Knott's Hotel

No breakfast included and you have to pay for parking. That is my biggest criticism about this place. Pool was overly crowded and they ran outta towels. The staff were nice and helpful though and our room was nice.

Firstly, I was denied a copy of a signed document upon check in and was just told to take a photo of it, which due to their lighting doesn't show up very well in my photos. Next, things were not notified upon reservation and only notified upon check in. They charge you extra for parking your vehicle. If you reserve through a third party like this site, they charge extra for certain amenities. We had to pay extra for breakfast at their restaurant and did not receive a voucher for free breakfast. During our experience at The Kitchen I received a glass cup with a chip/break on it which luckily, I noticed beforehand. But, I ordered a breakfast burrito and something in the sausage hurt and broke my tooth. I do not blame the kitchen staff as I'm sure the sausage itself is not made by them and is ordered through a third party. They did apologize and removed the item from the check. However, the damage is already done and we did not go back for breakfast the second day we stayed. Corporate needs to communicate with the third-party reservation companies better on the amenities and extra charges to warn/notify people before making a reservation. I have never experienced any hotel to remove or charge extra for certain amenities just because you reserve through a third party.

We stay at Knott's Hotel every time we're in CA. Great service and clean rooms. Love that we can walk back and forth to the park.

The property was close enough to Knott’s Berry Farm that you could walk back and forth throughout the day if needed. The hotel was very quiet and the pool area was very spacious. Loved the late check out time too. The only thing I want to mention is that if you booked through a third party, you pay twenty five dollars a night for parking at the hotel (which I think is pretty steep) because it is not included with your hotel room fees. We had a nice and relaxing trip there and we would love to go back again.

Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay! Just a 5 minute walk to the park and 10 minute walk to soak city. The staff was very helpful and the whole property was very clean. The pool was awesome as well the kids loved the splash pad area and the hot tub was large. We will absolutely stay here again on our next Knotts trip.

Last minute booking and the staff was able to grant our request for a downstairs room . We got lucky that the pool is right across the way . My grandsons has an amazing time , the only downside was the room didn’t have a table and chairs but otherwise we had a wonderful time!

The lobby was very nice. However, the room didn’t have a table for writing nor a chair. Most important was that the shower did not have anti slip strips nor shower map and almost slipped upon getting into the tub and I requested to move to a handicappedroom. I was told that there weren’t any handicapped rooms, but that they would look into the matter. I did not receive a reply to my request. Will not return to Knott Berry Farm hotel.

I love everything about the property. We’ve been seasoned passholders and we’ve never had a problem. I will say the beds are a little stiff for my back but other than that, everything is exceptional. Even when we do Knotts scary farm. Just the beds are a little stiff.

Very conveniently located hotel to Knott’s Berry Farm. Decently priced and nicely decorated. Good gym facilities and pool (I was able to workout in the gym and swim laps) while my teenagers went to Knott's Berry Farm. Very well priced Happy Hour ($4 beers). Overall very clean hotel except for a couple of areas that smelled weird in the hallway (similar to an assisted living facility). Parking is pricey at $25/day (hidden added fees).

Great hotel to stay at. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Only issue was that the toilet tank wouldn’t stop filling up. Kept me up all night until maintenance fixed it the next morning.

The lack of a single microwave on site would be the biggest issue I have with the hotel. It should have one available somewhere.

We stay there quite often and have always had wonderful service, clean rooms and a great time. The hotel bar is nice. The servers are great although you need to check the last call time..

The hotel is extremely clean and if you are going to knotts you can't beat the location. The staff is not warm or kind, but they are not rude. They do not go out of thier way to be helpful or make your stay enjoyable. I booked a single queen bed, and for the second time booking externally I was given the worst room. It was much smaller than advertised and did not have the sitting area as pictured and described. I did call the front desk and complain and they did agree to move me (in previous visits they told me no). Take that ass you will.

Hello we just left and we had a great relaxing day as grandparents our grandkids came to swim. My two complaints are paying for parking I wish staying there would include 1 parking. I also complain about pool area ran out of towels quickly. Your pool host was awesome he came and served us and talked about our trips and such 🙌

Overall everything was a little above average, only negative comment would be shower pressure on 3rd floor was not good.

I love how they have purple boysenberry shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Kinda funny. Jaqueline at the front desk was fantastic. She went out of her way to help us extend our stay. we stayed at this property about three times now we love the property. It's always so clean, but we always wish that there was more amenities great places to stay really close to Knotts, Disneyland, and medieval times.

Nice quiet property with large outdoor heated pool and hot tub with 9am to 11pm hours. Beautiful lobby and renovated rooms although the washroom door should be replaced as well since it tended to stick during opening and closing. Very conveniently located next to Knott’s Berry Farm only a short walk away with many other food options close by as well and the area felt safe. Parking was $25 nightly and the restaurant had a $25 breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and there was daily housekeeping.

Not worth the price at all!! For being recently remodeled, the water pressure was nonexistent and rooms need better sound proof doors. I could hear all my neighbors and everything going on in the hallway, I got no sleep at all.

I'm glad I booked with Knotts Hotel. The walk to and from the park was easy, the hotel was clean, housekeeping was attentive, the restaurant served good food, the guest laundry room was convenient and the staff were super friendly. The only downside is that card payment is required on EVERYTHING.

The ice machine was broken on our floor

The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby were kind and courteous. Knotts Berry Farm Park was in walking distance and there were so many shops to choose from. We had a wonderful and memorable experience.

The shower was mid, low water pressure but very clean and plenty of towels. Also, the towels were really nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful from checkingi in to check out. and all the Housekeeping ladies were all really nice. It is really super close to Knotts Berry Farm and the marketplace. You could literally walk to the Knotts bakery and get coffee and pastries for breakfast. We had a great stay. Please bring back Snoopy meeting greets in the lobby.

The convenience to the park is the best thing. Please note there are no microwaves at all available, not even one in the lobby nor will they warm up something for you. If you have a little one that only eats certain food this was very hard for us.

The front desk woman with long dark hair was incredibly kind and she worked almost the entire time we were there. She deserves a raise. As for the rooms, unfortunately ours had mildew and holes in the curtains.

The coffee shop doesn't open until 6:30am and at that time the attendant may or may not be at the counter. Breakfast isn't until 7am, so if you eat you are limited in time if you have to be somewhere early like i did. Hotel is nice, clean, close to the park. Rooms are a bit small in square footage. Ive never understood rooms without appropriate seating for the television. We tried to move the minisofa so we could watch tb without being on the beds. It worked out fairly.

My family member found a roach in their room. Could not get comfortable after that occurred. We stayed at this property because we were getting married that weekend. It sucked not to be 100% satisfied during that special time. Will not stay here again.

The room was clean The staff was very friendly. It was a beautiful proper to stay at as we traveled to Knotts Berry Farm for the day on Saturday. We tried to enjoy the Jacuzzi at the pool, but it was overwhelmed by children with squirt gun, flashing adults in the face when addressed to the staff at the office, they quickly called security and had them removed overall I’d say this is the best hotel. We have stayed at yet close to Knotts Berry Farm. I would gladly return.

The customer service is amazing!

Room was clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Great location—right by Knott’s Berry Farm and about 15 minutes to Disneyland. Gift shop staff were especially friendly. Bonus: the boysenberry-scented soaps in the room smell amazing. Downsides: tight parking spaces and a small fridge. Overall, a convenient spot for a park-focused trip.

The room smelled a little weird, the carpets have definitely seen better days and had stains. I thought I got breakfast with my package and they said I did not. The air worked, but I had to crank it up to 68 to feel it. Staff is friendly up front but coffee place only has one worker, bar only has one worker who disappears, it smells slightly like garbage with the sweet smell of their signature berry ontop of it, so that was gross. The vending machines were out of waters on multiple doors, the food at their restaurant was good.

In general, the stay is pretty good. The room is a bit small, they should indicate the differences between their room type. It’s hard to tell from the pictures and descriptions.

Clean room, friendly staff, next to KBF, gym surprisingly big with lots of well maintained equipment, $20 parking , but cheaper than what park goers pay!

The room was great, never got cleaned while we were away though, and we specifically asked for it to be cleamed. Ice mschine on our floor or floor sbobe or below us didnt work. Soda machine took my money. Staff was courteous. You pay for breakfast which was different than other surrounding hotels. The convenience of the walk to Knotts was nice.

My family was originally on the 8th floor and I asked to be on a lower floor if possible because it makes everything much more convenient and they put me on the 1st floor without hesitation. We tried the buffet which wasn’t bad either they have a Starbucks in the lobby and you’re able to use your season pass for discounts. Overall it was a pretty good stay. The reason I give it 4 stars is the bathroom shower is outdated. I like a good shower head with great water pressure. It gets the job done but I feel like they can upgrade those things to make it better. The staff was nice and very helpful.

Not bad, clean and close to just about everything. The shower ca be slippery and there’s no handicap handle bar to hold in to for elderly. Also, there’s an extractor in the shower, but it doesn’t turn on, I think the switch was covered up.

its been over 10 years since I last stayed at Knotts hotel. The remodel is absolutely stunning. The whole place looks Modern and inviting. Our room was spotless. The beds were a bit stiff, but I generally expect that in hotel rooms. Our 5 year old had the best time going to the pool and shopping at the shop. I appreciated the room service being relatively inexpensive (compared to sitting in the restaurant) so we could enjoy our breakfast in our pajamas. It would’ve been nice to have a table to eat at, but the 5 year old enjoyed eating on her bed. We have season passes to knotts and will be booking again for our next trip.

The decor throughout the hotel was thematic, lovely and It sparked a lot of conversation. The hotel was one of the best in the area, and felt safe and clean. Our only complaint was the noise. The first room we were given faced the pool, which was quite loud, especially at busy times. In addition, the air-conditioning unit in both rooms was noisier than we would have liked. When we called the front desk, they were excellent about moving us to a quieter room, which we really appreciated.

We’ve started at Knotts hotel during Thanksgiving holiday 2025 and it was beautiful and restaurant inside had great service and excellent food. When we returned this January 2026, the service at the restaurant was not good at all and the food was cold and not tasty. Maybe a different staff was there that night.

Amenities- loved the hot tub, pool (could have been warmer) and the sauna/steam room after a long day at Knotts.

We love staying here. The rooms and beds are all new. I love having a coffee shop in the lobby and a kurig in the room. Knott’s Berry farm is just a short walk. They also have a shuttle to Disney. We usually stay here, take the shuttle to Disney and then finish our day

Very clean beautiful hotel. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Disney shuttle was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming or informative upon check In. No run down on amenities or food options onsite. Also there’s no microwave at all. I get maybe not in the rooms but on the entire property, nothing.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean and modern. I have a big family and I loved that they have adjoining rooms!! A special thank you to the front desk for their help and kindness during our stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

Went there due to a business trip but so enjoyed staying there! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the amenities are great. So plan on going back and bring my family to enjoy the hotel AND the park!

I love this hotel! The fact that you can just park and then walk to KBF or the marketplace stores makes it perfect! I recently stayed there solely to shop at the marketplace because I love the atmosphere! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff are super friendly! The only thing I miss is the free breakfast buffet, but having a Starbucks in the lobby was a good trade off! My go-to hotel when I'm in the area!

Room clean and smell good

Nice hotel and location. Water pressure was my only complaint because it wasn’t super strong. It is a super short walk to Knott’s. There is a shuttle to Disneyland which was really nice and easy to sign up for, and on the couple occasions we had to take a Lyft back to the hotel from Disney (we purposely didn’t book a shuttle time because we didn’t know when we would want to leave), it was never more than a $15-$19 Lyft. Staff was friendly annd even if we Overall, would love to stay here again.

This is not my first stay at Knotts, but it was my last. Corporate owned now and there clueless in the way to conduct business.

Beds were a bit too hard and walls were thin. I woke up to the next room over having a loud convo since our rooms could have technically been jointed.

Always a great stay at the Knotts hotel. Friendly staff and are prompt in accommodating your needs. Only complain on this last stay was the room had a smell of what I can describe as cat urine, could have been anything but since we were only staying one night we didn't want to gather our stuff and move.

The staff was simply amazing and everyone was friendly and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and liked the fact we were able to get conjoined rooms with our older kids

Room was clean but the restroom is tiny and looks old. Carpet was frayed. Room AC didnt feel like it was cold. I woke up feeling sweaty every time. Otherwise, very clean. Pool temperature was not as warm as I thought it would be and not well kept.

Room was nice. Neighbors with kids were loud but that’s to be expected at a theme park hotel. Small fridge came in handy. Could have used a microwave.

First time staying at the Knotts Hotel. Staff was friendly and assisted with any questions. Didn’t use the gym but was equipped with loose weights and sauna and steam room. Checked out the pool but didn’t use it due to weather. They have a little splash pad for kids which I thought was really cool for young families. The convenience of going back and forth with season passes was very convenient staying at the hotel. Definitely looking forward to coming back. Rooms for clean. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast. The burrito was delicious and so was the fluffy pancake.

Yes everything was great loved that it's so close to Knotts Berry Farm. Definitely going to be making future reservations. I also need to mention we had dinner at your restaurant The Kitchen everything we ordered was great and the prices were fair. That was an extra plus you don't need to be driving around looking where to eat.

Got a salad to go from the restaurant. The Romaine was fresh and nice, but the chicken was dry. The salad had no dressing on it and the people at the counter were not interested in the customers at all. We went back for dinner the next night they sat us in the back by the door. It was extremely cold. Our server did move us but half the restaurant was empty and we could’ve sat up toward the front where it was nice and warm. The one manager/server said we had to sat in the next station! The hotel is great but the restaurant isn’t up to par at all!

I love the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff greeted us with a very warm welcome and were very helpful with all of our requests throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and inviting. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I didn’t eat breakfast I ordered out everyday. I didn’t like the fact that the ice machine was out on our floor which we had to go to another floor for ice. And the television channels was very poor. There weren’t any good channels at all. Everything was super expensive and for the money I paid I also had to pay for parking where was the courtesy parking with my reservation for almost 5 days of stay. When I booked the reservation I read small print and it indeed stated that with your stay parking is free when I get there and check in I was told that because I booked with a third party reservation that I had to pay for parking that was the first turn off then I mention what about the promotion for 2 free knotts tickets with your reservation and I was also told that only applied if I had booked through them. That was the second turn off. I spent over $800.00 dollars and I was hoping to get an amazing experience being that it was around the holiday season and my experience wasn’t what I was hoping for.

The room was clean and comfortable. I can tell it was recently remodeled which was a plus.

Proximity to the park is always a plus. Rooms are always clean. The beds are the one negative as they can be slightly uncomfortable, depending on how you sleep. We love staying here.

They put our room next to the elevator so it made it hard to get to sleep

From the moment of check in every thing went flawless! The staff was effective & very kind. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel was crisp & clean! The lobby area, coffee shop, gift store, patio & pool area & outside areas 100% well manicured. They take great care & pride in their hotel. The room was lovely & accommodate all our needs we had a beautiful view too! I will be back so nice to be close as I’m 71 & was able to walk back take a nap refresh & have the whole evening back at the park amazing quick get away! Thank you.

The AC wasn't working properly but it wasn't a great issue. Rooms are clean, staff is awesome, convenient location.

Fantastic service and proximity to the park only down side was we would wake up warm no matter how low we would set the AC unit.

I had stayed at the Knotts hotel in years past, i was surprised when I arrived to check in. The hotel has been renovated and looks elegant, tasteful and fresh. Impressive improvement from the snoopy days.

Beautiful hotel! Great service. My kids swam until 11pm. Pool was heated and super cool splash pad for the kids. We walked to the park it took us about two minutes to walk there. They will hold your luggage until your room is ready! Will definitely stay again.

Yes. Absolutely a pleasant stay. Quiet. 1st time we stayed gere and fir sure will not be our last. Not just the room but entire hotel and grounds Absolutely clean of trash snd debris. Beds were nice and comfortable. Atmosphere perfect. My wife loved the Christmas decorations. Made her feel warm and cozy. Thank you everyone tgat made our stay feel like a home awsy from home.

While the hotel has some positive aspects, like its walkable distance to Knott's Berry Farm, and the nice pool and hot tub, there were a few areas where it could definitely improve. For instance, a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice touch, and something as simple as offering ice water in the lobby would have been appreciated. These small amenities make a big difference for guests. One major downside was the charge for parking. It feels a bit excessive to pay extra for parking, especially when you're already paying for the room. This left a bad impression on what could have been a more enjoyable stay. Overall, while the location is great and the hotel has potential, there are several areas where they could enhance the guest experience, especially considering the price.

The room was great, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy service was wonderful. The gentleman who helped us was great. If you go to the bar in the lobby, hopefully Jancy will be working because he is friendly and very competent. their workout room is great. They have a spa and sauna we used both and they were clean and it was a very good experience. they also had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and just beautiful decorations throughout the hotel.

Always a good value and can’t beat the convenience of being right next to the amusement park. Good bed and pillows and nice and clean.

The room should not be used due to the size, it looks like it is a converted Linen Closet .

The room was not the room that I paid for, They gave me a room that looked like a converted Linen Closet. I actually hurt myself falling in the restroom due to the tiny size of the room

The room was cleaned and did not smell even though the hotel is older. Pool even though heated was still chilly to swim in. Hot tub was not crowded. We traveled with 1 adult and 2 teens.

Hotel is older wall air conditioning. It’s pricey for what you’re getting . $200 plus a night but the convenience of walking back to your room.

The restaurant was really good with quick service. We ate dinner and breakfast and both was very good. I’m y complaint was the walls are thin could hear the neighbors talking. But a great hotel we will be back.

Great service great prices, unfortunately the only reason giving 3 star review is because our room got filled with cigarette smoke from our next door inconsiderate neighbors. Wish connecting rooms had some type of system so smells wouldn’t come creeping under door, had to move rooms in the middle of the night and repack. Would have been nice to get some type of discount or at least a voucher, not the best experience to have. Forgot to mention it was a nonsmoking floor.

Bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, they lost my luggage for over an hour, the housekeeping staff threw away items that were not garbage and never refilled our towels. Worst stay we have had in years at Knotts Hotel and we come 4-5 times per year. Highly disappointed.

Loved that I could walk to my room after a long night at Knotts.

The room had a nice view and beds were comfortable. Ordered the from the room service menu for breakfast. (The food was pretty greasy, bacon, eggs and hash browns.) The staff was very nice. Would consider staying there, again.
