La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Little Rock - Bryant

I liked the location. I didn’t like that I never received room service my 3 days of staying there. The second day I asked the front desk if my room could get room service and his response was, I’ll try. When asked why I didn’t receive room service they said that we told them we didn’t want room service, which was never said and or never talked about. When asking them for clean towels it seems like a hard job.

Location was good for the conference I attended. My room was next to a group watching the NBA playoffs. They were very loud-- like I could hear ever word they said and their cheering until late after the game. I could hear them snoring. A group of young ladies across the hall was in/out and banging on their room door and yelling/giggling until well after midnight. This made it very difficult to sleep. While my room was nice and cool, the elevator and hallways were very hot- enough so that I sweat getting to my room in the evenings and to my car in the mornings!

The La Quinta Inn in Bryant, AR is a very easy access off and onto HWY 30. It was a great location with a lot of Restaurants, Shops and Attractions nearby. The Hotel and Staff made it a joy to have a place to rest, relax and have fun. The room was neat and clean, very comfortable. The Staff went the extra mile and helped us to get checked in and settled into our room. I am handicapped and they automatically jumped in to give us more than we expected in the way of assistance. We will be bringing our swimsuits the next time we stay. The gym looked intriguing and we will probably try it out as well. The Continental Breakfast and Cafeteria were perfect. Great food selection with plenty of coffee and hot food available for everyone. Tasty too! We will be back! I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been better.

They have a pool, gym, and an elevator. The pool was closed the entire 3 days we were there. The gym was open only at limited times. Finally, the elevator was incredibly slow, leading to being broken. I know this is a business, and they are in it to make money, but you have to spend some money on your facility. We have stayed here twice and have been disappointed both times. Final issue, each night, there was a semi tractor with no trailer parked across 4-5 parking spots on one side of the building and a large U-Haul pulling a large trailer parked across 6-7 spots, and parking is severely limited already. I was just disappointed overall.

My daughter forgot her favorite squishmallow in the room and realized it halfway to Texas. Staff went above and beyond to find it and ship it to us. The entire hotel is kept extremely clean. 10/10 would stay again

I loved the large suite we had. It was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was super convenient and loved how they scheduled the room cleaning so we weren't disturbed every morning.

Nice clean and easy

My only real complaint was the OVERWHELMING smell of smoke throughout the 3rd floor hallway and in our room on the 3rd floor. It's advertised as 100% non-smoking but there are clearly guests that didn't get that memo.

The entire staff is very friendly and does a wonderful job. I will definitely stay at the La Quinta in Bryant if I travel here again and put La Quinta on the booking list when traveling elsewhere.

The rooms was clean and the breakfast was fresh. I would like more variety instead of just sausage. Also, the lights went out at 9:18 pm and didn't come back on until after 6 a.m with no compensation. I was told to call management on Monday morning

The staff went above and beyond. The location was wonderful near the interstate and many dining options nearby. The beds were super comfy. I have a bad back and it was the best sleep I ever had at a hotel.

We stayed here for one night with our family of four and really enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I would have given the highest rating but the breakfast was lacking (multiple items were empty, choices were limited) but there was still something for us to eat. Regardless we would recommend staying here and we will if we are in the area again.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. I usually judge a hotel by the breakfast and this one was one of the lowest quality. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but the rates were a little lower here. We'll go back to the tried and true Hampton Inn. I hope they can do better and that maybe we were a one-off experience.

The cleanliness/condition of the room ( and more specifically the bathroom esp) could be “upped” a notch. Has been updated fairly recently, but maybe not to the highest standard or level. All employees friendly and helpful 👍

The fridge was a bit on the loud side, which made sleeping pretty hard. All in all friendly staff tho and the breakfast buffet was good.

Got in late and room was very nice . After 10 hour drive we were greeted with pleasant front desk gal who gave us recommendation for nearby Mexican restaurant that was very nice.

The only downside was that the breakfast eggs were tough/rubbery/over cooked.

This stay was a wonderful experience! Our stay at the East Memphis location was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I will be following up with Corporate about the many problems there. But this location was AMAZING!! Will definitely be planning our future trips to Tennessee stopovers at the Little Rock Bryant. Thank you soooo much for restoring my faith in the La Quinta hotels.

This was the most well apportioned hotel I have stayed at in a long time. So nice to have everything you need right in your room. We thought we had lost a small kitty we were traveling with in the room but she was just really good at hide and seek apparently! Tammy at the front desk even offered to help us look for her! Very pet friendly hotel and the city of Bryant was so nice.

The hotel is in a good spot, practically across the street from a Walmart and has easy access to the highway. The room was clean and check in was easy. However, the walls are a little thin and I could hear a ton of noise in the hallway all night. The mattress was also a little uncomfortable.

When driving in late they counted us as no shows and cancelled our reservation. The overnight employee called someone and returned my room, tried mentioning a extra charge but didn't follow up on that when I explained I had already paid in full before showing up. The room door was left open when we finally got checked in, and no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Everything was great from check in, to the room being comfortable and smelled good. Only thing I was unhappy with was, we had to call the desk due to neighbors fighting at 0800 am and we didn't see anything done. And they were still going at it when we checked out at 10am.

We stay here anytime we’re in Benton, Bryant, or Little Rock area. Great place and the kids love the indoor pool!

The area is as very well kept . Including the landscaping, front office. Beds & pillows were soft & comfortable. The only complaint is my card key would not work consistently & twice I had get it fixed. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience for my 5 day stay. We’ll definitely stay there again.

My famiky and I are new to the area. Ill be retiring in Arkansas and La Quinta Inn and Suites was a great first impression of the area. Comfortable beds, great shower, and cold AC. Definitely would stay again.

Near the highway, but no noise. Pet friendly is always a plus for me even though I didn’t have mine this trip. Good value for the money. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good to go.

The hotel was just what we needed for the night. It was clean and well maintained. It was a little loud from just hotel sounds - hearing others above you and besides you.

Front desk associate was wonderful and friendly.

What I don't like is the incidentals charge of $100 made by the hotel on your credit card when you check-in. It takes 5 to 7 "business" days from your departure date to get your refund ( assuming you didn't incur any incidental charges). This waiting period will probably include 2 weekend days which makes it 7-9 days!

room was nice upon arrival, area was safe. Had 4 roaches though and when I told front desk they said they would have it sprayed. Noting was suggested as far as another room or anything and when I called to talk to manager no one ever called back.

I’m a regular La Quinta customer, and this location was very good. I was in transit to Nashville and stayed for one night; however, I realized I had already stayed here back in 2022. No issues at all — clean, quiet, felt secure, good bathrooms, and free breakfast and parking as expected. I’ll definitely consider this location again in the future. Thanks!

Property was great. Staff were excellent. Having the pool was nice, however the pool is heated and the pool room was unbearable. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean during our stay.

I booked deluxe suite for two nights I was putting in a completely different room, I gave them the proof that I did indeed book said they would not compensate me at all. Housekeeping was rude to me. They cut off our key cards and we were always having to request new ones And when we called corporate, they were just rude and tried to tell me that I had booked through Expedia. And I did not I booked through hotels.com. I will attach the pictures and proof but I am very upset because I paid $253 for a room that I didn’t even get to stay in Andright before I left yesterday because I left before my checkout date because I was so frustrated. I looked down the hallway and they have someone in room 400. This is a disgrace. It was embarrassing and something needs to be done.

Our experience was horrible. We had to change rooms 3 times, first room the sheets were stained, second room the shower had a hole in the wall and get to the third room the key card didn’t work so had to go back to the desk to the card activated. Just a mess.

Was traveling from Texas to Tennessee with my wife and 2 kids and decided to stay at La Quinta and it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, very clean and the staff was very friendly and breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels have to offer. Great stay will stay again and highly recommended!!!!

I cannot encourage pet parents enough to stay at this hotel. Very clean which encourages pet owners to keep it that way.

Great breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. My only knock would be the lack of local channels on Direct TV in the room. I shouldnt need to leave the room to watxh an NBA playoff game on ABC. This is only made worse by the inability to stream to the in room TV from your phone or device. So no Netflix or Youtube options, just basic Direct TV package.

When we got to our room the door was opened and the carpets were being cleaned. Asked the worker if it was okay to enter and he said the carpet was almost dry. That is the only thing negative I can say about the room otherwise the stay was very enjoyable!
