Visited due to a last minute business trip Reservation was a disaster ! checked into a dirty room . I mean Filthy !! Everything was under construction lobby was closed Some older gentleman , with a receiving hairline, Had the worst STANK ATTITUDE . His looks matches his service.

The place was under construction. The rooms were dirty dingy very smelly the lamps did not work the lamp shades were broken and old the tv didn’t work. It was the hotel from hell I could not stay there and ended leaving. I wish to have my money refunded

Transferring to new ownership I was told on arrival after a 14 hour drive, no breakfast, no coffee, no ice, no pool, no fitness room, no laundry. Staff couldn’t care less, said it between you and Expedia, I’m just an employee, can’t do nothing. Never going to trust Expedia again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property is undergoing renovations when we stayed but it was not a problem. It's situated just off the expressway but was quiet. Parking was ample and staff were great. We would stay at the Sunsera Boutique Suites again. Thank you.

It was horrible. The shower was clogged yhe whole time. They didn't have any amenities. Everything was out. After explaining that the tub was clogged and we needed another room they wouldnt charge our room . Horrible

Booked this hotel, not knowing they were under construction. Construction materials all in the lobby. Pool was closed, no breakfast, no laundry. Place was dirty, room was not super clean either. Floors were sticky and carpet gross. The room beside us had a huge pile of trash stacked outside of their door that stunk up the whole hall. It stayed there overnight and was even bigger when we got up the next morning. Do not recommend.

Property advertised amenities of pool, gym and breakfast. None of these were provided. Lobby was half full of construction materials and pallets. Obviously in the process of renovating an old hotel. Not ready for prime time.

Nails in parking lots. Getting in people car tires and the don’t want to do anything about it. Hotel under construction. Under construction I understand but if there gonna leave nails in parking lot they should be prepared to take care of the situation.

Staff was okay but nothing else No handicapped rooms at all even though it's advertised I was put on second floor, which could've been a disaster had it been an emergency since I can't do stairs, but they do have an elevator for normal use. There was no ice available. One of the staff went out to get some. There was no pool working. There was no seats available inside the room because it wasn't handicapped and everything a low seat. I called booking.com to have them remove handicapped availability and that hasn't been done!!!! And we booked in advance.

The most terrible airline i’ve ever flown on. The flight attendants are rude and charge 4$ for a coke! Insane! Also, 110$ for a carry on and 25$ check in fee for EACH PERSON! Ridiculous

This hotel is under renovation. There is no breakfast. There is no pool and that’s not even including the room issues. They advertise that they have breakfast and a pool and they have neither basically what you will get from your experience at this hotel is BARE minimum. The towels were used. The sink looked like it was going to fall off. The toilet was leaking. We found somebody’s trash in the bathroom when we got there so they didn’t properly clean. Smears on the window as if they just sprayed where there was a dirty spot and went to the next room to “clean”.

This property is currently undergoing significant renovations. The room was clean overall but did need some dusting. My fiance loved the high mattress and comfortable bed.

Not recommended at this time. The hotel was under reconstruction- it was filthy and construction material everywhere. Lobby very dirty - no breakfast or coffee. They dont allow dogs!! Contrary to advertised. They made an exception for my Yorkie after my disappointment…

They were under construction and probably should’ve been closed until they were finished instead of letting people stay in old rooms that have stains, broken toilets, low water pressure, etc.

Wish we had come not during a renovation but the room could have been cleaner and there could have not been hair in the tub and sink. We were only there for 1 night but it was enough that I probably wont stay there again

This hotel is currently being renovated. Pool, gym, and most of the lobby are closed. No A/C in common areas, including the lobby and hallways. No continental breakfast. Bathrooms show their age. Bed was comfortable. Close to I-95 and shops/restaurants. This is a fine place to spend a night, especially for the price, but travelers should know the price reflects the current state of the hotel.

Stay away! Website is deceiving. This property states under construction but it should be torn down and rebuilt. Not worth saving. Filthy room, A/C did not work, stains on carpets, they painted the bathroom faucet black and it was peeling off and no continental breakfast but that was okay because we would not eaten it anyway. Even the man behind the counter was not pleasant. Complaining will not help this hotel. Just stay away!!

This hotel is in much need of renovations. Everything was old and broken down. Microwave was broken in the room refrigerator was not cold. Break cleaning fast was not good. Carpets were old and soiled. Sheets had some sort of white substance on that got all over our clothes. Cleaning staff kept pestering us asking us if we were done in our room at 9:00 in the morning. I would not return to this hotel.

It was a place to sleep Free breakfast was not available as listed, the hotel name was Comfort Inn and not what we paid for. They put us on the 3rd floor and the room was dirty and very dated, it didn't have a handicap shower but it did have bars. There was no one at the front desk for check out and they didn't give us the bill at they promised under the door. There was construction going on and was noisy, didn't sleep much with all of the noise.

Terrible! The two clerks were at the desk smoking a cigarette, we visited for a funeral with My 18 month old son and 5 year old daughter. We booked online and arrived approximately at 2am. With that being said I wanted to check out instantaneously but I waited until the morning time because it was hard to find a hotel willing to check us in at 2am. When we got in the elevator it smelled like sewage. When we entered our room we had to play around with the key cards to get them to work. When we finally entered our room it smelled horrible and was really dusty. The toilet had poop in it and when trying to flush it, it over flowed! The lady at the front desk said she was disappointed because a supervisor cleaned our room. They sent someone to clean the now poop off the floors with towels! It was so horrible at entry! Even worst! My son was sleepy we put him in bed, when we pulled the covers back it was dirty foot prints and hair on the covers! The pillow was flipped on the clean side but on the opposite side it had a huge brown fudge like stain that was really clumpy signifying that the pillow hasn’t even been washed!! The floors were wet! Air conditioner didn’t work! The television has a crack in it! It was all a nightmare! I called corporate office to complain and I’m looking forward to a return call! If I don’t hear from anyone I plan on calling the news channel and getting someone to investigate and make sure that code enforcement is checking into things like this!

From the website the property was very nice. Ivey who greeted us when we arrived was very nice. The room was not good. The curtains was falling down, there was blood on the pillowcase, looked like smeared blood on the wall, and when we took a shower the water filled up in the tub. I was so disturbed about the pillow case I didn’t take a picture of it. My husband took the pillow downstairs and they changed the pillow case.

Breakfast at 80+ degrees with fans blowing, the front doors wide open letting in bugs & mosquitoes. The outside looks of the building are atrocious. Their “marketplace” area was completely empty, breakfast was subpar, and our room was missing basic amenities like hangers. Even the room phone was broken—it didn’t even have a cord. On top of that, there were sketchy people hanging around outside the building, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I hope management takes steps to make some serious improvements.

The property was clean, extremely convenient to local and interstate access with a multitude of shopping, dining and excursion activities within minutes. However, the property is looking very old. There was an obvious oil stain at the front door walkway to the parking lot, in the center of the very washed out logo, that had been there for hours on Saturday on still there upon departure on Sunday. Ice machines inoperable making one go to the front desk each time ice was needed. No juices of any type offered at breakfast, although other options were plentiful. Clean lobby with live plants a major plus. And finally, the pool and the fitness center were inoperable.

I would not recommend staying here. The outside of the building is dirty . The building needs to be pressure washed. I had to switch to four different because the rooms were dirty . The fourth room I settled for still had a dirty shower and a running broken toilet that was still usable. The gym and pool was down. The staff was unprofessional. I would never stay here again .

I would not recommend staying here. The outside of the building is dirty . The building needs to be pressure washed. I had to switch to four different because the rooms were dirty . The fourth room I settled for still had a dirty shower and a running broken toilet that was still usable. The gym and pool was down. The staff was unprofessional. I would never stay here again .

Hotel lobby is extremely hot. Very uncomfortable to even sit and have breakfast. Staff isn’t very friendly. My son went to get a new key (no keys ever worked) and staff got irritated and THREW the key at him. The rooms are very outdated, and not very clean - so much bleach and cleaning residue left on bathroom furnishings. Lots of trash & debris on floors and under furnishings. Weird smell & odor. I sent my daughter down to get new towels (which was another ordeal and experience with rude staffing) and she ran back frantic bc another guest was staring at her and making her feel uncomfortable, even got up to follow her to elevator but she luckily was able to shut door.

The blankets and sheets were disgusting. There were stains in the toilet and shower. The pool was closed. Breakfast was old and sour. Would not recommend to anyone. The hallways smelled of marajuana the entire trip.

I wished the phone worked, was unable to call front desk from our 4th floor room. Tub faucet dripped constantly. :) Staff was nice enough, helpful, room was clean.

Microwave didn’t work and the front entrance was leaking water all over the place. You will get wet as soon as you walk in.

Very comfortable rooms and comfortable beds.

The service was excellent. However, we had to switch rooms 3 times due to: the AC leaking in the 1st room, the pull out bed being dirty in the 2nd room, and the fridge being super nasty. But the young lady at the desk was very helpful, apologetic, and took care of the problems promptly.

Disgusting! Thick heavy mold everywhere in bathroom. The tub faucet was not even secure to the wall, the whole thing dangled. Pouring rain when we checked in, there is no awning at all so everything got soaked. We stopped here because it was night and pouring rain, but if we had known 6 other hotels were right here we definitely would not have booked this. Stay somewhere else, it needs to be dozed down!

Disappointed because the pool and fitness center was closed for renovation. Most of the staff was friendly. No cover over the entrance way. So we got soaked unloading. Room was nice and clean.

You get what you pay for. The room was 15$ less than the competitors. The rooms are mildew. The bathroom basin needs changing asap. There was white powder around the sink. They were doing construction when we got there. The ceiling was falling in at the entrance. The pool was closed and so was the fitness room. The showered head was crusted over. The bed was lumpy and sunken down. However the front desk staff was really kind and understanding when we ended then stay early and went to another hotel.

The hotel was fine

I liked the nightly rate. However, the condition of the property explained why it was so low. The gym, pool, and laundry were closed. The towels were scratchy. Luckily, I traveled alone but I wouldn't bring my family here. Overall, you can tell that the hotel is old and is in need of some improvements.

The room was filthy. Bed was not made, tv was on draw of dresser open. Picture hanging on wall was wet and had mold all over it. It was dark and molding was falling off wall. Pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for quite awhile. They gladly gave a us refund.

I’m not sure why I ever thought the rating were not so bad, but holy smokes. This is the most ghetto, run down, jacked up hotel I have ever been in. I wouldn’t pay another penny to ever stay here again. The pictures made this place look great when in all honestly I didn’t even want to take a shower here. It made me feel so gross. It wasn’t the workers fault but the workers are purely ghetto. No smiles. No personality. No help when you need them. Just smoking outside and saying bye to you with a cigarette in there mouth. This hotel bed hurt me on the side. It was a very hard bed. The A/C was out everywhere but our room. But still, this hotel is so run down. I never ever ever want to stay here ever again. I think the actually road outside would have been quite sufficient for what we paid for. I’m embarassed I even chose it. So I’m warning everyone. If you don’t care about a run down hotel that has no amenities working, stay here.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly so I don’t blame her on the condition of the hotel. This hotel was old and disgusting. My room was not cleaned. I thought somebody was in the room already. The bed was not made, the toilet had stains all in it, the bathroom counter was sticky and not cleaned out. I can go on and on about this room. I love Comfort Inn Hotels but this by far is the WORST ONE THAT I STAYED IN!!!!! We didn’t even stay. We got a refund as soon as I seen the condition of the room and went to the Holiday Inn next door.

I did not like the maid coming in without knocking I did not like the handprints all over the bathroom walls, the dirty washrag that was hanging up as if it was clean the dirty handrail that I touched once I got out the Bathtub

The hotel needs a good upgrade everything is clean but doesn’t look clean because there are to old.

Everything inside and outside needs to be renovated and remodeled. Old and Not clean and smell bad. Only thing beyond my expecration is breakfast..Food is very good and quality seems excellent!
