The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing another hotel other than Hilton. We were very disappointed. The reason to go to a hotel is to get a good night sleep, it will not happen with mattresses and pillows like that.

The main downside was staying on the first floor. It was very noisy during the night and early morning, making it difficult to rest. I would still recommend this hotel, but I advise requesting a room on a higher floor to avoid the noise. The gentleman at the bar was incredibly kind and friendly, and the cocktails were absolutely wonderful. He made the experience even more enjoyable. 🍸✨

Dirty! Cup rings on many different surfaces around the room, crumbs on the cup shelf, dirty coffee mug put on shelf, dried food in sink, hair on shower walls. You could tell cleaners did the toilet, shower floor and sink and left. Ask for a clean room and was given one 2 floor down. This unfortunately did not accommodate our disabled person. Was told the cleaners “must have been lazy/ fast clean job”. Front desk staff very nice though. Breakfast was cold, out of stuff and was lacking. We will not return to this location but probably not return to any home2suites.

The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was lovely and apologetic and offered to get us coffee if we waited a while, but we checked out and went to Dunkin Donuts. I don't think we will stay here again.

My stay here is always great

The room wasn't clean. Hair and mold in the shower, curtains gross with stains, couch had stains, the floor by the door was sticky in spots. If I wasn't so worn out by my long drive, I would have left. The breakfast was very pourly attended (messy counter, no clean plates, dirty silverware, meats and eggs weren't barely warm, etc.)

The toilet paper was very low and no extra in the room. I tried to call room service but the phone was not clear how to reach it. I went down to lobby and had to ask 3 different people to get a roll. 1st person pretended not to understand English. "Toilet paper" is kinda universal. I asked about extending at same rate, was told no had to go thru 2nd party booking. Trying to get my stay credited in Hilton. Honors but they can't find my information.

The website lists breakfast from 6-10am but it was only until 9am and when we showed up at 9.15am we were told we arrived late. I wish the front desk staff communicated this when we checked into the hotel.

Our first room smelled and we could hear our neighbors entire conversation...Moved to the second room and it was much better, but there was absolutely too many animals allowed in the hotel. With suffering with bad allergies they could not guarantee there animals had not been in the room we stayed in. If you want to bring animals, that is fine but at least have designated floor/floors for them. Will not be back.

The room was clean however there were only 3 pillows on the bed and they were not very supportive also the bed was ok but seemed close to needing replaced. The people next to us were partying very loudly until 2 am so thankfully we had a bedroom door we could close I’m not sure I will stay there again. But it was ok for one night .

Breakfast could have been better. Ran out of silverware and plates twice in the 1/2 hour for which we were there. Also had difficulty keeping up with the food. And there was no fresh fruit. Staff was very apologetic for the situation Well not using paper plates and plastic silverware is going green it caused issues

Shout out to Chad for being super helpful checking me in and offering lots of good info about what to do in the area. Breakfast is good but chaotic. They seem short staffed. They were often out of plates, bowls and cups. They use ceramic instead of reusable, so the staff was busy keeping up with that instead of being able to refill food, coffee, and paper coffee cups. Otherwise, great location and very clean rooms. I would def stay again.

There were dishes outside the door, dirty linens in a large bag in the room and the microwave was dirty with bacon grease.

Conveniently right off I-95 but very quiet. Area felt very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants and gas stations. Very clean. Incredibly friendly staff who actually took the time to welcome my dog. Beautiful lobby. Attached restaurant. Great dog walking areas. Well lit at night. I love that they have recycle bins as well as waste bins. Huge rooms. This was only an overnight stay but it was so nice I wished I was staying longer.

We enjoy our stay. It was a nice suprise about having a restaurant on site with live music. Rooms were clean, the carpet on the hallway and inside the rooms look old need replacement. Other than that everything was good.

The staff was amazing and the room was good, low quality linens and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The hotel itself was VERY loud. I was kept awake with adjacent rooms banging and doors slamming until 5am. The one time I was really happy that house cleaning walked into my room because I overslept and they checked me out at the front desk. We were equally as shocked to see each other, but again the staff was amazing.

Room was nice, staff was very loud and would yell down the hall to one another. Could not get much rest due to constant noise. Bathroom fan made a dripping sound constantly. The first room we stayed in the people upstairs stomped all night so we were moved to the top floor. One of the nights of our stay there were people outside yelling at 1 am. I was traveling with a 1 year old and we didn't get much sleep during our stay due to constant loud disturbances. Would not book at this hotel again.

While checking in, it didn't feel like I was a priority of any kind. My key card was wrong and the staff person that made the error never apologized. Another staff member apologized, but she did nothing wrong. Elevator shakes and doesn’t feel like it’s working correctly. Mold in the bathroom. Room was clean though. Did not have breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. Checkout, the staff was much nicer, different group. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights for a softball tournament & have zero complaints!! 10/10 recommend! This will be our go-to hotel everytime we play in Brunswick!

The room was super clean, big, and modern. But the people upstairs must've had a ton of kids, and they were running around all the time. Breakfast was alright. If it weren't for the noisy people, I'd go back, but I never had this problem at other hotels around here.

The property was convenient to I 95. The property looks great on the outside but is in need of a refresh or remodel. We've stayed at other Home2 properties and this doesn't compare. Carpet everywhere on the property had stains. The mattress in our room was past it's prime with big sagging areas we discovered when it was time to sleep. Appliances in the room were old and had rust marks. Also no hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower which I discovered while taking a shower. This was a 1 night stay otherwise I would have moved. I won't book this property again unless I know it's been refreshed

Pleasantly surprised for the value. 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa and full set up kitchenette excluding a stove. The only complaint I have was at the Continental breakfast. Whatever brand waffle that is being used, not a traditional waffle and I believe is was Buttermilk with something else, was very very sour and I actually got nauseated from it before departing the hotel. Need to change that because being a restaurant owner and a chef, stick to the original waffle recipe please.

We enjoyed the hotel for 3 nights with a family of 6. The complimentary breakfast was decent and plentiful. The indoor pool was a plus! The only issue was the the housekeeping. No one cleaned our room for the 3 nights we were there. Apparently, they do so every other day, which normally might be fine; however, someone seemed to have tried the second day at like 2pm but we were in the room (and we were gone from the room from 7:30am-1:30pm, so there was plenty of time), but no one ever came back or asked when the room might be free and we were gone around the same time span the next day as well. Additionally, we had to ask for more bath towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and pool towels throughout the stay, all things that would have been caught if housekeeping had been more detailed and attentive. Even the trash in the hallway hadn't been emptied each day. The front staff and food staff, however, were helpful and accommodating.

This was our first time at this location and have nothing but great things to say! Staff was friendly and greeted us every time we saw them, room was very clean, hotel was also very clean, breakfast was good- typical hotel breakfast!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I can’t let this go without saying anything. If you’re gonna stay at this place for a day, you probably won’t have any issues. However, if your stay will be 2 days or more, they probably won’t clean your room. Trash pile up in my room for days in all my rooms(3). I had to deal with this nonsense every single day. Call the front desk multiple times, they will tell you that they gonna call you back and never did. I spoke to Lacey, hopefully that’s her real name, she said all they can do is providing towels. I believe if you’re paying your money for services, the institution must ensure that these services are being delivered at a minimum.

I had a very pleasant expwrience overall. The room was huge but i wish there had actually been a little table amd chair set or more chairs at the table built in the wall.

Super clean , nice and comfortable

It got the job done for the price. Bathroom could have been cleaner and drinks at the bar came in huge water glasses resulting in very unbalanced drinks. Breakfast was the same each day and just okay. But the pool was cute and the rooms were spacious and everyone was very kind and helpful. Id visit again, but would just request a very clean room.

The room is HUGE! Such a nice place. Indoor pool was freezing cold. My watch said it was 79°. Way too cold for an indoor pool.

Kristen at the bar is amazing. The breakfast isn’t good at all even the coffee is horrible. Also the conditioner in my shower was completely empty and the shower gel bottle fell off the wall. Other than that this place is nice!

Check in was fine. However another guest threw up in the elevator and in front of his room in the hallway which was across from our room. I complained to front desk. It smelled awful all night. Still there the next morning. They said they were waiting for housekeeping. This is Unacceptable. Will not return. !

The room was nice and a large size, with a full fridge and dishwasher. We did not have any service and had to go to the front desk for more towels and toilet paper. We did not mind. Overall, the room was great for a hotel room. However, the quality of breakfast was very poor. We were there for most of the week. By Saturday, they were out of everything. All the dishes and tables were filthy. It seems like they do not clean through out the breakfast time, just at the end. I would recommend going early (6 AM) if you are going to eat.

We had just stayed at a Home2 Suites hotel in California and had hoped to have the same great experience. Unfortunately, the service here did not meet expectations. Breakfast was particularly disappointing as there was no coffee for about a two-hour period and the selection was limited compared to our previous Home2 Suites experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel was easy access from the interstate. Breakfast was excellent.

This is a combo hotel with Hilton Gardens which was not expected. We stayed two nights. The staff was amazing. The two hotels share a pool and a restaurant. Cleanliness was on the lower end mostly due to the animals allowed in the building. The carpet in the hallways were dirty in several areas, the hallways smelled bad, and animal hair was very obviously an issue near checkout time. Overall, the room was okay and the A/C unit vent was clean. However, I killed several spiders and we had a dying roach in the kitch area the second morning. We spilled some ice and water in the kitchen area. When cleaning up the floor with a white towel, we discovered the floor was very nasty. The beds were on the harder side but bearable for about 6 hours of sleep. I love kitchen area and sitting area when traveling with small kids. I wish the hotel would have a floor that was non-smoking and no animals allowed. This would be greatly appreciated for people with allergies to animals like my family. We survived by taking an dose of benadryl at night. The breakfast was amazing the first morning. The second morning it was obvious someone didn't show up for their shift. They had some food out (minimum) but supplies and condiments were not filled up. We saw one person this morning and she was moving as fast as possible to fill up items. Honestly, I am not sure I would stay at this hotel again but I do love the extra room and the kitchen area.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned There was hair and dirt spots in the shower and on the bathroom floor and bits of toilet tissue. They rushed the room and did not clean very well. Other than having to clean it and disinfectant the room the stay was okay.

Loved the full size fridge/freezer and sink with dishwashing soap, towel, and scrub pad. Made it easy to have a little meal in the room. Also great free breakfast and indoor swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean.

I felt the check in person was unfriendly. But, what really bothered me was the food that someone left in the fridge. It grossed me out. In addition there were no Kleenex in the box in the bathroom. But the fridge issue made the whole room seem gross.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I have taken other trips to Brunswick and stayed elsewhere. At this point this hotel is my favorite in Brunswick. I totally recommend this location.

just few minutes before leave the hotel my luggage was stolen at the hotel parking lot. we put the bags in the car and went in for breakfast and check out and when we went out all the bags were gone.

They gave me the wrong room cause they gave mine away and wouldn’t reimburse me for staying in one that cost less.

Great experience

I rate my one night stay as poor because the Internet was down at checking. As a consequence of it, didn’t get my room key at checking. Every time I had to go back to the room, an employee had to open it for me. No Internet access either during my stay.

This was a less expensive choice for our travel day to St. Simmons. The kids loved our room and the breakfast. We think we might switch next year to the Home2 on Jekyl for our beach trip but will use this again for our travel day.

The suite room was pleasantly large compared to the other hotels in other cities.

Staff was very friendly and it was easy to get to.

A great facility. We had a great room and everything was perfect. However the next morning's "included" breakfast was way below what one would expect from a lesser hotel chain let alone Hilton. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the silly layout of the dining area...it made no sense. After the poor breakfast we went to our room and found that we couldn't get in, had to go to the front desk and found there was a computer error of some kind . The clerk was less than apologetic and was only concerned that we knew it wasn't her fault.

Old room…mold in bathroom, moldy ventilation.

After sleeping in heat with no power for two days. It was a breath of fresh air to check into such clean and comfortable hotel which luckily had power. Check in was super easy and fast. We were allowed to check in at 12noon instead of 3pm. Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. The free breakfast was so delicious. Our elopement wedding came to a reality after hurricane Helene and thanks to this hotel. It was such a relaxing stay and we ended up extending our stay for another day. My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely come back to stay there for our anniversary celebration.
