Stayed here for a couple days in February, at the end of a hockey tournament. We decided to stay a couple days more after the tournament and explore Nashville. We loved the stay in this hotel. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. My only criticisms were the space around the pool looked like it could use a freshen up, and the breakfast could have used a few more options. It was limited for someone like me, who has a slightly restricted diet. The only oatmeal they had was the sugary kind, I was looking for plain, and all the prepared food was highly seasoned….minus the eggs, they were good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would stay again when we go back to Nashville.

Facility was difficult to find. We stayed for 1 week and they did not make up our room one time. The sofa and office chair were not organized or comfortable for watching TV. I banged my head on the Fram of the desk.

The bed was comfortable We were threatened by Manager Gabriel that Animal Services would be called because our dogs were left in portable cages while I attended a doctor’s appointment. This hotel claims to allow pets, but it is absolutely not pet friendly. Before leaving for the day, we specifically informed housekeeping that we did not need service after only one night. Despite that, someone entered our room anyway while we were gone. When I asked why, Manager Gabriel could not provide a valid reason. Gabriel then informed me that pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the room under any circumstances. Had this policy been disclosed at check-in, we would have respected it. However, no pet policy was provided, even though our reservation through Booking stated the animal policy would be explained upon arrival. Gabriel was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction. He repeatedly cut me off while speaking and even held his hand up in my face to stop me from talking. We were told that if we left the room, the dogs had to go everywhere with us — including the pool area, fitness center, and dining areas — and could never be left alone for any amount of time. I have never encountered such an unrealistic policy at any hotel. There was also no designated pet relief area anywhere on the property. To make matters worse, Gabriel claimed our dogs barked all night, which is completely inaccurate since we were all asleep by around 11 PM. He also ignored a serious safety concern involving another guest’s large dog that aggressively charged into our room after our small Yorkiepoo. The owner could not control their dog, and the only thing that prevented an attack was us forcing the door shut while the large dog was halfway inside the room. Whoever entered our room while we were gone terrified our dogs so badly that they released a strong defensive odor from fear and stress. The overall hotel experience was disappointing beyond the pet situation.

The room was clean, but there weren’t enough bathroom linens for two people for one night and the next morning. The towels and washcloths were of the lowest quality I’ve seen in a hotel. Ours was a two-night stay. Housekeeping didn’t visit at all. We left the room early the first morning and returned late afternoon. The beds were unmade, soiled towels were still in the bathroom floor. We had to request enough towels and washcloths to get through the second night/morning. We were there for a targeted trip, so we didn’t use the amenities. Breakfast was pretty good - they use real eggs, and there was a good selection of items. I was happy with the complimentary water available at the front desk. There was plenty of parking, but we didn’t find a covered path to go between the front entrance and the garage, and there was a storm the first night when we parked.

Cleanliness Nothing

The room was hot when we walked in and took a long time to cool off, it was small, trundle was uncomfortable, the commode was loose, hair dryer didn’t work, staff was hit or miss as far as helpfulness, needs better sign for entrance.

We stayed multiple places over the course of a week and this location was the cleanest, most modern and had very kind staff. We will book again in the future!

I liked the cleanliness. As soon as you walked in you noticed that it was clean. The staff was friendly. When in the rooms, it was quiet.

Upon checking in we noticed that the lamp would not stop flickering and the other light in the “suite” area didn’t work. The entire room was very dark. The room was disgustingly dirty. Stuff all over the bathroom walls and floors. Stained and chipped furniture and stained carpet. Broken shampoo bottle in the shower. We were so grossed out that we checked out early the next day and didn’t complete the rest of our planned trip with this hotel.

The pool area was a breeding ground for bacteria. The temperature felt like a terrarium, and there was visible green algae growing on the pool deck. The pool itself had a thick chlorine film floating on the surface and, despite being advertised as heated, it was not even close to room temperature. The room was just as bad. The television and remote were extremely outdated and took over an hour — plus a call to the front desk — just to get working. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, sounding like an airplane taking off every time it turned on, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the door locking mechanism was malfunctioning. It repeatedly unlocked and relocked itself every 30–45 minutes throughout the night, which felt both unsafe and disruptive. After a sleepless night, we hoped breakfast might redeem the experience, but it did not. The food was lackluster and nearly inedible, with very limited options. Judging by the number of untouched plates and discarded food, we were clearly not the only guests who felt this way. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a happy celebration turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly will not return.

Appearance is sterile and not quite welcoming, but good. Thank you for providing free water!! It’s so nice not to have to pay $5 for a bottle. Only negative report is the floors needed cleaning everywhere, but especially the room. The carpet didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned and the bathroom needed to be mopped. Spots were on floor that were obviously not mopped.

It would have been a great stay had it not been for the 8 yr old hockey team and their drunk parents treating the hallway like their own personal bar/hangout. We had extremely early games and they were partying in the hallway past midnight each night.

Room is spacious, good bad and couch. Nice shower with glass box. The only low point is that the bathroom is located right in front of the bad and there is a glass (opaque) door. So less privacy and when the light is on and it’s nightime it disturbs. By the way it’s a sliding door and was not closing smoothly. Maintenance was called and fixed it fast. Nice covered garage.

Very nice stay. Parking was convenient, the room was nice, and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was particularly nice. They had a wide menu: waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels, yogurt, a meat option, cereal, hot oatmeal, and another hot thing (versions on a soufle; it rotated). I particularly appreciated that they had green chili sauce as well as red. The only thing missing that I've seen at other breakfasts was hot potatoes. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice as well.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was almost new, just about 4 years old, and the amenities were fantastic. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever had, but I'm a side sleeper and not a small person so I often have that issue causing lower back pain. Everything else was 1st class all the way! Even the breakfast was above and beyond with oatmilk and other healthy options.

Breakfast was amazing. The room seemed old and not updated. Old carpet with stains everywhere. The walls in the bathroom seemed old as well and stains on the wall around the toilet. Not enough trash cans in the room, only one in the bathroom and one by the desk. Refrigerator was also old hidden underneath the coffee machine. Light switches not available by the bed side. Had to get up and turn on and off swith on the head board not reachable while laying down. Lobby seemed great and updated and bar area as well. Really bad not having the parking lot connected to hotel, this past thanksgiving was really cold with my toddler and infant going to parking lot was not great.

Air conditioning unit is not positioned the greatest and the fan never shuts off whatever temperature it was on. Had to put clothes over it so it wasn’t blowing on my husbands face. Everything else was just fine. Figuring out light switches was tricky for us. Staff friendly.

The unique thing that this hotel provided was the front desk clerk let us checked in early. We drove for 13.5 hrs and we got there around 1pm. Which I really appreciated. They need to clean the carpet thoroughly also underneath the beds and the couch. After a while I smell the dust. They need to add hooks to hang the towels. The bathroom is too big but they should put a table for the changing clothes. They should add more fruits for breakfast.

Traveling with elderly parent. Booked a handicapped room . From check in to check out, very happy with staff, facility, room, services, parking. Breakfast bar was probably one of the best in a long time, lots to choose from, and probably the best oatmeal bar I've encountered while traveling. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. There is plenty of parking. All in all, it was a nice stay. Our only complaint was that housekeeping refused to provide us with an appropriate amount of towels. There were 5 of us and 4 towels on arrival. There was nowhere in our room to hang towels to dry out before being reused. We asked for more and were given two. When asked for more we were told no. Then we had a knock on the door and our housekeeper pushed past my husband, looked around our room, and then allotted us one more towel. So, 7 towels for two nights for 5 people.

Staff wasn’t super friendly and I always hope for that when I am in “the South”. Breakfast hours are just one hour too short. Lots of stains on the carpet in our room and throughout hallways. Otherwise was nice. Had a suite so it was spacious and quiet and beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure but the shelf in the shower was falling off and didn’t hold anything. All in all was a decent stay.

Our stay was perfect. My only complaint is that this hotel has a 2AM cutoff do check in and this information was not provided until after I reserved the room. Based on our travel schedule, we almost missed out on a fully paid nonrefundable reservation. This information should be shared in the hotel information section in hotels.com.

The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. 2 waffle makers and juice coffee and hot tea as well as cereal, bagels and pastries. Nice onsite parking garage and its off street and very secure. Friendly staff and very clean.

disappointing that the pool was closed, took my daughter for her 5th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the zoo and swim) booked this hotel under the impression the facilities were working properly to find out the pool area was under maintenance, call before you book if you are like me and have multiple children booking this hotel for the pool!!- despite that I will add the rooms were well maintained.

We loved the front desk girls! They were so sweet and made my kiddos feel so special! Everything was clean, quiet and great. The entire staff was awesome. Will definitely be staying here again.

Free and accessible parking along with included breakfast was really nice and convenient! We had a really nice stay! The facility was extremely clean! I do wish there had been a list of times for the hotel’s operations and/or channels for the TV in the room, but that’s being picky.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was good and breakfast choices were good but next time i would request a room that did not face the interstate because of noise throughout night/morning... Parking was great and would stay again...on the other side.

Had to move to a second room because of oder and mold. Floors looked dirty throughout. Dog barked when something moved most of the night in next room. Hotel seemed to need some TLC.

Room and hotel were great. One esthetic choice in the room that failed in practicality is a frosted window barn-style bathroom door. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and they use the lights, it lights up the entire room. Other than that it was a great stay. We also appreciated the number of healthy breakfast options!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room had antibacterial wipes and even makeup wipes. The receptionist when we arrived was very nice and helped us get to our rooms. There was also free water bottles and free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. You were able to make your own waffles! I would definitely stay again.

Convenient off I65. Easy check in and room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We only stayed 2 night so didn’t request room service but they were actively cleaning each morning. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Then the door to the bathroom did not lock and the couch had stains. I’ve stayed at a Spring Hill suites and the cleanliness was gross. I would not come back here with my kids

It was ok. Very stuffy in all hallways and elevators. I don’t know if it’s the setup of hotel but it was just congested. Constant wait for elevator and bumping into people in halls. Room was clean but beds were worst Marriott beds I’ve ever slept in. Staff was ok, not overly friendly but got the job done.

There was no cold water so I almost scalded myself taking a shower. Dirty sheets were left on the pull out bed. TV was broken and cords hanging behind it. Mounted TV had cables hanging from behind it. Room was 82 degrees when we arrived

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and smelled clean . The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our specific requests with our hesitation . The breakfast very good and was plenty to accommodate the many guests. The bed was really comfortable our rooms were clean and very up to date on everything. I really liked that it’s tucked away from the noise of the main busy road so that we could actually get a good night sleep without the noise from the busy road. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend for families. My kids (9,8,2) loved the pool, I was able to get a great workout in at the fitness center. The breakfast was great.

Our first night was not good. Our room had ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door did not lock - it was broken. AND the air was not working. We reported all the issues to the front desk the next morning. We were told they would be addressed ASAP. They were not. Finally, by 5:30 that afternoon, we informed the front desk that nothing had been addressed and we were moved to another room. We appreciate them moving us, but nothing was done to correct the horrible night on June 12.

The front desk staff members were very nice and accommodating. The room had a weird layout with no good way to turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night without wakimg others.

Front desk person was rude and not willing to be helpful. She resulted off the information about breakfast, pool and elevators so fast that I did not catch it all and asked her to repeat and she has an attitude.. also asked her to add my Bonvoy number to my stay, and she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I did not care about points. I just wanted to know where I stayed for future reference. Very nice property, too bad that the of person is representing it

A BIG shout out to Jaydon at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful and made our stay So So pleasant!! She was a GEM, even providing grandkids with a special treat!! Thank you Jaydon.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The bar did not open every night but it’s ok because it was easy to walk to near by restaurants and bars. Overall an amazing experience.

Everything you would want. Would definitely stay here again!
