It was very clean and the attendant was helpful for our late check- in.

Filthy, unsafe room. Managers would no nothing. General manager would not even call me back after numerous tries and voicemails left.

The front desk clerk was absent when we arrived. After several minutes, I phoned the property and she came out from the laundry room. She apologized profusely, said she couldn't hear over the dryers. After that, check in was fast and easy. The room was large, the bed comfy. The breakfast was very good, for a hotel breakfast. My only suggestion is to turn down the heat in the fitness room. There is a fan in the room, but doesn't help.

First walking in the hotel smells amazing! The staff was attentive. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, beds and pillows great. Pool was just right. Really enjoyed this hotel. Hope to stay again soon!

Unfortunately we had ants on our room. We let the front desk know upon checkout. They seemed very uninterested. Called the property left a message never got a call back. Let Expedia know about it, and the property didn’t want to do anything about it. Other than that it was a nice place.

It was cleanish Carpet was dirty bedspread was old. Old furniture but was convenient to where my son lived. Breakfast was well done with green chillies and omlets.

Most perfect room in perfect location in first floor as requested and last room on the end. Very accommodating staff, wonderful delicious breakfast of omelettes, sausage and green chili sauce then scrambled eggs and ham smother day always waffles and fresh fruit. Room was do nice and comfortable either way a loveseat facing tv so didn’t have to sit in bed to relax or watch. Very clean and updated. Great location as well just outside of Denver.

HOWEVER...why can't the hours be extended a little later because not everyone is ready to eat by 9 A M. and if that is not a good idea, how about leaving drink, finger food and such a little longer so late risers can get something in their stomach before checking out. just a thought .... the time of breakfast....should stay open til 10 A M

Also, no bread items for people who are wheat sensitive. I was limited but my family had a decent variety of food. We appreciated we were given little bags with water, and an orange. Everything was great. We were there for a funeral and stayed for two nights. The staff was amazing and rooms were also. Breakfast was great.

Bed was awful. Low to the floor and seemed to be a cheaper bed. I kept hearing a scratching coming from behind the bed throughout the night. Staff was very kind. Just not a hotel I’d want to stay at again.

1st room assignment had a stale smoke odor. But check in front desk quickly assigned another room.

The room was extremely clean bathroom sheets and all the towels no dust head boards were clean as well. Staff was incredibly nice. We did not need any accommodations

Booking.com was the issue. It was around $230 for 2 nights. Your company said i would have to par around $98 to change the date or cancel. I didnt know if I would still be charged, so didnt cancel. Clean, small so less walking to room I was double charged my 3 night stay. Day off check out I went back to the room to shower at 9 am, 2 hours before check out and house keeping had packed up and took my belongings ?

The check in person was wonderful. I was tired and she was very kind. Breakfast was also better than expected. I didn't have time to use the pool or workout facilities. But that wasn't the fault of Best Western...

The carpet was filthy the tub was dirty. The staff seemed annoyed.

We’re currently staying at Antonio’s beautiful Airbnb in Italy, and honestly—it has been nothing short of amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. From the very beginning, Antonio was so responsive and kind. The moment I booked, he immediately provided detailed step-by-step instructions on how to get here from the airport by train, making everything so easy. When we arrived, he went above and beyond—personally picking us up at the closest train station and driving us all the way to the Amalfi Coast. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne and snacks waiting for us ?✨. The place itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully kept—so welcoming from the very first moment.

We chose the location based on distance to sports complex so it was good. Most everything. Not the rooms requested -had to take room with sofa. Elevator noise terrifying, no sheets or bedding for sleeper sofa with awful mattress, musty smelling hallways and rooms, AC/heater very loud and stinky, brick bugs on ceiling in one room, no snack/concession, room keys turned off at least 45 minutes prior to required check-out.

Breakfast was typical, though the breakfast room was excellent!!! Room was nice and clean.

Absolutely beautiful property very near the Schoodic campus of Acadia. If you are looking for a quite secluded get away this is the place. There is a private beach. The property has its own trails and the hosts are wonderful.

The room was clean and the motel overall had very good upkeep. Breakfast had several hot options (waffles, scrambled eggs, omelette, …as well as the typical cold foods).

Stay was fair did not like the smell of marijuana in halls and elevator. I understand it is legal to smoke, but it was very uncomfortable having to smell it everywhere. Smokers right outside the entrance, very disappointing.

We only stayed fir ywo days before flying home. Very clean and the facilities were excellent the breakfast was a mixture of fruit eggs and bacon, cereal etc and overall very good. Close to the airport, various restaurants and shopping areas. A good base for exploring the Denver area.

Have stayed here often with little problems with noise. This stay the first room had an awful smell and the TV did not work. The staff was very helpful and moved me quickly. The new room was at the back of the building and faced a vacant lot. Semi-trucks are using this lot for parking. Thus a massive amount of noise 24/7. Braking and engine running noise. Loud enough to drown out my sleep machine whit noise.

Great place to stay when in town on business. No fuss.

So disappointing! When we arrived there was a 30 dollar pet fee for our 5 pound dog which is fine but they stuck us in a stinky wet dog smell room with still wet carpet. The Ac seriously was so loud we couldn't sleep it was making horrible noises. Traffic noise was awful too so I don't suggest getting road side if you have to stay there.

This was a horrid experience! We were checking in and there was a wonan and 2 small kids fleeing a domestic violence situation in tears trying to gwt a room with cash, the guy at the desk was so rude and nasty to her i couldnt even belive ir we offered to use our card 5o pay and the employee kicked her out saying they didnt need pwople like that in his hotel!! Wow! We went and got her a room at a different hotel. We will never stay here again! They also charged us overnight an extra $110!! For no reason! All of the staff didnt want to be there, no smiles no friendly atmosphere, the room need some updating and the pillows were so small and flat we went and bought pillows at walmart! Do better treating people like this is not ok!

Overall, a nice place to stay. I did find that in my first-floor room the window was unlocked and I couldn't get it to lock. The front desk was very understanding and able to move me to another room on an upper floor with little fuss - which I appreciated!

The hotel seemed ok, but wouldn't choose it again. The breakfast was always coldish and dull. The room was fine and quiet.

Great stay !! friendly staff.......great breakfast......... great atmosphere ! the only thing that i can say negative........is I wish there was more water pressure for shower. not much pressure at all comes out of the shower head. we stayed there 5 years ago and loved it ! loved it this trip too!!

The room smelled of moldy carpets.

Stayed with kids, property was comfortable and clean. Quiet during the evening , and had no issues with overhead noise, or noise coming from adjoining rooms , which was so appreciated.

Overall everything was quite good except available of restaurants was not good. One restaurant (Arby’s was closed on a Sunday evening noting lack of help). Some other eating establishments were in the area but not readily accessible.

Pool was ok but very loud with kids … but pool rooms are usually that way if several are in the pool.

We loved the fact that our room was cleaned daily! What a change!. We loved the breakfast, and the ease of finding this place, as well as the location; close to Walmart and everything else we needed, as well as proximity to roads that took us to family. This place was so clean and comfortable, we'll surely stay here in the future. Its a bit of a drive out here, but its worth it!

Worse customer care ever. We asked for different room because we're right next to the elevator and the lobby. We asked for a new room and the lady working behind the desk refused to give us another room. She was very rude and very ugly to us. Will never stay there again. Was not worth the money.

Perfectly fine and serviceable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in/out easy. Breakfast serving trays were all empty when of eggs, bacon, potatoes when we entered, but eventually all got filled up again.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I never had to worry about whether there was dirt in the cracks in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk was cheerful and helpful, and that made our stay pleasant. We usually stay in Louisville, but the high season rates are so high that we decided to try staying out in Brighton and it’s worth the drive. This is a very pleasant hotel , they actually do maid service daily at your room, which is unheard of these days, it’s affordable and in very good condition. My only criticism is that they were using the outdoor watering system And water was clearly being wasted flowing across the pavement and I found that a little concerning. Also, the recycling was difficult to locate, but I found it outside the door. We will be back.
