The hotel room was clean and had friendly staff, but it is used primarily for long-term stays, which is how the rooms are set up. I would choose a different option next time.

Very clean, good price, and comfortable. Very courteous staff and check in was a breeze. Great location for restaurants and stores. The only negative was the bathroom fan came on with the bathroom light and was annoying if you didn’t want it on. Noise from the nearby interstate highway was pretty loud too, but also not a big deal if you have the tv on or something, which we never do. A hearty breakfast would have been nice. Overall a very nice hotel.

The room was beautiful! The bed was super comfy. The room was really clean and had cute little extra details the maids added to the toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Lizzie who checked us in was so beyond friendly and a breath of fresh air to experience after a 17 hour drive. Linda who helped check us out was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Property is located in a safe and quiet area, walking distance to shops and food places. Staff are superb and friendly. Room is clean. Covenient onsite complementary laundry service.

Clean and comfortable room and bed, had a homey feel. Staff was great, allowed me to use laundry machines for free and had free fruit available. Very nice and clean hotel!

Lizzy and all the ladies at the front desk are so wonderful! We love that you welcome our doggies. The washer and dryer’s are complimentary! Anytime we come to Brighton, we stay with Candlewood. We don’t know what we would do otherwise!

Rooms were clean, bed was soft and firm. Check in Staff was courteous and knowledgeable about meal options. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

After checking in, I asked where the computer lab is that was posted in the Expedia website. They said that they share with Comfort Inn that is located across the parking lot. This is false advertisement.

No WiFi available the entire stay, which was a problem that required that I drive to where I had a better signal so I could take an 8 am zoom call. The walls were thin and I could hear everything happening in nearby rooms until they finally went quiet about midnight. They said I could go to the Holiday Inn Express and sit in their lobby for my meeting or could get it in the next parking lot but they couldn’t provide me with the password. I just felt like I booked at the step sisters house that was just not worth the money.

The property was newer, clean, quiet, and affordable. I would stay there again.

Check in was smooth and the counter worker was friendly late in the evening. The room was clean, I like the hard floors and lack of carpet. The beds were also comfortable. The bathroom sink would not drain well and the sink was rather shallow, so we had to be careful to not let the sink overflow while brushing our teeth.

It was in a great location, easy to find. Property outside was very animal friendly. Plenty of walking area. Close to restaurants etc. I wish it had its own bar/happy hour. After a long day, it’s hard to leave such a cozy/serene environment.

the check in was about 15 mins each as they were struggling to train a new person I had pre booked online and was tired from flying from the east coast & for some reason They asked me 3 different times if I was with a company , I said no I asked if they wanted the reservation number if the at would help they declined & just continued to struggle and let us wait we had 3 booked rooms total with one under a different last name and they had a hard time with 2 of the 3 I told them one was not to check in until the next day I booked this area for 2 reasons I lived in Brighton for 25 years and recently moved for work , and the proximity to the airport and the highways for the events we were attending , The parking was another issue all the front spaces were mainly oilfield trucks and vans including in a few of the handicap spots that should not have been parked in and about 6 spots on the backside were blocked off with cones so we would have to park at the adjacent hotel lot. we came to Colorado for both business and a family event & doubt I would book this hotel again just for the fact it seemed more like a living complex then an actual hotel .

Work started in room right above is at 8:00 am quite loud Felt it was very overpriced for the current condition.

This hotel was in a new development area that was very nice and safe. Many stores and restaurants were within walking distance. It was pet friendly too!

We stayed here for easy access to the airport the next morning. The hotel appeared new and was very clean and decorative. Great value for the money. Would recommend it to anyone, especially if proximity to the airport was a desired feature.

Very nice and clean The only disappointment was, that we were told there was a continental breakfast through Booking.com, and when we got there, there was no continental breakfast.

I loved the fact this was a facility that was pet friendly and also had kitchenettes so we didn't need to go out to eat all the time.

Like the rooms have stove and microwave. Didn’t like that they only gave coffee and a banana for breakfast. Not much of a selection

Additionally, the hotel was not only charged twice on my credit cards, they charged with a total of $20 dollars higher than the amount that I initially booked with. Lastly, my call was transferred to a ‘manager Steve’ who was unavailable at that time and I left a voicemail with a callback number. He never bothered to conduct any courtesy call to acknowledge my Request. At the end, I had to constantly review my credit card account to make sure the refund request completely. With my experience, I don’t feel comfortable to stay with them in the future.

It was pretty much what you’d expect of a Candlewood. Not as nice as some of the ones I’ve stayed at but nothing bad to say about it either

It was very noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. Check in was terrible. Their system kept denying my cards which were both good cards. I was about to call the bank when one of the cards was finally accepted.

My trip was brief and very busy, but the room was very nice. It had several things that made the room comfortable. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and other things. It was also easy to get a ride share into Denver.

Which one night stay for business. Great location for my needs. Lots of food places near by. Many more types of stores,, shopping etc but I did not need those for my stay. I’m used to smelling marijuana through out most hotels in Denver, as I stay a lot of different places for business. This hotel had it permeating through out the lobby. I don’t mind. You can’t in Colorado but this was very strong upon entering. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Our room was not as clean as I would’ve liked to see. The room had a very unpleasant musty smell, the air conditioning smelled funny, and housekeeping missed some food that was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest, so I had to dispose of it and wash the dishes used. The baseboards in the bathroom were really dirty, and the body wash in the shower was empty. The beds were a little too firm for us.

The room was very clean and nice. My only complaint is there was not a single bath towel and when I called the front desk they told me they were running low.

Candlewood, is a very pleasant place to stay for a long stay, all the kitchen equipment is there for your use. I had no maid service, no big deal due to covid! The less people in my room the better, and I don't mind cleaning up after myself ! It was easy to get clean towels from the receptions, Steve was very helpful during my stay, and the endless coffee, was great ! It is near the interstate thought, which again no big deal easy to get to the airport, and the location is very peaceful. I would most defiantly stay again.

The hotel was very clean, but all the supplies (bathroom, kitchenette) were empty and when we went to the front desk they acted like it was a bother for them to get these items for us.

Fast, friendly, easy. Was simple process 24 hour check in. Place was clean, with small concession items available to purchase.

Extended stay places like this are great with the full size fridge, small kitchen, and full sized work desk in the single room suite. These feature really make it easy to work for extended periods while on the road.

Elevator was broke. Had to carry my luggage up to 3 rd floor by myself. No offer of assistance.

All that was needed was available. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet enough to sleep, the rooms were clean and if needed cooking utensils in the little cupboards. Will likely stay again when traveling.

Great room arrangement with plenty of space, kitchen, bed etc. clean and efficient. Desk clerk did not tell how to get to room or how to access wifi so we played Q& A for a while.

Excellent stay!

It is not a happy or good experience to see parking lot workers digging a hole behind my car when I was getting ready to leave the facility. I understand this kind of work needs done at times, but the lot should be blocked off before construction begins. Don’t allow people to park in construction zones and then dig it up so they can’t leave.

This was a pleasant place to stay, clean and comfortable. I really liked the food/ snack store and it’s honor system of payment. Arriving late and missing dinner we were able to find a few things to eat before sleeping and it was really easily accomplished. We would definitely stay here again.
