The room was very clean, the building was very clean. The only thing I didn’t know was you get a $50 up charge at check in for a “just in case something breaks” but you do get that back as long as nothing is damaged when you leave the property

Toilet ran. Shelf in shower pulling away from wall. Carpet smelled. Booked through offsite platform so was unaware that animals allowed. Will ask next time not to be on animal floor. One dog barked quite a bit.

Young man at desk was very helpful, personable, and offered excellent customer service.

Had about 3/4 roll of toilet paper in the room - and that’s by combining the used ones on the roll. No extra rolls. Sliding bar style door leaves a gap, so the bathroom isn’t really closed. Beds very uncomfortable. Not being a Karen, but can’t go back to this hotel again.

The staff are exceptional, so kind and helpful! The building needs some more love, like an elevator update so the buttons work consistently, but otherwise my stay was enjoyable.

The place wasn’t bad, but we smelled felt that the bedding was not replaced.

THEY OVER CHARGED ME. I got supposed to get charged 238$ CA and was charged 313$ CA. There was mold in the shower and the shower doors were filty....

Will not stay here again. There were dead bugs in our room lying out in the open and not cleaned up, we cleaned them up. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, probably the worse I have slept on in a long time. It had my back hurting so bad that I was up 3-4 times throughout the night pacing the room to get it to ease up. Lastly, the hotel was very noisy, people slamming doors and in the halls making noise all hours of the night. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The breakfast was cooked to order and it was amazing. We had a mishap and our server fixed it immediately. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper was very nice not giving a hassle for needing extra towels and rags. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it was clean and they even had pool towels that could be used.

The location was great. It located right off the interstate. It was near food, shopping and gas station. The property on the outside look wonderful. The lobby looks great and the food, restaurant is nice enough. The pool was very nice. This hotel is only 5 years old and the room are already looking old and run down. The rooms wallpaper needs to be replaced. The bathroom fixtures are rusted. The carpet is cheap and needs to be replaced and thicker. You can hear the people upstairs footsteps because the carpet is so thin. I couldn't sleep. The mattress and comforter isn't thick or plush. This Hilton brand is known for is nice mattresses and comforter. The cost of the hotel, I would expect more better accommodations on the bedding, carpet and furniture. The chair was stained and old.

Enjoyed my stay. The only negative is the sliding bathroom door which is very heavy and sometimes difficult to slide. Not sure why they couldn’t have regular doors.

The restaurant was completely different. The waiter was excellent and very friendly and welcoming. It was a chef who was filling in as a waiter - great service and attitude. The rooms were very clean and it was appreciated.

BAR/RESTAURANT STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. FRONT DESK PERSON WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. 2ND VISIT HERE. BATHROOM SLIDING DOORS ARE ALWAYS CRANKY.

Was good location and clean. I didn’t like the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs poking up and had my hips sore from sleeping on it.

Elevators were plentiful and roomy. Restaurant was nice. Not enough handicapped parking spaces. Will not book a HiltonGarden Inn again because they are not really offering a handicapped accessible room.

Nice room; nice location. Shower temperature couldn’t be controlled - had to go to another room to shower. Chatted with other guests who had no hot water. Breakfast, which was not complementary, was second rate - lukewarm coffee, tasteless French toast and tasteless sausage.

I loved the room especially the shower. Next time I will go with Home 2 because of breakfast. The restaurant needs better servers. Saturday the female server lost my credit card. It was found in the lobby and turned in to front desk. I have no idea how that happened.

We have stayed at Hilton’s previously and always enjoyed our stay. We drove 11 hours and all I wanted was a nice hot shower. This was the problem. We had luke warm water, actually it was barely warm. The room was fine, but no “hot” water. Very disappointing!

It is located close to I-95 which is convenient. We stayed two separate nights at this hotel and both times were surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the room. There were hairs and fingernails in the corner of the bathroom floor. Hairs in the shower.

After initially getting a room that wasn't clean and the hand soap bottle had dropped from the wall, we were moved to a clean room with two vouchers for breakfast. Overall stay was very good, beds are good, breakast was very well done. Staff is excellent.

There was a small issue with the blind/curtain in our first room and we were immediately given a different room with absolutely no problem and no hassle. everything else was great, comfy beds, super clean.

The guest sleeping in the room next to mine snored extremely loudly throughout the night, making it feel as if he was sleeping in my bed. Consequently, I couldn’t sleep a wink the entire night. It wasn’t his fault; it was the poor insulation or soundproofing of the room(s)!

The location was great, and in a safe spot near lots of shopping, dinning out, and I-95. The staff was awesome!!! Thank you Sarah for making it wonderful. The indoor pool was a major plus, and even when I had to get my daughter some Band-Aids for her foot they gladly helped.

One night stay on way down to FL. Literally two minutes off I-95 exit to hotel entrance. Restaurant was under staffed but the food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Always a comfortable bed and clean room at Hilton.

Hairs all over bathroom floor, trash on bathroom floor, paint peeling in corner of bathroom, curtain would not close and electronic blackout curtain was also broken and would not close, room was very cold upon entry, wall heating unit was WAY to hot when set to 71F so the thermostat was broken as well (woke up in middle of the night sweating), elevator floor and hallway carpets were very dirty. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this stay was such a poor one especially since I decided to pay extra for this motel. Not at all worth it.

OK for an overnight stay while traveling along I-95. The property appears to be rather worn. Sliding door in the toilet was stuck, as well as window shades. Funny smell in the room, somebody may have smoked there. The hotel could clearly benefit from facelift / repairs

Front desk personnel were very nice. Room was typical. One chair in room that was like a rock to sit on…as was the rock hard bed. The mattress had absolutely no give. It was sleeping on a board. Good location with alot around. Next time will choose another hotel.

The hotel was great. They advertise pet friendly but what they don’t tell you is they charge $75 for your pet. Talk about gouging the customer. They should note that this is the price for your pet because I would have chose another more pet friendly hotel!!

We arrived after the recent Hurricane Helene and there was no power. The staff were absolutely incredible! It was hot and they didn’t have electricity, yet they were all working with smiles on their faces. They even had boxed lunches prepared for us to take with us since the couldn’t offer us rooms. They wrote down our info and I received a refund later that week. I was so incredibly impressed with everyone there at how professional they were even in a time of distress. The property was lovely and we hope to stay there soon!

It was a great stop on the road for us, extremely nice hotel with a full service restaurant and bar making it perfect after a long day of travel.

Ez on off exit, Had to change room due to smoke smell in a non smoking room. Front desk attendant wasn’t aware we were checking in, had to wait. Had to call front desk bc tv wouldn’t go on due to dead batteries waited a short time for maintenance person ( friendly and personable).

It is connected to the Home2Suites. There is one entrance down the middle and the signs clearly mark which hotel is which. I didn’t have any issues. Front desk check in was easy and quick. There was one person in front of me. Staff walking by asked if they could assist me with anything which was kind. We had a person in training (badge indicated) and I’m sad I didn’t catch her name. She was great. Also, Raquel (apologize if the spelling is wrong) was working on the Home2Suites side but came over to help. She was kind to the trainee and explained why something wasn’t working. My entire experience for check in was less than 5 minutes. Carts were located at the front door and elevators just passed check in. My only wish was for information about the hotel. I could see a bar and restaurant sign plus there is a small convenience type store in the lobby. I think a small half sheet of paper with information about the bar, restaurant, breakfast, fitness area, pool, etc.There was a QR code in the room in the base of the tv but the information was not accurate. The room was clean and efficiently laid out. It looked as shown online. The lighting was fine. There was light from the window and several lamps. We ordered dinner from the restaurant and they called when it was ready; about 20 mins. The bar was great. They were under staffed and some guests weren’t so kind. However other staff came to support. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel halls, elevators, and lobby were all extremely hot, but the staff was very nice and professional.

The room was clean, well prepared for us. All was in place and the product used by the facility is great. Only stood there for 3 days; but will try it again when we have another chance. Overall, I believe the Hilton has come a long way to accommodate its guests. Thank you!

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room was very clean and modernized… loved the blackout blinds for a restful sleep ☺️

Very comfortable and quiet environment. The room was very nice and clean. Much quieter than the Home2 suites next door. Will definitely stay here again.
