I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine.

Room was clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was good in the morning and the staff were helpful.

Only ding against this property is the noise from I-10 traffic which is constant.

Every one where very helpful, we have a meeting and they let us used the private room in the lobi. We were able to stay until 1:00pm with out a problem. And the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, hot and it was a lady getting us and helping everyone.

The parking lot is too small and there were too many commercial vehicles parked there, making it very difficult to park my personal vehicle.

Everyone and everything were more than I expected in regards to helping getting my room, information on surrounding area, big lobby, nice big room, and an excellent breakfast.

The blinds were automated and I cannot get them to work. Also, I could not get cold air even though it did work. I just didn’t know how to work the air conditioning so the one night I stayed there. I had some issues but they’re mostly personal .

Only downside was parking, bumped work trucks parked horizontally that took at least 3 parking spaces, def not a fun walk from Dennys parking lot to the hotel when you have sleeping kiddos.

Handicap accessible bathroom … should at least be a shower not step in tub. The abundance of grab bars do help with stability issue.

I didn't like the breakfast at all. I wish they would improve it, and then the stay would be excellent. When we went to breakfast, there were no options to choose from. Almost all the spaces were empty. I was very disappointed because everything else was excellent.

Overall it was great in the property. Clean overall, pancakes were good. Fresh cinnamon rolls. But walking outside smelled so bad. I don't even think it was because of fertilizer or manure but it smelled horrendous. Got complimentary water when we asked at check in

This place is great!! Definitely will be coming back when I'm in AZ. It was clean, I felt safe, theres a walmart and frys across the street, alot of dining options around, and most importantly a Walgreens. They also provide continental breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30a and always had coffee andtea available

I’m a stickler when it comes to hotel bathrooms, and have found some, even in nicer hotels, with hair on the floor, and dirt piled up in the corners. Our room here was exceptionally clean! Thank you, and kudos to this hotel’s housekeeping staff, for the great job they do!

When I showed up at 2am Tommy couldn’t find it even though I showed him my reservation and Confirmation an# And I had to go to another hotel. Then 1 hour later got a call from management saying they have my room available sorry even though I paid for another hotel for the week.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, but for the Mountain was paid for this room for three nights, took my grandkids to the pool. The pool was disgustingly dirty with all kinds of dirt at the bottom of it and foggy water the spa when we turned it on, it was green at the beginning and then it just had dirty foam bubbles with dirt in it and needed to have a deer in it. It did not smell any kind of chemicals. I have a rash on my leg from getting in it and I’m still, trying to get it to go away. Going to see my doctor soon and tell him what happened.

No wake up call and food from breakfast buffet was run out and cold , just the worst ! No wake up call missed a very important meeting !

This area is perfect because of all of the food options nearby. The hotel staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and I have no complaints. The room amenities to the breakfast are perfect.

My complaint is the noise in the room when the AC kicked on. They supplied ear plugs but that is inconvenient when alarms have to be set. My first night there I did not get any sleep. During my stay I opted out of house keeping for the first few days but then I requested it and never got it. They only supply two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths. I had to ask for more towels since they did not make up the room the one day I asked for it, I had to go and ask for toilet paper. Lastly, I was looking forward to going for a swim but when I saw the pool I decided against it as it was green looking. I did not feel comfortable getting in.

One of the rooms was never cleaned. And when told front desk they still didn’t clean it they just came in and left towels.

The staff was very professional and kind/ breakfast being at 6:30 was good for me and excellent

The stay was comfortable after some tweeking. The shade in tbe room doesnt black out so be ready to wake up early. The new thing is motion control AC. Uhhh no, the front desk can fix that but how silly. Buckeye in the sunner is literal hell and I dont want to wait to recool the room when I come back in it. I saw spots on the sides of the sheets this morning so check those but kinda too late as we left today. Overall with some fixing it was an overall nice stay. Hotel is also under construction so keep that in mind and its to take to 2025 so will be this way for a while.
