Hotel nice and all but the beds are hard as a rock. Wouldn't recommend if you like soft beds.

The people were really lovely and we had everything at disposal for us. Really good Price/Quality Ratio if you’re traveling with Buses! one of our sheet beds wasn’t perfectly well clean (small previous stain…)

The room was okay - weird, first time I've stayed in a hotel that didn't have carpeted flooring in the bedroom part. NO BREAKFAST. There was a dozen doughnuts and a couple of protein bars. I would definitely chosen another property if I had known that.

Had a funny smell

Sheets were stained. Look like a bug in sheets when I pulled back the covers. Floor was dirty. TV didn't work. Toilet did not work well. Bathroom had a horrible smell to it.

Kinda run down

Stain in bed sheets with bad smell. Bath tub stained. Restroom door did not close. Noticeable mold about 4 inches in diameter on the bottom of shower curtain. Toilet seat loose. Toilet fix to floor could be fixed to have less gaps and temporary repairs. Front desk person could be more kind and customer friendly.

Clean and friendly

This hotel seems to cater to workers who need a room while working in the area. We stayed there because we were traveling with our 2 dogs. There were holes in the wall that needed to be repaired but room was a pretty good size. There was no chair in the room other than an office chair at the desk. We were able to deal with that. However when I requested 2 sets of towels (for 2 adults) I was told “Oh no, only 1set.” Lesson learned . . .

The overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. Beds linens were stained and did not feel clean.

The toilet was positioned on broken, uneven tile flooring that rocked with movement so severely while in use, that you had to hold the wall to balance yourself. Certainly difficult to sit on for a disabled individual. The sink faucet gave you a shower even if water was on the lowest setting. The beds were like leeping on the floor. Hard as a rock. All the pillows were so flat and old that we had to fold bathroom towels to insert them into the pillow case just to sleep on. Unused rifle cartridges were in two different locations in the parking lot. Night office clerk was very nice but the person on morning shift could barely speak English and watched you as if you were going to steel something. I would sleep in my car before returning to this property.

Worst ever hotel in my recent/past travels.

Previous guests food still in fridge and microwave, black mold in room and bathroom, bathroom doorframe coming apart, toilet wobbled yes the whole thing not just the seat, tub was filthy, towels were stained and had hair on them, floors definitely not mopped anytime recently, bedding looked dirty, roaches, room was always too cold or too humid and hot, there was no middle ground there, room next to mine had several children that were allowed to bang on the walls, run around outside, often tapped on my window and kicked my door, caught them peeking into my vehicle, would stand outside my room being loud,"cups" for ice or coffee looked used and dirty and were not wrapped like single use usually is, loose tobacco in the bedside table, weird holes in the ceiling,

Dirty walls, doorframe to the room door and the bathroom door were splintered broken and coming off the walls, walls were gross, window shade was dirty and old and didn't properly cover the window, flat old pillows, used the 4 that came in the room and wasn't enough, floors were dirty, towels looked dirty, toilet didn't always flush,

Quiet area nice rooms

Toilet didn’t work, room is old and run down, sheets in a nonsmoking room had cigarette burns through two layers, making us question if they had been changed. If I hadn’t had a small child who needed to sleep, we would have left.

Excellent stay for overnight with a small dog. Close to nice restaurants and the freeway. Very pleasant receptionist.

This place was horrible, we stayed there for one night…. We checked in and the room they gave us at first, the sheets on the bed had ugly stains on them so I requested they change the room. We got into the other room and the sheets were fine but we had no air and a couple hours later had no power. Asked about the air and the rep didn’t even know what to do. He was very apologetic but that didn’t help. Also in the morning no hot water and found a roach in the bathroom. You get what u pay for I guess. I would just pay the extra $50 or so and stay at La Quinta Inn or Hampton inn right across from this one…..

They had roaches I killed three the two nights I was stayed there. So I open the door and turned a light on it one crawling up the wall

The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was black mold in the bathroom and other black crud (scary) in the corners and crevices. There was a wall hair dryer in the bathroom and it had dried hair crusted on the top of the dryer. Didn't use the coffee maker. Was too afraid to. Wore my flipflops when showering. I stayed at this motel a few years ago when it was new. It was pretty nice then. Boy has it gone downhill.

This was only a quick over night stay for us, as it was a halfway point in our long road trip. If we had needed to stay longer than one night, then I would have canceled and went somewhere else. Very uncomfortable room! Loud partying or something going on upstairs all night long, bed was uncomfortable. There was trash on top of our microwave from previous guests. Our non-smoking room smelled like it had been heavily smoked in. The towels were very small. They charged my card before i got there(which was not supposed to happen). Then wanted $20 more money for my 2 dogs when we got there. I booked a "pet friendly" hotel, because usually that means they don't charge extra for them. We've stayed at 5 different hotels on this trip & this was the first "pet friendly" one that asked for extra payment upon arrival. I booked on hotels.com specifically to pay at property when i got there. So they should not have charged my card before i got there, because that was not the card i wanted to use. Then when i asked for my hotel receipt, he told me he couldn't give me one. I would never stay here again. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that were much cleaner!

Pretty bad overall. 1st non-smoking room smelled strongly like smoke. 2nd room upstairs. noise from downstairs much of night - not loud but continuous. Dirty, not updated, old carpeting. Worst was in the morning I ran out to get some breakfast, put the do not disturb sign on door, and when I came back - my clothes were thrown on the floor, bedsheets off, my towels taken - even though I had not showered, and more. Bad overall.

Arrived on property late at night. Booked 3 separate rooms for our group. 2 of 3 rooms had dirty towels from the previous night. Staff was friendly, but disappointed in the cleanliness.

There was a really bad smell in the room that just hits you in the face when you walk in, it did not feel clean or smell clean. The pillows were shabby and the covers were just a sheet and a blanket. The toilet was running all night. I got a rash the first night I stayed and ended up cutting my stay short due to that.

I always rate hotels on the comfort of the bed, the availability of coffee in the room, the towels and the quietness of the room. Well let me tell you, this room did not measure up. The bed was terrible, the pillows were non-existent, there was one package of caffeinated coffee in the room, towels were barely big enough to wrap my hair in, and the fire alarm went off by itself. After we all ran outside, we were told by some of the other hotel guests, that it happens all the time!! I guess they were right because a fire truck never showed up! One other thing I didn't mention, was the fact that when I checked in, the lady was not the least bit friendly and had her three children running around in the lobby screaming. I will not stay at this hotel again!

This is a nice place that is a good value and the staff are nice folks.

The bed was lumpy and not as comfortable as I had hoped for. The room was fairly clean except for the shower. I had to wipe it down prior to using it. The front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Dirty rooms and towels

We reserved a non-smoking room with a king bed. When we got to our room, it had 2 queen beds and reeked of cigarette smoke. Talked to management, and they changed room to another 2 queen room. At least it didn't smell of smoke. It did have a musty order, like the a/c hadn't been run in a while.

Roaches everywhere and had to go get spray cause the room smelled so bad! Couldn’t give us extra towels on the second day so had to use used ones! Definitely will not be back!

This is a very basic hotel. If you like listening to your neighbour's TV, this is the place for you! Our stay was not enhanced by a Car Alarm going off outside our room in the middle of the night. I realise this is not the hotel's fault, but it seems to be the kind of place where that would happen!

The property was fine, and we did sleep quietly. The room had a horrible foul odor and it made it so hard to go to sleep. My husband said it was from being old and water damaged. It was BAD

Check in and room OK, but a young woman by the office, after check in, immediately followed our car to our room. She appeared to be on the phone,but stayed in our area for nearly an hour. Walked around our car many times looking in. We were afraid our car may be broken into and felt she was stalking us. We did not feel safe.

Do not waste your money. This hotel was nasty! I’m not a picky person, and decided to go with something cheap since we only needed the room to sleep. Bad decision. There was a cockroach crawling on the wall in the middle of the night. The entire room just felt like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time! Would not stay here for free.

The place was about what I'd expect for an inexpensive motel as far as amenities and so on. There was a surprise fee of $10 per night for each of my 2 dogs, not mentioned on Expedia. In addition, the manager called me AFTER I'd checked out and was on the freeway to accuse me of not paying for the room. Long story short, the person who had checked me IN had no record of a reservation but took down the Expedia confirmation number. The next day, the manager, a different person, claimed that there WAS no reservation or confirmation. After I wasted a half hour finding the confirmation email and then returning to the motel to straighten things out, he told me when I arrived that after he called me, he called Expedia and found that the reservation had never been processed. I had made a reservation here for the return leg of my trip but cancelled it and booked elsewhere.

This was probably the MOST nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled musty. The room was dirty. There were people in the parking lot working on cars on a daily basis. Their tools and cardboard were left there overnight.

First time staying here. Always stayed at a competitor in North Little Rock when I came to town. They were booked for weekend sure had lot to do with softball tournament so looked elsewhere. Definitely nicer and more quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby and short trip to Little Rock. Will plan on staying here on my next visit.

Check-in was quick and friendly, bed was comfortable and room was clean. It's a fairly small property so there wasn't a lot of noise. Located right off the main road, so convenient location and close to interstate access.There was a recliner in the room rather than the standard uncomfortable hotel-type chair and while it was a little unconventional, it was great for watching TV. I would stay here again.

I would not stay again. This was more of a long term stay than an overnight stay hotel. The room smelled of smoke, much larger than 25 pound dog in two rooms over, thinking a Rottweiler (which I love but just saying well over 25 pound limit). The hotel clerk was very nice, gave me air spray to help with the smoke smell. Said she would have maintenance cut off the ventilation system from the front side of the hotel to the back. Not sure that’s a thing but we went with it. We have a child with us so we used a sound machine so we did not have any issues with noises waking us through the night.

It’s a great room at a great rate. I was going to iron my shirt, but the ironing board is broken. No problem-I’ll iron it on a towel. Then I notice the iron is scorched and I’m afraid to try and use that on my white shirt. Could have been worse.

The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly. The flies were bothersome (outside doors) the commode struggled to flush and the beds werent very comfortable for me, nut my husband thought they were fine.

Got there, they didn't have reservation or that I had pets. I had pre-pay confirmation, but that apparently didnt mean anything. About 10 minutes later they said I was in luck they had one room available. The told me a $10 per dog pet fee. That fee was not mentioned anywhere in the process of booking, or I would likely not have booked, due yo other options that are nicer, and do not charge per fees. Also, it is mer ant thermostat is set to a range to in which cannot be adjusted higher or lower. I was solo woman travel, and likely would not stay again, as there were a lot of people just hanging around in parking lot and stairways, just smoking, socialize grilling (yes portable grilling was brought) in the parking lot. A bit uncomfotable. . .
