I had to depart 1 day early due to a death in my family. The manager and the clerk were both very kind and assured me I would be refunded the night. The stay was the first week of April-it’s June and no refund! Being lied to and not receiving my refund for one night!

Our room smelled bad. Moved us to another room which was dilapidated and dirty. We were tired and decided to stay sleep and get out early. Unfortunately, not a pleasant stay. Front desk was helpful in immediately moving us to a new room but other than that this hotel needs some work.

The bed was comfortable, it was reasonably clean, there was some minor road noise because it backed to a busy road; fortunately, the air conditioner was very loud masking the road noise. We saw where others said bad breakfast. It’s got bread, bagels, and muffins. It has cereal and oatmeal. It has one waffle maker. It has yogurt and milk and juice. Every morning it has a 2ft x 3ft counter space for something hot. One morning it was a crock pot of gravy for biscuits, and the other it was eggs and bacon. Huge selection? No. Did I leave hungry? Also no! Good variety? Yes. If you want a buffet or full course huge meal, stop complaining and go next door and pay for it. Just my opinion.

I love that the property is pet friendly and doesn’t charge for bringing a pet. Our room had carpet and had some smell from it. It is unavoidable when pets are allowed. Maybe with the next remodel remove the carpet and replace it with a vinyl.

Worth the stay! Stopped on our way through town and had an excellent stay here. Daniel L. was incredible, made us feel right at home and helped us with any needs we had! The hotel itself was clean, staff were nice, breakfast was OK. Everything was good! Smaller breakfast than some hotels but not a bad one by any means. Still plenty of variety.

I liked the fact that it was right off of I95 and there were no pet fees! That was a pleasant surprise!

Location Arriving just after 10:30pm, and having to wait in line to check in. There was no staff to be found, just a sign stating they were helping another guest and would “be back soon”. 4 other people ahead of us waiting to be checked in, one having waited almost 30 min, we waited just over 10 min before the employee showed up with a smirk on his face and no sense of urgency.

This hotel is tired. It needs updating and repairs. Also not as clean as it should be. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same price.

The only thing I didn't like. Was the manager had put a note in the system that we had booked the room another night. (I didn't want housekeeping to double work). The next day the young lady working the front desk tried to come in our room. She informed my husband I needed to come sign a paper. When i went down there she didn't really look well as she was going to charge me another night when I paid for it. This was the only issue I had. Other than that it was a great stay. Please just pay attention to your manager notes

This should NOT be considered a Wyndham Property. Furniture was cheap, drawers would slide open on their own, linen was dirty, ACon made too much noise.

I had seen such great reviews but was disappointed. It does seem they attempted to renovate but it was done poorly. The room was a bit worn down, in need of some repairs. The tv was coming in and out. The pool was smaller than it even appears in pictures. The staff was very friendly though.

Most important positive aspect of our hotel stay was the staff, friendly and helpful The hotel is in much need of a repair doors are hard to open caulking around the bathtub coming up things look old and worn. There was some shady activity in the parking lot most of the night.

Being next door to the Cracker Barrel. Easy to check out ! Breakfast did not have much to offer . The room was next to the elevator and ice machine so it was very noisy .Each time the elevator opened it dinged . There were stains in the bathtub one foot in diameter. There were purple stains in front of the toilet . Essentials were mininum .Prices were much higher since taxes were not noted prior to accepting booking .com as the best offer.

Favorite place to stay on my frequent trips from NC to South FL. Exactly 1/2 way, great location with nearby food. Clean, well staffed and free breakfast. I have stayed here several years in a row and it’s always consistant. Price is right too.

This was an overnight stop for me on my drive home from my winter in Florida. The hotel was lovely and very easy to find right off Highway 95 with a Cracker Barrel next to it.

There was a used/dirty towel behind the bathroom door from the previous guests. Maybe it's a one-off situation that housekeeping overlooked, but it was unpleasant and I only hope they were not as careless with the bed linen.

The hotel is great for pet owners but there should be specific rooms used for pet travelers. Had to ask for another room as the first smelled like wet dogs. The second was better but still smelled. They ought to think about taking the rugs out. Have stayed at other pet friendly places but there were no rugs in the rooms.

This property was very nice for the price. The only complaints I have was that the shower water wasn’t hot enough and I wasn’t thrilled with the vanity being right in the room entry. Neither of these issues would prevent me from staying here again if I was in the area.

Very welcoming for me and both my dogs. I loved the overall value. The only issue was with the condition of the bathroom. Poorly draining shower and loose toilet. They worked, and like I said overall it was a good value and experience.

Perfect Location, very friendly staff, info info parking that seems lighted and secure, the hotel has it very clean presence in her room was really great and comfortable. I especially liked the comfortable bed and pillows of premium quality. TV had good channels bathroom was very nice and everything seem of top-quality. The breakfast that I had this morning was eggs and bacon and a muffin with good hot coffee and a nice clean dining area, one of the best I’ve had in recent trips.

Always stay here on way to Fla. appreciate the pets are free!! However, our cat always manages to find a way to get under bed to hide. We have to use pillows to stuff around both sides at headboard. Otherwise all good. The “Cat Lady” at front desk very pleasant.

The room was smelly and outdated. The smell of previous guests with pets greeted us as we opened the door. The vinyl floor pieces had numbers written on them in permanent marker. We assume that the numbers were there to mark their position on the floor due to a previous issue. The shower had mold in it behind the permanent shower fixtures (wash clothe rack, soap and shampoo dispensers and shower curtain rack). The floor also felt soft under our feet. On the positive side, the staff seemed friendly and the bathroom linens were nice and thick/heavy. The a/c worked very well and we turned it way down to keep the pet odor down. Luckily, we were only there for a very short stay. We arrived around midnight and hit the road by 8:00. We skipped the breakfast because of what we had witnessed in the rooms. Overall we were extremely disappointed in this hotel. If you need a quick rest to revive on a long road trip I would suggest sleeping in the car instead of this place.

Complementary breakfast had some bad waffle mix. It had a sour taste on that day. It would be good they do some quality check before giving it.

When we arrived we were told that the key making machine was not working and we would have to have someone escort us to our room any time we wanted to enter. This also applied to the laundry room and pool area. We were told that a repair person was coming the next day to fix it. The next morning we overheard the desk clerk tell someone else that the repair person would not be there for three days. It was extremely inconvenient to have to wait for someone to open our room. We feel that we should receive some compensation for this.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

When arrived we checked the room there was a mold smell so we went to the front desk Pam was the clerk very Sweet she gave us another room when we walked in the bed was slept in and not made and the tub was full of dirty towels. So back again to Pam so we checked the 3rd room i guess 3rd times the charm. Cant say enough Praise to Pam for helping us. Overall the hotel is run down the carpet is all stained and the rooms.need a serious overhaul.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the tub did not drain. By the time you finished your showed you were standing in three inches of water. If the cleaning staff cleaned the tub properly they would have noticed and reported it. Kinda gross to be standing in dirty shower water. I will report it before I leave. Possibly the front desk has never been told

Room was clean but very dated and with an air conditioner that sounded like a wheat combine. Again, staff was nice but ownership really needs to rehabilitate this hotel and soon. I would avoid the sausage patties for breakfast, I’m not sure what was in them.

I appreciate the dog area but the parking lot and general landscape was poor.

There was a dog barking all night. I have it on tape. The front desk didn't care about anything. I asked for toothpaste ans she trew it , which i refused to pick up.

The property shows some age but seems generally to be well maintained.

Bathroom was filthy, hole in the wall, toilet was rickety, don’t be fooled by reviews

Bed was lumpy. They need new mattresses and the bathtub was dirty.

This hotel was the perfect respite after a long day of driving. Easy access from I-95, friendly font desk even though it was almost 1am, and a comfortable bed.

Bed was great ,room was decent and nice but no hot water in shower, toilet seat broken on one side. Great location for parking a travel trailer too. No fee for pets which was great. Good coffee in breakfast area too. Was a nice stay driving thru.

Bathroom was out not well maintained. Needed work. Noise from upstairs made it impossible to sleep. Felt like building shook with every step.

Hotel staff very nice. Rooms are ok. Bed and the bedding was good. Bathrooms very outdated. Shower hard to use and needs new everything. Breakfast wasn’t good. Waffles was only thing worth eating. We were very dissatisfied and won’t book with them again.

Convenient to 3 or 4 nearby places to eat. Okay free breakfast but not much in the way of options for people who must limit sugar intake and limited fresh fruit choices. Very effective A/C in the room but no clock. This hotel is a decent choice for the price.

Hotel pictures definitely make it look better. Overall, it was ok. The hotel staff was the best. The evening front desk staff was very friendly and informative. It was so pleasant to her daily.

I was surprised by the cleanness of the room. The people managing this hotel did a wonderful job.

I just want to give kudos to the staff. I traveled with my husband and parents - all of them use a cane and can't walk long distances. The man at the check-in desk was very considerate, and was able to give us rooms close to the entrance. It was greatly appreciated!

Lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful I forgot to get her name. Bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty. Breakfast was good but very limited options. For those of you who have issues with scents causing you sinus issues you may have a problem. Overall we only stayed one night so it’s hard to give a fair review.

Conveniently located! Very clean hallways and rooms no bad smells or smoke smell at all. Free stays for up to 2 pets. Very quiet environment if you need to sleep. Nice and kind staff at the front desk. Price for night is average if you dont like a cheap motel with bad smelling or smoking odors. Beds are comfy. I wish next time I stayed they updates the bathrooms wich were very clean but little old fashion, same thing with the AC. Although if is clean and functional that matters the most for me. AC on our room works really well. Overalls a good experience nothing bad to complaint about it. Thank you!

Room smelled like cat pee. Also heard running around at 3am in room above.

The staff was great. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices for everyone. Waffles were yummy! Bed was comfortable. We slept well!

Bathroom and floors could have used some ckeaning

Close to appointment we had to go to. Friendly and nice staff. In a good area.

i drove for 4 days and made reservations so i could get a shower, sleep and breakfast. i arrived after 9pm. my room had no hot water. When i called down at desk they gaslit me & told me i did not know how to work handles. After 20 minutes the front desk finally came up to check. I was told to calm down when my voice was not raised. Clerk agreed the room had no hot water, said the other rooms were already taken, then turned and left the room. i had to get fully dressed again, pack up my stuff, go down to front desk and cancel my room then drive to another hotel that did have hot water.

Well would have been better if cleaning staff didn’t start slamming stuff around non stop in hallway at 7:30 am I didn’t check in till 2am trip delayed so ruined my sleep. Total disregard for guests. And I’m not talking normal cleaning noise. Like throwing a 20 lbs bag out of the room into a cart over and over and over.

Checked in at midnight just stayed the night. For $107 it’s fine. It seems clean. Idk about the breakfast. Conveniently located off of 95 north. Dove bathroom products.

Pleasant stay, except for the barking dogs on the 3rd floor!

Bed linens were not fresh in first room we checked into. Clerk swapped us into a Suite due to our unhappiness. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok for this price range - powdered scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, some fresh fruit, packaged muffins, etc. But my credit card was run twice somehow and that extra money was not available to me for 2 days before being corrected!

We were very pleased with this room and location. We walked across the parking lot to eat dinner at Cracker Barrel and had a nice breakfast at the motel. Easy access, nice room, quiet, pleasant.

All was ok, reception was agreable and room rate was good, no additional charges for our dog which was appreciated

Room was adequate but the bathroom needed better cleaning and upgraded.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. It was quiet, the room clean, beds comfortable, TV easy to use, receptionist very polite and helpful. Our refrigerator motor and the air conditioning compressor were a little noisy, so we had to shut them off for the night.
