Everything about our stay was great!

Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there.

This was really a mixed bag. The room was nice and fairly roomy, but there were other factors that detracted from everything else. First, they are under construction, and they did not state that as far as we could see on their website, second, the walls are paper thin with very little insulation. We were literally kept up all night by amorous (?) antics going on in the next room. We were forced to move rooms, which management did accommodate, third, the rooms literally have the cheapest and crappiest heating systems ever. They are right next to your bed, and you have the choice of no air (of course the windows don't open) or a huge blasting of air right at our bed. It literally sounded and felt like we were in a wind tunnel all night long. We ended up setting the air to be cold all day while we were gone, and then turning it off at night so we could sleep. Then waking up half way through the night sweating to death. it was miserable!

Great breakfast! Clean and spacey rooms, Walmart right next door! Literally a home away from home!! And the views of the mountains and private airplanes flying in out worth the views!

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was perfect and the staff was so nice! I will be traveling here again when I visit Broomfield.

The gym had over half of the lightbulbs burned out and only 1 of the 4 treadmills worked because the plug ins were broken.

Expedia overcharged me for a room that was not available and I was down graded and have not been refunded the difference

Upon check-in, we were not informed that the gym was closed 9-6 each day and were not informed that the water to the building would be shut off on Saturday night starting at 10:00 PM. Further, we were assigned to the end of the hotel undergoing renovations and therefore it was not clean, in a state of repair and smelled like construction. The overall room was dated and the furniture in the room was old and worn.

This place has become my favorite place to stay at over the years! Great staff, delicious hot & fresh breakfast!! Beautiful mountain views and a lot of nearby areas to explore! Can’t wait return!!

We stayed here for the location and loved the area. The property is clean, safe and very friendly staff. The breakfast is above the normal hotel breakfast with lots of choices that are fresh. Lots of sitting areas in the lobby for visiting or working. Pet friendly also. Our room was a one bedroom with kitchen. Everything was there that you could want or need for a short stay. Will definitely stay again.

I don't think we fit the profile of the type of people he wanted there. He came to the room and embarrassed us with supposedly a complaint that he couldn't prove he said we had to take his word on very unprofessional. Will never stay there again. I spent $2,000 there the worst $2,000 ever.

Stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We really enjoyed it! Very nice location for easy access to Boulder and Denver. The kitchen and living room area really helped feel more comfortable for that long of a stay. We didn’t get the room cleaned but getting replacement towels, etc. was easy.

The property was really nice. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not come by like I was told they would so I ran out of towels, soap, tp twice and ran out of space in the trash cans, didn't have my coffee replaced so I couldn't have coffee each day either. Had I not been traveling alone and if I drank more coffee it would have been an even worse experience. Cleaning staff needs to be retrained or something.

The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and good tasting coffee available all day. The king suite was an excellent size and really enjoyed having all the amenities of a small kitchen in the room. Would highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Used the outdoor grill multiple times to prepare my dinners, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I liked the look of the place and it felt so safe and everyone was friendly!

Wonderful trip all around. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and would come clean our room and take trash at any point. No complaints at all. Excellent space to have social events in the evenings both indoors and out.

The property is very clean and rooms are very spacious We had issues with our toilet flushing but my husband rigged it to temporarily fix the issue. I wish there were more breakfast options. We stayed at another residence Inn this year and there were numerous food options

While I booked a room at the Residence Inn, upon check-in we were told that we had to be moved to the Fairfield that is attached/part of the same property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and I can't say enough good about the hotel itself. Exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, great breakfast, nice bar, friendly staff. Love the area too - lots of places to eat nearby, lots of places to go hiking or walk a local trail and easy drive back and forth to CU. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable enough. Walk in shower is quite modern with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great breakfast offerings and the space is very open with plenty of room to move around. There's a nice looking bar and lounge. Close to restaurants and shops.

The reservation I made was not available and I was told there was only one room available which did not meet my needs. Not acceptable to pre-pay for something the hotel doesn’t honor!

My children and I did a "staycation" 25 minutes from where we live to get out of the heat. We could not have been happier staying here!

Hope never happen to anybody else ! They should send us to the same grade convenience hotel, not to lower grade. I wasn't happy what they did to us, I choose a lot using Residence Inn on our trips , but at this time not satisfy us .

When I checked in, there was no room for us, they had given it to someone else. They sent us 30 miles away to another Mariott. When we got there, there was a problem with my confirmation number. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for a room to be prepare

This location is amazing for visiting the Denver-Boulder area. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and I loved that I was able to have a kitchen. There are a lot of cool common areas to hang out in, including a grill and a fire pit. The gym is open 24-7 and includes a good variety of equipment. The breakfast is fresh and they even have cold brew! You can walk to Walmart in 2 minutes, as well as a dozen different stores and restaurants in the Interlocken loop area. Highly recommend!

They are supposed to change bedsheets and towels on a daily basis and i was told the same diring check in time but they didn't provide any house keeping services in those 2 days

Room was dirty. Bathroom in particular, all around the door was filthy...even hair stuck to the wall. Frankly won't stay here again.

location, cleanliness and newness I had an issue checking in because the clerk couldn’t find my reservation. She kept saying I don’t see it but I gave her the confirmation number twice and still it wasn’t located until I gave alternate resources. Frustrating bc we were so tired and I’m a Marriott rewards member. No special treatment.

The entire staff was professional, helpful and enjoyable to deal with.

Hotel is new and modern. We enjoyed having the fully equipped kitchen. Even though they say on the website that there is service daily, there is not. We were told we’d get service every 3 days and only if you ask for it. I did ask for it on the 4th day, but no one came. They said I was not on the list.

 

The service was not good. They seemed to be understaffed. We turned in a work order for a stopped up sink and it was never addressed. A couple of other requests were not followed up on as well. The room was nice and overall served our need.

One of the staff members was not wearing a mask upon check-in, so that was a little disconcerting, especially as someone who lives just one block over where a mask mandate is in place and this hotel stating its staff wears masks.

The morning we were checking out of the hotel one of our suitcases was stolen from our vehicle while parked at the hotel premises. Hotel does not have surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the building; therefore, Broomfield police had no resources to proceed with the case filed. As per Broomfield PD area is prone to this type of activity. For safety reasons, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was nice having the kitchen. Thought we where getting a stove but we made it work with the two burners. Asked the front desk for some more pans and they where helpful and had some waiting when I came back from being out. My daughter had to work during this trip so being able to sit outside near the fire pit area in the sun while she had her meetings was very nice. So have the outside area, kitchen, being able to bring the dog and close to Boulder worked great for us.

Clean. They do not have a daily clean policy but only on the 3rd day and this has to be arranged the previous day. I understand that a daily clean is not always necessary but the hotel has to make accommodations for those who might need it and without having to prearrange the previous day. The hotel had a problem with the keymaker and could not give every guest a room key. Overreliance on technology without a backup plan

Nice spot to sleep while in Colorado. Walmart within walking distance for grabbing groceries. Breakfast was served every morning but gets old after 3 days. I would recommend this spot, no doubt!

Used the roomy, well appointed gym and had I brought a swimsuit, would've used the pool too. Daily hot breakfast was nice and had some pretty decent selections for "free" breakfasts. Parking is ample and free. Free wifi was decently strong most of the time too. There are several casual eateries within the same parking complex so you can always walk someplace if you had to get a bite. However, it is about 11-15 minute drive to Boulder if you wanted to find truly local fare. We found ourselves driving into Boulder at least once or twice a day. All in all, great hotel and would highly recommend when visiting the Boulder area.

Good location. The bed needs to be changed. Sore back from it. The pillows need to be less fluffy. Give you an option soft and firm. Everything else is fine.

I asked both of them for a lot of things (towels, toiletries, coins for washing clothes, basketball, etc.) and they performed in a professional manner with smiles on their face regardless what the task was. Our room was perfect for our family.

The hotel was somewhat disappointing. Room had a large stain on the carpet. Overall upkeep and maintenence seems to be lacking with some mold in the shower and cabinet door coming off the hinges. The "heated" pool was frigid despite multiple days above 90 degrees. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Service was friendly. No housekeeping during our 4 night stay.

They promptly fixed everything. Very pleased.

This is a really great hotel. It feels very new, the rooms are very quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. I would like to keep this hotel a secret for future stays, so don't tell anyone about it! :-)

There is no dedicated pet relief area but a few poop bag stalls set up around the property. We wanted to use the grills but quickly found a thick layer of crud on it. They’ve probably never been cleaned since the day it was installed. They provided a good variety of food for breakfast. Waffle station, cereal bar, toast and baked goods, and eggs and sausages. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates and utensils. The pool is fairly small (7 adults felt too crowded). We decided to take a dip at sunset and the pool water was freezing from sitting in the shade.

Location and parking was great. Seemed a bit under staffed at times which may have effected how our check-in was handled (not so smooth).

We had planned on using a roll away bed for our 2 year old, but the pictures online make the 1 bedroom suite look like the bedroom is bigger than it is. The roll away didn’t fit in the bedroom, so we used a pack n play instead.

Value for money, great location but room we got had bathroom with broken floor tiles and had to stay whole week managing with floor mats.

A bright well lit lobby that is spacious and modern. We were warmly greeted and welcomed into the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a Studio King and it had a mini kitchen, sofa, desk and separate bed, mirror nook and bathroom area. Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved our stay. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. There was ample self parking right out front. Ryan the manager took great care of us and made our stay with his excellent customer service. The staff was friendly. The facility was nice. The room was comfortable. The issue my husband and I have relates to the room servicing policy. Your employees do not wear masks…..which is on the top of the list to slow the spread of COVID….yet you still have restrictions in place in regards to cleaning and servicing rooms. We had to place our towels and trash cans in the hallway. Additionally, we attempted to make an appointment for service and were initially denied due to there being 10 other appointments. This is a bit ridiculous. We were there 5 nights and my husband should not have had to call back and ask for a manager because we were denied an appointment. We are definitely on the fence about staying at this location again. If this is a Marriott policy….shame on them too….

The Residence Inn in Broomfield was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the room was nicely divided into a kitchen, living room, nice size bedroom and large bathroom and had a walk in shower, loved the private conversation areas and the fire pit by the pool. They have a nice selection of items in the store and the staff was very friendly. It was close to shopping and sights. Thank you. I will definitely recommend it to others.

We've been coming here for our Colorado family vacations for the last couple years. This year was different. The bathroom had multiple loose tiles causing several cut and stubbed children toes. We also wanted to enjoy some late mornings now that school is out but got woken up by 7am every morning by some group in a conference room clapping and making so much noise that several rooms around us were impacted. Incredibly disrespectful. It was brought to the front desk but apparently it was some religious group that was more important the other guests because nothing changed for the rest of our stay. Not even sure if they ever said anything at all.

Although the property, the room and staff were very nice, the hotel is located adjacent to a regional airport, so the noise level was difficult for me.

Amazing, the host went the extra mile to be accommodating.

Enjoyed the back outside area, a nice place to sit and eat, grill, etc. The hotel was understaffed which was frustrating after a 10-day stay.

This property was amazing! Was in Colorado for graduation and a wedding. The property was walkable distance to Flatirons mall and we were surrounded by lots of food options and shopping options. It was also very convenient to the highway! We loved the kitchen space as it had a full size fridge and 2 stove burners. We enjoy being able to cook and heat food in an element other than the microwave so this was perfect! Will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The staff here is amazing. The room was nice. Not a lot of options for breakfast but I am the only one in my family that eats breakfast so there was always something I liked. The hotel is in a nice area. Many restaurants in walking distance. Dogs are welcome. Although I seen dogs the hotel did not smell like digs were present. Very clean and well kept.

Additionally, this hotel is quite new, the rooms were very nice, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is spacious with a lot of comfortable common areas. The outdoor space is great too, with lots of tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, an outdoor pool, and a half-court basketball area.   We will definitely stay here again!

I really liked my stay at this Residence Inn. It was conveniently located right next door to Walmart which was really helpful being a mom not wanting to spend a lot on eating out. It was also located across from a lot of food places and a mall. It was a really nice area. The room was nice you walk in and to your left there is a full kitchen with cabinets with cups, bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and eating utensils. There was a full refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, and sink with dish soap and paper towels. There was also like a little bar with two barstools for eating. Then there was a sofa bed, a desk, and a 40 inch tv that had Netflix. The bed was comfortable then just before you enter the bathroom there was a closet and a chest of drawers with a mirror over it giving it a vanity feel. The bathroom was nice. It had a shower without a tub.

Modern, clean, felt like a home. Walking distance to everything I needed. I loved it and will definitely go back.
