is a very old establishment the room had humidity and mold all over for the price should be in better conditions.

Very good breakfast. Easy parking. Could use better lighting in stairwell up to room and room entrance.

Horrible roaches no clean lining couldn't get clean towels didn't clean the room said they could only do it if u stay longer than 7day .told us stop complaining or we could find somewhere else to stay .

Horrible never again no room service. They do not clean your room only if you stay seven days no clean towels. roaches is in the room. AC does not work television does not work fuzzy

Loved how quiet it was! You could also walk beautifully paved paths for as far as you wanted to go. No pool, which is why we chose this location. Staff was apologetic and did discount our room which was very helpful.

Will stay here again

Disappointed is an understatement. I booked this room last year and was really looking forward to our stay. We stayed from Wednesday to Monday. It's the beginning of June so we were really looking forward to swimming during our stay, well that ended as soon as we checked in. When we checked in we were told that the Hotel was sold in Dec and the new owners did not have the pool up and running and it wouldn't be opened until July. It would have been nice to maybe get notified when amenities are removed especially when I paid as much as I did for the stay. Then we found out that they don't service the rooms but once a week and if we wanted fresh towels we would have to get them ourselves from the front desk which was fine but kinda odd that when you are booked for 5 days they don't freshen anything up. Then the breakfast was a joke. The waffle and pancake maker was broken so there was eggs and sausage. Whooohooo. But the biggest issue was the COCKROACHES!!!! We were told they were beetles and they were aware of the issue. Well I finally was able to get a picture of it and no it wasn't a beetle. They sent a Man up to spray it and he said that it was in face a cockroach. Then on the last night the TV went out and we called the front desk and they informed us they were switching TV companies and that might by why it went out. At check out we told them everything we were unhappy with and they just brushed it off and said it's the New Owners fault and they he would call us.

Having 2 separate rooms, each with their own bathroom was great, along with a kitchen.
- 1/5
The room smell, the table had broken legs, the pool was empty. We checked in, went into the room to check it out and decide to go to another hotel
- 4/5
I liked the breakfast. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff weren’t that friendly. The breakfast was late several times. They didn’t seem to care.
- 1/5
Was Down for Maintenance and not expected to be up for summer. But yet still advertise it is an amenity. They refuse to reschedule for any future date at their choice, or refund my payment. I would never book with that hotel or franchise
- 0.5/5
Cleanliness Nasty General Manager not a care in the world for someone going through things
- 3.5/5
The location was perfect for us. It also had a pond next door with some really good views of wildlife. The staff was not the friendliest staff and it was not as clean as some hotels.
- 4/5
We loved the pond right by the hotel. Very relaxing and pretty. The sofa bed wasn’t real comfortable.
- 2/5
Nice sized room. Good breakfast. Closed pool. No television for two days.
- 4/5
The staff helped us with all of our needs and were always very friendly and willing to help whenever asked. Wi-Fi was OK, but sporadic at times. Though easy to connect, It was not actually connected and ready to access the Internet. Instructions and calls for assistance didn't help much. Breakfast was mediocre at best! Breakfast was not as advertisements said it would be! There was a pancake maker present, but was inoperable the 2+ weeks we stayed. Through the work week, the menu was always: potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage links and/or patties, plus assorted breads for toasting, cereals, yogurt, cream cheese, and assorted jellies. Biscuits and gravy were added on Saturdays and Sundays. Fruit, orange and apple juice, were always available for breakfast. Their advertisement indicated a full breakfast would be available!

Decent breakfast Older but quality accommodations at an excellant price Room felt spacious but fixtures were dated Very little water pressure from shower Staff wouldn’t provide any extra pillows
- 4/5
My only complaint is the room had a lot of Cobb webs in the corners of the walls and the bathrooms could use some paint … besides that wonderful place and great staff
- 3/5
The staff was great, but you can't overlook the bones of the facility.
- 5/5
The place was very well fitted with all you need even for the kitchen. It was in a very nice location with no noise from people or vehicles. Breakfast was ok for the price and you could get coffee or tea anytime of the day and at certain times even popcorn. We loved the room which I would say was more a studio than a room, very well distributed and arranged. Had plenty of parking also a pool and a gym and even laundry if needed. They had a pancake machine but never any pancakes.

Property is set up like little apartments. The rooms were big and very clean. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Staff were all very friendly!! There was no coffee maker in our room. We went to Kroger and bought a small one to use.
- 3/5
The carpet in the room felt stiff and tacky, definitely "dirty" feeling. There was a stain on it. There was exposed plaster in the bathroom from unfinished repairs. The duvet had sauce spills on it, not stained, just crusted on that could be scratched off with my fingernail, the pool was closed but wasnt told to me until after I paid, the breakfast was less than mediocre, half the coffee amenities were empty within an hour of breakfast being open and then the only pancake machine wasnt working. My cable went out at 10:30pm for no reason, every channel. In the morning there were 3 seperate housekeepers who woke me up 3 sepearte times after asking to be left alone. Glad I only had a 1 night stay. Currently trying to get at least a partial refund as I have pictures to support my claims.

Locaton my room I stayed 4 nights then added 3 more nights. My room trash was never done the entire time i stayed those nights. Front office man said i had to request room to be clean. I told him wanted cleaned never did. In Addition i pulled my own trash ect.. Trash still in room. Then had bring dirty towels to office to get clean ones and toilet paper as well. Not sure all this. I prayed alot money to stay close my work. I work 12 hour shifts.

Nice pretty & convenient location Booked 2 units. But they only had one room ready. They messed up the reservation. So we were separated from our kids and put in what they had available which was the handicap accessible room in a different building. Not cool.

No staff could be found at breakfast time and platters were empty, rooms were run down (broken drawers and handles, two microwaves in the room because the under-cabinet installed one was broken, doors and walls super dusty) sofa bed was full of mold.

Very nice suite, and great space. It was very quiet and felt comfortable. It had a home away from home feeling. We had a great experience, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff, for making our experience a positive one. It was much needed! If I were to say something not liked? It would be that we didn't have the option to make pancakes or waffles, because the machine used to make them wasn't available to use. It was there, though not available.

The stay was disappointing overall. The room was not clean, and many surfaces felt sticky. There was also a large amount of mold on the ceiling, which was very concerning. On the positive side, the dishes were clean, the area was quiet, and the breakfast was okay. However, cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Hotel was very comfy. More like an apartment than a hotel. Was in a great location. Very quiet, lots of restaurants, shopping and freeway nearby. Is a distance from downtown, but is a good thing if you want to get away from the crowed hotels closer to downtown.

Poor
- 3/5
So the actual room was great, two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a living room and kitchen. It was very spacious and very quiet. Well, when we got there, there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod and when I went to pull out the sofa bed for my son, it was very stained and there was alot of hair, dirt and oddly enough, glitter underneath. I don't think anyone has ever cleaned underneath it or the actual mattress before. I called the front desk and housekeeping came down to look at it and I'm guessing it wasn't gross enough for her because they didn't replace it. My son had to sleep on the vinyl couch cushions which defeated the purpose of having the sofa bed. Also, there was a monstrous wasp flying around in there that we had to catch :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom suite with a living room and full kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was quite a bit cheaper than getting two regular hotel rooms.will be my go-to when in the Nashville area.
- 3/5
I will start by saying the staff were so kind, so attentive, and so helpful; but the facilities themselves were just okay. At arrival their system was down & we had to wait quite a while with the very apologetic front desk woman to check in. After a long day of travel that wasn’t great. 3 days later at checkout their systems were again down. Our room was decent size but we could hear every single footstep the people above us took. The bathrooms were a little yucky, with dust, hair, fluid splashes, & some mildew along the floors and tub. The kitchen was stocked well; the full size refrigerator was nice. The king bed was super soft & I thought it was comfy but my husband had a hard time with it. The location for us was ok, as we were visiting family in Franklin and doing the tourist stuff in Nashville. This is about half way between both of those. But Brentwood is a quiet town & this hotel is more like in an industrial business area with lots of extended stays & business lots surrounding it. We arrived about 10:30 on a Friday night and pretty much everything (except a Whataburger and a Taco Bell) was shut down; even the grocery stores. So if you’re looking for close-by night life this isn’t it. During the day it was nice having grocery stores close. The pool (which was drained/not open when we were there in April) & BBQ seemed a little run down. They had a pretty good breakfast offering in the morning which was appreciated. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Nothing was good about this place. It was dirty and there were live cockroaches in our room.
- 3/5
Paint peeling off the ceilings, you could turn the hot water on go out to breakfast come back and only wait 10 minutes for the water to actually get hot. Breakfast was cold and there was never coffee in the pot for breakfast. Glad it was only 2 nights!

The property is a little on the older side but it was clean and well kept up. The room came with a full kitchen(minus the oven), including a dishwasher. Overall for the price and the amenities this was a great price. Thank you for a clean room and enjoyable stay.
- 3.5/5
Great location and accommodations. The staff at check in was very friendly. Breakfast staff also was friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor space too, comfortable bed. Not a fan of the breakfast. Most of the food had run out when we got there at 8:15. The coffee ran out twice in the hour or so we spent there waiting for food to be replenished. & only skim milk for cereals? Coffee fixins need to have some unsweetened creamer options too. All the creamers were too sweet. Other than that our stay was perfect

Not ideal
- 2/5
Upon checking in, we were given a first floor, two bedroom. The room had not been vacuumed, the furniture was everywhere, and the window locks were broken. I insisted on another room, preferably on a higher floor, even though there are no elevators. That room had locked doors that would not unlock, and was also dirty. The third room we were shown was in an acceptable(ish) condition, aside from the TERRIBLY STAINED mattress in the pullout couch and the toiletrie wrappers on the bathroom floor, however, at that point my exhausted family felt we had no choice but to stay (we had been traveling 12 hours and it was close to midnight). I agree with some of the reviewers on the overall condition of the property being suspect, and I think there are a lot of liberties being taken with the word “clean”. I would not recommend this hotel, sadly.
- 1/5
Great location Upon entering the smell of the whole place was bad. Bad wet dog smell. Could be cleaner. The place needs alot of updates.
- 5/5
Outside chairs or benches, maybe a picnic table.
- 3/5
breakfast menu was a joke! it was terrible, stayed for a week with family, the breakfast menu was the same for all days, they had placed a pancake maker as a showpiece not working, for some days, many of the breakfast spreads were running empty. It was a very very poor setup from a breakfast perspective, otherwise rest were good.
- 5/5
They had two bedrooms with queens beds in each 2 bathrooms and a living room with pull out couch also a tv in every room so 3 altogether and a fireplace which would be nice for colder months we didn’t use it however so don’t know if it works properly. Nice hot breakfast and they waived the 100$ deposit since I was having trouble using my internet and we were only there for one night 10/10 my most favorite hotel set up so far!!! Both bathrooms were in the rooms so whoever sleeps on the pull out couch has to walk through a bedroom to use the bathroom
- 0.5/5
The smell of the room was beyond anything I have experienced. It smelled like sewage. The lock was broken on the door , the furniture was all beat up, we needed to use the sleeper sofa and it was full of food. So dirty! Not worth staying even with low price
- 3/5
Granted, we were only there for 14 hours, but they might want to do a general grounda clean-up. Grounds were ragged. Interior spaces need a little TLC. Caulk some stuff. But the breakfast was great. If you're just passing thorough, it'll do. Extended stay, maybe not.
- 5/5
This hotel was well worth the money & a good choice. We had a very inviting room, comfortable, good breakfast, and good staff. Quiet location and restaurants near buy.
- 4/5
The pullout out couch mattress was a bit scary looking, thing has seen better days.
- 4/5
Nice and clean.
- 4/5
It was ok but expected better
- 4/5
Had spider in bathtub. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable and it wasn’t very thick. Should have better access to 2nd floor for elderly. Overall though it was a good stay.
- 4/5
Wonderful stay with children! The onsite breakfast is a huge plus, unfortunately, the pancake machine was inoperable which our kids were quite upset over and COFFEE, never had coffee available in the morning. That was rough with parents of 3 small children. Aside from that, workers were all phenomenal and accommodating. Location is very desirable and safe! Would stay again, potentially when outdoor pool is open for season!

- 5/5
Good location, but facilities are a little dated.
- 4/5
The room, location, and staff were great. We had no issues during our stay in regards to that. What we experienced that made our stay less enjoyable is that the occupants in the two other rooms across from us were smokers and since our room was by the stairs, that is apparently where the smokers liked to hang out. Our room smelled of smoke the majority of our stay which was a bummer because we are not smokers. Besides that the room was nice and comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean, conveniently located, friendly
- 4/5
Breaking could've been better..Price was very reasonable..it was quiet..we seen a family of rabbits by the walking trail. Bed seemed like it was a full size in each bedroom..
- 4/5
This is our 3rd stay at this particular Sonesta location. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly but the breakfast leaves much to be desired for the extra price they tag to stay at the ES instead of the Simply not far away.
- 5/5
The bathroom could use a remodeling, everything else was super
- 4/5
I was appreciative that it had pots and pans and other cooking equipment. However, the equipment was in very poor condition. Also, the toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. Other than those minor issues, the room was great. The bed was AMAZING. I slept amazingly.

Our room was on the second floor, which we didn't mind. Upon entering, everything was clean and smelled nice. There was a fireplace, we didn't use. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms were spacious enough; plus, there was a sofa bed. I really enjoyed that there was a kitchen, in case we didn't want to eat from complimentary breakfast. My family and I stayed there for the night, there was a Publix close by, so we were able to buy what we wanted and go back to the hotel. The bathrooms had the shampoo/conditioned/body wash pumps attached to the bathroom wall, under the shower head. This hotel is located within a commercial area, so there isn't much to do. You'll have to drive to all the hot spots. But again, we didn't care, because we were only staying one night. Overall, we all enjoyed it and would book again.

- 5/5
The rooms were clean. Kimmeon was awesome.
- 4/5
This was my second stay at this particular Sonesta. This room was not quite as nice as my last stay. Carpet needs a good cleaning. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast is not worth the $30 difference in the charge for the Sonesta ES versus the Sonesta Simply Suites that does not have breakfast. i guess I was spoiled by the breakfast at my first stay at a Sonesta in Birmingham, AL. I will still give them another chance as I do like the location.

During the 5days we were there we received no fresh towels nor were the wastebaskets emptied.

Check in was great however the definitely need updating.
- 5/5
The area was quiet, the rooms were very spacious and we were very happy with our stay

Overall positive experience. Although, the landscaping crew were a bit overzealous and blew leaves and cigarette butts under the door gap into the unit as they were cleaning up. I can't imagine they didn't realize that!

Terrible
- 3/5
The bed, AC, kitchen, location, room access, and work desk were comfortable and allowed me to be cozy. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was slightly better than most hotels. I only take off a few points for there being 2 dead spiders on the wall and the shower could use a small renovation. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. ~3.5 stars.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious. Kitchen good. Good value.
- 4/5
Breakfast is truly lacking at this location. I have been to another Sonesta that had a much better breakfast.
- 1/5
The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Damage to the walls, dirty floors, dirty bathtub. Would absolutely not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean. Good stay. Would stay again. — Breakfast was very questionable! But we didn’t really want it so that was ok.
- 5/5
Great suite. Great breakfast included. Great location!
- 4/5
Nicely furnished room. Glasses could have been cleaner.
- 3/5
Room: Nothing special, dated, bathroom needs a lot of attention, peeling paint, black mold growing on walls and other areas, toilet was missing the seat cover. Just not what pictures look like online. Other tenants: NOISY! can hear every conversation going on within the corridors, upstairs tenants (pretty sure they live there) walking around all night, noisy coming down the stairs, just very loud all the time. Grounds: Brentwood is honestly beautiful, and the property is located next to a decent sized pond, great area to walk, the grounds could be cleaned better, corridors are messy, and building could use a power wash. Probably would not stay here again unfortunately.
- 4/5
Easy check in and check out, not enough towels and kinda dirty shower! Very good breakfast
- 5/5
Very pet friendly. Loved there were rooms specifically pets. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean. We will be back!

Booked a handicap room for my mom as she just had knee surgery. Got there to check in and they gave her a regular room on the second floor with no elevator. They changed the reservation and didn’t tell us. They offered to get her a room at a sister hotel - we had 5 rooms for our group and they wanted to send her to a hotel by herself. The front desk gal wasn’t very accommodating nor did she act like she cared. All 5 rooms had no hot water a certain points. When we went to the front desk to ask about it, the attendant was on the phone with another room and rudely let them know “others are getting ready too so you’ll have to wait for hot water”. There’s no room service unless you’re there for 7 days so don’t expect clean towels unless you go to the front to get them. Rooms are kind of old and need updating but the bed was comfortable. We didn’t try breakfast so no review on that. But overall we were not happy with how our reservation was changed with no warning or with the rude staff.
- 5/5
Awesome experience
- 4/5
Spacious room, easy check-in and out. Breakfast was okay. Clean enough, not top notch, but biggest complaint would be the sound from neighbors. We could hear the people above us going to bed, turning in bed and using the restroom.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. I absolutely love the privacy its like your own studio apartment!!! They provide all the essential cookware and they also supply dish detergent and dish washer cleaner. Definitely 5

Courteous staff, lovely place, breakfast could start earlier, room needs a deep cleaning.
- 5/5
The entire experience was great. From the reception to the room to the location.
- 3/5
There was a cockroach in my bathroom. I stayed there for 5 days and not once did they come clean my room. The staff onsite was super rude and disrespectful. They did not have basic manners.

Maintenance needed...like paint over a dry wall patch closet door kept falling off....carpet very worn. Staff all super nice and friendly. Good area that appeared safe. But a long hike from Nashville and airport which made Uber very expensive. No shuttle if you wanted to visit a stor. Breakfast was painful. Eggs likey powered mix. Had sausage gravy but no biscuits. Fruit was nowhere near ripe. Taco Bar on last day but I was not really wanting spicey chicken at 8AM?

Great experiienc3
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The carpets need to be replaced they are dirty. More staff available at the front desk.
- 5/5
Great location and beautiful grounds.
- 2/5
Shower tiles were dirty. When i checked in Expedia only put the name of my guest and even though I was alerted on my phone of the hotel charge, (which was $100 more than I agreed upon)
- 2/5
Check in was short and sweet. Little to no information was given other than “this is where your room is located and if you need clean linens you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby and we’ll replace them.” The room was nice and big. To say it was clean would be an understatement. The bathroom had mildew around the tub, the bottom of the bathtub itself was dirty, and there was hair in the corners of the bathroom. The end tables were dusty and the carpets were gross. The ceilings were covered in black dust where the vents were located. All of the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but every night and every morning a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke would make its way into our room. The free breakfast was a continental breakfast so we didn’t expect much but the 2 mornings we were there they served exactly the same thing - barely warm watery scrambled eggs and super dry potatoes and sausage gravy. One morning they did have cold sausage links as well. They also had your usual toast, bagels and cold cereals. The positives: ample parking, hot water and a great location if you’re headed to Nashville attractions.
- 5/5
perfect
- 5/5
I’d stay here again because it’s quiet and near a decent amount of food and groceries. Plus they have a fridge.. The only negatives are: breakfast is mid (but free) and we found a big spider in the tub one day and then a huge wasp on the last night but overall, I’d definitely recommend it and come back
- 4/5
Our rooms air conditioning stopped working after 2nd day, thankfully they moved us to another room. If you’re going to offer sofa bed for additional sleeping I would recommend a heavier blanket for sofa bed as it’s nothing more then a sheet thickness
- 5/5
Loved the 2 bedroom suite option. Clean, comfortable, will stay again.
- 2/5
Gen Z front desk person was in the back on the phone with “her boss” at 6 something pm. That’s why I waited 30 mins calling and trying to get someone to check me into the hotel. When the person appeared, no apology was rendered. Her appearance was not demure nor professional. Job killers on both hands.
- 4/5
Good breakfast options
- 5/5
Rugs had quite a few stains. Rooms were clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Friendly staff and spacious room.
- 5/5
Great set up and area
- 4/5
As one can see from photos kitchen is a bit dated, but it’s comfortable and feels like home. The grounds and pool area are nice. Breakfast offerings change a little every day which makes it more interesting. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 1/5
toilet seat was up and lint in toilet and on floor in double door room. other bedroom has construction dust and debris on bathroom floor.
- 1/5
The best way to describe this hotel is worn out and unkept. The sheets and towels were ok, but the room was beat up, the shower was worn out, there are stains on the bathroom walls/ peeling paint, and the room smelled. Each room access door is exposed to the outdoors; so don't think it will be like going to a hotel where you securely access the floors via an internal elevator. Anyone can walk up and knock on the door to your room. The room entryways were filthy with numerous stains on the concrete, there was food spilled and stained all over the place, ice cream sprinkles were ground in the steps going up to our second-floor room. We were afraid to walk on the floors without our shoes on. The employees were friendly.
- 5/5
Kimyon (I hope I spelled it correctly) was truly a blessing, very kind and gracious.
- 5/5
Enjoyable stay. Will visit again.
- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds with very nice quality linens.
- 2/5
We were there 5 days and had issues every day. Day 1 90% of TV channels did not work Day 2 no water afternoon Day 3 no hot water in AM. Day 1-5 tub slow drain. Had to remove stopper. Day 4 towel bar that was cracked on arrival fell off the wall. For the TV, maintenance came but issue persisted throughout stay. He said hotel needed to upgrade their service, so this was a known issue. The day I tried to call about the water, the front desk never answered so I had to walk to the lobby. The front desk staff and maintenance were extremely nice, but having issues every day was very frustrating. There were areas on the wall in the bathroom where paint had peeled off. We stay in Brentwood when we come to Nashville, because it is a very nice area. This stay was not and we will not stay there again. I was also a little disappointed in the exercise area being this was a long stay suite area.
- 2/5
Room had bad odor and was not super clean. Spider webs, actual spider in the kitchen sink and wrappers from fruit snacks on floor. Bed and bathroom were clean enough. Breakfast was ok.
- 2/5
No hot water for 3 days and no elevator for handicapped. Costs not reasonable!!
- 1/5
No hot water for 3 days!! No elevator for handicapped!
- 3/5
Pretty good property in a nice area. Several walkable restaurants. Great room space and layout. Awful "breakfast" ... mystery meat is an understatement, along with very less than fresh pastry options. And, oh yeah, we woke up to a huge roach crawling across the middle of the suite.
- 2/5
We stayed at this location July 31-August 4, 2025. When we arrived at the main building to check-in the supervisor was extremely nice and welcoming! We reserved 2 "suites" both had 2 rooms, a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. I say "suites" because the longer we stayed at this location the more in just seemed like they were wanting this location to be long term rental apartments. Which is completely fine! I would just prefer that be communicated somehow on the website. When we entered the first "suite" there was mold all around the air vent, the outlet in the bathroom behind a towel was hanging out of the wall. The floors were absolutely disgusting!! Obviously, when going to hotel, motels, condos, etc.. you dont expect the carpets to be sparkling. HOWEVER, when you can literally see the filth(dirt) on the floor that's ridiculous. We have 4 kids 12years old down to a 1year old. Unfortunately, I did not allow them to even play on the floor due to this. There was also about the size of quarter cockroach on the floor that we found beside the curtains. The ice maker in the fridge did not work as well. Our second "suite" had all the same issues just no roach was found. I would say this was just bad timing. However, they did switch one of our rooms and it had the same issues, but again just without the roach. The pool was fine the first night, but after that there was hair throughout the pool . Visible from just standing outside of the pool.
- 3/5
Had trouble checking in and they charge $10 an hour before 4pm. Meaning if you wanna check in even if room is ready before 4pm, they will charge you. Room it self was ok, chair and couch stained and worn out. Just a bit run down kinda place
- 4/5
No daily towel service- Kitchen utensils and pots and pans were in very bad condition
- 4/5
The breakfast is excellent value and provides plenty of options for everyone. My only recommendation was that perhaps some exterior yardwork and maintenance be considered. Some paths were slightly overgrown from the foliage and the stairs/stairwells were in need of a clean up. Swept, and spiderwebs etc dealt with. Otherwise? Exceptional we would return and seek other Sonestas in the future
- 4/5
Nice quiet location. Stayed for 5 days. Night manager was kind and professional. The doorway area to our suite needed to be swept badly. The cookware was in very bad condition…. Like it had been salvaged from a homeless encampment’s garbage. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were nice and spacious.
- 1/5
I have to revise my review because hotel . Com don’t like people telling the truth . Check in took 45 minutes. Hotel is filthy and staff are incompetent. I have a charge of 179.20 that was charged to my card for no reason . Breakfast is so bad and employees one time did not show up to prepare breakfast so the manager had to do it. Also slots of drug users around and not safe place to stay. Point

I made a reservation to stay at this hotel for 6 nights so my grandchildren could swim in the pool. I live 30 minutes away. On the day of my arrival my granddaughter jumped in the pool and I immediately noticed the pool was a solid murky blue. I had her hop out (she is 7) and Google - solid, murky pool. What it showed was E. coli, bacteria, algae, etc. Do not swim in Pool. I immediately went in the office and asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was off for the weekend. This was Friday at 2 o’clock. I was given a card and told to call her, but she does not usually pick up on weekends. I did call and got her voice message and asked about the pool and when it would be fixed.I left my phone number and email address. I also called the other phone number on the card and it connected me with the other Sonesta hotel a block away. The desk manager at the other hotel informed me they have a pool maintenance man that comes every morning. I informed him I didn’t find that possible since the pool was not in usable condition. He said he would inform him of my concerns. I went out to the pool the next day. The Pool was in even worse condition, now completely solid thick blue and a pool closed sign on the gate. This continued every day for the next six days. I went to the front desk and was told the manager was not in. I never received a call or email from the manager. The pool was unavailable during my entire stay. No accountability!

Im planning another visit to Nashville, just so we can book here again! It felt as if we had a home away from home!! This property was beyond nice, and the suites are like mini apartments. We LOVED our suite!
- 3/5
I didn’t like having to load our dirty bath linens every single day and take to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. We were there for a golf tournament and showered morning and night. That was a pain. The room smelled, plus whomever was staying next door, smoked fanatically right outside of their door which carried over into our room, that’s if you weren’t walking through her smoke walking into your room. The least she could’ve done was walk out away from the building. Complex was old, musty and not very comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.
- 4/5
The rooms were very nice,,,there was some trash laying around the building and parking area.
- 4/5
Very nice rooms with a full kitchen and comfortable accommodations.
- 3/5
Selected this facility so the kids could enjoy the pool. Pool was not very clean, however. Debris in the water, and the bottom was gritty.
- 5/5
The manager was amazing
- 3/5
Hotel could have been average but had some real problems and oddities - dead bugs on floor of room, broken bathtub/shower temperature valve, debris floating in outdoor pool, crumpled/unclean blankets left in room, a young child playing in the parking lot in the middle of the night each night we were there. Avoid.
- 3/5
Baseboard was missing Wall was damaged Fruit flies Breakfast was inedible...pancake machine broken, potatoes still frozen, eggs were horrible and watery Just barely liveable

I booked a two bedroom suite months ago. We drove over seven hours and upon arrival I was informed that they did have a two bedroom suite available and was comped two individual suites. I felt I had no other choice but to take what I was told. When I book a place to stay, I have to study the room layouts, furniture, etc to make sure my husband has multiple sleeping locations for the chronic pain which he endures. The two bedroom suite was perfect! So I was incredibly disappointed when we were not able to stay in the room that I had already booked and paid for months in advance. Needless to say, it was a rough sleepless night. Plus we were on a family vacation and wanted to be all together, another reason for the two bedroom suite. I don’t understand how my reserved suite wasn’t available when we arrived. Just so incredibly disappointed and aggravated!

Leaky ceiling, broken tv, dorr handles falling off cabnits and extremely rude manager. Our room was clean out when we weren't there only to find our things in a garbage bag at the front desk because housekeeping thought we checked out, they threw away all our food but kept our alcohol on their cart! Stay away!!!
- 5/5
I stayed here with my dog and husband. What people don’t tell you is that these are essentially studio apartments. Incredible. They aren’t perfect, but they are clean, easy to live in, and the kitchen can’t be beat. The service was wonderful

I like Sonestas because they have kitchens and a separate bedroom in case you have other people with you. This particular Sonesta is the best in Alpharetta, I've been to the other one.
- 3/5
Nothing special about the place, except the staff. For our purposes, it served well, we needed the added room a suite provides for my wife's mobility scooter.
- 2/5
At first it was fine. I knew that it wasn’t going to be the best hotel in town but we had a big family on vacation together so we needed plenty of space and this “hotel” offered 2 bedroom rooms so we got two rooms. It wasn’t super clean but not terrible.
- 5/5
I liked that the property was clean and very quiet. I truly would like to thank Kenny for the amazing customer service
- 3/5
Was a comfortable and spacious room for our family. We appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well. The building itself is older and a bit run down. While the surrounding area was convenient in terms of food/gas, etc. the hotel itself needs updating and some maintenance of grounds.
- 1/5
The room smelled of fabreeze and rotten sewage. Black mold on ceiling and in vents. Floors were filthy and we kept on our shoes at all times. There were no breakfast attendants and the receptionist was upset she had to help get coffee and forks.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful, had no issues what so ever . Check in and checkout service was quick and easy. Located in a beautiful part of town. Stores and restaurants near by.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly when checking in but no linens for the sofa bed, room smelled gross, fruit flies everywhere and we did not have any food in the room when we got there. There was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, we stayed for 4 nights and no housekeeping. No one emptied the talked or offered fresh towels. Pool was super dirty & cloudy. Only 1 out of 3 tvs worked. The tv in the gym also didn’t work. Cleanly none of the property is well maintained
- 5/5
Great experience, great staff, will stay again.
- 5/5

- 2/5
- no information upon check-in beyond where the room was. Nothing about wi-fi or check process. - Room smelled musty - frayed carpet - one of the ceiling lights out - had to go to the front desk 3 times to get request a sheet for the sofa bed. - certain staff just sitting on there phone versus monitoring the job such as breakfast supplies.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for visiting family im Franklin and driving back and forth to Nashville. We will stay here again :)
- 2/5
your can hear everything from upstairs, fire alarm went off at 4:30 am and they never picked up at the front desk, the fire department was able to stop it almost 30 minutes after it started, no one came or called to tell us what was going on
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay having smoking rooms would’ve make it better than before. I enjoyed it thank you all!
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean. The property was nice and quiet and very welcoming! The pool could have been better. The water was cloudy so we chose not to swim in it. Overall it was a great stay and somewhere we will definitely stay at again.
- 3/5
Was not a good fit
- 3/5
The facilities were good, the food was good. The service was poor. They never cleaned the room in the four days I was there, and you had to go get towels and carry the dirty ones yourself. The cleanliness was so-so.
- 3/5
I felt unsafe.
- 5/5
The property was really clean and well-maintained. The staff are also mega yucca nice.
- 2/5
Room Condition: The air conditioning in our room (#223) was non-functional, leading to an uncomfortably warm night at 78 degrees. Staff Response: When we reported the issue, the manager deflected all responsibility, stating room maintenance was not their job, and offered no solution or partial refund. Food Quality: The breakfast was subpar. The eggs were poorly prepared, and the pastries were cold and not fresh. This lack of accountability, coupled with poor amenities, points to significant management issues. I cannot recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
It is a very nice place with friendly staff and an quite environment
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and having the extra seating/den area was a big plus. The area of this hotel was convenient to great food options and it was very close to all of the CMAFest activities.
- 3/5
We stayed here a year ago, and it felt like the place hadn't been kept up. The customer service is still excellent. 5 stars to the front desk and housekeeping staff. Breakfast has a lot of options & is free. But it wasn't as fresh as I thought last year's was - like maybe they let it sit out longer or use lower quality stuff now. The room was clean, but the floors were all torn up. And there was a massive spider in the bathroom when we first arrived.
- 3/5
We loved the weekday front desk staff. The weekend staff was not very friendly. Didn't get much sleep from all the banging doors all night. Maybe need some bumpers on the doors to quiet them down. We had a second floor room, the stairs were falling apart and there was an emergency light just hanging by the wires. Maintenance needs to step it up on the repairs. That light was this way 2 years ago on our last stay.
- 4/5
after we got to our room. we found out there was no hot water. they did get it fixed right away. then for breakfast the person that put things out didn't show up so no hot food.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and professional Room was big and clean nice kitchen price was good breakfast was nice
- 5/5
Very nice room, very quiet get away.
- 3/5
It was fine. Room was clean, but not well stocked with kitchen items. I was comfortable, but underwhelmed overall.
- 5/5
It was exactly what i needed. Front desk was terrific
- 5/5
Nice suites to stay at on the outskirts of Nashville. Nice separate bedrooms with comfy beds. This was great for us, as we had two 2 bedroom suites for 5 of us on a girls trip. You do have to lug your luggage up stairs, no elevator, but we managed just fine.
- 5/5
This property was so quiet, clean, and overall great for the price! Staff was nice. It was a cute little tucked away spot in a busy area! We’ll be coming back to stay here 😊
- 5/5
Quite and breakfast staff was wonderful
- 3/5
The rooms need to be renovated.
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds, large rooms. Hardly no breakfast & no coffee on the 1st day we stayed, Much better on our 2nd day. Wished the pool was open with high 80’s temps.
- 1/5
Girl at front desk, said her name was Glendy, was very rude about the whole situation.
- 5/5
An amazing stay for our first time!
- 1/5
We booked our stay months in advance but when we arrived we were told they had overbooked and we would have to find another hotel. We were exhausted after a long day but we found a hotel nearby that had openings. We booked through Expedia but don’t know what transpired to create our dilemma.
- 5/5
The property itself is situated in business park, but it has a feel of being in the suburbs. Our room was located pretty close to the central lobby and getting coffee in the morning and breakfast was very easy! The food homemade scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, and options of cereal and bagels, cream cheese. It was definitely worth having the breakfast. The only thing that I have to say about the room is everything was very comfortable the sheets, the bedding access to having TV and basic cable with HBO. The only thing that I noticed is that the carpet in the room is old and worn, has a few rips in it and dated …. If you put a little investment into putting vinyl plank in the room and do renovations…. I would stay there again regardless, but I would be willing to pay more for having a cleaner field to the carpet. I didn’t wan t walk across the floor without my shoes or socks on.
- 5/5
Listen the gentleman that worked the front desk was the best part of the stay he was super helpful and very nice he helped us find many restaurants and also did his job well
- 5/5
We stayed 3 nights in the king suite and it was great! Spacious enough for all of our things and everyone was very nice.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite in January 2025 for an April 2025 stay. I arrived with my husband, my elderly mother and my mother-in-law who needs a wheelchair at noon on our check-in day. However, our room wasn't ready (which was no problem), the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I needed a ground level room due to my mother-in-law's wheelchair, at which time I said yes. We left and navigated the city and came back to the hotel around 8pm that night. When I attempted to check in, the girl at the counter advised me that our room was given away to someone else because they overbooked. On top of that, there were approximately 10 other people waiting in the lobby/restaurant area who didn't have room either. I believe most of them were waiting for sheets and blankets and were being told they could enter their rooms, but their beds wouldn't have linens. This was 8pm AT NIGHT!
- 5/5
Loved our time here. Perfect for our family. Great breakfast options. Even biscuits and gravy, amazing yogurt and bacon!! Would stay here again.
- 2/5
Staffs were really nice, but hardware down stairs room is horrible, room is dirt with blood stains on
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations and topnotch customer service by front office staff from check in to check out - would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!
- 5/5
Staff were always available and above and beyond friendly. I could live in the room. Nice kitchen, bed, ample space, closet, HOT water!!
- 4/5
Not enough staff.
- 5/5
Quick and convient. I like that the property was sub-divided into units of 8 rooms. That kept hall/outside traffic minimal.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Mold in bathroom and stains on carpet
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Comfortable, a little run down. Breakfast was minimal.
- 4/5
Great room and breakfast. Bed was a little firmer than we like. Also, thermostat could not be adjusted in our room, so was too warm.
- 5/5
Nice setup. Double rooms are perfect for 2 couples traveling together
- 5/5
Really loved the room it was quiet and out of the way still with many places to go and eat or to just DoorDash. The staff was super nice as a whole.
- 2/5
There were roaches in my room
- 5/5
Nice, quiet place
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
I was surprised that they charge a $100 property damage fee, they told me that it would be refunded within several business days if there was no damage? They also charge a $10/hour early check-in fee for every hour before 3pm that you check in? But they do allow you to check in early if there’s a room available, so that’s good?
- 4/5
Not far from anywhere, perfect for what we needed.
- 5/5
Our Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast-while good- did not have eggs/hash browns available for 2 mornings-and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to re-fill them. Overall, our stay was very nice!
- 5/5
I was surprised that the rooms were more like apartments and very roomy. It wasn't glamourous, but totally acceptable.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, very nice and convenient. Room was great, beds VERY comfortable!!!!!!!!!! Furniture needs updating, but overall, very nice for the price.
