The breakfast was amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean.

It was close to the highway. Upon checking in , the young lady at the reception actually ignored me as I stood there waiting for her for 10 minutes. She never greeted me or apologized to me for having me wait so long. She kept answering the phone and there was no one in front of me. She was just rude and after a long day of traveling it was not something that I was expecting. The lighting of the place was also dismal. It was very dark inside like they put low voltage bulbs in or something. Just depressing.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding with lots of choices including an omelet bar. The evening cocktail was a welcome distraction after a long road trip. The location was convenient to the interstate.

About half an hour later, I got a call saying the King Suite we had booked was now in the system. This was about 9:30 pm and everyone was already in bed getting ready to sleep. In the morning, we noticed trash left behind from the previous guest. Went downstairs for breakfast and that went well. When we left my son left his Disney hat behind. I called that same day from South Carolina and found that the hat was located and we could call back in a few days to get the details on how to get it sent back to PA. As of writing this review on 5/16/26, they still haven't sent the email saying it was found has not been sent and I am slowly losing hope of seeing the hat again.

I waited 30 minutes for a staff member to come to the lobby and check me in. I had to make several phones calls and send several instant messages. The last thing I wanted to do after driving all day is wait around 30 extra minutes to get checked in.

The room was very spacious and clean. A really nice suite with separate living room, a real kitchen area with a sink, frig and microwave and a separate bedroom. A full breakfast too!

The breakfast was outstanding. The location was not great. The Mall around it was mostly abandoned.

We love to stay at Embassy Suites whenever possible. This one is great. great food, great staff and wonderful space and comfort. I dont love the location attached to a closed up mall. The only small complaint is the closed mall attached to the hotel-feels isolated and a little scary at first.

The hotel was in a great location close to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. They had so many items to choose from. My only complaint was the linen for the sofa wasn't clean.

This is one of the nicest embassy suites that I have stayed at in the last few years. It has retained its comfortable, cozy, and yeah, is modern and immaculate. I will definitely stay here again on my way to Florida.

Front Desk Lady Tajanee was wonderful. I’ve stayed there a few time and she’s always checked me in and taken very good care of me. She deserve a raise or a reward for how she takes care of all the guest. Breakfast was phenomenal

Hotel is located in a mall about 3 miles from the interstate. The room itself was a suite with a bedroom, a den and a room in between that had the bathroom off of it. The hotel needs a bit of updating but service and food were excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

The parking lot is way too dark and the room was eerie. The tub was backed up, not draining properly and the shower head was loud. Would never choose to come back

The room was very spacious but I did feel some furniture needed updating as well I couldnt find a hair dryer. The food was excellent and room very quiet. Bed was comfortable also

The cocktail hour is awesome along with the bartender. Breakfast is the best. Highly recommend. No other offer out there matches this one. From the omelet bar down to all the other options. The bed was so comfortable.

Rooms are clean but a bit dated, and phones in the room didn't work so I had to go down to the front desk to place a room service order. Breakfast was delicious! Easy access to I-95.

I like the overall atmosphere at Embassy Suite Hotels, however, our room had a funky smell, and the buffet ran out of milk. I guess i expect more from Hilton.

Really enjoyed the property. Highlights include: Friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast, late checkout went well with the scheduled event. The comfortable seating areas created an opportunity to socialize with family and friends.

The hotel is a modern version of the Embassy Suites, very good staff, very friendly, the only thing is that it is located in a somewhat secluded place in a mall that is closed and is a little difficult to find.

Definitely do not pay the price for this hotel find somewhere that's cheaper it'll actually be better. Would definitely not stay here again.

staff was great. checked into a room where the AC was not working and they immediately sent maintenance to the room to check on it. Had to move to a new room, which was quick. Plenty of dining and shopping options within a 1-2 mile radius. Just a couple of miles off of exit 38.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is awesome and their hospitality is great. Their cleanliness is overall superb.

A great place to stay for a trip

The hotel is a little out of the way and shares a parking lot with a partially closed mall, so if you're following GPS you might get a little nervous, but the property is nice, room comfortable, staff really helpful and the complementary breakfast is outstanding. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a great location, has friendly service, a good restaurant and bar. This is important when you’re travelling so that you don’t have to drive after a few drinks.

I will give our stay a 3/10 the room smelled wet and is in desperate need of renovation. It is in no comparison to the other Embassy suites that I have been to

Room 219 had not been updated except for the coffee “bar” area, which had a granite counter too. Otherwise, the room still had popcorn ceilings (extremely dated), a worn out paint job, and the caulk around the tub was in desperate need of replacement. The room in general was rather shabby and tired and the furniture and lamps were thrift store quality at best. I’ve stayed at this property two other times and my room both other times were much better but when I asked for a different room this time, I was told there were no other rooms available. I recommend someone in management stay in this room and see what it’s like for their guests. The front desk people, the lobby area, and the breakfast service were excellent. Room 219 needs some care and attention.

I thought the facility was above average.Pleasantly surprised. Very good room, very comfortable but bed was a tad too soft for me. Breakfast was excellent- omelette superb. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful property, very kind and attentive staff. Breakfast and 5:00 social hour were both great. The temperature in the common area was always cold, which sucked since there was a freeze warning going on. My first room never got warm after being there over 6 hours. I was given another room which eventually got warm.

We were given a room on the top floor and not close to the elevators :( We were not able to turn on the heater, you could only turn off the A/C and the fan will stay on. It was a cold night.

Staff were exceptional. Very professional and greeted every time we entered the lobby.

Property appears to be connected to what seemed like a closed mall. Just a strange location. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Breakfast was great! During our stay they were having some type of electric issue that caused the fire alarm to go off continuously.

It's a little dated and needs a remodel. The free happy hour they over-pour to make up for everything. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, but the stuff made in advance was rubbery.

It looks pretty ordinary from the outside. It’s attached to a dying mall and the parking lot is in poor shape. I actually thought, “Oh brother, this is going to be a dump” when I drove up. But when I walked into the lobby, it was a completely different vibe. Very classy and calm, and the lady who checked me in was extremely professional and competent. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved.

We did not arrive until evening of our first night stay. We took advantage of the restaurant in the hotel. The menu offered enough options and food was good and hot. The service was excellent. Our server was the bartender, Cory, and he took very good care of us. Housekeeping staff was very efficient and took care of all our needs. Would highly recommend this location.

The reception with drinks and horderves were Fantastic and the help was exceptional. The barmaid was very nice and attentive. The room was great except broken TP holder and no Kleenex. Otherwise great!

Unfortunately the lady that checked us in did not complete our check in resulting in people trying to get in our room and calling it at 5:30 am. And no resolve or compensation given. An eery feeling hearing someone coming in and their hand through the door. They had acccess had we not had the night security door lock on they would have gained entry

Staff, facility, and amenities are excellent. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we have experienced when it comes to variety, with a made to order option. 2 complimentary beverages was a nice touch also. The attached mall and parking areas distracts from the overall appearance. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
