Everything there is nothing not too like ! Hosts - unbelievable, location 10mins walk for able walkers if not the no2 bus, turn right from the front door 4 mins wal to the bus stop 3 euros to the heart of the square. Four doors down a bakery worth its weight in dark chocolate! Across the road a small bar quality beers & quality prices. The guest house is brilliant, could not do enough for us, warm ,comfortable tea and coffee, could go on for ages ten out of ten is not enough honestly! Recommended. The fact we had to come home lol

Excellent location on quiet street within a short walking distance of the old town. Room was very well thought out, clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and informative. Had the breakfast our last morning and it was delicious - highly recommended! Did the highlighted walking route from the map in our room and were able to catch the best of Brugge. Beautiful city!

Excellent hostess and delicious breakfast! We enjoyed our stay.

Each and every sound of guests in the next room was heard in my room and it was inconvenient. It was 15 minute walk from the center.

Leen (host) lived on site which was helpful and welcomed us like we were family. She loves living in Brugge and she was excited to share her knowledge of the local area, giving us great tips. The room had everything we needed, it felt so homely, and it had the most comfortable bed we slept in, in our 3 months in Europe. I also loved the bed linen. We loved our stay so there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely cosy property in a good location for Brugge centre with free parking nearby. Host was lovely and welcoming with lots of useful information. Really great pub across the road and an amazing bakery down the road

Best things--and these were great things: 1) location in a quiet section of town, close enough to everything you'd want to get to but not at all crowded with tourists. An ordinary neighborhood where locals live. Leen, the main host, is married to a professional-level soccer coach. We had dinner at a bistro/pub down the street where very few tourists go, so we got to experience the neighbors' excitement about the night's soccer game. 2) Just incredibly good breakfast. Pretty, unique in various ways, delicious. I'll always remember that breakfast! The best breakfast we had in a month of traveling, by far. 3) Good, friendly local advice--helped us get off the beaten track as we explored. 4) What a comfortable bed. We got a great night's sleep. One plus might also be a minus: you're staying in a real family home. No open public space to move around or hang out in, really, except for at breakfast-time. Not good, as a result, for a very early riser like me. And sound carries, so best for quiet people. The room we stayed in was extremely small, especially since there was nowhere else to be inside the building really (except for that incredibly great breakfast time). If you stay there, bring small suitcases!

- convenient location in walking distance to city center - very nice host - attention to detail - simple check in (by door code ) and checkout - House is very old (even historical) and thus walls are thin, so if silence is your priority this might be a problem, but we had no issue with any noise during our stay

All sorts of small extra facilities (fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, plates etc) that make it possible to sort out your own breakfast, drinks and snacks etc. Free parking available about 10 minutes walk away, and main tourist sites about 15 minutes walk in the other direction. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The recommended walking route shown on the map posted in the room was very nice. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. I could hear some of the movements of the guests in the other room; perhaps inevitable with ancient creaky floors.

Had a lovely stay at this b&b. Leen was a very warm friendly hostess, very obliging. The room had every facility needed to make our visit comfortable, especially the very efficient shower, complete with toiletries. What a bonus to have free parking in a city, just a 10 minute walk to the house. We found the location perfect, in a beautiful quiet area and we were able to stroll into the centre of Bruges in 15 minutes.
