Walked 3 flights every day...........
- 5/5
Check in was easy.
- 3/5
Mold in restroom and funny odor.
- 3/5
Older hotel. Clean but showing some wear and tear. Staff was helpful. Breakfast offered hot and cold items. No frills but good value for one night.
- 2/5
Room was noisy and musty, the shower was rusty. Coffee was luke warm at 7am. Didn't get much sleep. Probably won't be back.
- 3/5
The property is significantly older than advertised and does not accurately match the listing photos
- 5/5
Very convenient location clean room
- 1/5
Stayed in room 206. The bathroom had mold. The tub had rust. The pool area could have been cleaner.
- 1.5/5
Brandon at the front desk was amazing. Shower head was so short I had to duck to shower.. I’m 5’3. Awful. It was incredibly dirty and disgusting. The air didn’t work properly and made such loud noises. There was white nasty stuff all over the couch.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Need was making me itch and while the outside looked nice the inside of the rooms was very run down and dirty
- 1/5
I would never stay here again. Room was smelly and looked like the entire place had water damage that they ignored. How did this get 7.2 rating? Absolutely a no.
- 1/5
Room was musty with cleaner chemical odor. Door and safety latch were broken. Shower head was dirty and full of black mold.
- 5/5
I didn’t eat the breakfast, because it wasn’t complimentary. The room was very nice!
- 1/5
Nothing about this hotel was right. The the way the pitchers look is not the way the room is they put us in a rodardy room. I asked for them to change the room. We're clean, they put us in another dirty room. That was smaller and did not accommodate what my reservation was. Then, I asked for the to just cancel the reservation and give me a refund. If they could not accommodate us. And they did not do that. We ended up spending a whole nother amount to go to another hotel and I have not heard from anyone there. I have called the number that they gave me sent emails. And still no answer and no. Solution, no resolve.
- 4/5
Very clean. Friendly staff. Location. Breakfast. Plumbing. Slow draining sink and tub. Back entrance door not secure. Did not lock.
- 3/5
Staff was nowhere to be found during breakfast. When another guest went looking to ask for the coffee to be replenished they found her sleeping in the back. The breakfast was ok, typical self serve. The overall condition of the hotel is rundown. Walls through the building have holes or cracks. The shower was a bit scary and no lighting. Bathtub had black marks imprinted. The keys sometimes work some times do not work when trying to enter your room so he patient. When asked for extra pillows the staff claimed they did not have any extra key the hotel was not even at half capacity.
- 3/5
The AC wasn’t working properly. It made it uncomfortable to sleep.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice indoor pool, and awesome breakfast!
- 2/5
This place is not what you would expect from a comfort inn and suites. The place is old. My shower was ROUGH. Whole place is in need of an update. AC was running constant and room was still damp and humid. Spend your money elsewhere

The property needs some repairs. Our keycard stopped working on our second night. We had to move to another room. Then when we tried to get in the bed at the next room the bed was sunken in. So we had to switch rooms again. Breakfast was good but we will probably stay somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
Everything was as expected
- 2/5
Almost everything. First and foremost, we chose this location because it had a hot tub. It was not working. The rooms were dirty, the entire facility was dirty. Everything needed maintenance and for the amount we paid, a discount should have been offered.
- 0.5/5
Level it to the ground
- 2/5
dirty rooms terrible beds would not recommend
- 2.5/5
Decent staff Not clean
- 1/5
Nothing
- 4/5
Older building but comfortable.
- 2/5
The room itself was fair except the pillows were old and worn. The reading lamp bulb was not dead but very dim, making it useless for anyone reading. The TV had no instructions for specific channels and I had to cut it off and back on each time to re-address the information page. The next morning, there was no coffee ready. The breakfast was scheduled for 6 am but no coffee was available. When we checked out an hour later there was still no coffee.
- 1.5/5
Very loud crowd and doors looked like they have been broken in too.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, som enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
I would like to see the pool maintenance done before the guests arrive there was too much chlorine in the pool
- 0.5/5
Nothing Everything all the way to the staff
- 2.5/5
Room size You could smell the weed all throughout the hallways, the rooms weren’t cleaned properly & my room didn’t have a remote for the tv. Wasn’t a long stay so I didn’t not to bother staff. Sheets & blankets are either stained or not cleaned properly.
- 3/5
Breakfast was decent.
- 3/5
Gym in sad shape , pool floor peeling, rooms could have been in better shape .. repairs done poorly..hair dryers melted or not working.. silicone repairs and shower head moldy in first room .. upon entering hotel you smell the mold .. probably from indoor pool? Exterior looks nice .. beds were okay but old metal frames squeaky .. tub showers were old and cracked and shower heads placed to low for taller person .. room refrigerator was iced over in the freezer part .. rooms could be nicer if properly maintained and cleaned more thoroughly..
- 5/5
Very welcoming to people and pets, put us on first floor near exit door, room was very clean and comfortable
- 1.5/5
Smell bad . Front desk Staff bad attitude . Not respond my request when I booking.
- 1/5
Orange juice I had a handicap room reserved they gave me a room way down the hallway room was a big mess had to walk down the hallway to the front desk almost falling had to go back to room to get my stuff had to go back to the desk and got my new room on 2nd floor could not get a shower I had a tub and couldn’t get in the tub. Ended up having major problems breathing so no dinner tonight
- 3/5
the door to room had wood damage as if someone pried it open with tire iron. the entrance cards barely work. we had to force door open after repeated times. I would not sit on sofa because I felt it was not clean. The drapes were falling off the windows. The peep hole was stuffed with brown paper towels. I would never get into your pool or spa because it looked unhealthy and the entire place needed repair. Shame on you for just fudging repairs.
- 3.5/5
Hotel is very dated looking. Our shower dropped constantly after use and the toilet handle had to be jiggled to get it to stop running. The elevator was out of order and the stairwell smelled musty.
- 2/5
I don't care for a hotel that tries to wrap all the bedspreads in sheets in such a way so they don't have to launder them in a timely fashion. It makes the bed uncomfortable. The overall condition of the place was poor and many walls, door frames and doors at the very least need paint. We were also blessed with a very slow flushing toilet which seems to be more the norm at certain hotels than the exception. I will give credit though at least this one had a decent water pressure and decent hot water for the shower. I was excited to use the fitness center because it looked like they actually had a decent bench press. My only was the bench press a joke but it actually didn't look safe so I didn't use it. I will say the breakfast was okay. I chose this place actually because it was about 50% more than some of the surrounding hotels in price so I was hoping it would be at least a little upgraded. I should have just went with the cheaper places.
- 2/5
I’m not too picky when it comes to hotels. I want clean and functional. This one was at least mostly functional. After my shower I walked around the room For just a few minutes and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. There were rust stains in the tub and something sticky on the dresser top. The bed was pretty comfortable. That might be the only positive. They were out of most breakfast items and took a really long time to replenish. People were eating their sausage patty with a spoon since there were no forks. It appeared to just be one lady working the breakfast and front desk and she was pretty exasperated.
- 3/5
Hotel looks tired and run down. No huge concerns but little things everwhere you look. Stayed here a few years ago.and it was ok...would not book again.
- 5/5
The room was great and we had plenty of space in the sleep six unit. The elevator jerked a little, but other than that, our stay was great. There was plenty of parking.
- 3.5/5
Pool inside
- 4/5
I asked to be close to the elevator due to mobility issues and we were given a handicapped room very close to the elevators which was very considerate
- 2/5
Room was dirty, comforter was dirty, stained and had multiple long hairs on it. When I addressed the issue with the front desk, she didn’t even apologize. She just gave me a new room key and said, “Try this one,” as if she wasn’t surprised.
- 1/5
Sheets were dirty. Had to change my own sheets. Breakfast was "ok". Staff were fine. Elevator was the worst I have ever been on. Felt like it was gonna fall every time we got on it. Other guests were scared to ride it also.
- 4/5
Clean
- 4/5
The place was clean, comfortable, and very nice for te price. Breakfast was really god too!! The elevator has/had an issue when dropping you off on the 3rd floor! It banged really hard and dropped about 8-10” before opening, which was very uncomfortable for my wife and children and really hurt my back with the hard jolt/drop. I feel it should be serviced immediately before any more damage occurs??? Or more serious injuries occur!
- 3/5
It was fine for one overnight stay, Breakfast was a joke coffee cold everything else cheaply done and I really don't expect much. Exercise room closed. It's a bed and that's all
- 3/5
Decent hotel for a stop over while traveling, it has a nice indoor pool. I didn't try the breakfast. The elevator was broken the morning I left. Could use some updating.
- 0.5/5
The gentleman that checked us out was friendly. The girl that checked us in was not friendly, the room was so dirty. The bed was broken, the bathroom was not clean at all. Very old and out dated. The elevator dripped like it was about to fall. Did not look anything like the pictures. We were scheduled to stay for 6 nights and checked out after one night. Only stayed because I was exhausted after traveling all day.
- 2/5
Area ia sketchy, with people hanging around outside smoking & drinking (beer). Didnt feel safe leaving our things in the car.
- 0.5/5
Room 113 has bed bugs.
- 4/5
Good place for an overnight stay
- 5/5
Looks so nice outside and Inside.. rooms are all the same though so save yourself the money and the trouble and book the cheapest one when you book your stay because every room is the same,as in each room has a couch with a pull out bed and is a suite.... it's what the front desk told me. So wanted to make that known. But staff is really friendly and easy going they make you feel welcomed during your stay... Nice indoor pool and hot tub ... Really clean quiet and then the breakfast is pretty good!! I'd give 4/5 *s...
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was modern and clean. The room well laid out. Breakfast was fairly nice. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
It was Ok, one one night stay. Room was big however it could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
My daughter and I stayed overnight just as a mini getaway an hour down the road from home. I’ve said that some hotels that have indoor pools and hot tubs but have it closed certain parts of the year and don’t list it very frustrating but that is not the case at this place I assure! Their pool was so beautiful and the water touched the very top to where it looked like the concrete and water were one! No hot tub was really nice and almost 4 1/2 feet deep! My daughter and I slept on a huge king size bed and I slept very well in and all the staff are very polite and kind.
- 2/5
the room was not vacumed, little tiny rocks all over the floor, could not walk on carpet without shoes on, told staff about it and got ignored, also some one showed up at midnight the first night and was above us, stomping on the floor which was our ceiling and woke us up, when told the desk staff they dismissed it saying room above us was under renovations and could not be above us, never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 2/5
The sofa bed was dirty, and there were no pillows provided for it. When we asked for pillows, the front desk told us they didn’t have any extras. I was told I could speak with management the next day at noon — after check-out — which wasn’t helpful at all. The bathroom was filthy, and a bright parking lot light shone directly into our room all night. The blackout blinds did little to block it. Overall, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the cleanliness and service were very disappointing.
- 1/5
Room very dirty. Hair in sink, mold around shower. Toilet leaking from bottom, sheets had stains
- 4/5
Clean rooms great staff
- 0.5/5
After traveling for 13 hours, 2 different rooms, tv didn’t work, new batteries, still nothing. Given choice of trying a third room or cancel res, we cancelled. Only one person on duty, pathetic
- 4/5
Staff were very helpful, room was clean and the breakfast actually consisted of options that were hot cooked food such as scrambled eggs and sausage.
- 4/5
Could use updating
- 1/5
The room was not clean, there was t table in thebathroom with no table top. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the entrance door. The sofa had some type of stains on it. he carpet looked to sirty to walk on without shoes or socks.
- 5/5
Room was clean and great location just off the highway.
- 4/5
Very professional and hospitable.
- 1/5
The only good thing about this place was the nice guy at the front desk reception. Everything else was absolutely the worst! The place look like it has not been maintained for at least 10 years, which I think the last good reviews were about 10 years ago. Every single door for this hotel looks like it was broken into, literally missing some of the door frame near the lock, leaving you feeling very unsafe. Visible mold on the floors, baseboards, literally falling off from the wall, dirty, and scuff marks absolutely everywhere, broken tiles, even the flooring in the lobby is all bubbled up looking like it’s going to peel off. This hotel literally looks like it was foreclosed on an abandoned for years and someone just bought it and did not maintain it! From the outside to the inside, everything looks abandoned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
- 4/5
Needs some updates but location was great, room was clean and had a great rate. Pool and hot tub we're a welcome thing after a long drive
- 5/5
The room was very nice and staff was friendly. Great location. The only thing I would like to see improved is the key cards. Mine always took several tries before it would open the door.
- 5/5
A decent safe room off the freeway. Brunswick was a GEM of a citu!
- 3/5
Check in was great.. room needs lots of repairs man’s renovation.. the mattress on the king bed needs replace as the center is where you have to sleep..
- 2/5
The room was mediocre, seems like they have not invested in this property in a while.
- 2/5
The staff was nice and attentive. We ended up leaving and going to a much nicer hotel for an extra $20 . The room however... I've paid half the price for better rooms. Our room roughly looked like the picture but was run down and the half painted bathroom left a lot to be desired. . And
- 4/5
Breakfast good. We were on a trip and didnt use the amenities. Beds were good and got a great night sleep.
- 1/5
Room was dirty had to change rooms. Whole sink fell out on my daughter while brushing their teeth and management would not come out behind the doors even knowing we had just lost my son to cancer and this was susposed to be our stress free processing time. Offered only a partial refund (knowing we would have to call Expedia and it would be a mess) which is ridiculous. Wish I could upload the pictures. Entire sink fell through counter onto my daughter’s handicap boot.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, breakfast was your standard free breakfast, nothing to write home about. A hotel could be the nicest in the world, but if it smell bad that’s all that will stick in a persons mind. Whereas a 2 star hotel that smells like a 5 star will forever be the “best place to stay” when you’re on a budget.
- 1/5
Due to prepay on Expedia. The staff demanded a $200 cash deposit and wouldn’t do it on a credit card. At 1am the staff made me walk to a gas station ATM to get out enough cash for a deposit.
- 1/5
I had to pay a $100 CASH ONLY deposit which I have never had to do in all my years of travel. The room was so dilapidated and gross. The front staff that checked me in was nice but I still had a bad experience overall. Thankfully it was only for one night out of necessity.
- 3/5
Property needs a lot of rework, staff are friendly.
- 2/5
Run down hotel. Required to put a CASH deposit down at check in. The bds were comfortable though and the shrimp shack next door was great.
- 2/5
$100 cash deposit is dumb. Credit card hold as any other 21st century hotel reqires should be sufficient.
- 1/5
Nothing was unique about this property. There was virtually no one in the parking lot. There was no people there other than the manager, but was the worst was a horrible smell, and the manager seemed like it didn’t even affect her, but I could not breathe after 10 minutes of being in this facility. I would not recommend it until they alleviate that problem.
- 3/5
The facilty was decent enough for what you pay. They did implement a 100 dollars cash deposit to stay when we got there. We did receive it back when we left though. Also they ran out of towels and we only had 3 towels for 4 people. Shower head is also very low. It was hard for my 5'11" son and 6'4" husband to shower. Over all wasnt a bad place.
- 2/5
While the staff was friendly and the room was clean, the door to our room and to many of the rooms there was damage to the door where a crow bar was used to open the rooms during a previous power outage. The metal plate in the door frame that the door latches into was completely missing. This caused the door to not sit properly preventing the swing bar door lock towards the top of the door to not engage correctly, making it completely ineffective. I ended up using a bench from the foyer of the room and an ottoman, braced between the wall and the door to make sure the door was secured. On the outside of the door, the damage caused a hole big enough the the door could have been Jimmie open very easily. I have pictures showing the condition of the door.
- 4/5
Was noce
- 2/5
Be ready to put down a $100 cash deposit. They do not have an ATM. Staff is rude.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, moldly and the door latch could be opened with your hand from the outside. Unfinished projects throughout and damaged walls.
- 2/5
It was mid- the walls could have gotten dusted before it was painted but everyone’s different.. it was a motel 6 experience
- 4/5
Was very happy with the room and staff was friendly. Only issue was the pool and hit tub was closed and that was the reason we chose to stay at this hotel.
- 4/5
Convenience and nice staff
- 1/5
There was a roach in our room, when I tried to report the incident I was told to contact the manager. Tried to contact the manager to report the situation and to get a refund, I was unable to get in touch with them. The phone number that I was given just rang for hours, still no response.
- 2/5
The A/C did not work. The room and bathroom was not well maintained. Bathtub stained. Drywall coming off in chunks in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Quietness and cleanliness
- 3/5
The hotel was very busy and noisy at night and early morning.
- 3/5
Mold in the bathroom and the bed was very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Family stayed here with over 10 rooms booked. All rooms had bad smell, even the hallway. We were accused of smoking when the hotel smelled of smoke when we got there. Curtains dirty, moldy spots on ceiling in room on the 1st floor. Rust marks and build up on baseboards...
- 1/5
Mold, Mold, Mold!!! The place smelled terribly when entering the front entrance to check in. Drapes hanging down fro the widow..mold on ceiling above air conditioner. Rust observed in entering the bathroom on the door and floor. The shower was terrible, needs to redo the shower wall. The hallway smelled terrible as well..had to use lysol and febreeze spray..stayed here last year and it wasn't in this condition..got to new owners. This needs to be used as a in and out hotel. Lesson learned.
- 1/5
We were given a room that had a lot of mold in the AC unit and bathroom. After letting front desk know, they offered two other rooms and when we checked those out, they had the same issues. We couldn’t stay and had to find other accommodations.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 4/5
Our room did not have towels or washcloths, had to go to Checkin to get some. Water in shower was just warm and had no pressure. The breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Outdated
- 5/5
Awesome time!
- 4/5
Has a great size room. The bathroom really needs remodel. Also add a vertical grab bar in shower area
- 4/5
Convenient to Jekyll Island.
- 2/5
The original room we were given was next to the pool and smelled musty and like chlorine. The carpet was damp. We asked for a room change and the desk clerk said it smelled fine to him and they had just cleaned the carpet. We asked again for a different room and it was granted.
- 1/5
It was not clean at all. The sheets were not clean.
- 3/5
The Comfort inn suites was in a good area but the Hotel itself had a terrible odor. Even you didn't use the elevator and took the stairs the smell was bad. It was mold on our shower head and rust on the bathroom door panel!! It needs a MAJOR RENOVATION done to it!
- 5/5
Staff was helpful.
- 5/5
This was the perfect stop on our trip and very convenient for a day trip to Jekyll Island!
- 5/5
As anove
- 3/5
Hjhffhjnn
- 3/5
Its okie, but little of pricy
- 4/5
I've stayed in many comfort inns. The one thing they all have in common is they everyone needed some maintenance do in the rooms. This one was no different. The bathtub and behind toilet need to be fixed.
- 1/5
Absolutely filthy property. Just go somewhere else
- 1/5
I will never stay here are recommend it to no one. I don’t know if the room have fleas or bed bugs when I left I had bite marks all over my legs the first day I checked I was given the wrong room key thank God no one was in there only their stuff. I took pictures of my legs and I have submitted them to the better business bureau. I want a refund.
- 2/5
simply not worth paying 160 they gave me the worst r
- 2/5
Furniture upholstery was worn and stained. Non-identifiable residue on headboard. Desk chair so worn it should have been replaced years ago.
- 2/5
The property was in bad shape. Charging the cost of my room was horrible for the condition it was in.
- 4/5
You can tell its an older builder. It could use some maintenance but overall acceptable. Of the two rooms I went into, 1 had floor tiles that were loose and the other had mold in the caulk around the shower. The rooms were clean and bug free. We felt safe in the area and were convient to the islands.
- 4/5
The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The room is very spacious. CONS: The breakfast options SUCKS. The coffe taste like dirt. They stay out of syrup. The attended allways have an attitude when ask to refill things. Then she has the nerve to have a tip jar!! The trash in the back of the parking lot was 4 days of non attendance.
- 1/5
This Hotel experience was horrible DO NOT STAY HERE. The linen had to be changed because it had stains, there was a roach in the bathroom, the hotel looked dirty/outdated, there were two men with no badges or uniform on that came in my room to change my sheets and on the second morning hotel staff ran out of many breakfast items for the buffet ex.syrup, danish and yogurt).
- 5/5
Beds great
- 4/5
Overall good, nothing special. Bed was comfortable
- 2/5
Elevator was broken. Toilet and sink were very slow to flush and drain.
- 1/5
The breakfast attendant yelled out “who is making pancakes?”. It was my husband. He and I were trying to gather breakfast for our kids so my husband was not manning the pancake machine. I understand that was our fault, leaving the machine unattended but she didn’t have to be so rude about it and scream. Also she kept her eye on me the entire time like I was stealing their complimentary breakfast which is realize is NOT complimentary, it’s already factored in. Even another guest that took the elevator saw us with our extra towels (that I made sure to pick up in-person) turned to us and mentioned that it’s hard to get any room service around there. I informed him about what I was told, they don’t offer room service, PERIOD. There is another hotel down the street under construction and I will be booking my stay there next time!
- 5/5
It has a small but nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub/ spa. In bad weather or cold weather it is great to be able to entertain kids in the swimming pool area. We liked our stay alot.
- 5/5
Breakfast and pool for kids. Liked the “suite” with pullout bed.
- 3/5
Our room looks nice and black towels. Sleepware was not present for the pull out sofa and the fire alarm went off twice we were told it was because somebody was taking a hot shower.
- 5/5
It had excellent rooms
- 2/5
Firstly, front desk person was emotionless. Not very welcoming. The facility needs a facelift. The floor of the pool room was cracked and peeling. How is that safe? We planned to use the pool and we couldn’t. The room was stuffy. The liken on the bed was so wrinkled , it looked like the sheets had been reused. Door was rusty. Chipped tiles in bathroom. Liquid stain in elevator. The inspection certificate in the elevator was expired. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
It was a nice property convenient to nice restaurant
- 5/5
Excellent service and nice clean rooms
- 1/5
This is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in. Workers were nice. BUT the hotel was not. First, it smelled from entrance to hallway to room. Not very pleasant. Than, once we got door opened it looked like someone broke in with a screw driver(also noticed all the doors looked this way). Entrance had damage from the door banging the wall and the fix job was a fail. Bathroom- YUCK. Rust all over door frame tub, sink, faucet. Incomplete renovation. This is a corporate named hotel and that was used in finding a room. Never. AGAIN
- 2/5
Check in slow, was lot old hot tub wasn’t working but it appeared to be working. Pool and hot tub could only be accessed by staff. Floors/ carpet filthy. Elevator out of order. Breakfast was the highlight. Attendant was very responsive and efficient.
- 3/5
Older building. Smell ok. Seems reasonably clean. Ok to crash for the night. Definitely negotiate the lowest price
- 1/5
There was a sock hanging from the smoke detector. The elevator was unsafe and extremely scary, thought we were going to fall 3 floors. The hotel put the elevator out of service after we used it. Sheets had stains, air conditioner was extremely noisy and keeps waking us up. Want a full refund.
- 1/5
DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked this on a whim tired driving home. When we got there, there were people outside already in their car hollering at us not to check in or book there. Immediately read reviews and knew I was in for it. The place smelled so awful it was nauseating, we immediately asked for a refund but they insisted to show the room anyway, there was plaster all over the floor in the hallway upstairs and the rooms were outdated and disgusting. The manager refused to give us out money back but we left anyway. Not to mention it’s in the back of two gas stations and feels very sketchy.
- 5/5
Bery cimfortavle and clean
- 5/5
This is a beautiful hotel wellcapped. They had an excellent breakfast we were here for a few days one morning sausage links with scrambled eggs the next morning sausage patties with mini omelets. Great stay, wonderful hosts.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. It was so dirty everywhere. We got this hotel cause it had an indoor pool and hot tub… they were FREEZING cold and nobody had any answers to help with that. The hot tub felt like a cold plunge. The pool and hot tub were so cold that even my kids wouldn’t get in it. We asked the front desk worker nicely how to contact a manager and instead of him giving us a business card or writing down the number he told us to “just Google it ourselves.” He was just sitting in the couch playing in his phone anytime we seen him. Everything was dirty looking and falling apart. This is was our first big vacation in 5 years and this is what it started with. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.
- 2/5
Dyrti bat and matrice finis God breakfast
- 4/5
Rooms are a little dated, but very clean. Bathrooms need remodel. Was very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed.
- 2/5
The good: the room was clean. In poor condition, but clean. Generally quiet night with no issues. Staff was very pleasant. The bad: I had a number of safety concerns. The room door was not correctly hung. The security latch did not align and the door did not lock. Ones of the exterior doors at the end of the hall has no crash bar and was not secured. It swung freely and did not have a closer. The rear door literally was locked from the outside with a padlock. Dangerous! The ugly: oof. The floor of our bathroom has missing grout and tones that worked when you stood on them. The room carpet was filthy. TV had a big steak across it from don't kind of damage. The wall thermometer didn't work. Walls in the halls shows half finished repair work or holes. Other walls were filthy. Breakfast was bland and unremarkable

Good helpful staff. Average looking, but clean hotel. Prices were raised higher than normal because of the hurricanes. Was charged about $125 per night when the average for this place is $75-80 per night.
- 3/5
Elevators were out of order. Back door to hotel did not lock and was left open for no key entry. Several areas of the hotel and room were not clean. Stains on the sheets. Rails for the steps were filthy. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff did change our room upon request. Indoor pool was good once we were let in by staff. Hotel just needs a good deep clean.

I should have read the reviews - don’t make the same mistake as me! Do NOT stay in this dirty trash hole. Yes it was dirty. Yes the staff was horrible. Yes we got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. And yes the front desk hung up on me when I called FROM THE BROKEN ELEVATOR!!!! If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Elevator not working, no sheets for pull out couch, hallways smell of curry

Average hotel, but fairly clean and quiet. The price was increased because of Hurricane Milton

Nice stay

Good hotel

I would never stay here again. The mattress was okay in the middle but was slanted on both sides. The room bathroom and hallway looked likes it might have flood damage. Rusted doorframe, toilet handle and faucet were oxidized. Tub faucet dripped and shower was moldy and tub had rust.

Clean, convenient, comfortable bed! Great for a budget stopover on a road trip.

The day was horrible. The alarm system kept going off. It was a fire going on the sheets was dirty. Only one towel in the room housekeeping come to your door at eight in the morning and check out is at 11. Elevator was nasty horrible state I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone front desk clerk was so rude at check-in. Go downstairs to get something at the snag room in the front desk clerk is asleep.

They definitely need to do renovation!

The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Our kids especially liked the indoor pool and Jacuzzi! The breakfast was included in the price and consisted of cereal, toast, eggs, sausages, juice, milk, and Belgian waffles. Very tasty! Service was good overall. The property did not offer rollaway beds as advertised on the website.

I have never left a hotel in my life. Checked in around midnight and had to leave by 1230 because the room was so nasty. It smelled like mold and smoke. I unfolded the couch bed for the kids and there were red stains and old food stuck to the sheets. Then on top of that there wernt any blankets for the couch bed. Everything it that room needs an update... chair was tore apart, the table was missing the top and it was filthy. And the smell! Don't stay here!

Great as always

Drapes should be darker and cover the entire window. No free breakfast, just coffee. Poor lighting in the bathroom.

No one was at the front desk for check in. Handwritten note said "be back in 5 minutes". She drove up 20 minutes later. 2 other couples were waiting as well. 1 couple was waiting to change rooms because of multiple problems with their room. We had reserved a room for 3 with a pull out sofa bed. They didn't have bedding for it. I asked at the front desk for a blanket and she said they didn't have any. Breakfast is a joke. The covered hot plate doesn't have anything in it. The waffle maker is present but no batter. Juice dispenser was empty but someone did refill it. If you like fruit loops and toast, you're golden. A good shower could have redeemed everything for me but the water pressure is poor. It's a convenient stop right off the highway so there's that.

The room we were assigned was horrible mold smell and confirmed with fuzzy mold growing behind the bed, on the air conditioner and on both sides of the night stands where something got spilled. They did change our room to another floor which was not moldy but not clean to what we would have hoped to find- toothpaste residue splashes on the mirror and wall. Was afraid to look further and was very tired!

Staff was friendly my only complaint would be the water pressure was none existence.

Rooms not very clean

I was a false advertisement. In the pictures, looks like a good and new hotel. But by the time you get there, everything changes. Smells old, bedrooms were terrible, lights didn't work, spider webs around light fixtures, bathrooms old, with cracked bath tube. Well, a awful experience. An advise, try to check better properties before.

Room is very dirty and unsanitary!

Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel is besides the fact you can not reach anyone on the phone whatsoever. We had booked a room for 9/27, on 9/24 for an unplanned event. Hurricane Helene hit the night of 9/26 and we could not reach anyone at this hotel. There was so many down power lines and trees we were not even able to get out of the city we live in to travel to the hotel. Despite trying to reach the hotel multiple times with no luck I was still charged for my room and am being refused a refund even though a natural disaster hit.

Dirty room old and in need of updating.

Staff were very friendly. They asked if we had a preference for which floor we were on which was very nice. They also offered us cookies and had lemon water available in the lobby!

No clean towels, bad service

Got woken up on Saturday morning the same way (annoying) checkout is at 11:00 so why not wait. Smoke alarms kept going off from housekeeping spraying aerosols so they said anyway. We stayed here last August with no issues but it looks like they have been bought out since. Next August I think we will look elsewhere.

Literally the worst I’ve ever seen

First, the hotel was open during a tropical storm, so I appreciate that. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. The beds were clean as far as I could tell and comfortable, and there was a small indoor pool/hot tub that my kid enjoyed. After that, the hotel was average to poor- the room was not clean. It needed a good Clorox wipe on all surfaces- including the tv which was streaked with an unknown substance. There were holes in the towels from wear and tear, the toilet needed to be flushed multiple times to clear it, and it needed to be run through with a good vacuum. The AC leaked all over the carpet in front of it. The continental breakfast had no juice, no waffles, and no hot options. So to drink there was a carafe of milk for coffee and coffee. To eat there were two different types of cereal, a handful of yogurts, and some “pastries”.

Did not have a bad stay. The first day though we woke up for breakfast and someone called out so we didn’t get it. The pool also had been shut down and couldn’t use it which is one of the main reasons why we booked to stay here. So that was disappointing! The air conditioning was also weird. I would set it at 68 and it would feel so humid like it was just a fan going. But overall felt very safe, the staff was friendly, and the room was nice. It fit all 6 of us!

Customer service is terrible and the hotel smelled like mold.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean rooms my family favorite hotel went we out town
- 5/5
Arrived fairly late and received amazing customer service upon check in. Room was more than spacious enough for the 6 of us
- 3/5
Didn't like: There was a baddish smell throughout hotel, elevator, room. The few families that were there were all crowded into a group of rooms near each other. Next door to us (in what could have been an adjoining room) was a man coughing badly for hours, a crying baby, a mother hollering obscenities at her children. Kids were running up and down the halls. Not sure why they didn't put rooms between us. Ice was not available on our floor.
- 1/5
Just dirty all around. Location was sketch, pool is nasty, elevator broken, everything felt so dirty
- 2/5
It was very obvious the sheets on bed were not clean. Was told swim time was over at 10 and yet 11:00pm people were still swimming. I’ve stayed in worse but I’ve also stayed in better.
- 4/5
Perfect room for 3 travelers. Nice large bathroom.

I love staying at this hotel, for the most part. The staff is great, but their cleaning staff is terrible. We have stayed there twice now, within a couple weeks of each other. We had 12 PM checkout, and BOTH times the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 9 AM, and when we didn’t answer BECAUSE we were SLEEPING, they tried coming in, anyway, causing us to wake up. We go back to sleep, and it happens AGAIN at 10, then AGAIN at 11, and AGAIN at 11:30!!! The first time I thought it was a fluke, but 2 times within a 3 week period?! The second time, my husband asked for a 1 PM checkout, due to us being RUDELY awoken and rushed, to which the front desk had to “call the owner to get permission” and said the latest we could get would be 12:30, and they would have to charge us for an extra day any minute after that. The cleaning staff needs to be retrained!!! I have TWO YOUNG daughters. What if they were changing and naked when the staff decides to just open the door?!
