It was terrible..it was not cleaned and the staff was very rude

The staff was amazing, the room I stayed in was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

I have never had an issue staying here before I even always tipped the housekeeping as I was leaving. But when I went to check in this time the man at the desk which is an older black male, accused me of something I had not done during my previous stay. He said that my boyfriend and I pulled a gun on him! I personally am petrified of guns and have never owned one. I tried telling him that he was wrong and he kept arguing with me calling me a liar. I quit trying to argue because I was tired and wanted a room that I reserved. He gave me a room and I went to the room and the AC didn't work so I requested another room and the AC did not work in that room either and it smelled like pet urine. I brought it to his attention and he told me that I can just leave! I have never given these people a problem at this place and have even given great reviews during my previous stays. I left the property and tears from this shameful experience with this man. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

Overall this property needs updating and a good deep cleaning. I saw roaches on more than one occasion and wouldn’t stay again.

1st room was in another building across the way. Someone was in the hallway shouting down the hall. The room was dirty and the fridger/freezer wasn't correct. They changed my room. This one was outside and decent location. Except it was dirty. Stains everywhere. Old furniture from the 80s at best. I mean this was bad. This was the worst hotel room I ever tried to get. I only stayed as long as I did to call Expedia about the no refund part. I went elsewhere. Note: if the staff has to warn you about getting tossed after the second violation, you.know you messed up and found a bad spot. This place should never had been an option on amy website to get a room

The room was very dated and dirty. There was a half empty water bottle under the desk and beer bottles under the bed. The towels put out were wet and appeared dirty. It was a no smoking room only to be surrounded by rooms that had people smoking cigarettes and alternatives. We were told we could not open our door to air out the neighbor’s second hand smoke. That was weird. The check-in staff wasn’t rude but he wasn’t friendly either. Could barely hear him. On Orbitz I paid 189 for 3 nights only to have them bill me again at the actual motel for 123. They immediately refunded it but now I know I did not get the best deal and a nasty room. I’m neutral on recommending this place.

Lovely staff, property is home to people eho are without housing and have animals which is very admirable. The rooms were very old and dirty. Linens were aweful, very uncomfortable place to stay for the amount paid!

There was a great area for the shower with bath items already available with A working AIR CONDITIONER WITH A NICE BUSINESS TABLE AND PROFESSIONAL SETTING, AND I RATED THIS GUEST COTTAGE INN A 10.0 RATING

This is a great property to meet your drug dealer or bring a hooker. It was about as low class as you could possibly get. This was the second worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Now I understand that for $48 I’m not expecting a whole lot, but if I was too have to choose between staying in that unit or staying in my car overnight I think next time I’ll pick my car.

That it was close to the interstate There was roaches stains on the bed. The bed was broken rust coming out of the faucet, taste like sofa, water coming out of the sinks.

Absolutely nothing The heating was broke and blasted cold air that wouldn't turn off, zero hot water not even warm, sand in the bed that was also broken, not to mention ROACHES. The next morning when the office opened they informed us that there where open rooms with hot water and heading but they didn't place us there that we should habe waited 45 minutes to and hour for hot water instead of complaining while it was 40° f outside

Old room, smelled really weird. Kinda dirty but not horrible. Needs to be updated bad. Fridge and tv worked. Cheap hotel, okay for a night. We bring our own towels, wash cloths and bedding because I don’t trust these low rate hotels on those. No bugs so thats a plus.

Dirty, staff directed me to 2 rooms before there was a vacant one. Pubic hairs in the bathroom and no WiFi. Made a reservation for seven days left after the first night.

Rude staff and owner Was harassed the entire time. Was told to follow rules that weren’t even on the rule channel. Dirty stank rooms found a dead rat under the bed Roaches infested I had to go get spray and other things to try to control it

The floors were soooo disgusting that walking barefoot or with even socks on was almost necessary, they were so sticky and dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was disgusting and honestly I don’t even know how this motel stays in business. I understand they market as a budget friendly motel but this shouldn’t mean there aren’t any standards. People smoking right in front of rooms or in hallways all night, sketchy area for sure. I wouldn’t never ever recommend staying here to anyone, you are seriously better off just sleeping in your car, save your money and just find a local Loves gas station to shower at if that is a must. Never ever ever again.

It was not very clean, with the majority of the bed linens and towels quite dingy or had holes. The wifi did not work very well.

The place was horribly outdated, filthy, had roaches, staff looked like crackhead, and the water never got hot and wifi sure didn't work at all.

The location. Close to stores and restaurants. Quite area. No internet.! No consistent working shower knobs/heads. I’ve stayed 4 nights in 5 rooms. One bed was broke in half (could hear the wood cracking). I didn’t change rooms. When I mentioned multiple times that between 2 rooms (separate nights) I had an issue with the shower, literally the water wasn’t getting hot because the knob was broke. So every time you turn it to hot it’ll get cold or cut off completely. Instead of relocating to another room like I asked the gentleman man insisted, one night he came in to adjust it (instead of debating I let it go). Another night he suggested that I “play with the knob until it got hot”.

This dump had roaches, was deplorabley filthy and outdated, and the staff was incredibly rude and disgusting in every way. They tried keeping my tv that I brought there because I use it as my computer monitor. I had to get a police officer to get it.

There was nothing to like. The couch in the room had hair and stains all over it. I pulled the covers off the bed and the mattress was full of mold and the sheets were stained. The lamp light flickeredwhen turned on which isnt safeand could be a fire hazard. I understand that the room was cheap up it was overall uninhabitable. I also feel i deserve a refund because as soon as we found/saw all of this i immediately left and drove 4 hours back home. What a disappointment. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Hair and a sticky substance on the kitchen countertops, a sticky substance on the bathroom countertop, stains on all bedding, no shower curtain, microwave was disgusting, smelled like smoke and maybe something not legal. We didn’t stay there. We end moving to another hotel. Lesson learned.

It has a full kitchen (no eating or cooking stuff), and two rooms - no breakfast or pool - but it’s cheap, near food and beach access. If not spending a lot of time in the room, it works.
