I would especially like to bring attention to the agent that handled the desk reservation at sign in. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional.

Overall the hotel was nice. I wished it had a pool, but the other amenities were pretty nice. I had an issue with my room where the A/C wouldn’t come on and there were fly knats in the window, but the staff immediately helped me out and my next room was great. Clean, with working A/C.

Clean no hassle check ins

It was clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

My only complaint is the in-room coffee is awful and the coffe you have to buy in the lobby is no better, and it is $4 a cup. This time I brought my own coffee pot, that's how bad it is.

Room was nice and clean. Fridge kept drinks cold. Shower pressure was so-so.

Clean and Comfortable Beds Nothing

Hotel was newly refurbished and staff very friendly. Not thrilled about the lack of coffee in the lobby as room coffee is bad. Understand if there is no breakfast gratis but at least offer coffee. The coffee machine has no Decaf. Otherwise, we will stay there again!

Everything was good

The bar/restaurant is in the same building as the hotel, but is not owned by the hotel. It is a nice place for dinner and drinks. The hotel does not offer breakfast. It is very clean and well appointed. Plenty of parking.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. We were disappointed that we purchased the breakfast when booking the room and still had to pay.

My only complaint is the in room coffee is not good and the coffee machine in the lobby isnt much better @ $4.00 a cup.

Might as well have been a Motel. Disgusting and dirty. And no price adjustment! The shower was dirty, the bed sheets had a drawing on them in black marker, and the room was generally dirty with what appeared to be blood on the wall.

Wish there was a pool and complimentary breakfast. Room had a few missed spots that’s needed cleaning (window sill, counter top around the coffee pot, pull out sofa bed)

This hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms were large, clean, and tastefully decorated. I had a wonderful stay here!

Beautiful hotel Nothing

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. For the price of your stay the hotel offers no incentives. You have to pay for every little thing. No breakfast included or a complimentary voucher to the restaurant attached. They could have given either free breakfast there or dinner or even just a drink. You also have to pay for coffee and tea I guess that’s too much for the hotel to offer too. I wanted to stay another night but with no incentives on top of they increased prices tremendously for a Monday. The room was $201 which was the most expensive hotel stay in the area for a Monday. I think this hotel can do a little better by their guest.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed

This is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my purposes, right off I95 with easy access to restaurants, St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. The microwave door was sprung, which made in unusable. Regret I forgot to mention as I departed.

It was noisy....not really the fault of the hotel.

Convenient to everything and friendly staff. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night, and then again the next morning for 15 minutes straight. The elevators shut down when the alarm goes off so we had to haul luggage down from the 4th floor. No apologies or offers for compensation.

No real coffee in the morning. Maids knocked one hour before check out. Never again. We’ve stayed at double tree before and not charged an exorbitant pet fee. We are seeking a refund!!!!

The only gripe I have is I paid for the breakfast vouchers which gets you food at the Italian steakhouse attached to the hotel and the service was terrible, not once but twice in a row.

Extremely fantastic.Very clean and friendly and helpful staff.Receptionist Chean was a pleasure and really welcoming.The restaurant and bar were both immaculate with delicious food and drinks.The staff were professional and caring and the Manager Shannnon came out to greet us.

A huge thanks to the General Manager Ms Nelly and her staff for arranging for breakfast for our stay as we had early engagement on 5 Dec, 7.30am and flight back on 6 Dec, 7am. The restaurant only opens at 8am. The team went the extra mile to pack burritos and sandwiches for our team of 13 people. The food tasted good as well. Very good service and initiative.

2.Now to the nitty gritty: The Room. For the money a big disappointment. Room is small. No bathrobes??? Bathroom very basic and tiny. No proper soap. The linens are SUBERB as all Hilton linens are. Dinner last night at restaurant was VG and our server Kim was great. Breakfast is a joke! It is near 8 and we are the only people in the restaurant. People rightfully think it’s a ripoff…I had a small bowl of berries: pineapple, grapes and few blueberries: not berries, and 1 slice of challah bread for $20??? This is a highway stop.most people want to grab a bite and leave. This concept should be rethought. 3. If this a doggy hotel your guest should know better when taking their dogs out. They should have ….bags and not have their dog enjoy the floor in the lobby. Therefore dog baggies should be available. 4. We love this stop. Have been coming through here for years. Next year…another stop ie unless this beautiful hotel is upgraded to the 9.2 standard it claims and the high price is warranted.

On-site restaurant has an excellent wine list, but just average dinner. Don't waste your money eating breakfast here. The diner close to the highway has 10x more choice and it's all nicely cooked, served warm (in contrast) and costs less.

This is my second time staying at the Doubletree and I will continue to book whenever I am back in Brunswick. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the amenities and restaurant are always good.

Perfect respite and stop for the night. Safe, secure, comfy, clean and amazing front desk staff.

The room was beautiful but our bathroom had a constant loud humming sound that would not go off and the toilet barely flushed on arrival, ended up having to call someone to come and fix it the next morning. The shower constantly ran while trying to take a bath and would not turn off. As nice as the room looked the bed was sadly uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean though and staff were nice.

This hotel was fabulous. The rooms are very nice, quiet, great blackout shades and large tv. The steak restaurant was excellent, food, service and a good value. The mussels and meatballs were amazing! I will definitely be back!

The property was very nice and cleaned, the only thing is that I literally begged the staff to have my room cleaned and to get clean towels, my room didn’t get cleaned until the last day I was there and I had to call and call the front desk, which by the way the staff in front services are not very friendly or polite. When I asked about my room not being cleaned I got an attitude back.

We traveled with our pet. The room was very clean comfortable my only note was that there is no supper or direct entrance. They have a single pet friendly room. I was told up on the third floor, which required walking through the lobby and a trip in the elevator other than that, everything was good
