The property looked fine and parking was adequate. I was overcharged for the room and am still trying to get it straightened out.

It was pretty on the outside. There were issues with peeling paint in the bathroom, there was a drain in the bathroom right by the sink that was over an inch into the floor and if you stepped into it, you could hurt your ankle or fall. And the front desk staff wasn’t that friendly.

Is more humid than outside, I feel like that is a problem.

Room was huge for a single king. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very professional. I highly recommend.

#2 The fire alarm was centered in the room above the bed. A silver light flashed all nig long every 50 seconds. #3 No fan in the bath, thus the humidity from showers lingered. #4 No night light in the bathroom, thus if one has to use the rest room in the middle of the night one has to turn on the overhead, which beams throughout the room. One might imagine a company actually trying to provide a decent room for travelers would have figured this out by now... but I guess scrimping on common sense is worth losing customers for life... I won't be back.

The staff both checking in and out were great. Our room was subpar. We needed toilet paper, the floor was visibly dirty with leaves, dirt and a fake nail. We had to call down and the go down to get extra bedding. There was also a cleaning towel left in there.

Everything was great.

Ice machine did not work on our floor. Milk was expired and limited menu

The room itself was clean, but we had an issue where several of our large towels had a long dark hair on them. The hotel is close to everything and had comfy beds. It was quiet too. We wish the shower had somewhere to put toiletries.

Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast.

All the workers were respectful and very friendly. The lady that work the kitchen for the free breakfast was very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing everything was great!

Perfect stay for family of six, nice quiet area to study while on the road.

Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again.

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast setup was great. The pool had issues with the heating but staff was great in handling the situation. The team at this location is top tier in hospitality. Will definitely stay again!

Door lock battery need replaced, staff did not know how. Tried transferring to a new room. Staff did not know how. Spent 2 hours trying to get a room. Staff was not properly trained before being left as only person on duty.

Breakfast was delicious and we received some excellent service from Athena, the on duty manager. She was accommodating to our family and she anticipated our needs. Would stay here again.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was clean for the most part. Some repair needed on flooring/baseboards and the sleeper sofa could use a cleaning and new mattress. Our stay was very quick and pretty much just a sleep and go so we didn't use any of the facilities or eat breakfast, but it was what we needed and we were pleased with the stay.

Room was clean but refrigerator had a small leak.

Checked in late. Went to crawl in bed and my sheets had BLOOD on them. Front desk (Haley) brought new sheets (appreciated). I advised Shanda the next morning and she was going to have Nisha (mgr) reach out to me. I went on a cruise and didn’t hear anything the whole time. On way back went to sake hotel to see if I could get a room comped but needed Nisha. Do she advised to check in with her in the AM. So…I did. However, Nisha was “not in” and Lovely had to call her and text her to see what could be done. This experience was awful and unacceptable!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Sept. We stay at alot of IHG hotels, this one was not as clean as the ones we have stayed at. The two desk ladies were very kind though. They moved our room the first night and offered to move us again on the last night, but we only had that night to get through before we left. We didn't feel like packing up and moving again. I'm not going to get into complete detail because the situations we faced aren't typical for IHG hotels. I do wish that the manager had came to us, knowing all of the issues that we had, but she didn't address us at all. We were told if we wanted to speak with her, we could because she knew all that we had been dealing with. We said no, because we felt in these situations, she should have came to us. The front desk lady, I wish I could remember her name but I can't. I do remember she just moved there from Little Rock and I believe she was a teacher, but she was very helpful and so kind. She messaged the manager and the maids, right when things occured. She was on it for sure. Would we stay there again? I'm not sure, but I do know we would have to check the room out first. As far as breakfast, the lady was not very kind when I asked if they had more biscuits. She was on her cell phone and acted like I was interrupting her.

Mattresses could have been more comfortable. There was tissue on floor when we first walked into room. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was excellent and full of protein!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Offered to help sign us up for rewards (which we did). Overall very clean, breakfast was excellent variety. There didn''t seem to be any Air in the elevators, very hot and stuffy. Also ice machine on our floor was broken, had to go to another floor for ice.

Booked based on the good rating - rating does not match. We found the property slow, dirty, and rundown. I did not get the room I booked. SOMEHOW the property charged me for the room even though I booked it through Hotels.com. Our fridge was leaking. The pullout couch was despicable. No noise control. Breakfast was subpar. Staff were not knowledgeable or helpful.

The hotel was great our second time staying there…the only thing was the pool got messed up our first night there and never got fixed the rest of the stay. The kids were really disappointed they did not get to swim.

This was my first stay at this location. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean . The only problem was there is only 2 elevators and one was out of service. The thing that displeased me the MOST is that check out is at 11:00 am the cleaning crew knocked ( it was very faint) at 9:30 A.M. I was still asleep!!!! All of a sudden my door opened and closed ❗️it was a good thing I had the door blocker on or they would have came in on me !!! Wayyyy too early when check out is at11:00 !!! Mind you my reflex was to grab my concealed weapon that I had on the night stand

The room was nice! Clean. Bathroom fan didn’t work and heat from shower shows some mold on ceiling. Everything was clean. Hotel lobby/elevators smelled like cigarette smoke at times but could’ve just been other guests. People kept opening door at the pool to smoke and the smell kept coming inside. Overall though-really nice stay and would go back. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of options.

We waited an hour for the front desk receptionist to check us in. We called the general manager and customer service and received no help from them. The receptionist did not show up until the police arrived to do a wellness check. Then when we checked in we did not receive the room we paid for. We paid for a queen suite and they were all unavailable so they gave us a 2 queen room. We entered the room and it had a musty odor and the shower drain had a very slow drain so the tub would fill when you showered.

We've stayed here twice, and both times the check-in line was backed up and took longer than any other hotel we visit. It's a busy spot, but they desperately need another front desk person.

Excellent staff. The battery died I our door lock and after a long day not what you want at 10:00 but the desk clerk has the door open and the battery changed in just a few minutes and so friendly and apologized more than once….such as asset to this property

NEVER emptied my trash! (I had to take it to the main trash bin. MULTIPLE times) NEVER made up my bed! When I asked, I was told "IF there items on the bed, they will NOT touch it! (I took pictures to PROVE there wasn't ANYTHING on the bed! Or NEAR the bed!!!) ONLY replaced the face wash clothes!!! But LEFT the used towels on the floor!!! The air-conditioning needs to be CLEANED!!! Not pleased for the price!!!

Customer service was awesome! Love you guys breakfast, but no 2%milk/ I didn't ask, it was a very morning. my son still drink the 1% with cereal anyway. We enjoyed our stayed very much. Keep up the good work. I will definitely come back again.

The Hotel is spotlessly clean with nicely planned furnishings and comfortable beds. Strong internet signal, Large TV and easy to hook up our Roku to the TV. Clean laundry facilities and clean gym. Good breakfast buffet. They had coffee available in the evening so we didn’t miss our nightly cup of coffee. I would be happy to stay here again.

Rms a bit noisy on the freeway side. The shower door did not fully close to keep water in. Otherwise, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Furnishings like the couch was just a bit dated and would recommend the hotel change these out. This is the reason for my 4 star review.

It’s an ok hotel. Good breakfast. Lobby and facilities are a little run down. The worse part was the bed. It was the worst condition of any hotel bed I have stayed in. They were so worn out and mine had a dent or hole and was incredibly uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it should be. Would I stay there again? I did. Booked again on our way back home and it was just as pleasant as the first time. They have one of the best hotel breakfast bars we have seen.
