I liked the breakfast and the room was clean and staff were very nice. The hot tub was covered in mold and I didn’t notice for 15 minutes cause there were so many sudsy bubbles and I finally notice cause the mold started floating on the bubbles. The wall was covered in it. I told staff and they didn’t even shut it down or clean it cause I checked back.

The room had no view due to a concrete structure outside the window that they did not tell us about. I have vertigo and need to look into the distance so this was a problem. The heater was way too hot even on the lowest setting so we had to turn it off and then woke up freezing. Wr repeated this a couple of times ao did not sleep well. There were dark hairs in the shower, and worst of all we got bed bug bites from the hotel and have spent hours washing everything and vacuuming and cleaning everything si ce we got home to try to kill any bedbugs that may have come home with us.

I arrived very late due to a canceled flight at the airport. All hotels closer to the airport were sold out. After a long and frustrating delay at the airport, I arrived to find the doors locked. The signage indicates after 11 pm you need a key to enter. I understand that - however - I didn't have a key because I had not checked in. I also called the hotel ahead of time and let them know I would arrive very late because I was waiting on luggage at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the front desk. I called 3 times on the house phone and 2 times on the landline using my cell phone. Nothing. I almost left and FINALLY someone came to the front desk and let me in. Very annoying!

The walls and carpet in the room were in need of a refresh or deep clean. The bathtub faucet was not sealed and was open to the interior wall which will lead to mold issues if not already present. The bathroom door paint was peeling. The toilet was not properly mounted to the ground so would shift when in use. One of the two beds had a very creaky/close to breaking frame that was a bit scary to sleep on. Otherwise cleanliness and quality was as expected of a Hampton Hotel.

The room was very clean, and the organizer that held the TV, microwave, mini fridge, etc was super handy with great storage. The staff were nice. The parking was handy and safe. The breakfast was good, although there wasn't fresh fruit or scrambled eggs present. The bed was a little too hard and made my sleep difficult. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay there!

I didn't like that there was tons of hair all over both our queen beds, so I went and told the staff and she said we could move to another room but that room was just as bad and smaller so I went and had to borrow a lint brush and clean up all the hair myself. I also recorded the room condition when we arrived because they took a deposit and I didn't want to be charged for the carpet that was stained all over the room?

We didn't stay there because when we checked in I was told that my reservation was canceled by Expedia! We had to find another hotel since there was no rooms at the Hampton. Expedia charged me $603.00 for this stay that we could not use because they cancelled it. I am disputing this charge and hoping that Expedia will do the right thing and refund my money.

I asked the lady at the counter what end to the building my room was on (right, left, center) and she stated she didn't know and that there would be a sign when I got off the elevator which way to go....... If the receptionist is going to work there, they should know EXACTLY where each room is in correlation to the check in desk. Tired of employees with an "I don't give a shit attitude". Fire her and hire someone that is appreciative of the job they have, maybe it will teach her a lesson.

In fairness, this was partly Orbitz's fault. We arrived very late at night with our 6 year old to find that the hotel had cancelled our reservation. They said our card was declined several times (Orbitz charged our card when we made the booking), they had no other rooms, and when we asked the desk attendant to help us find something else she refused. Of the cancellation, she said this is something that happens with third party vendors. What I don't understand is why no one got in touch with me. The hotel could see that we were trying to make a reservation so they should have reached out to us or Orbitz and someone should have told us that our room was not booked BEFORE we arrived at 1am. So, in short, I have no idea how this hotel is.

The pool and hot tub were out of service. They gave us a handicap room which we did not order saying that was the only room left with a king bed even though the hotel was only about 1/2 full. Been an Honors member for a long time so was totally disappointed.

The toilet seat was broken, the water in the bath tub didn’t stop running and it would non stop drip at a steady rate, the tv wouldn’t work because the cable box was not functioning. So while I was in the room I had to listen to water running non stop which made it hard to sleep.

The room seem to be clean, but the fridge was never cleaned out after the prior guests. There was still leftover food and drinks that had a smell when you opened it. After seeing this, made me wonder if the rest of the room was really cleaned or just tidied up. There was no Wi-Fi, due to construction. Hot tub whirl pool was also out of commission. Luckily I was only staying one night, because I would not have stayed after discovering these issues.

I get this Hotel for my elderly parents when they come into town to visit relatives. They love their stay here and love they are pet friendly. They say the rooms are clean, not a noisy or busy environment. They dont' mind paying extra for pet friendly stay for their small dog. They love the breakfast bar!

this is a wonderfully comfortable hotel. it is clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good. however, it is being ruined by the other guests to the point of security issues and i did not feel enough policy was in place to deal with homeless, parties, fights, etc. in the hotel.

Honestly - this room should have been a fraction of the price that it was. We had to switch rooms 3 times before they were able to find a room for my elderly parents where the A/C was working. There weren't any rooms left, so my family with young children had to sweat it out. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, but were denied. Sleeping in that heat was unsafe and we still were forced to stay or else forfeit the hundreds of dollars we paid to stay there. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere - this was terrible. Worst part of our entire trip.

Crap Hotel. They only had one vending machine in the entire hotel, and it was broken. The front desk told me it's been like that for a while, so all we have is a soda vending machine. I could keep going, because Hilton Hotels have gone down the drain. I stayed at a double tree the weekend before, and it was worst than this crap hole. Marriot, here we come. I've had enough of hoping Hilton was going to turn this around, but it's only getting worst

The room I booked was huge which was great but the shower head keeps leaking and needs an update there’s no up to date way to use a usb port if you don’t have a box to charge your electronics you’re screwed the bathroom door didn’t open easily or close easily you could tell it was either broken off previously or put in wrong the front door as well it was uneven so bad that anybody looking under would be able to see the entire room then the alarm was super sensitive to where just giving my daughters showers made it go off a little bit but my problem was the ac unit I have a one year old a two yr old and a five and six and ten year old so naturally their safety is everything to me and the ac unit was LITERALLY taped on the sides hoping it would stay in place which of course it didn’t in the middle of the night a great big thud happened and the front end of it fell off and wouldn’t sit right I’ve never had issues here before so this is disappointing for sure

We have been staying here for the past year every time we come to town. This time was aweful. The phone didnt work, tv didnt work, a dog on the same floor barked all night. Walked down told the front desk. The guy just said im new i dont know how to help you. Not happy paying 140 per night with this kinda service. We will be booking a d9fferent hotel next time.

Stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. Its in a great location, the staff are few but helpful. My concern was waking up at 2 am and hearing the people in the next room talking, and they continued to giggle till 5 am - it was a little challenging getting myself nudged back to sleep. Next I was in the lift, and there were panhandlers in the lift. Nothing wrong with anyone on their bad luck asking for help, but I felt awkward, especially knowing I had no quarter in my pocket.

It seems as though a working door and a properly operating door handle are luxuries. I was at 5 doors within the first 5 minutes of my stay and three were inoperable, or just plain broken. The property is showing it's age (peeling wallpaper, very loose carpet, moldings with large gaps/ larger than 1/2", old draperies, very thin paint, etc. And this is supposed to be one of the good hotels in the Denver area? I will say, the staff was friendly and the property is clean and at least my room was free of bugs and offensive smells. So, that's a plus. For the money charged, the value isn't here. Or, maybe it is and Denver is just a hot mess.

The stay wasn’t bad. The hotel could use a good update. HVAC on wall was falling off the wall and to me the mattress was very uncomfortable. It wouldn’t be my first choice but would stay again in a pinch

Checked in for 2 night stay. Check in was great. Front desk was very friendly. Once in my room, there was water on the floor. When I went to grab a towel to mop the the floor the towels were wet. I mentioned this to the front desk only to be told there was new maid service. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Any time you rolled over the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart.

This was the worst hotel stay I have had in my lifetime. had a late check in and upon trying to go to bed, I smelled a perfume on 2 pillows. I went down stairs, explained to the night clerk what I smelled. She giggled and provided 2 new pillow case. Went to bed due to exhaustion. I never had mid stay room cleaning. The next evening when I finally got to room again, I decided to pull back sheets and check bed. The top and bottom sheets were BOTH SOILED in multiple spots. Went downstairs, talked to a different night clerk, was told that she didn't have support and could not change the bed. I asked for clean bedding and a follow up call from the manager. As of today, NO CALL BACK.
