I would not stay there again. The. Room was nice and the beds were very comfortable but there was left over food in the fridge and the freezer had. Inches of ice. The pool and hot tub smelled bad

I was able to use the indoor pool night and morning with my toddler daughter. The heated SPA was really nice.

The room was okay, on the small side but the beds were comfortable. It was humid/damp in the room. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal. For the price, it was a good value.

I was unable to do the breakfast as I was very late getting awake period the coffee was very good. However, and I did munch on a blueberry muffin, which was quite nice period the facility is pretty old period my friend told me about being there years and years ago, with her husband period if the building is to remain. I think it needs some updating period I was very disappointed in the lobby with steps going upstairs to the to the 2nd floor I saw that as being very unnecessary and that the lobby could use a bit of updating period also, outside, the flower beds were very sparse Even though flower beds do not quote unquote , make a hotel , stay any better

The hotel was decent. The breakfast was decent. The room was decent. Everything was decent. This is our second time staying here in the last month this time although the hot tub was very murky. I didn’t even get in it and the pool was worse.

During my visit the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing was loud guests on our floor late at night until 4am, couldn't sleep with stomping, very loud talking and knocking. Other than that the stay was good.

The phones in the rooms do not work. (None of them) Had to go to the desk to get bedding for the 3rd bed and was told to use pillows from the other beds. Even the second stay we had to take bedding to the room ourselves.

I liked the location, price and the night time staff member. Could not find how to turn on the hot tub and it could have used a little cleaning out. Had to request towels in pool area. Water was a little cold in the pool & the vending machine did not give the Sprite my daughter wanted, however the nighttime staff member did reset the machine and helped get her the Sprite. Also was nice to bring the towels to the pool area. He was very nice, did feel bad he seemed to be the only one on.

The hotel overall was clean, however, all of our linens had stains. The customer service was good, the employees were helpful and very kind. The breakfast stayed well stocked all through the breakfast time.

There is no lighting by the bedside. You had open up the plastic liners for the garbage baskets. No shower gel in bathtub. Just shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Correcting the problems I addressed.

Close proximity to I95 and free breakfast. When checking in should be told checkout time. I woke up for breakfast but after my stomach was upset. I think because of my drive the day before. I got back to the room and check out time in the room stated 12:00 pm. I thought well I’m hoping to get on the road by 11 am. So l set my alarm for 10:30. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:55. Woke me out of a sound sleep. I was not a happy camper. They should not be knocking on the doors before checkout time. They can go to front desk to get rooms that were already checked out. But since l was woken up I checked out at 10 and asked the front desk clerk what time was checkout and she stated 11 am. So I told her housekeeping shouldn’t be knocking on doors then. Also would have been nice to be told when checkout time was then because according to notice in room it stated 12:00 pm. She did mention do not disturb sign and l stated shouldn’t have to put a do not disturb sign out there. It’s common courtesy to check with front desk on who checked out rather than knocking on the door. But other than that the room was really nice.

Maid was cleaning my room when I arrive and for got to bring back the other 2 towels. Mirrors were dirty . Breakfast could be better.

Bed and Pillows wasn't comfortable

AC was good. Beds very comfy. TV good with good selection. I had expected suite with 2 queens as picture was confusing but description just said 2 queens. Oversall room was ok. My suggestion is to have humidifier in the hallway possibly as Sleep Inn does for humidity in bathroom never goes away unless you get damp towels out right away. Was quiet during our stay. Eleven miles to St Simon Island which was our destination.

Restrictions at the pool as if kids won't sound louder than they really are

The room we had was not inviting at all on the first floor. Furniture was beat up in room, old lamps and a very small TV. Vanity in BR needed work. Chair in room was dirty, old, bed with plastic mattress pad and not comfortable at all! AC didn't cool well. We only stayed one night. We would not stay there again. Staff was not friendly at all! Breakfast was okay.

We felt like we was discriminated against. When we got there we was asked to pay a deposit, the manager had told the person behind the desk to charge us that even before we got there, I observed other people getting checked in and was not asked for a deposit, also when we checked out we had to have our room checked, again I observed someone checking out and they were not told their room had to be checked. I feel like because I was an out of Towne and African American I was treated that way.

When I booked I requested downstairs are close to elevator because I’m handicap. And can’t do much walking “Got neither “!!

The staff at the front desk were friendly the entire stay and they were helpful in every way we needed. It is pet friendly and the pet fee per night is not expensive. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and there definitely was not a large breakfast selection like other locations. That could be slightly improved,

1. Staff should be outgoing and friendly towards guests. Speak up, don't mumble or grunt when replying to a question. Act like you're happy to have a guest, not annoyed. 2. Breakfast items (eggs, sausage, even the coffee) were only slightly warm, not hot. I learned to take my breakfast back to the room and warm it in the microwave.

At 11:00pm the people above us were running and jumping off the beds. This woke us up and continued. I went to the desk to ask them if they could go ask the people to stop running and jumping, because this has been going on for about 30 minutes. The lady at the desk said they had just checked it and hadn't been here that long. I had been timing it on my phone they had. I said well it doesn't matter how long they've been here they shouldn't be doing that. Then I turned to walk off and the lady said something rude about me under her breath.

It was great . We stayed almost a week. Also the beds were one one of the best beds we have had in a hotel !

The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable the room itself was nice. The only problem that I had with the room is that it didn't have any conditioner shampoo in the containers. And the bathroom was extremely Dusty with strands of hair from other travelers on the floor as if they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. Also the bathroom rug towel had holes in it it was torn and ripped it's on the corners all the other towels were perfectly fine the rest in the room was perfectly fine.. the pool was extremely cold to be indoors. The male staff member that was there that evening you got an attitude with me because I asked for towels when we got out of the pool. The female staff member that checked us in was absolutely amazing she was really sweet. Help me get the directions I needed. Her personality was extremely bubbly. She was very attentive. She made my overall experience extremely pleasant. The woman that checked us out never got out of her chair she just sat there said ok put the keys on the table.then got back on her cell phone. It wasn't the best nor was it the worst.

The website states they have cribs and when we went to request one from front desk, front desk clerk said they do not have any now and did nothing to accommodate after explaining to him that we booked here because the site stated they have cribs and we need one for our toddler. Very unprofessional.

I promised myself I would do the management a favor and not write a review, with the understanding that they call in the bulldozers and put this place out of its misery. The AC air handler near the foot of the bed sounded like a jet plane taking off. The sound the bed made when we climbed in sounded like an elephant in heat. And the bottom of the shower tub was so slick it was all I could do to stand up without falling. The only positives about our stay were the breakfast waffles and check-in and check -out clerks. If you are boneheaded enough to decide to stay here, my sympathies.

Price was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast is 6-9am. Understandable but with my kids on vacation late night road trip we don’t wake until 9am. We can eat elsewhere I guess but that would have been perfect.

The room was spacious, the easy walk in shower was very nice, easy to navigate TV channels, the room price ($91.00 was $40 cheaper than LaQuinta and a better room), and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve come across, nice fluffy eggs & delicious link sausage with delicious juices, I’d easily recommend your hotel to others!

Pool looked disgusting. Like really really gross. Our room was so noisy being at near the elevator we could hear every time someone got in and out. All night. It was loud. Breakfast was kind of a joke as well.

Almost perfect for our stay. Construction on the backside which doesn’t make for an inviting view & pool was indoors instead of out which is odd in a coastal town. Staff was amazing ! Especially front desk which made up for the pool & construction

I highly recommend staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Brunswick GA. Impeccably clean and great customer service. Also very pet friendly!

The ac dosent work... the restrooms looks rusty and dirty. Window in pretty bad shape and the room furniture broken and old.

It was easy access from the highway for a reasonable price, looked new, but actually a bit run down in the rooms. Shades didn't close on rhe west side, lots of heat came in. The a/c had to be lowered to 65 with the fan on constantly. It was safe, quiet, and accessible. Won't stay again.

Only about half the lights in the pool area were working. In the vending area on the first floor, there was a plumbing clean out plug sticking out 5” above the floor, presenting a trip hazard. Certainly not to code. Other than those items, the facility was very nice.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the power at the desk didn’t work.

But again, it was a good value for what we paid versus other options

The room floor was dirty / sink needed to be scrubbed- bath stopper was missing. Hallway carpet needs to be cleaned - lots of stains. Bathroom needs towel bars or hooks to put damp towels up. Will not stay again.

Lovely hotel

No refill coffee the entire stay. Front desk unable to give out more. Had to go to lobby from 3rd floor to get a cup. Comfortable bed.

Awful. Rooms need to be gutted and remodeled. Beds uncomfortable with sheets so thin you could see through them. Room frig and coffe maker did not work. Beware charge per pet.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Florida March 22, 2025. For the money I don't think we could have did better. Our room was clean. Our breakfast that was included had plenty of food choices to fill up on, hot foods, make your own waffles, fruit, cereal, juices. and coffee. Staff were very nice. Very happy with my choice. We will stay here again if we are in the area again.

Check in was great due to very friendly desk clerk. Beds in room comfortable. TV channels pretty limited, breakfast above average.

Property was old and tired and looks like they were in the middle of a rehab. Some of the amenities just didn’t work.

The suite was nice and big but didn’t like how it was more kids in the pool making noises and she ask my kids to leave they were excited like a child would be but it’s okay

This was probably one of the worst looking hotels I have ever stayed in. Our bathroom had mold in the shower. Around the toilet. Horrible and smelly

The place was adequate. Could use some renovations in the bathroom. Hood place to stopoff the highway. Especially with dogs.

Unfortunately there was a lot of road construction, blocked off lanes which nade leaving the hotel for dinner a challenge. Two of the restursnts were closed, so we had to go to a third. Not fun after traveljng all day. None of this is a reflection on the hotel, but it does make the visit inconvenient

was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but you could obviously tell they were trying to cover up the smell of smoke. Toilet seal was coming apart and disgusting looking, TV remote didn’t work, one of the lights in the bathroom would not work, One of the USB ports didn’t work. For hot foods they had only eggs and waffles for breakfast. Orange juice option didn’t work. The place was just gross gross, gross. I would like a refund because we booked the last room that was available so we were stuck but it is not as we had hoped it should be.

We pulled out the sofa and it was filled with mold!!! We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they said that they were sorry and currently under renovation. We cancelled our renovation and went with another local hotel that had clean sheets and better rooms. Do not stay here without checking your room. And bring a uv light, you won't be surprised.

Great location but they have a lot of work that needs to be done. Starting with the hot water barely worked for the shower also there was hair everywhere in the room. Heat only worked for an hour in the room

Grace from the front desk was awesome… courteous and understood our needs!! Cleaningness needs improvement but in overall the experience was great.

The property was under renovation and had materials laying around the public areas. Maintenance workers kept slamming doors. The floor in my particular room had a dip and the carpet was very worn.

Not worth the price - no service , no housekeeping. Not even a trash can in the room. Thought i was getting a value - did not match pictures

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but the carpets were dirty and sticky, bathroom wasn’t clean and the hair dryer had mysterious sticky substance all over it. Also looks like a small dog was trapped in the bathroom because there was scratch and bite makes all over the back of the door.

Hallway carpeting had not been cleaned in years. Covered with stains. Breakfast selection was excellent but the set up person was also sullen. Snapping the juice machine iof and egg case shut right before our eyes without one word of “ sort” or Good Morning. Send that staff to charm school. Basic courtesy should be the least requirement for that job.

The carpet was dirty the bathroom was falling apart the pool was hot and dirty the tv stand was falling apart the lamp shade have blood on it and the ac didnt work well and the key cards kept deactivating

Very dirty rooms. Not a good hotel for $95. Floors were stained and dirty, had to wear shoes everywhere. The pool was filthy and had a film on top of the water. Hot tub didn’t work.

The carpet was filthy & stained. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The room smelled like stale cigarettes & we had to open the windows to try to air it out. The lady who worked the front desk was very nice. We felt bad for her because she was the only one working & had no help.

Hotel is very dated. As soon as you enter the area where the elevator is, you smell the old, smelly carpet. It smelled like mildew!!! Terrible breakfast selections. Would not recommend!

I was concerned however as the tub was high with nothing to hold on to. I would see where the shower curtain appeared to have pulled off the wall when someone was trying to exit the tub. This is a safety issue that concerns me greatly. We have stayed here quite often and this bathroom was the only one I had seen in this type of repair.

Front desk staff at check in was rude and seemed like we were a bother. No interaction at all. Room could have been cleaner.

The front desk clerk was great. Glad she was such a great help. But Everything else was not. A/c out and the maintenance "wouldn't " be able to fix till possibly next day after over 3 hours of issues. Rooms are outdated and dirty

I regret this hotel choice. The walls and doors were grimy, the bathroom had several broken tiles that came up when you walked across them, someone left a yogurt in the fridge in the room, the pull out couch/bed was stained and dirty, opened shampoo and conditioner was stocked to the shower. It was just an overall poor experience.

Some broken things in room

This hotel and adjacent properties are under construction. There are areas where the carpet shows that workers have come in with dirty boots. The breakfast food was good and the staff excellent but the airflow was poor and the temperature very warm. Some of the food appliances, especially the toaster, were in poor condition. We initially were put in a room where the air conditioner did not work and had to move. We are seniors and liked the room but the air conditioner could not be made functional. The next room was very cool and comfortable. The staff was Pleasant and very helpful and apologized for any problems. The Linens were clean. After covid, some hotels seem to struggle with keeping rooms clean and providing clean Linens and towels, so we were happy not to encounter that here. We moved our halfway stop to Brunswick instead of Kingslandbecause of consistent problems there

The stay itself was just one night. Check in was fast, non-personal. Room decent, bathroom door would not shut, and most of the metal in the bathroom was rusted. The morning cleaning staff was super friendly. The rooms could definitely be updated. Overall felt safe staying there.

Room could have stood some updating especially the bathroom. Water had a weird smell. curtain wouldn’t shut all the way in the room. Shower head was lose and couldn’t change the position. Toilet wouldn't flush right.
