Excellent location ran by the most loveliest people! Would highly recommend!

Amazing Location, room has exactly what you need, one of the most comfortable lounges I have had the pleasure to enjoy.

The location was perfect and the bonus of secure parking was very handy. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean and tasteful, and the honesty bar was a great touch!

A very central location, beautifully situated right on the church square. Friendly welcome and pleasant interactions with the owner and staff. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. I cannot personally comment on the breakfast, as I opted for self-catering; however, my companion was satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which was served in an annex belonging to the hotel. I find it hard to believe that this is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, as everything is very old and worn out. There was somewhat limited space in the room to place and unpack suitcases; the bathroom, too, offered only minimal shelf space for cosmetics and toiletries. It was a luck that I brought along a few kitchen utensils just in case, as there was neither a coffee or teapot, nor any fruit and vegetable knives or household scissors. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a construction site located directly in front of the hotel by the church; consequently, construction noise began early in the morning, and the fumes from the machinery drifted into our room whenever we opened the windows to air it out. Of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this; however, anyone planning to book a stay this summer should be forewarned that the construction work may still be ongoing.

Hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Loved the vibe of the decor and was very central.

Quirky hotel in a fabulous location. Clean hotel & friendly staff. Left coat and shirt in wardrobe and messaged owner when we realised at the Euro tunnel that we didn’t check the wardrobe. They are kindly posting the items to us. Liked the honesty bar for beers, wine and soft drinks. Paid on leaving.

The coffee bar was awesome for a fiend like me. The location made getting to and from the station great, but it was also close enough to the main part of town. Nothing…everything was great. I would stay again. Thanks for all of the help.

Location was excellent. Less than 15 minutes walk from all major attractions and the local train station. Honesty bar and a coffee machine in in a cosy lounge. Quite at night. View of the Cathedral from our room was beautiful. Hotel could do with a general spruce up. Its looking a bit tired. Nothing else. Its a great little hotel.

I liked the location and the room size and the communal space. I thought details within the room needed more care. The beds weren't thr best. The shower hose of the bath tub leaked water withiut us realising so we had to dry a very wet floor. The shower in the bathroom hose also sprayed water everywhere. It was hard to open bathroom door if someone was on WC. There was no washing up liquid despite asking us to wash up our dishes. It would also just have been nice if someone had made up the spare bed as we needed this with our booking as booked for 2 kids. We arrived very late and had to make the sofa bed ourselves which wasn't the best customer experience. The place, the coffee and the lounge was great though.

Staff were happy, helpful and accommodating. Location was great and quiet at night. The property is a traditional local run B&B, no frill but even you need. The shower was very powerful. Beds comfy, free tea and coffee in dining area. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Very relaxed vibe and a beautiful old building within short walk to Markt Square, the river etc. The fire and honesty bar made for a lovely, relaxed evening and the view of the cathedral was spectacular. An extra pillow would have been nice.
