Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its great location, amazing amenities, and comfortable beds, but expressing dissatisfaction with the slow elevators, uncleanliness, and poor customer service. The hotel pool and rooftop party are popular but can be overcrowded and noisy.

We love this place!! This is a young and vibrant party atmosphere hotel. DJs on the rooftop (rain or shine), beautiful sunset views, good food and drinks at the hotel and in the neighborhood around it and much more. But please be aware that guests and visitors alike are partying until 3-4 am at the hotel and the streets around it so if you are hoping for a quiet time, this hotel ain’t for you 😁😁🎊. Cheers!!

The vibes , aesthetic, cleanliness, and my fav was the pool

Location, pool was nice when we could get a spot Pool was never available, elevators always broken to prioritize the guests going to the rooftop, AC wouldn't work for Saturday afternoon

Great rooms, super comfortable. When the cafe and restaurant is good, it’s good. Felt like we were second class citizens….1. went to the pool at 10am after it opened, lots of loungers free. Lady said everything was booked and we couldn’t use the loungers or any seating around the pool. I said would have been nice to tell us at check in we had to book to use the pool, she said “they’re a different organisation” and just fobbed us off. 2. When leaving on a Saturday afternoon big queues outside and snaking inside for rooftop bar. We wanted to take elevator to go from lobby to ground floor to leave with our bags. Took 10mins waiting for elevator that never came, it was just us and a massive queue beside us behind ropes. Security was busy shouting at the line. No one cared about us. Eventually had to lug bags up stairs because uber had arrived. It was my second stay but I won’t be back if I’m staying over a weekend.

The garbage trucks coming by at 2am every night were really disruptive for sleep. While the staff was kind enough to switch my room, I ended up in the same vicinity, just 1 floor higher so it was not helpful. They then assured me that the trucks woult not be returning that night, however that was untrue. Sadly, after 3 sleepless nights, I won't be returning anymore.

Our room was very cute but unfortunately the mini fridge was broken. I didn’t realize until I went to grab my dinner I put in the fridge and it was warm and gross. The light was flickering on and off, I thought maybe the light was broken but turns out the fridge was. I talked to the employee on shift that night when I went looking for food, and when I told him what happened, he said he applied 30% off the room. Unfortunately, we were charged the full rate and when I contacted the property about the 30% off discount I was told was applied to my account, they told me there was nothing noted on my account. I had just had surgery and had to eat every few hours and ended up walking around the neighborhood at 3am looking for something since my food dinner went bad and the hotel had no food available. Also, the amenities we not available.

Great location but rooms are small. Furnishings are quite old. Expected better with how much they charge. Hotel is in bar and clubs neighborhood so it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights way until 3 am.

Besides that, this was my first time here. We do have a favorite spot near-by that we usually stay at when we visit our daughter in Brooklyn. But we decided to give this hotel a try. This is a fine place to stay. Clean and in a good location. The clientele leans toward the younger crowd. There is a club on the rooftop bar that draws a good sized crowd but they were not disruptive and caused no issues of concern. They weren't loud and rowdy. The restaurant is pretty good as well. Service was fine. Nothing exceptional. I would recommend this as a decent place to stay, just don't pay extra for their idea of a"City View". Next visit I'll more than likely stayy across the street as well.

Location is amazing with great river views. The hotel prioritizes events over guests. I came for a half marathon and they scheduled a 7 HOUR rave the night of the race. It was so loud my ceiling vibrated. I left the hotel for a little quiet and could hear it two blocks away. It was like noise torture. It took twenty minutes just to get to my room because they dedicated elevator traffic for party go-ers. Drunk people were getting off on guest floors and wandering around. A belligerent girl almost knocked me over falling into me, so drunk she couldn’t walk. No security or elevator oversight to manage this. Absolute nightmare.

Besides an issue with streaming on the TV, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ve been here before for some of the events but never for a stay. Our room, granted the most expensive, was surreal with the views and the details. The hotel is in proximity of everything you need. Concierge was prompt and accommodating. Looking forward to another stay soon.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had an exceptional experience. One of the best managed hotels I've ever stayed in.

We loved our stay here cute outside space off the room with a beautiful view of the east river and sky line . So walkable to everything in Williamsburg great shopping , restaurants and especially the waterfront. We will definitely be back! If you want to stay close to the village here is your best choice as well.

Great restaurant and a large bar area to eat or drink. Rooms have comfortable beds with nice linens. Only thing I didn’t like was the wash and lotion amenities. They are in refillable pumps and the pumps liquids looked unpleasant. The lotion came out like a tacky stale glue and the soaps looked murky. I brought my own soap, lotion and shampoo.
- 4/5
Property is great, but you need to stay on top of it. The water tower bar is a big selling point. It is not open. We were able to go look at it, and I have to say, eh. Could be cool. Very disappointed. Should make sure people know it is not open before you use it for a selling point.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The restaurant staff was excellent. Menu options were enough for the various diets that we had. I would recommend the restaurant for guests.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Arlo Williamsburg overall. The hotel has a great atmosphere, modern design, and a very convenient location that made getting around Brooklyn easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only minor issues were that the USB-C outlet in the room didn’t seem to work, and I had a bit of trouble with the safe not opening when I was getting ready to leave, which caused a little stress. That said, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.
- 5/5
The information provided offered 15% off in the bar and restaurant. The restaurant person was very informative and helpful with this detail. The bar person was not.

In my honest opinion, I will never stay at an Arlo hotel again. Unless you like the hostel style

I stayed at the Arlo Hotel and had an experience so alarming that we were forced to check out in the middle of the night and find another hotel. It started with loud banging outside our room door that frightened our dog. We initially brushed it off, assuming it was just noise from other guests slamming doors down the hall. However, close to midnight, the situation escalated dramatically. When we heard someone outside our door again, my husband looked through the peephole and saw a person violently attempting to kick our door down. They were kicking with such force that they actually knocked the lock notch off the door. We were terrified. My husband yelled at the individual, but they did not stop. We immediately contacted the front desk, who sent up security. While we appreciated the response, security alone was not sufficient — this person was clearly violent and posed a serious threat to guests. The hotel should have called the police without hesitation. They did not. Feeling completely unsafe, we had no choice but to gather our belongings and relocate to another hotel in the middle of the night. The Arlo Hotel needs to take a serious look at its security protocols. Guests should never be left feeling endangered in their own room. Sending a security guard is simply not an adequate response when someone is attempting to violently break into a guest’s room. I urge management to review this incident and implement stronger safety measu

I love Arlo! The clean (nontoxic) hygiene products, soundproof windows, canned water and white noise machine are amazing. Mattress was pretty firm. Slept wonderfully! Raising the standard for hotels. The location was great for the show we went to, and the view of NYC skyline was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel is very unique and very pretty, room service was great too after the show! The room was absolutely beautiful, but the open shower was not the best for traveling with friends/family (not spouse) , its to exposed and can be uncomfortable for people, . and the doors to the room are beautiful but very large and heavy and are very loud, we woke up to heavy door opening and closing all morning.

Don't believe this picture. The room was too small and my bed mattress made a noise. The balcony was so close to the next room that I was constantly on edge in case something bad happened. And I kept smelling like cigarettes. The color of the sink was milky, so I bought water from the mart and used it. I woke up early in the morning and checked out because it was so uncomfortable. But what made me even angrier was that when I got home, I looked at the mail and found out that my credit card paid $00.00 for using red wine and arlo slides. I'm a person who is allergic to alcohol. And I don't even know what that wine looks like. And I carry my own sildes with me every time I travel. Also, I don't know what your sildes look like. So I called the information desk last night. The staff didn't even apologize and just said that they would refund my money. I can't trust your staff. So, I asked them to send me these refunds in my mail and they asked me if I needed the mail. Isn't it obvious? He said he would send me the mail in 5 minutes. You need to train your staff. Don't charge the customer for the mistake of the staff cleaning the room. Tell me if you don't believe me. I go on a trip and always take video clips of my accommodation. I looked it up this morning and of course there were video clips and neither slides nor wines anywhere. I still feel really bad.

When I checked in, I was told that the room type I had pre-paid for had already been released. So I paid for a King room with a bathtub and was asked to accept a Queen room with a shower stall. Then after I had gone to bed, the front desk rang me after midnight threatening to have security remove me from the building for 'multiple noise complaints'... turned out to be the guests next door throwing a rave on their balcony but I guess the staff never bothered to actually send someone up to investigate? Seemed like a disorganized and poorly arranged response. I had higher hopes for the stay given the reviews. Dinner service was excellent. But staying here felt hostile and was not restful.

I recently stayed at the Arlo Williamsburg in Brooklyn, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Arriving early for check-in, I was immediately impressed by the wonderful staff and fantastic doormen who went above and beyond to look after my bags, making the wait feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely, with modern amenities and a chic vibe that perfectly captures the essence of Williamsburg. The views of the city from my room were simply fantastic—waking up to the Manhattan skyline was a highlight that made every morning special. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Surrounded by great shops and a variety of restaurants, everything I needed was just a short walk away, adding to the convenience and charm of the neighborhood. I highly recommend the Arlo Williamsburg for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Brooklyn with top-notch service!

Bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, had human body hair all over the bottom of it. Asked if there was anything they could do to make the deal a bit sweeter given the fact we were dealing with maintenance issues for the first 90 min of being in our room and as the room was like 1200$. Guy at desk when checking out said nothing he could do but offer drink tickets. To the bar that was closed. Not worth the money, definitely long in the tooth and kinda run down. Was definitely nice when it opened. Not so much anymore. Clearly there are reasons why this one is much cheaper and more available than the neighboring hotels.

Great location. The ferry is only a couple blocks away which made it convenient to get around. The breakfast was great, especially the babka French toast and the room was nice. The only thing the rooftop wasn’t open on Monday when we were there. The door man was helpful with our bags while we waited for our room to be ready. The minibar will satisfy ALL of your needs. The staff was friendly.

It’s fine. Better value and vibe than the Hoxton. Not as great as the Wythe service wise. It’s fine. It’s wildly expensive but that’s the breaks in NYC

Loved our stay at Arlo Williamsburg! The location is perfect — right in the heart of trendy Brooklyn. The staff were exceptional and super responsive; we could text them directly for room cleaning, late checkout, and even to hold our bags. Very friendly and helpful all around. The lounge area was great for coffee, drinks, or getting a bit of work done. Rooms are on the smaller side, but the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the view was fantastic. There’s a small desk in the room, though the stool isn’t ideal for long work sessions — the lounge was a better option for that. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
The service was hit or miss. Sometimes there was someone at the door who was helpful but other times no such luck. The doors are extremely heavy and trying to deal with that with luggage alone in the rain is pretty annoying, which happened half the time going in and out. Once there was even staff standing in the hallway who didn't bother to help while I was struggled dressed in formal wear to go to a wedding. The front desk staff who advised on the best way to get to the airport were very helpful and appreciated though! Also had assumed the bars would be open late on a holiday weekend Sunday but they were all closed by midnight, which was a little disappointing. Room service was tasty. Everything in the mini bar was crazy over priced, such as $7 still water, but i guess to be expected?
- 5/5
The restaurant attached also had a great selection of food and late night bites, and for breakfast the pancakes are incredible. Attentive and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff - always ready to help.

Amazing welcome and service throughout my sadly short stay.

Fun hotel great location
- 3/5
Location is fantastic and there are great views. The rooms are basic and there is no soundproofing so very loud, we had to ask 3 times for a steamer. The roof was closed our whole stay despite the weather being perfect pool weather - we instead had to pay for a day pass to the nearby Bathouse. They have also somehow managed to break my suitcase when we stored our bags. Overall quite an average experience.
- 5/5
Beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline from room balcony. Balcony was perfect!

- 3/5
The Arlo is in a great location and the city view studio suite is stunning but the price compared with the value is not there. The roof top parties were extremely loud and kept us up into the night. The elevator was the single biggest pain point. We waited 12 minutes one time for an elevator to come. Additionally the front desk staff and security standing at the front door were not helpful or welcoming. For the price, you would except some level of service. The Hoxton one block away is a much better quality of service for what you pay.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel but the elevators are a nightmare
- 5/5
The pool was refreshing and rooftop bar super fun with fantastic views of Manhattan. The music went till midnight each day, so it might not be a great place for lightly sleeping children. But for adults, is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, in a good long while! Also, very pet friendly
- 3/5
The fire alarm went off, for a false alarm, in the afternoon, again no explanation The wifi would not connect on my phone. The system the have would not let me log in w lith my room number yet i still was charged for wifi as an amenity. Hotels.com did not alert me that there would be an additional 35+ a night for the wifi once i got to the hotel. I stayed here at a busy time, paid over 600 a night. Definitely not worth the price.
- 4/5
Nice room, not much of a view but nice to have a balcony which is not usual. The location is great for Brooklyn.
- 5/5
We had a great time here. The rooftop pool had a great vibe and the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Perfect location with amazing rooftop amenities. Will come back.
- 5/5
Everything was lovely except that we left a pillow and they didn't go above and beyond to find it. It had a very expensive pillowcase (Cozy Earth).
- 4/5
Great location. The rooms are quite limited, no desk. There's no water bottle refill stations. Rooftop views are amazing.
- 4/5
Rooms are too small

My partner and I were hungry and went to check out the restaurant in the hotel. Stood for several minutes before the host came over and was noticeably short/abrupt, didn't apologize for the wait and instead asked if we had a reservation for the empty restaurant. Food was OK, service was inexplicably slow for there only being 2 other tables of guests by the time we finished and we had to remind the server for the discount for staying there. We were out on our balcony in the evening and noticed that the room next to ours was getting renovated. To our surprise, work started on that room first thing in the morning. We were woken up by the crew hauling in their equipment around 7:00am and could not get back to sleep over the sound of power tools, hammering, etc. I would highly recommend against staying at this location, especially given the rate we were charged for a very disappointing room and even worse experience. When I shared these concerns, I was informed that they were "shared with our engineering and operations teams to ensure these matters are addressed immediately." Crickets.
- 5/5
Such a great stay!!! Views were awesome as were the amenities!
- 5/5
The experience was exceptional.
- 4/5
Nice place. Be mindful that the rooftop is basically a club throughout the weekend, so it can be very noisey if you’re staying in a higher floor. Also the elevators are super slow. I often resorted to taking the stairs.
- 5/5
The hotel’s “city view” suites are breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows give life to the cityscape. A well deserved treat!
- 5/5
Will return again soon
- 5/5
Loved the city view
- 3/5
Nice enough, but honestly had the feel of an upscale dorm room.
- 4/5
Food and dining option limited and breakfast was not tasty at all!! No green or red peppers in the whole kitchen for western omelette- no they do not carry any peppers , only onions and tomatoes:(
- 4/5
Amazing venue - great views and cool rooms. Pool area a vibe. Downstairs bar service a little slow at times but some friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, very clean. Only downside was they could not provide a late checkout
- 3/5
Just stayed here for a wedding in the area. Pros are access to the rooftop pool (guests can reserve chairs for free but you have to book in advance!) and the rooms were nice and clean. Cons are that the ‘queen’ room was definitely just a double bed and with how much we paid for the room we expected more amenities to be included- having to pay $14 per person to use the hotel slippers is wild. We also never received cleaning service while we were there. So all-in-all it was a cool vibe but personally would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Such a great stay, the restaurant and pool area amazing! The staff were so sweet.
- 5/5
Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Very good! Friendly staff, quality room and view!
- 3/5
This hotel offers the look and feel of a premium hotel, it just unfortunately lacks premium service. Very junior staff, polite and nice just not particularly helpful as most questions were replied with “ i don’t know” not let me find out for you, or help you find out” just straight up i don’t know, when you’re a tourist in a different city staying at a nice hotel, my expectations are higher. Everyone is very l pleasant and doing their best, i don’t hold it against them, but Arlo hotel group is large and has many locations so it seems to be a lack of training and accountability on their end.
- 3/5
Rooms feel very basic for the price
- 5/5
Fun rooftop pool and bar, great area to walk around.
- 5/5
The staff were great, from check in to the restaurant and rooftop pool, service was a 10/10.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Is waa cold
- 5/5
Will definitely be staying here again and recommending Arlo to anyone inquiring about lodging in the tri-state area.
- 2/5
The noise from outside was SO loud even in the middle of the night. Constant beeping in the room took two calls to maintenance to fix. The mattress constantly slipped off the futon frame with the slightest movement. The only available pool arrangements were $500 cabanas for 2 hours time. The Arlo brand has completely downgraded in my mind even from a few years ago. Only stay if you have no other option or are under 25.

It was my birthday and they made it a big deal. Staff acknowledged it right away and upgraded me to VIP. Pool and food options were on point.
- 5/5
Great stay loved the pool
- 5/5
The pool had very beautiful views but the pool deck was very slippery. I was a little nervous getting out of my chair, as I recently had knee surgery and didn’t want to slip! Good service and delicious small food menu available. The water tower was cool to check out! Beautiful views of NYC. Overall, the decor and details of the entire hotel was stunning. I really loved the bedroom, all of the natural light and beautiful bathroom design.
- 5/5
It is good for holiday , and explore Brooklyn

All around amazing

Love it how it had food trucks outside the hotel

Wonderful funky little spot in the neighborhood. Great for a staycation. Everything was wonderful except for the CHEAP mattress. I kept rolling down into what felt like a hole in middle of the mattress. Totally unacceptable for the price. I wanted to extend my stay but my the pain in my back wouldn’t allow it!
- 3/5
Elevator is slow, never takes you where you need to go, you push the button and end up on the wrong floor.it’s awful. Rooms are tiny, light comes in from the street and very noisy.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again. Unique rooms and excellent service.

The only thing I wish the rooms had were microwaves.

If sleeping in a closet is your thing, then book it. No onsite parking. Rats were jumping out of trash cans as I walked to the hotel from the parking garage 2 blocks away - so disgusting and disappointing. Definitely not for children or the elderly.
- 2/5
Noise in the room from club for 2 nights couldn’t sleep Got breakfast package but was only available to order from half of the menu and everything was xtra .. was told that cappuccino was xtra but not limited to half the menu Food and coffee came cold and it took 20 Minutes to replace !!!

My favorite thing about arlo, the vibes, the area, food 10/10, drinks 9/10... this is my 2nd time I love it. Balcony is everything and the view is a vibe. Overall love it. You really don't need to leave the building but if you do so much vibe in the area.
- 5/5
I did a staycation for my birthday! Wanted a hotel with a nice pool scene and Arlo did it for me. Nice staff! Kelsey(Hope im spelling her name right) gave me a cute birthday drink.
- 4/5
The bed was too soft and the bathroom is incredibly small also I'm glad I brought my own towel because I used all the room towels to mop up the water that leaks from the shower. Other then that the stay was amazing

Love the hotel and location! This is my second time here and will be back
- 4/5
Lifts weren’t working and with a child we could only access the pool in the daytime. However this is a gorgeous hote!! Very cool. Nice laid back atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff. Great pizza in the restaurant. The rooms were a beautiful decor and a great area. Just a walk down the street to see the NY skyline. We would definitely come back.
- 3/5
Room was too minimalist; no counter space. Bath gel was empty and could hear nightclub music when trying to go to sleep.
- 4/5
Great facility. The neighborhood is too gentrified now though.
- 5/5
Stayed for a night, beautiful balcony view. Lovely rooftop pool

Loved how friendly everyone was - cafe was kind of slow but other than that a great stay

#1: Staff was beyond excellent! #2: Spectacular view from our in room balcony #3: Great location for dining & entertainment #4: Great amenities and rooftop pool & lounge area Minor Issues: *Shower doors- difficult to avoid water from leaking out, causing water to accumulate in washroom floor; not enough bath mat towels to soak up the puddle *Too many day pass guests in the pool area; I think this makes it less a bit more challenging for guests staying at the hotel * Safe battery issues- quickly remedied by staff * Directions to open balcony door would be helpful but eventually figured it out- staff was helpful * AC confusing to regulate- didn’t want to bother staff about it, bu
- 1/5
I’ve been to a better motel with better accommodations than here. Truly would not recommend and now that it’s owned by Marriott.. they better resolve these issues.
- 5/5
On the weekends, they have entertainment on the roof that gets a little noisy. But overall, we love the hotel and the food. People were fantastic.
- 5/5
Food was amazing, drinks perfect!
- 1/5
there wasnt much communication at check in, room service took a very long time, the shower leaked all over the bathroom and out into the room itself. Not kept up very well.
- 3/5
The elevators are another major issue. They are overcrowded with guests heading to the water tower, and there is no designated elevator for this purpose. It’s deeply troubling that guests have no priority, and outsiders, some of whom are intoxicated, are allowed to ride the same elevators. This creates a safety risk, as anyone can get off on any floor. The lack of control in such a basic part of the facility is alarming. This property has so much potential, but it’s disappointing to see these critical issues being neglected.
- 5/5
Thank you KINDLY!
- 5/5
We celebrated my wife’s birthday and everything was great
- 5/5
Best views! Hands down the best views of the NYC skyline from their rooftop pool/bar. This easily made the entire stay at The Arlo worth it. Otherwise, the hotel was 7/10 for lack of true security, extremely high nightly rates, avg. quality, very small room size, and overall cleanliness. We ended up staying a week, and despite asking, our room was not cleaned once. If money and room size don't matter, great spot! Ended up working out great for what we needed, and has a perfect, central location (walkable to everything)!
- 4/5
Very nice aesthetic hotel. Rooms are small but it’s New York and it did the job to sleep and bath. NO SOUND PROOFING! I could hear literally everything from people in the halls to my neighbors taking a shower.
- 5/5
Bed & pillows were so comfortable! Staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was great! Definitely would stay here again!
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and friendly, amenities were as described on website with no issues. Property is close to several shops and restaurants
- 5/5
Gotta fix those elevator
- 5/5
Stay here if you’re looking for a FUN TIME ONLY! yes it’s chic but it’s a party hotel. The traffic is controlled but insane. I was on the 7th floor and can hear the party on the roof top which is the 10th floor so the windows are not sound proof. Room is super chic but compact so if you need space PAY FOR COMFORT! The food was great but the bartenders were very nonchalant even at brunch it was kinda annoying to constantly asked to be waited on.’ It’s a park behind the hotel for a nice walk and the green scenery.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Rooms are pretty small
- 4/5
I enjoyed the vibe.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a convenient area. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was too small- even for one person it would have been difficult to navigate but with 2 people- it was impossible. Also, the water leaked all over the floor. And if you are sensitive to sound- be warned it’s loud.
- 3/5
The rooms could use better sound proofing. We could hear pretty much every word from the people in the room next to us, and it didn’t feel like they were being particularly loud. The pool area was nice but the pool itself was cloudy. The water definitely needed better maintenance. I enjoyed the mocktail options at the pool. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice! Our server needed some more training on the menu. He mentioned he was new so we worked together to answer questions I had about ingredients. Staff were all attentive and helpful!
- 2/5
While the common areas were nice and the staff was excellent. The rooms could really use an update. The shower/toilet situation was very tight... the barn door that separates the shower was all warped at the bottom from water damage - the shower water can easily get everywhere. The towels were ratty and torn at the edges... for the price I payed if the hotel rooms are going to be super tiny I want it to be very nice and have nice towels at the very least! The hallways and even the elevators were all marked up and just very "worn" Another note about the rooms, while some people may like this style, I did not expect them to look like old school hgtv with subway tile, barn doors and shiplap.
- 5/5
Amazing room and views loved this hotel very clean and comfortable
- 3/5
We’ve stayed here multiple times and getting a reservation for pool chairs has always been an issue . Even if we try to make it two days before arrival it is never available.
- 4/5
Wonderful locations. Adorable rooms, they are small per usual in NY but have everything you need. The water tower and rooftop are amazing. Very lively atmosphere in the weekends. Reserve pool beds ahead of time. The staff was great. Stayed for a week in July.
- 5/5
menu in restaurant was limited 32 dollars for chicken parm with lettuce view was excellent definitely will be back again bars and pool area were awesome good places to eat on Bedford ave
- 4/5
Is good
- 5/5
It was a very unique place with a beautofup balcony overlooking Manhattan. Drinks wwre very good; however, some patience was required
- 2/5
I expected a top-notch experience for the premium price, but it did not deliver. It’s sad to see a place that was once thriving and has lots of potential, start to go downhill (as is evident given a lot of the recent reviews). They need to do a lot of improving to reach the level they charge their customers.
- 3/5
Elevator was down to one, so guests had to deal with a slow elevator crammed full of drunk rooftop party
