Carpet was dirty with food crumbs on it. Very loud at night from traffic

Air conditioning unit very noisy. Stairways dirty. Clean room and bed. Ok place for a quick stay.

The hotel seems to be very run down and smells like cigarette smoke throughout the entire building. The shower was very old, cracks in the floor and very small rooms, “queen size” beds are actually full size beds. It was definitely not a great stay.

The staff was awesome Candace was very helpful,she fixed my mistake and helped me ,she was very nice! All in all I was satisfied with all the facilities,aside from main halls a lil dirty!

Nothing Bathroom was filthy. Really run down room. Trains whistling all night Couldn’t get breakfast at 9.05am on a Sunday. Informed it closed at 9 Terrible staff. Avoid if possible

It was run down looking, needs work. Our bed when we walk in looked someone laid down in it before they left the room. It was made but not neat. Felt like a cheap hotel and we paid $117.

Bad smells, bad looks, cracked tile, stains everywhere, weird pillows, flickering lights, crazy electrical adapters. Weird after weird after weird.

Algae in the hot tub elevator broken/ got stuck with guest in it

The elevator shut down while we were in it, trying to return downstairs after we arrived in a room that had not been cleaned.

They charged me for my room after it was paid for through your site. The deadbolt on the door took insain amount of strenghth to open and close. The tv did not have an option to stream from my phone because it was not connected to their network.

Nothing Dirty and run down took over 12 hours to have them look at a broken toilet stains on furniture they did not clean or restock the room during my stay

The staff was nice. It was dirty. There was trash behind the bathroom door. The chair was stained. There were stains on the floor. The soap was already opened and used.

The location was convenient and the mattress was pretty comfortable. The toilet had weird black stains, the paint on the walls was peeling, the tiles in the bathroom floor were very loose, one of the slats on one bed frame was sticking out and I nailed my shin, the heating/cooling unit was very loud ALL night, etc. I have a video of the heating/cooling unit but can't get it to upload.

Nothing. We did not stay there. The hotel was trashy, people selling drugs in the front of the entrance. People in their cars were doing drugs all around the parking lot. The hotel was filthy And smelled. There was no way we were staying there. The people before us checking in also left for the same reasons. Not a safe hotel.

The room was very hot when we walked in. I understood if the temps were super low but they were not. The carpets need some attention they need please asap. I will the app would have mentioned that they would ask for a deposit and that I would get charged right away when in past reservation I have not needed to do so. The room it self needs an updat but over all it was only one night. Front desk peronal was good very quick and answered my questions.

Locks were not working on the door, could hear the next room , even snoring late in the night. No coffee on the buffet. They also charged my card 100.00 instead of just authorizing it. I have a dispute in with my card company now. I won’t stay there again

Pool Was broken/closed. Staff at check-in was outstanding. Rooms and inside building very clean and in good condition. Walking distance to several restaurants. Excellent value.

The breakfast was really good. I just wish they had danishes. Staff was nice. Aur conditioner was amazing because we like it as cold as possible. Cold soda would have been nice as I don't drink much coffee. The coffee in the room is way too small.

Nice location Pretty ran down the pool window was broken out and pool was closed because of it. Place isn’t secured as the rear door of building was missing lock and anyone could enter

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Back door lock was broken. Room door broken. Toilet was broken and maintenance turned off water to keep it from running. We used ice bucket to flush. Walls covered in drips of whatever. Hot tub had oil slick making it beyond use.

We made our reservation. When we arrived the hotel computer stated our payment had been denied. We had to run our card again. Not sure if we were double charged for the room. We I called to check I was hung up on 6 times by Expedia. Never got a answer!!

At first, they gave us a room that was occupied already, fride was not working and we went to the pool and the water was freezing.

I have been in the lobby for 30 min and rang the bell multiple times and no one comes to check in.

The room was acceptable. The bed was clean. Service was only available by request. A friend in the same hotel had running water to their toilet, causing it to flush every 30-45 seconds. A request for repair each day was ignored and my friend got no sleep for the three nights’ stay while there.

Older property, but ok. Hot tub not working, we stayed 6 nights and I had to ask for house keeping.

Stafff had difficulty checking me in. Then woke me up at 2:30am in to morning saying they needed my credit card information. They lost it in the system. Facilities were dirty. Never staying here again

Didn't like anything about it

Room had an strong odor. The air conditioner barely kept the room cold and was very noisy. There were crumbs on the chair when we go into the room. Pool was green and cloudy.

My stay was nice but how ever when I called back cause I forgot something, I was told they threw it away cause their not responsible for it. It was just a few hours later and they couldn't even hold it or reach out to me to let me know. Will not stay there again!!

The hotel itself was pretty good. The area was alright.

This hotel is not what you see online. I had to request a different room because my room had a very dirty sofa, a stain in the carpet and a bed skirt that looked like it had never been washed. They moved me to another room that looked a little better, but the bed skirt was also stained. Even the lobby has dirty furniture. Anybody can come in at night too. There was a side door that was unlocked. Unsafe place.

Room smelled like smoke, door wouldn't lock from the outside (when we were leaving for the day), tried switching us to a new room that already had someone in it!!

Gentelman who checked me in was nice. He gave me room 320 and when I went up and opened the door, the bed was unmade and that caused the biggest gasp out of me, i definitely wasnt expecting that, LOL! Im glad it wasnt a worse scene to walk into! Went to report it and he then gave me room 322. Walls are either thin or the woman next to us was just talking really loud after 10pm. Went to check out around 4:45 am , rang the bell, heard a woman on duty coughing after the bell sound but she never came out , so I left the key cards on their desk.

We need town toilet paper and things like that the housekeepers forgot about us and then never gave us to us we had them get all that. The people downstairs who checks it in we're very very nice but she's a lady very very nice

They told me they weren't able to get a hold of maintenance yet and weren't sure when they would. Then they asked ... ___if it bothered me___ that my room wouldn't lock. After telling them, yes, I wanted a room that locked while I was not in it, they seemed a bit annoyed and gave me another room that I was able to move to upstairs. Overall. At least they fixed it. But it was kind of insane and I really wanted to be resting and not dealing with this type of thing. Also as I arrived and parked in the loading bay at check-in, I got out of my car, and some wild dude walked up to me with a plastic bottle and asked if I wanted a shot, which I politely refused and went inside as quickly as possible. It wasn't the only indicator of the state of the area but that was kinda crazy. I didn't feel super safe here, and if I was not a relatively sturdy adult male by myself I would have been exceptionally uncomfortable with all of this even more so. I certainly wouldn't pick this place to bring a family to.

Very nice front desk help. No English speakers besides front desk, but very nice to use translator ai. The food is ok, but please replace unsightly chairs in dining. Very dirty. This place needs some deep cleaning. Walls are very thin.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist was freindly. Unfortunately some of rheir repairs, like caulking at the tub and sink, were done by unskilled workers and therefore looked shotty.

Our room was interesting. The door barely opened because some paint was stuck and was almost impossible to open. Also, the door jam was warped and could barely close again. The bathtub had mold in the corners and there was a disgusting bath mat that was looked to be about 50+ years. The breakfast in the morning was more like 1 bagel remaining at 7:30 am and beyond that, not much variety. No sweet rolls, no muffins, no eggs. Terrible. All in all, this was a dive. Won’t go back.

The rooms and the entire property were absolutely disgusting. It smelled of mold and mildew and clearly has had major water issues.

We arrived (exhausted) at the hotel at 11:15pm and were told we could not check in because their computer was down. At that time they said it might be 30 minutes before we could check in. OVER TWO HOURS LATER, at 1:30am, with no resolution in sight, I asked them to PLEASE just give us a room (I had the paid receipt/registration on my phone), but just got a "nah, not gonna do that" so we just got back in the car and kept driving. At this point I've paid for a room I never got. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The hotel was nice enough but the room windows faced the main street and was EXTREMELY NOISY. perhaps they should replace them with double ones or something?

TOOK ABOUT 45 MIN YO GET CHECKED IN. THE TOLET RUN OVER ON THE FLOOR; SHEETS WERE DIRTY, THEY HAD TO MOVE US TO DIFFENT ROOM,

Hot tub was not hot. Toilet leaked and was never fixed. Did not get maid service whole time I was there. Ceiling above swimming pool was leaking into the pool. Bathtub was slippery when taking a shower. I had to purchase bath mat air conditioner was damaged but worked ok. Back entrance did not lock correctly.

Hope, the afternoon attendant was absolutely fantastic. After a previous stay, a bag of clothing was left at the property. Called twice to recoup items and were told would be available. Upon arriving this time to pick up the bag had disappeared. Spoke with Michael, the GM, on the phone and he called us liars and tried repeatedly to talk over us. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from this man is appalling.

I’ve stayed here a lot since January 2024 and the pool was never available BUT the breakfast was great and so was the guy running it.

We came in super late. Went to sleep. Got in the morning, saw that the pillow were dirty with stains like food and blood. It was an okay hotel until we the stains.

Door didn’t lock. Went to breakfast at 7:00, almost everything was out and coffee was ice cold. Heard 3 other people complaining also.

Airline issues. Had to stay. I would not stay in this area if i was visiting Denver. Hotel staff was good. Hotel under needed renovation.

Folks were screaming and music was blasting and this property is very close to a busy road

Customer service was terrible. Room keys were used and bent and would not work repeatedly. It seemed that it was a chore to get help at the front desk. They hung out in a back room and you had to wait around for them to decide to come out. Absolutely no room cleaning or towel change out. Would have left and rebooked elsewhere if I could have. Definitely do not recommend.

Also told we couldn’t use the public restrooms off the lobby. We had three in our room and two were getting ready. So when my husband asked for access he was told those are not public restrooms. He explained why he wanted to use the restroom and was told, “ if you’re traveling with two women you should know how to be patient”. At check out I was sharing my awful customer service. The man at the desk explained that I wasn’t welcome back…like I would ever book there again.

A bag over the smoke alarm in the room taped to the wall, boxes lined the hallway, tremendous road noise. Old, dirty and outdated.
