at this facility. That was a bummer especially with carrying your bags up and down the stairs. Grateful that it only had 2 stories.

O cafe da manha bem fraco com pouca variedade. Ficamos 3 noites e 4 dias e nao foi reposto nada, nem entraram no quarto para tirar lixo e repor papel, sabonete etc.

I disliked that there was a painted over dead cockroach on the window frame, that there was no elevators. So carrying luggage up for an elder adult and two children were really exhausting. And our room was a bit farther than what I expected from the office. So driving to get the breakfast was a better choice than walking.

To be perfectly honest. If had any extra time to find another place to stay and move my stuff and children, I would have without hesitation. My room was hands down the filthiest, unkept room I’ve ever had. It was disgusting. One of the showers was literally falling apart and called in mold or mildew. There were two ac units and the room was still so hot that we could not get comfortable. I’ve never made any notes on a hotel before, but there is not a chance that I would ever consider staying here again. I’d rather sleep in my truck. Just awful

The pillows were very well beat up and should have been replaced years ago. The fridge, microwave, and hair dryer were all crammed in a small space inside the bathroom. The bathroom door was a rickety barn door that only stayed closed if you locked it which made it very inconvenient for my seven year old to try and close it. In addition, the 'office chair' had tons of stains on it and was just plain gross. The TV was MAYBE 32" (I think more 27") at best and was so old that the picture showed a 3" bar of light around the outside edge on all four sides that cut into the show you were watching. Outside, there were piles of trash (like several) leaned up next to a broken down ice machine. Breakfast was a typical Continental so no real complaints there... And again, the hotel staff was amazingly nice. But the hotel itself is drab, run down, and not nearly what we had expected when booking it. It's within a 2 minute walking distance of a Starbucks so that's a plus... Otherwise, I promise we will not be back.

The room was disgusting. It looked it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Behind the refrigerator there was some sort of splatter, the bed sheets had hair, the floor had a big whole we just felt uncomfortable being there. Thankfully the shower was clean if not I would’ve checked out right there and then.

The room appeared to be infested, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This hotel needs to ensure that rooms are clean and safe for guests. It felt like the focus was more on collecting payment than addressing serious health and cleanliness concerns.

Cons: The room was not clean. When we entered there was pieces of food on the ground/sink and hairballs next to the bed. There were weird white stains on the headboard and hairs in the bed, as well as the shower. Red stains on the curtains and stained lampshades. Also, there was a huge hole at the bottom of the outside door. Enough space to fit 3 fingers or more through and have bugs come through. Cleanliness is not their top priority whatsoever. Will not be staying here again! Definitely not worth the price. Although with the cons of the room you can’t beat the location.

The family rooms with 3 queen beds were very convenient for my family of 6! We had a great stay. We had the water shut off on the second day with zero warning or even a notice on why but fortunately we had all already showered! When we went to the fron desk they told us a pipe had burst and they had to turn the water off, which is understandable but they could've warned people begore turning it off. We also found some clothes under one of the beds and under a chair that did not belong to us, so that kind kind of killed the vibe for us.

None of the doors shut all the way l. the bath tub faucet in one of the bathrooms ran all night long. There was no phone in our room so if we needed the front desk we would have had to walk clear across the property. We only had a few plugs accessible for us to plug in our phones to make sure they were charged for the next day.

Clean room and quiet area. Conveniently walkable to knotts, portos, target. However, exit of parking lot can be subdued due to the traffic of the attractions in the area. Room was spacious and clean but had some occasionally flies and we had a farther room from the lobby. The 2nd bathroom was a nice touch but the shower had no pressure. Continental breakfast was subpar so we didnt use it. Thankful that the front desk was 24 hrs.

The beds and rooms are nice. The housekeeping are great but do not come everyday. My heater didnt always work so i was cold but other than that ok.

Check in and out was quick and staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast included bread, bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal and coffee and juices. Rooms were a decent size with plenty of space to hang clothes. I felt the rooms were not very clean and vinyl plank flooring had huge gaps in areas. Bed was comfortable. The heating and cooking system worked well but also gave off a scent of urine. Fortunately,I really didn’t need heat or air conditioning. Shower was lukewarm at best. There were days I could not even get in the shower it was so cold. The water also did not drain well and I developed a rash on my foot- which I needed medication for and my doctor said it was related to the shower. As for noise level, you can hear the traffic, which is fine. However, you can also hear the neighbors on each side of you and above you as well- including their TV. I could tell when someone from the East Coast arrived as I heard them walking and watching TV starting at 3:00 am. There was also a big dumpster being emptied each morning around 6am-ish. Overall, the dirtiness of the room, cold showers and lack of shower drainage would stop me from staying here again. I read a lot of great reviews stating the rooms were clean so I took a chance. Some reviews stated they saw roaches; however, I did not see any during my December stay. I did feel safe in the area and loved being walking distance from Porto’s bakery!

There was an immediate musty, rotten smell up on walking into the room. Furniture like the table was peeling, the sheets on the bed had a funky odor like it wasn't clean. Tried calling the Front Desk but couldn't from the non-functioning "Quality Inn" phone. Bathroom also had black mold around the sink. I'd say it might be time to fix it up. If you also take hot showers, this place doesn't have hot water either.

HIGHEST EVER CASH DEPOSIT! (No Thanks)! Here is what I experienced at this place! I walk in and provide ID and credit card and say I booked on Expedia! A girl with (get this) a T-shirt on and no nametag takes my items. As she is processing, I say, "Do you know you guys charge the highest deposit of any hotel I ever stayed at?" The T-shirt girls responds, "I have worked 20 years in the business and this is standard!" I rebut: "Well, I am a Platinum member of Expedia . . . [she rolls her eyes] . . . and I have never paid that much." I continue: "Now, when I have stayed at The Four Seasons or The Ritz-Carlton they don't even do that. I leave my CC open, but if I don't purchase any INCIDENTALS, there are no other charges. So when I leave, I don't have to keep checking my card to see if my deposit is put back!" T-shirt points to the laundry-list of typing (see the photos) and says, "Our rules are right here to read; if you can read!" Yep, that's what she said! So now we are in a tit-for-tat. I countered, "Why don't you just tell me the rules while you check me in, you are capable of doing that aren't you?" She rebuffs, "You can choose to stay or you can choose not to, it's up to you! What are you going to do!!" Well, I'm still standing here, so what do you think!? At that point she gets up and says she is NOT going to help me and tells her co-worker to finish and she exits to the back! The male comes over to finish, but doesn't know where she left off

We moved to a room with a new unit, but the bathroom was older and didn't have the same sink space and the room smelled every evening we returned. We also found a grape under the bed. The fridge in the new room didn't shut properly so we had to wedge the armchair in front of it everyday. They didn't discount our room for the 1st night.

We had a great time. We woke up a little late and the staff was understanding that we needed an extra 15 minutes. The little soaps were so cute and good quality. It was quiet, peaceful, and provided exactly what we needed. The rooms have always been clean and spacious. Clean beds and bathroom. The toilet and bathtub are separate from the sink, which is great since one person can shower while the other gets ready; there is plenty of counter space and there is also a giant wall to wall mirror, giving you plenty of space for two people to get ready. The TV is a bit small and outdated, no smart tv or streaming apps here. The coffee maker is old and the same goes to the furniture. It’s basic a basic room but worth the price, especially if you get it for a good deal.

Our first room the batteries to the fire detector didn’t work/ we had to move. They were quick and gracious. This new room is nice and big. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was great, very accommodating when possible. It seemed that this area attracts an element of rough traffic, so I had my senses on alert, but it wasn't necessary. We slept well: quiet environment, comfortable bedding, convenient in-room amenities; just a really good deal on a utilitarian room near Knott's Berry Farm. The pictures make this place look a lot nicer than reality, but I'd stay there again when on a budget.

Everything was awesome, but I did see 2 cockroaches in my room. A small one when it got there on Tuesday and one big one yesterday when I came back from Knott's Berry Farm. Other then that everything else was amazing.

There were bugs in the room but seemed like staff were taking measures to remove them. I specifically saw them crawling on the top of the desk. Hot and cold were backwards to sign which made for a very uncomfortable first shower. Overall property has trash in parking areas. The beds seemed fine and outside the cleanliness issues I had no real issues with the stay.

We've stayed here in the past and had good experiences, but this time the room was filthy with leftover food, dirt and cockroaches.The shower had no water pressure and was only barely warm when it wasn't cold because they ran out of hot water. When I asked if they were having water problems I was told that they don't have big enough boilers, so it's a constant problem. The door was not sealed well enough, so I assume that's why the cockroaches could get in so easily...plus everyone's cigarette and pot smoke. It's supposed to be a non-smoking property with smoking only allowed 100 feet from the rooms, but everyone was smoking right outside their doors. Our neighbors had a party every night complete with ukulele and singing. Ok up until about 9pm, but they had no consideration and kept singing until 1-2am. I called the front desk and they said they would speak to them, but doubt that ever happened. It's a shame that this hotel has gotten so bad because the location and the price are amazing. It's a short walk to Knott's Berry Farm or a very cheap Uber ride (cheaper than the cost of parking for round trip rides). Unfortunately we will not be returning. Hopefully we didn't bring any roach families home in our luggage.

I've stayed here several times. Many new changes since I last stayed. Room was clean. But the sliding bathroom door leaves no privacy. You can hear everything and see through the openings. The walls were paper thin and it was uncomfortable hearing the couple in the room next door! Bring next to the maintenance room was also very noisy in the mornings. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was good. Convenient for food and shopping and of course Knott's.

The staff was super kind!! we had to wait until the desk person was back from lunch to check in. Thankfully, the couches in the lobby are comfortable. The lobby is absolutely beautiful! And when we got to our room first appearance is OK. But looking at the mattress is a different story: they are still using old spring mattresses complete with sweat stains. The floor was so dirty that I made my feet black just walking through the room in the first 10 minutes. The shower has zero hot water. The bathroom sink had hot water, but it was hooked up backwards. We tried to shower again in the morning and there was still no hot water. The coffee for the coffee maker in the room is definitely better than the coffee in the lobby. It seems that they’ve done a lot of updating, but they’re forgetting some of the important stuff in the rooms. I’ve seen cleaner mattresses at Motel 6.

We've stayed here in the past and loved our rooms and the location, but this last trip definitely is making me think ywice about staying here again. Our room had the attempt of being clean, but there was evidence that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. There were pieces of food under the bed and next to the night stand (half of a big cookie and cereal). The room had roaches we had to chase down every morning. The floor tiles were poorly laid leaving gaping dirty cracks. The cracks around the door were huge and since everyone was smoking just outside their doors our room constantly smelled like pot or tobacco. The noise from our partying neighbors had no buffer either. The AC worked great but smelled like mold and mildew, Good thing we brought room spray. We never had hot water, ever, and by our last day we were treated to ice cold showers before checking out. When I tried to bring up my concerns with the front desk, they were ready with their excuses and "apologies" but I could tell she really didn't care. Probably hears the complaints all the time. If we'd had more time, we would've requested a new room but our busy trip did not leave us with time to argue with the front desk and move to a new room. Had we known right away about our roach friends, cold water and inconsiderate loud, smokey neighbors then we would've switched rooms right away. It's a shame a hotel we liked and was so close to Knott's Berry Farm showed us that only part of their hotel is decent.

Horrible service from the front desk man. Shouldn't be in the hospitality business if you are not even going to take the time to treat your guests right.

The room not good

It was a decent place to stay, conveniently situated.

Location was great. Rooms were nice. They could have a few more tables and chairs for breakfast area.

Staff was nice, the hotel definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. It looks nice but it’s not as fancy as they try to make it appear. Lampshades need dusting and the the ac smells a little funky when you turn it on. Also the door has a big gap under so water got in when it was raining

For some reason, the glass doors inside do not have any privacy curtains on them. So, each party in each room cannot walk around unless they are dressed. (Very Odd). The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall and the shower curtain would not stay closed. I killed three roaches in the toilet area. (Gross). Otherwise, great space for the price.

Staff was rude said I was smoking in room and was not said it was cause I had ac on and people smoked outside the room they kept my deposit of 200 I am not happy I am gonna dispute charges on my stay not only did they keep my deposit they made me check out when I still had reservations for today and that was 89.16

The filter need to change from the air conditioner. You could smell like they’re old.

My room has standing shower, no tube. I believe my room may have been renovated recently because my other family members' rooms lights, fixtures are old and not the same as my room.

The room was outdated and although the bed was clean and comfortable - the chairs (wing chair and office chair) were filthy disgusting and the floors weren’t clean at all. (I dropped my water bottle and cleaned my mess with a white towel….)

The location couldn’t be better! There are plenty of food options nearby, it’s an easy walk to Knott’s Berry Farm, and there’s even a city bus stop close by that goes straight to Disneyland in about 25 minutes. The deposit was also very reasonable — not nearly as bad as some reviews suggested. Overall, a solid, convenient place to stay if you’re visiting the parks or just want a clean, comfortable spot in Buena Park.

I understand now why the room was so cheap. You get what you pay for I guess. I was just hopeful because the photos were nice and they were rated good. The check in was nice and the woman at the front desk had excellent customer service. However when I got to the room I didn’t get to look at it well since we went to medieval times and we got back late and the room was dirty. Everything is just run down. There’s hair in all corners of the room on the bed dirt in drawers a show print on the ceiling the lamp shades are all stained and the “chair” on the top 😬 it was stained with some white stains. I was going to call the front office but the phone had no buttons. I was disappointed and was hesitant to stay the night but I wasn’t sure if I was going to get my money back and we were exhaustedIt.

The hotel is not the best in the area, but it is reasonably priced, close to Knotts Berry Farm, easy access to Highway 91. They did their best to upgrade the hotel, but you can tell property is old. However, I would say all hotels within 2 miles of Knotts Berry Farm all have the same aging issuess. The beds were mey, not really soft, shower is low pressure, and maintenance could do a better job sealing around the door freme to prevent the smell of smoke from entering room. I used a towel rolled up to try the best to block the smoke at the bottom of door. Great view of Knotts Berry Farm if you want to watch fireworks.

Quiet, good location helpful staff

The Internet info provided by the hotel indicated that they clean the room every day. I stayed there for six-nights-seven-days. After checking-in on the first day, the room was cleaned with new towels and bedding on the second day. On the third day, towels were supplied but the bed was not made. On the fourth day, the room was cleaned. On the fifth day, the room was not cleaned. I went to the counter to ask for clean towels. The man told me that they clean the room only under guest's request. I requested to have my room cleaned on the next day, which is the sixth day. He made a note on a book. When I was back to the room on the sixth day, the bed was not made and there were no new towels. When I checked out on the seventh day, the lady told me that they normally clean the room once every three (or four?) days. (B) There are roaches. Th table surface was greasy. (C) Noise of steps appeared above the ceiling for long time and last till late hours.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and quick, but they do require a 100 deposit on a card or 200 in cash. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning, but it gets very busy. It seems to be a very family-friendly hotel, but there are many long-term residents. You can hear the street traffic from even in the rooms facing the courtyard.

Definitely needs more care. Our room still had hair in the sink and in the tub. Old lashes. A conditioner tube from the previous guest. The door latch is broken. The light for the bathroom switch needs to be jiggled before it turns on. Faucet and shower head are loose and leak.

It looks basic from the outside but what really mattered was the interior. Best BANG for your buck 100%. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Definitely would be booking at this place again on my next visit.

Found a cockroach in our room. The neighbors up above our room sounded like they were going to fall through. The male staff at the front desk was rude, but female staff was friendly and helpful.

The pictures are misleading

They sent me to a room with someone else in it first and the guy at the desk didn’t apologize. I literally walked into someone else’s room at around midnight… almost changed hotels, but the people at the desk the next day and for the rest of the trip were pleasant and kind, decided not to leave. My room was right by the pool and was quite noisy, but I was gone most of the day anyway so it wasn’t a big deal for me.

There were a few things broken like the light fixture in the bathroom, the shower curtains were ripped, and the dial for the switch was missing. Nothing was visibly dirty but there was a wierd musky / mildew smell. Also i asked for a ground floor room due to easy accessability with children and a disabled individual accommodation which i wasnt informed until check in that this particular room is not avaliable on the ground floor. I did try calling a week before just to go over a few things but couldnt get through. Not a huge deal but i would've like to have been aware and possibly looked elsewhere.

Clean rooms at a quiet property. Located in the heart of many attractions yet still quiet enough for a quiet evening of sleeping. Pool and hot tub were nice and free breakfast was well stocked and satisfying. Would glady stay again.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Room very basic, satisfactory for a stopover stay. A lightbulb was out but not a big deal. Price appropriate for what it is.

We had two rooms. The were not like the photos on Hotels.com but whatever. The beds were comfy and the towels smelled fresh. It was t a great room but it wasn’t bad… except the one bed bug. I took it to the office and it was a Sunday so no manager was available. Understandable. They tried to not refund the room and actually blame me saying that I must have brought it but that’s a big NOPE. Finally she refunded my room and that’s it. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Then a lady came out to tell me the guy was on his break! I had to wait 15 minutes to be attended. Then room smelled weird. I sprayed with my own freshener. We stepped out for Dinner and when we returned it still smelled weird. Then to realize it was one of the beds! Smelled like pee! as if a homeless slept on the bed.

The door to the room got stuck and we weren’t able to leave room, when I called front desk a guy who answered was just mocking me and saying “ oh well” “ I will see what I can do” do whatever you want” and then he hinged up the phone on me twice, when I needed someone to come open door , we were ther on vacation and missed an event because we couldn’t open the door… extremely rude non caring staff, with exception of genesis and a cleaning lady .. very stressful and scary situation, also there were a lot of homeless in and out and even sleeping in the parking lot right outside the room.. hORRIBLE experience…

Easy to get onto motorway

The hotel it's self was good for the pride and a great location. Lots of parking and near knotts which was the main reason for my stay. Only big problem is they have not returned my deposit and they will not reply to any of my emails to ask for it back!

Continental breakfast was a bummer. Main items were waffles and cereal. Then the front desk gave out my room info to a man that claimed to know me and he showed up at my door in the evening. Super unprofessional and dangerous. That guy could’ve harmed me and my guest.

The ac worked fine. Only 2 problems, no small wash towels and the floor was so dirty we could not walk barefoot because it would turn the bottom of your feet black with dirt. The floor has a print that it's hard to see the dirt, but it was very dirty once you looked closely or happen to walk on it barefoot.

It was definitely rundown the extra room that we thought someone can sleep on the couch was dirty dingy and stinky floor was dirty. Refrigerator was broken. There was a lot of people that actually lived in the hotel so they were roaming around pretty much most of the time.

Had to do some cleaning before my family settled in. You can tell the cleaning was rushed. One of the toilet seat was broken upon arrival and we went part of a day without water. Very inconvenient since my mom wasn’t able to shower until we returned back to the hotel at night.

The room was nice, the beds were ok. Breakfast was ok. This is a budget hotel so a good place to stay.

Clean room close to all places

The front desk was nice but the area was trash. The room was discussing and poorly maintained. The chairs were dirty. The bathroom water fixtures were nearly coming undone. The lights kept flicking. The room smelled. I was not inclined to test the bed. Checked out within 2 hours of being there. Family trip to Disneyland. NEVER AGAIN. Went to a different hotel that night.

Water heat situation water was not getting warm . Pretty unfriendly associate while checking in seemed to be having a bad day.

The only bad thing was the microwave oven didn’t work. Every thing else was great.

We didn't even end up staying here - We checked in and after driving past a few unhoused people in the parking lot, we got to our room where we found dirty sheets, food on the floor, a fake fingernail, stains on everything, and two live cockroaches then immediately started calling other hotels to find alternate accommodations. I'm still waiting to talk to management about my refund and it's been two days, they don't answer the phone. Putting a chargeback on my card today - The pictures look nice so compliments to the magician that took those because this place was a slum.

The room I was in was a little outdated and the AC unit was very old. The tub needed to be replaced and was a little outdated. I didn’t expect much as I was only there a night. People came back to the rooms around 3am and were very loud and you could hear them at the front door and locking the car. The bed was on, nothing special but was better than the floor. The hotel also seemed like some people lived in the rooms and the trash dumped in the back of the parking lot needs to be moved.

You could just roll your wheelchair underneath the water. There is only the sink. No place to set any of your bathroom items. You’ll need to store those in the main room They have a little refrigerator but no microwave Bed is ok Tv is ok You park in front of your room.

Bed was super comfortable but room floor was not cleaned properly. There were large pieces of trash in corners that made it obvious it wasn't properly cleaned. Parking was convenient, check-in and check-out was very smooth, and overall, we had a good experience.

The hotel stay was comfortable. The room was clean. What I didn’t like was the noisy ac and I could hear footsteps in the room upstairs. The room does need updated furniture however bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean. It was worth the cheap price.

Checked in. Key didn't work, went back down got a new key that worked. Got in and it was dirty all over. My daughter ran in to use the restroom and I hear Dad the toilet down work. Turns out it was leaking all over the floor and would not flush the mechanics were broken. Went back down got a different room, lucky the keys worked. Got in and the room was better but I still had to throw away old food left in the fridge and several empty beer cans left in the closet. By this time it was 1am and we just had to settle, my kids were exhausted. Lots a shady characters around so keep those doors locked. Oh and after a 4 night stay we only received room service once. Had to continuously go down to the front desk to get TP, towels, and soap.

i think the restroom was my biggest issue. there were pink hairs all over the bath tub and i got out of the shower to water all over the floor even though i had the curtain to cover. keverythung else was good.

The staff was very kind. The rooms are not sound proof but were clean.
