    Simple breakfast but good. Room's floors were vinyl tile and clean. Small fitness room.Nice staff. A bit dated. Our room had holes in the bathroom walls from where the doorknob hits. Towel rack was falling off the wall. A/C is really loud as was the frig. Pool was unusable.

    Nothing Staff were extremely rude. Rooms were not clean sheets didn’t look clean. Wi-Fi was very slow. Breakfast was terrible. Would not suggest booking here not for the price.

    Location It smelled awful, the first room I was in the tile in front of the bathroom was broken so the bathroom door wouldn’t shut checked reviews on google someone complained a year ago about the same problem. It was also disgusting stuff on the sheets smashed bugs on the wall mold on the shower head someone’s razor still in the shower. The pool was gross and the bottom was super cracked. It wasn’t even worth the low price 10/10 would not ever stay again.

    The man upfront was very apologetic but it took two room switches and some cardio before getting settled in. First room beds were not made and the second room door battery was dead. The third room The refrigerator would not chill and soured the milk and the towels where more yellow stained than white. Definitely a budget hotel that could use some TLC and upgrades.

    Ordered the room through Expedia and unfortunately contacted personnel two times due to the fact of me ordering a room and it was for the next day and I was not going to be in that vicinity due to the fact of picking someone up that was stranded on a bus! I ordered the room and was told there was no occupancies available so therefore I was charged for a room that I never was able to attend to be there cuz I had to get back home and go to work in Clearwater Florida

    The room had holes in the walls, outlets were falling off and there were cockroaches throughout the room. When I tried to check out early due to this they did not want to let me adjust my reservations until I stated I had pictures of the roaches in the room. I checked out the next morning and would never go back here.

    Rooms were dirty. I went to use a wash rag and when i got it Wet there was dirt that came out of it. You could see it running out in the water. That is disgusting also, we're required to give a $50 deposit that we can't get back for 5 to 7 business days after we leave the hotel. That was not told to us prior to Reserving the room. I won't ever stay here again.

    It was so dirty! We changed rooms initially because the scent os a plug in, left behind by a customer, was so strong we couldn't breathe. We actually took wipes and cleaned the dust off the headboards and end table. The TV channels were statically fuzzy. The shower drain looked like someone spit in it. The sheets were yellow and stained. There was hair on one of my pillows. I actually gave an extra star because there weren't bedbugs or roaches seen. I won't get into the quality of the linens or the "continental breakfast".

    Room was adequate. Towels weren’t great. Heater/AC unit made a lot of noise when running AC. Bathroom ceiling plaster was pealing off in spots and toilet floor anchors were loose but bathroom was usable A 6”x6” hole was cut in the ceiling above the bed to maintenance the sprinkler system and the hole was left open. The bathroom door rubbed on the floor which prevented it from fully closing. Not complaining just stating facts. You have to expect minor issues when the room rate$ is on the low end.

    We ended up switching rooms. The first room the deadbolt did not work. The ceiling was falling apart. The door handle to the bathroom did not work. The second room the deadbolt didn’t work the heater was broken and noisy. The towels were stained. You could feel the springs in the bed. Woke up at 4 am to find a cockroach on the bed. We left then. For a place associated to Best Western it was disappointing and we will never stay at this chain again

    The room was absolutely the WORST hotel/motel room I have every visited. The pictures online do not look like what I walked into. I have compiled pictures of my stay and I did not return for the second night. I bought a blanket and pillow and asked for a new sheet so I could sleep 4 hours until I left The room was extremely dirty, sheets were stained, pillow cases stained, mirrors had finger prints all over them, finger prints on the headboard, microwave had food caked on it, dust and cobwebs everywhere, wires hanging from the ceiling where a light use to be, shower head missing and replaced by a detabchable that aims at the wall, shower curtain was stained yellow, door lock safety was broken, curtains were filthy, mold on the door jams and air vents.I will absolutely never stay there again! You should be reported to the health department for the many violations!

    Room I always try to get a suite or a large room and they said I purchased a reg room. I ordered to pay the difference is there was any and was told they couldn't cancel my reservation which never had that issue in past when I wanted to switch rooms. Had to call Expedia and a rep called them and got same answer so I had to pay for a suite and hopefully get reimbursed or credit for the 1st room. Also the 1st room ac unit did t work and they had no issue putting me in a different room for that but I couldn't pay extra for a comfortable room.

    TV didn't get a signal, went to call the office but the phone didn't work (no cord). Desk chair was unusable because it tilted uncomfortable forward, no Kleenex, couldn't get the micro wave to work, and the bedspread had a hole in it. Other than that it was fine.

    The room was a complete trash heap. As soon we walked in it smelled a if it had not been opened in months. We had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. There was mold everywhere black and green. The shower was dirty. The ceiling was full of holes and stains. The bedding had burn holes and stains on it. The bathroom was leaking from somewhere, every time we went in the bathroom the for was wet. The bathroom fan came on the first night it if the blue. We couldn't figure it why or how, couldn't figure out how to turn it off. It stayed on the whole stay. The vent of the fan looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was rust, hair and mold stuck to the bathroom door jamb. The place was in a convenient location, and the staff were friendly enough, but the nasty room outshined everything! I've got pictures and videos too. Oh there were like 4 cars with people sleeping in them in the small lot. The video shows a lot more of the filth, but expdia has no way for me to upload it.

    Almost right off i95 amongst other hotels with convenient shopping at Dollar store next door or Aldi across the street, with a few chain restaurants in the area. Very nice and clean rooms with easy access to your vehicle

    I will never stay here again especially with my family. The hotel condition was... I don't have words. I took pictures but no way to post. There were buggers on the bathroom walls all walls were dirty holes in the ceilings, there was barely a breakfast, the milk was spoiled. I would say it's unrateable.

    The room that we had reservations for was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall that had a bad musty smell coming from it. I found a plastic straw with want i assumed was coke in it, which we turned over to the receptionist. The tv didnt work. There were cigarette burns all over the bed spread and stains on the sheets. The pool was dirty and it was closed.

    However, around 11 p.m., a man attempted to enter our room. It turned out that the employee who had reassigned us earlier never updated the system, and a second employee had unknowingly given our room to another guest. What made the situation even more frightening was that an employee then came to our door late at night, demanding that I open it. This experience was extremely stressful and felt very unsafe, especially as a woman traveling with children. I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of communication, cleanliness, and disregard for guest security.

    Horribly stay, thank goodness it was for only one night. Booked this hotel for my birthday weekend due to price and pool. Show up pool is closed but refused me a refund only a 10$ discount!! Next morning contential breakfast was very disappointing, coffee maker out of order, no juice, two bagels, 3 pieces of bread, two tiny muffins and nothing to drink, only kids cereal, just went back to room empty handed and to check out. Will never ever stay again and suggest you don’t either.

    The air conditioning in the room kept turning off with two different codes… 09, which is indicative of a problem with the temperature sensor and CF, which is indicative of a need to clean the filter, so, the temperature in the room kept getting Hot over and over. Also, the continental breakfast was severely lacking because there were no pastries offered, no fruit offered and I had to ask for coffee cups. Your pancake machine was also broken and there was no juice readily available until management was made aware of it.

    Upon arrival I noticed it was a bit unkept in the surrounding areas. The property behind the hotel seemed a bit sketchy. Checkin was easy and quick which was nice after an 8 hour drive. The room was in the first floor and was quiet. But apparently they have issues with moisture. Everything that was metal was covered in rust. Lamps, refrigerator, handles on the drawers. The coffee supplied was only decaf and no sugar/creamer. No tissues, just an empty tissue box cover. The bed was comfy tho. But make sure to lock the deadbolt. The housekeeping lady came right in at 930am as my daughter and I were getting ready even though checkout is 11am. For the price of $98 a night I guess I got what I paid for. Probably won't stay there again.

    Took over an hour to get my reservation...it was made in Jan but was not at hotel when we arrived. Expedia made it right but it was an inconvenience to stand around waiting to get a room ..in fact the clerk kept telling us we could just pay for our room...which had already been paid in full at time of booking. It was finally resolved but really aggravating.

    There was a swarm of bugs in our room, least a hundred of them. Couldn’t tell what they were. There was a clump of hair in our sink. Gross! Lastly, we were excited to have breakfast. When we got there though, there was no pancakes. Nor was there spoons. Sadly our stay was not a good time.

    Overall, the stay at this hotel was conducive to what I was looking for during that particular time. My main issue was the need for new shower/tub fixtures, the odor of the room, and new carpet needs to replaced because it had a mildew odor. My main issue was the unfriendly behavior of a male staff member who had an attitude and negative demeanor the entire stay at this hotel.

    It was clean and well priced. I didn't have any issues. There was nothing to make it exceptional, but I was totally satisfied. It had everything I needed for the week. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, telephone. The parking was easy. It was in an area where you could walk to a couple restaurants and convenience stores. It is located near some fast, high traffic roads; my only disappointment was that I didn't feel comfortable jogging there. I was impressed how well the staff cleaned my room. There is no elevator, so I wouldn't recommend it to people with mobility issues.

    We were in a trouble situation and needed a place to stay. We found a place in a hurry and it was amazing. Since Helene came through and anricipating Milton, milk was sold out everywhere and I had nothing for my toddler. The front desk had whole milk and offered to give us a bottle ans when we left in the morning, offered another for our travels. It was so nice. The beds were so comfy and everything was so clean. Best night sleep i had in a long time

    I was in the shower when there was a loud knock on the door. I grabbed a towel, wrapped it around me and answered to my surprise it was a police officer. They were at the hotel the entire night. When i arrived to check in a young man was getting arrested right in front of the office where i was checking in. The officer questioned me about a vehicle that I had no knowledge about. Instead of allowing me to return to my room beings i was in a towel he continued to question me about my vehicle which was a rental and a series of other questions i clearly had no knowledge of. The rest of my stay I was unable to sleep and felt uneasy to leave my room. I actually left early and was not able to get any of my money refunded. Will never go back there again!

    My family checked in the day before and immediately check out do to the horrible smell and ac being loud and the dirtiness of the room. They told me to cancel my reservation and switch to another hotel. My mother is older and has asthma and so does my daughter. Plus we didn't know it didn't have an elevator. I tried canceling it the day before we were supposed to checkin but they couldn't get it to cancel. So when we got to GA the next day we went to the hotel and checked out the rooms for ourselves and there was no way my family could have stayed in the rooms. It was very smelly and the comforters had stains on them and it was dingy.Very disappointed in the whole experience. Explained to the front desk and they told me that there wasn't anything the could do. And charged us for two rooms stay.

    Found 2 cockroaches in the room. The main door and bathroom door didn’t even shut all the way. The pillow cases, blankets, and sheets had an awful smell. There were stains on the bed. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the US and this was by far my worst experience ever. I left immediately.

    The Air Conditioner did not work properly. We requested a room change they said they couldn't, so the first night was in misery. Here in Georgia the temps were in the 90's with high humidity and dew points... So at 6:30 the next morning I requested a room change they said they I would have to wait until the other rooms got cleaned. When I came back to the hotel after working all day, I went to the front desk to see if they changed my room. the desk clerk put me on the phone with the manager and the conversation got heated for he said he could not change my room and that they had a repairman check the AC and said it was working, guess what it wasn't. So my wife and I had to spend another night in a hot room. The manager the next day said he went to the room and said I was correct that the AC was not working and let me choose from two rooms. The next two nights we had AC.. The rooms are very old and dingy, and they have a strange smell.. Another guest also complained how hot his room was... I will never stay there again.

    The man at the front desk was painfully slow. It was like talking to a statue. One of the restrooms in the lobby was out of service. The second restroom was the worst I've ever seen. Fecal material on the seat and the toilet was full of you know what. Disgusting. I will not be staying there again, ever...

    Wouldn’t recommend. A/C had limited choices and would keep turning on with loud noises, then quiet and just when you fell back to sleep, did it again over and over. Front desk gentleman difficult to understand on arrival and no where (w/sign that said ‘helping a guest - back in 5 min) but never came back (& we had breakfast & loaded the car and still not back). Breakfast had a coffee machine w/regular & decaf indicated but another guest warned me that the breakfast lady said the regular side was broken so she put it in the decaf side. If the nice guest hadn’t told me, I would have had regular coffee which causes me heart tachycardia! People say on curb outside our door & celebrated a birthday til midnight😳. SureStay is a Best Western - should be worst western!

    Besides wishing that there was an option to check-in earlier. I don't have any complaints. Room was clean, need was comfortably, water in shower was nice and hot and location was easy to get to. I'd use this place again if needed.

    Very good front desk staff. The evening gentleman was fairly new to the area but it would be helpful if he knew more about the restaurants in the immediate area to assist people who are checking in at dinner time. Breakfast was very good. Nice stay at Sure Stay by Best Western.

    Holes in the wall, roaches in the bathroom, dirty sheets, internet did not work and had no cell service. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else not worth the trouble. Staff was nice enough though no real issues outside of the room.

    Mattress was so old, you can hear every single spring when you move. Bed was broken, housekeeping cleaning is below subpar. Couldn’t take shower due to the ring in the tub and looked like white mold surrounding the drain. For the price, this stay insulted my intelligence

    I came into Brunswick late and spent 3 hours trying to find a hotel from Kingsland - Brunswick , everyone was sold out . As I am booking a room at this location it became midnight and the reservation rolled over to the next day online and I ended up booking for the wrong night . I tried to call and speak to someone the next day but was told , too bad no refunds . Then Michelle takes my info and says her manger Kevin would call me back and I could discuss it with him but he won’t do anything about it . I asked her why and her response was because I know how he is and he never gives refunds . I then asked to have the reservation moved to another night that I come to Brunswick 8 times a year . I again was denied . Here it is day 6 and I still haven’t heard from this guy Kevin . With zero regard for their customers and some of the worst customer service I have even experienced I would not recommend this place to anyone !! It already looked like a roach motel but we needed a room for a few hotels to get some sleep and had no other choice . If you have other options I highly suggest you find a different place and not give these people any of your money

    I was appalled at the appearance of room assigned, there were spiderwebs on wall near the door, the chair upon entering to the right of the room was soiled, the bathtub had a soiled ring, the shower curtain was soiled, and there are numerous other concerns.
