I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven

The lobby smelled, the entire building was hot. The room was absolutely disgusting with dirt and dust on the floor in the bathroom. Crumbs and dirt on the carpet. After killing multiple cockroaches in the room within 5mins of walking in we left and did not stay here.

Don’t stay there. Smell bad and found a dead cockroach in our room.

Room was clean and maintained except the beds were too soft. If high water pressure is your thing, the shower is not for you. Great AC. And don't try showing up 20 minutes early to check in.

Upon checking in, they said we had to wait til 3pm to check in and it was 1.30. Was told rooms were not ready. We waited in lobby and about 30 mins later they said if we could check in early but it would cost 15$ extra. We said well that wouldn’t work because rooms were not ready. Then was told they had one . We declined and then they said ok you can get it early. Room was nice and clean , however it wreaked of cigarette smoke . We went to the store and purchase room deodorizer and it smelled better after using that. Pool was suppose to be open but it wasn’t . Breakfast was really good .. 4 stars on breakfast ! Sausage , gravy biscuits , eggs , waffles, juice , bagels etc all delicious . Coffee is only served during breakfast . Coffee pot was in room if needed . Hotel is behind a bar and it gets loud at night. Very sketchy area .

I couldn’t stay there, I had to wait 20 minutes for the front office, then my key wasn’t working and there was a guy screaming in his room, right beside my room. Terrible experience.

Tub was slippery and caused a fall and soreness but no one was seriously hurt. Area was near shopping and easy access to highway.

I really didn’t like the property. We had no choice but to stay here because the government has something called Flexi where they book rooms for weeks out and stay there because they have some government work to do. So this place was the only hotel available and I understood why once I arrived. The rooms smelled like mildew/mold. And the bathroom door in our room didn’t open. It was locked for some reason. So am 3am we called down to the front desk to assist. She stated no maintenance person was on site. She tried to fix it herself but couldn’t and eventually the door handle fell off of the door. Then next morning when the young lady was leaving (young white girl) she was communicating the issue to the front desk lady (African American lady) who was coming on shift. The black lady didn’t even acknowledge the young lady from the night before was even talking. The black lady never once acknowledged I was standing there. She didn’t apologize and just put the receipts without offering any compensation that we had bo bathroom and was inconvenienced at 3am.

Breakfast was ok. The front desk person at the time we arrived was very helpful, please thank her for me; however the one at time of checkout was not. Bed was comfortable. Nice scent in room. Road leading to hotel parking lot has huge potholes that almost broke my car. Handicap shower was useless. The shower cannot be used while on the holder since it sprays all over the place, so we ended up not using it. Hardly slept due to the noise coming from some other room until 4:30 am. Could hear the conversation from adjacent room. There was no hair dryer in room and had to ask for one at the desk. There was only one small bar of soap to be used for hands and body. Had to ask for more at the desk. There was a bottle cap behind the night table and some other stuff under the chair; so doubtful of room cleanliness. There were multiple bugs crawling on the night table, walls and bathroom. They looked like baby roaches.

This was a last min booking as we were stopping for the night. At this point is was around 11 pm. When we pulled in the parking lot there were a lot of random people walking around in the parking lot that clearly were not staying at the hotel. In appearance, the hotel seemed clean, but as soon as we got out of the elevator, the aroma of weed was quite overpowering, and it was just as bad in our room. There was no way we were going to stay there in that with young child. We booked another hotel and stayed there. What really stinks is the room was non refundable!

Location there was nothing around it. Nothing no place to eat, and they were still doing a lot of construction and there was a gigantic hole to get into the complex.

It was a bed to sleep in while traveling. The room smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke. The hand towel in my bathroom had lipstick on it. It wasn’t mine. The breakfast sausage was ok, as was the biscuit. I made a waffle, thinking I couldn’t go wrong with that. The batter was old and the waffle didn’t cook through. The soft middle was sour. Couldn’t eat it.

The staff was nice No bugs dirty towels in bathroom. Front desk lady har to give us another because the bathroom was locked in the first room and then when we go into the second room there was bugs and dirty washcloths and no heat in the second room The nice staff moved us next door

I think 9:00 is way too early to close the breakfast area. We came in at 10:30 pm for a much needed nights sleep. We had no idea when we went down for breakfast at 9:02, much was put away. The coffee isn't very good. Machine not working well.

Location to 95 HVAC didn’t work properly. We were able to make do. So it wasn’t a big deal. We only stayed one night.

I will give this hotel a 2 star because it is the first time I have ever seen a cockroach in any hotel I have ever stayed at.

A public health hazard! The place is riddled with mold. How can this place even stay open? I checked in late at night and there were cockroaches running around my room and there was one swimming in the toilet. The whole place smelled like feet. Beware!

There was NO toilet paper when I arrived. The shampoo and conditioner were obviously not new. The phone wasn't connected (to call the front desk). One of the lamps flickered even after checking the bulb. But staff was great and friendly, and the location and breakfast were very convenient.

Actually the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was good. They did not have a separate breakfast person on Sunday. It was covered by the desk person, and we had to wait 10 minutes for scrambled eggs to be fixed. There was no breakfast meat, only biscuits and sausage gravy.

Great stop for on the way up north from Florida. Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We will definitely stay again next year.

The room was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was very tight moving around the bed and desk. The bathroom was fine.

The pool is closed they should have that stated on the website. The bed had blood stains on it. There was big hole in wall of the room and the door to room did not close. Checked out within 15minutes of checking in and went to a nicer hotel

The Ramada was less than helpful. I suspected a scam. Also the room we were allocated, I could slip the lock with a plastic card because the doorjamb wasn't fitted properly

When we cut our stay short a night and asked for a refund on the second night we were told they would issue the credit to our card - but that there was no one there at that time that could do it - and we've yet to see the refund. The grass outside the hotel had not been cut. The front desk was not helpful.

our room we initially checked into was roach infested and we had just bought food for the evening so we requested another room and it was quite pleasant so the stay was not so terrible just was disapointed about the roaches but overall the stay was ok

The rooms were ok and fairly clean. The beds were hard as a rock. They never gave us four towels even though it was a double room with two queen beds. We had to share towels. Even after being asked to make the beds they did not do it and never emptied the trash the entire 3 days we were there. The pool water was cloudy. I will never stay there again.

Elevator was last inspected in May of 2014, it's now July 2015. The bathroom was very small, the bed wasn't clean.. There was hair on the pillows..the breakfast was very disappointing.. The hotel staff was nice

I made a comment to my husband saying I did not want to just leave them there without someone at the desk, and a young woman came out of the hall and snapped at me, stating she was busy helping put with breakfast. I wasn't saying anything that should have made her feel insulted, but she acted like I had and I did not feel that was the way to address a customer. I just ignored this attitude she gave me and handed her my key cards, but HOW RUDE!

We stayed at this place about 4 years ago and it was really nice since it was brand new. That being said, I don't think they have maintained at all. The pool area had empty beer cans and bottles around it, the pool it's self was not cleaned after several storms blew debris in it, and also the plaster was chipping very badly. We also had a run in with a woman and her children who were not staying at any of the surrounding motels, but were local sneaking in to go swimming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but was disappointted to see that the outside area was so run down. The free breakfast was dismal to say the least, the juice machine was out of order, the coffee was like motor oil, breads were stale, and the only fruit offered were slightly mushy apples. It's definite that this place will be marked off our list of places to stay.

they had to change our room 3 times first one the bathroom had not been cleaned at all still someone's hair bows in there and there where dirty towels in there next room the door would not closes and the next room had trash on the floor next to the beds and when I called to complain all she said was we will try better bye and did not even let me talk before she hung up on me

All of the carpet--in the room and in the hallways--needed a really good vacuuming. But it was a quiet spot.

You get what you pay for. Was a cheap hotel to sleep and shower. Bathtub was clogged, I asked for Drano and fixed it myself since the guy at the desk was too busy. They ran out of breakfast the second morning and didn't care to replenish anything. Room was clean, location was convenient.

For the price you pay you get just what you need. My family stayed overnight and went to summer waves nearby. This location is right off I-95 and near fast food and has restaurants no more than 10 minutes away.

I drove all the way from nyc to find out they had no rooms available

It was clean and overall it was fine. The night clerk was cordial. The breakfast was nice and it allowed us to get on the road quickly. All we needed was a bed and hot shower. This hotel provided both at a reasonable price.

I can deal with this if I have a good night sleep, but that was not the case. There was a constant buzzing noise outside and the plastic covers of the mattresses were uncomfortable and loud, waking me up every time some moved. The price and the WiFi were the only pros.

The hotel had a smell that was unpleasant and the water was undrinkable due to the sulphur smell and taste. The room was dirty and in need of good repair, not the haphazard upgrades unsuccessfully attempted. The front desk staff was unpleasant and appeared bothered that we were checking in and asking questions.

On our way to FL so stayed in this hotel in transit. The room was clean. I have stayed at Mariott resorts and even their rooms had dusty furniture shut this one was fine. Only thing was they could use better room perfumes, though it wasn't that bad. There wasn't much choice for breakfast. Overall not bad for the price we paid ($58 w/taxes) for one night stay in transit.

The place is great for a quick stay. Staff was nice and it includes breakfast. I would stay again.

Bathrooms were dirty and shower has mold disgusting

The hotel was quiet and the cleaning staff did a great job.

Room was not well cleaned. Carpet very stained and dirty. Food crumbs and dirt under bed ruffles on floor. Used razor belonging to someone else stayed on top of shower stall during the entire stay. Desk clerk had the computer in the business center in use every time we checked

We had a nice stay. Everything was good, and staff was attentive!

May stay was below average. Upon entering the room we found the room smelled like mildew and was hot. The hotel was in a terrible location. There were no quality resturants nearby. The bed felt like cement and the linens smelled like mildew. The staff was average.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel. My room was in a bad condition when I arrived. My bathroom sink leaked water, the A/C did not get cold. I was not provided with clean towels and the GM was more concerned with making money than making sure the customer needs were met.

We were on our way to NY and wanted to stop for the nite. The picture of the outside of the hotel looked really nice so we figured that the inside would be and that it is a RAMADA and could be trusted. WRONG!! The room stank, but the nice clerk at the front (nicest part of the place) had airspray handy (I wonder why) and we cranked up the A/C. The carpet was scuzzy-stained and I felt like things were going to crawl out of it. Used my sandals the entire time. It needs replacing or at least a good steam cleaning. Bathroom was old, grout black (supposed to be white), tiles were cracked. I guess they thought that replacing the counter was sufficient. Free continental breakfast...toilet water would have tasted better. Overall DISGUSTING!! Oh, my husband just reminded me-the one great point was that the icemaker worked well (it was on the 3rd floor, we were on the first, but the elevator did work!!). WILL NEVER GO BACK OR TRUST RAMADA AGAIN.

Basic hotel. Nothing special but not terrible. We were just passing through so all we needed was a place to sleep for the night. Would stay again if I was passing through.

Breakfast and fitness room totally inadequate. Coffee was empty while the clerks were socializing. I travel a lot but hadn't stayed in a Ramada for a long time and this was the last time.
