Traveled as a family of 6 and it was a good trip and the room met our standards and would go back there again in the future

The refrigerator smelled so bad when you opened it, even with no food.

Staff was very nice and great. Room was not. Very dirty and old dirt. Vent in shower was gross and covered in mold. My wife and I both felt congested each morning. Think room had mold. Lots of areas had old dirt in room, halls and elevators.

I checked the bed before I went to sleep woke the next morning. There was a red mark on the upper mattress suspected bedbug. I was scheduled to stay two nights. I asked for a refund. I don’t know if I ever received it. Staff were very nice accommodating, however can’t deal with bugs.

I'm not a big fan of parking fees. It makes it really hard to compare costs of hotels, since they are somewhat of a hidden fee.

I decided to stay in Brisbane, at a hotel with a indoor pool. to enjoy a getaway with my granddaughter's it was a nightmare, the bathroom was horrible the tub had a ring arounded it. Housekeeping never cleaned the that room at all The bathroom had hair on the floor, and the bathroom toilet was broken, it ran all night. the staff come up and fix it. She was a beautiful person. She tried her best!! But it end up breaking off again. The chain was just too short. I tried fixing it myself and then the maintenance man came over extremely early in the morning. Which was extremely disappointing to me without the phone call you're coming over before 9:00 a.m. And the children are still sleeping. Very disrespectful. What made it worse was that he didn't speak English, so we translated by phone the money that I spent on this room, the problems we had the moment we stepped into the room was a problem. I was only offered a $40 dollar discounts!! I believe I should be comped my whole stay after going through all of these problems. I just had back surgery at UCSF And thought that I could sit still and watch my grandchildren. Have a good time. I probably would have left the same day. But I was thinking about the kids. It was a late check-in on Friday night and we checked out right after breakfast on Sunday. We were ready to go.... very disappointed. Rate 0-5 over all 2 Sincerely, a disappointed guess

The rooms where okay, the bed and the pull out couch where not comfortable. The pool was filled with so much chlorine that your eyes burned just being in the pool area. Went to get breakfast in the morning and there was ants in the juice machine. Would not recommend this hotel

The one at Brisbane, the staff are all nice, helpful, quick in responding to our questions/needs. Breakfast is great. Television channels are not working well and very limited channels. The other guests said the same. Hope to see an improvement.

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced in my 11 tours of the US with a sensible price tag to boot. Only let down by no room service in four days so our bin was overflowing. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was sufficient and good quality each day, it was easy to find and a short distance to drive after a long flight.

It was undergoing construction & the front desk & all front main areas & elevators were messed up because of that.. I understand these things happen it’s just doesn’t make For the best stay .. also had it been disclosed we probably would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere

Pool is just a big dirty bathtub and was closed most of the stay. Breakfast was alright.

Front desk staff were good. Housekeeping and front desk had no communication. We were given a room # and key. Walked a long distance to room. Opened the door and there were people in the bed. Oops, awkward. Front desk were upset that housekeeping didn't communicate room status. They were on the phone going back and forth blaming each other while I was waiting for a new room at 10 pm. Next morning woman at Front desk was kind and gave us a late checkout. 2 staff came to my door trying to find out why we were not out. The attention to detail in the hotel was poor.

I loved the 24/7 tea, coffee, and water bar. The free breakfast and happy hour was also a nice touch. Gym was also cool to use while traveling. Everything was clean, the staff were attentive, and I felt safe. This is important, especially in San Francisco with it's crime and homelessness. I wish there were more luggage carts. Guests seem to hoard them, not considering other guests' needs. Also wished the pool was working. It was under maintenance for over a week.

The hotel is underwhelming. Staff are very nice but the place needs a refresh. The breakfast was typical. I went once. The pool is very small and very shallow. Disappointing pool area. I would not stay here again. The lobby and hallways were so warm all the time. They did not turn on the air conditioner. Very uncomfortable. The air conditioners in the room are very loud when running fyi and ours was in the bedroom area and blew at the bed so that wasn’t exactly ideal. It’s clean and the kitchen was convenient to have although it’s older. The fridge in our room was quite noisy. I suggest paying a bit more and getting a nicer hotel that’s more renovated. This was not as nice as I was hoping for. Staff are lovely and helpful though.

The "room" was HUGE! More like an apartment! There were two separate bedrooms, each with its own FULL bath, separated by a living space and kitchenette. The only complaint we had about the room was the door kept unlocking by itself! Twice we came home to the door ajar by about 1/2 inch!! We wondered if we didn't close it tightly. But after the 2nd time it happened, we were hanging out in the living area, and the door just spontaneously unlocked and opened!!!! Fortunately for us, nobody noticed and nothing was stolen. But this was incredibly strange!! The breakfasts were AMAZING and the front desk was helpful. The pool had just been filled and was still cold when we wanted to swim, unfortunately.

I loved the view and the room was nice. When we first arrived the older lady at the front desk was kinda rude, but was nice when checking out. There was young boys messing around acting out around the pool and gym area with no adult supervision.

The kitchen was basically empty. We did need to go get coffee pods, creamer, cups and sugar from front desk. No dishes in kitchen at all. Room was basic but did its job to spend the night. The room was a bit dirty. It was like they rushed the cleaning we had a wet towel on the floor. Plus the shower curtain was all black. It smelled a little and the dishes were not washed. Besides that it was okay!

I had high hopes for this stay . Everything about the hotel seemeed really good. Unfortunately we ended up next to some intoxicated people who then fought in the hallway. My two babies woke up to the comotion. The chaos didnt end until maybe 2am. I was really disappointed in how it was handled by the front desk. They could have called the police. But it just seemed to linger on forever. At one point the group of people had a beyond intoxicated female down the hall with just a bra and pants on trying to get her up. There was ice all over the floor. It was just overall a horrible night. I was up all night with the chaos and trying to get my little babies to sleep.

They closed the pool in the middle of our stay and didn’t tell us!!! That’s half the reason we decided to stay at this hotel as we have two kids with LOTS of energy. We appreciate their included breakfast with hot and continental items. Not sure we will stay here again unless they refresh some items and open the pool!!!

I like the convenience of having a kitchen. However, you can only open the dishwasher halfway since the refrigerator is in the way. All the dishes and utensils are in the dishwasher and you have to reach inside to get what you need. One glass is cracked and the kitchen utensils are damaged/melted. When we got there, our door wouldn't lock but someone came and fixed it right away. The room was clean except for some dust bunnies on the bathroom floor but its not a big deal. Breakfast was great. The guy in charge of breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. Great experience.

I told the receptionist this, and his solution was to put me in a room by Caltran and the freeway. The 3rd try was okay. The guest above my room were loud. I think people were living there. Unfortunately i will not be returning. I especially hated the$250 deposit that wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com. Also you have to pay $15 for parking. It was the 1st bad hotel experienced in the area I've had. I stay in South San Francisco every 4th of July.

Love the location, property is in good condition and very clean. The sofa is not senior friendly. Very difficult to get out of. Be sure to request for a room close to the elevator if traveling with a senior because it can be a hike. Liked having a dinning table.

It was also quite loud in our room where we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations. The sleeper sofa in our room had a very uncomfortable mattress, my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The staff was very friendly, especially the kind folks working the breakfast.

The room itself and the common areas need a revamp. The shower tile was stained, walls scuffed, only 3 dull pillows were provided, and the a/c was only able to get to 67°F. Free breakfast was a plus. The walking areas near the water and easy access to SF are why I stayed here.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly there was wash rag

This is our go to for staying around the bay area, especially when we go to the cow palace. Only complaint I have is we didn't have any shampoo or conditioner.

We love to stay here when we come to the bay area. We like that it's quiet but easy access to the freeway. I love the hot breakfast choices and my kids love the pool.

Vomit with hairs on the wall, pubic or facial hairs in the shower, dried food on stove, dirty fridge, it was just horrible, and I love staying at all Hilton hotels but this one was so unpleasant and uncomfortable, I showed front front the pictures and they switched me rooms but al though the new room seems a bit more clean I felt like I couldn’t trust anything and made the rest of the stay so unpleasant for me and my family

Second time staying, great hotel, friendly staff and very convenient

This is a newer hotel with close proximity to SF airport and UCSF Medical Center. The staff was very friendly, especially Fred in the breakfast area. Always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. The beds were a little hard for me and the pillow to soft, but everyone has different preferences. The swimming pool is tiny and only 3 1/2" deep which is great for kids not adults. No hot tub. There is an outside patio area with tables and a bbq. Kitchen supplies are very limited. The only down side is the suite rooms are right in front of a commuter train that runs every 15 minutes. It's quick but you can hear it! I asked and they said that was the only side of the building that suites were located on sadly. Otherwise everything else was good.

Spacious room

I enjoyed visiting San Francisco but did not want to stay in the city. This hotel was located an Ubers drive away. I appreciated being minutes from the airport. Excellent breakfast each morning, plenty of parking, attentive staff and clean room. I will be back!

Not this time

Asked to have room cleaned (you need to ask) they said OK, room never got cleaned the whole stay. Maybe this is a Back Packer's hotel?

Overall good stay but bathroom had rotted drywall from the shower moister/leak which was covered with wallpaper.

In general, everything is very good, except for some details such as when we arrived no one told us that the pool was out of service and it was the number one condition that the hotel would have to have, an indoor pool, which made us quite uncomfortable and the children were very disappointed, after that everything was very good

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were flat, despite stacking 2 together. The shower never got above lukewarm to our 3rd floor room. The heater sounded like a jet engine getting ready for take off. The Keurig single cup maker brews more than the cup provided -careful! The cream in oir room was curdled. We arent confident about the free breakfast and opting for a nearby diner. Really disappointing for a Hilton.

Do not recommend this place. Please save your money and stay someplace else.

Great stay. Only different from the past that room cleaning is once every 5 days and car parking charges. I think if they apply parking charge to the room charge it will be better.

The biggest con is the walls were thin or poorly soundproofed: I could hear the people in the room next to me talking (not understandable) , watching TV, having sex, and snoring. I am a light sleeper so I did find it distracting. Most hotels I stay at I don't hear the neighbors as much. There was plenty of parking, but the parking spots are a little narrow.

Our room is clean with breakfast, area is quiet and overall it's worth of what you're paying.

Overall property well maintained. Nice walking trails in the area.

Overall a good hotel but it was a shame that the gym equipments were not maintained and the pool water had a film of grease on entire surface

We had to change rooms because the air conditioning didn’t work in our first room. In the second room, the air conditioning only worked on the highest setting. We also didn’t have a blanket on the bed - we had a bed skirt on the bed.

We always stay at Homewood Suites when we are in San Francisco and New Orleans. This time we were gone all day due to a family funeral. This time it was hot and we had no air conditioning. It was so late and no maintenance available to fix the air. The front desk clerk was courteous and gave us a fan, which only covered one room.

Got a 1 bedroom for 4 people and it worked out great. Beautiful scenery outside the hotel. Friendly cooking staff.

The late night check in staff was very friendly and an excellent communicator.

Great stay!

This hotel is 10min near sfo airport. Hotel haa good breakfast options ans also paid laundry facilities. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had taken room with kitchen and I liked the room layout. Living space, office space and kitchen was separated from the bedroom. Living has sofa sleeper which was sturdy. I recommend this property to anyone who is traveling with kids.Kitchen was fully equipped.Staff was nice.

One day our room was not serviced, so I had to go down and get clean towels.

Our room was very spacious. We missed breakfast as we thought it ended at 10am but it was actually 9am. The clerk gave us yogurt, bagels, oatmeal packs in bags and that was much appreciated.

It was a decent hotel to stay at. The bed was a little hard, but not too uncomfortable. Breakfasts were just OK because the eggs, were a bit questionable. Having a kitchen was awesome.

Very spacious

We had to move rooms because the thermostat was broken and stuck on 74. The other room was the same and we were checking out the next day so we just didnt bother. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were missing in both rooms. At one point we found the cleaning lady on her phone laying on the couch and was surprised when we passed by. Old hotel that was supposed to have been refurbished but issues still persist. Id give it a 1 star but the front desk, the maintenance and the dining crew were super nice and accomodating. 2 stars overall, will not come back.

Poor

We had a good time except for two things. When we got there employees or smoking right next to the entrance and I am really sensitive to smoke. I would really rather they didn't do that. The other thing was that I noticed that the staff have a tendency to carry on really extensive personal conversations to the detriment of the guest when the manager isn't standing right there.

The room was way better than expected. Very clean and updated. I had a class in downtown SF and didn't want to deal with staying directly in the City. I'm so glad i chose this hotel. It was easy to get to, easy to park and has a nice, clean and safe bay trail right across the street too.

Front desk was professional and made me feel welcomed.
