Sam and Valerie provide a perfect little oasis away from the tourist congestion, but close enough to easily participate in it whenever you want. The room is modern, clean and private. Our hosts were kind and engaging. We highly recommend their B&B.

Great bnb ! Rooms are comfortable, host is very friendly. We appreciated the liflets to help us visit the city. Brrakfast was good too, and the breakfast room was very cute. Nothing wd can think of !

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning, design-led, modern-traditional Hotel Contrast. An exceptional location just 10 minutes from the bustling centre of Bruges and extremely quiet. Super friendly hosts made us feel so welcome and special and we were given a very comfortable, beautiful, newly renovated, en-suite garden room with its own patio table and chairs. The most amazing breakfast - much more than we could eat with delicious freshly-baked croissants and eggs as-you-liked. We loved the garden aspect with two happy cats enjoying the space and would be happy to return. A little more cupboard storage/shelving for clothes and small items would be useful but this is just being super critical!

We couldn’t have had a better stay in this beautiful city; the entire property had such character, our room was modern, comfortable and spotless and the location was perfect being just out of the centre enough that the crowds didn’t follow us back! Absolutely nothing, however it should be noted that there’s no lift as it’s a beautifully kept period property which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others with mobility issues!

Lovely warm, clean and comfortable room with a nice view overlooking the canal. Very well located for easy walking access to the centre of Bruges. Sam and Valerie were great hosts and the breakfasts were lovely. Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Everything was beyond perfect. The room was spotless and the view from the windows amazing. The hosts were welcoming, always with a big smile ready to help you with any questions. The location of the b&b is close to center, walking distance. Thank you for everything! You made our honeymoon magical!

B&B Contrast is a gem! Sam & Valerie were wonderful hosts, providing advice on sights, restaurants and events. Check in was easy and without hassle. Breakfast was excellent (Sam makes fantastic eggs). The property is very well located, about 10 minutes' walk to the Belfry. Parking is available (at a surcharge) if you are travelling by car. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. We will definitely be back! Nothing. The property was perfect
