    The food was just fine! There were fewer selections of things, but we didn't go down until 9;30. I'm sure it great at 6!! I don't have any complaints. The price was consistent with other hotels, but who wouldn't love cheaper things!!!

    The night clerk Steve went above and beyond helping me get my reservation from booking.com straightened out because their reservation number didn't match what the hotel needed, but he got it solved. He also helped me when my vehicle had starting issues by being there the next morning to make sure I was able to get on the road! I can't thank him enough! Nothing! Everything was fantastic!

    The night clerk Steve went above and beyond helping me get my reservation from booking.com straightened out because their reservation number didn't match what the hotel needed, but he got it solved.     The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head. Granted I am only 4'10 but if the mirror was just four inches lower it would have been better. But I was able to use the other mirrors in the rm to get myself ready for the day so it was only a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend this hotel overall.

    Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk.

    I showed up around 9pm and nobody was at the desk there was a paper sign that said they would be back sometime sorry for the inconvenience. They showed up after 20-30 minutes of hanging out in the lobby. Then we get to the room and are getting to bed and there is no blinds on the window. Which made it very hard to fall asleep due to very bright business signs outside around town and impossible to sleep in as soon as the sun came up.

    I booked a King room, and was given a room with two double beds. I went back to the desk to advise, and the clerk told me I would have to contact Hotels.com for compensation. There was more than 167 minute wait to speak to a representative, so I attempted to clear the issue through the sites AI. After a several attempts, I got nowhere as the connection kept being interrupted and eventually locked up. I have been a hotels.com customer for years, and this was my first negative experience.

    I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for. On top of the bait‑and‑switch on room type, the bathroom had dried urine on the toilet seat on arrival, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hampton property. The staff I spoke with did not seem to care about either the cleanliness issue or the fact that I did not receive the room type I reserved, and there was no meaningful follow‑up or apology. Overall, I did not get what I paid for, the room was not properly cleaned, and the lack of concern from staff means I would not choose this Hampton Inn again.

    Everything was good until a whole little league baseball team checked in. Couldn't use the pool due to 20 7 yr olds screaming at the top of their lungs and the pool is indoors so it was amplified because of the echo. I booked this room because it was my son's 7th birthday. He couldn't even handle the screaming in the pool at one point he was in the pool with both hands over his ears because it was horribly loud!! I mean they were screaming!! There was 4 parents watching the 20 kids none of them told them to stop! I asked my son if he wanted to leave the pool after I seen he had his hands over his ears and he said yes please. I have never seen my son want to leave a pool so fast!!! Each morning it sounded like they were having baseball practice in the room above us starting at 7am. I was looking forward to a sleeping in and enjoying the pool instead I got the exact opposite. Then breakfast was so crowded. It was crazy!!! I won't be staying here again in fear of the exact mess happening again!!!

    Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom starting to see some wear and tear. First floor ice machine out of order. Told to go to the third-floor ice machine and it gave little ice that was pretty melted by the time I returned to my room on the first floor. Pool was clean but the water temp was freezing. We always pick a Hampton Inn when we travel because they are clean and comfortable.

    Very clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, all electronics and WiFi worked well, staff was friendly and helpful, nice area to walk the dogs, and large aristocracy of hot and cold breakfast options. We will definitely be staying here again!

    The room was very clean and exactly as pictured. The staff were very friendly and accompanied. Them has everything you need for a quick workout. They had a hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles, pastries, juice, and coffee. Overall pleasant experience.

    Have stayed at Hamptons before and have never had this experience. I had dirty wet pillow cases in the chair at the desk. The chair was pushed under the desk so I only saw it when I went to sit in the chair then realized the entire chair was wet and I could not use it at all. I also had some sort of black hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner before I used it. Really gross.

    We were greeted by Jamanja. He was kind, friendly and hospitable as were ALL staffers we met n We were offered delicious cookies and bottled water. The facility was beautiful. The breakfast was for for a king ! Hot and delicious with more thank enough variety. Everything worked and was clean. I would give this place an A+. Will stay again if in the area. Oh and the price was good too.

    It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened before. They shut the pool down. Then later that night I went to ask what time breakfast started and why they only was doing continental. I was told that the oven went out and the are expensive and they had to find one. So not to happy with this trip.

    The hotel staff were nice and professional. Bad 1. The room keys never worked! The front desk made them over again, with no improvement. Hotel staff had to let us in every time. 2. The accessible room was not accessible. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. 3. The breakfast was terrible. The hot offerings were few and not very good. There was no warm bread, and the toaster didn't even work. Overall We generally like Hampton Inn, but the issues with our stay will likely make us skip this location in the future.
