Modern, clean hotel in a quiet and safe area, which was perfect for overnight stop outside downtown Nashville. The only issue we had was with breakfast. Our reservation through Booking clearly included breakfast, but in the morning we were told we had to pay. Even after showing the confirmation, the interaction at reception felt dismissive and unfriendly, which left a negative impression.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and everything was clean. Their security Frank was amazing! And helped us both nights late at night by giving us a ride to the hotel from across the street since they’re under construction and their wasn’t anymore parking. I wish he was working f our last day to really thank him.

All amenities were outstanding

We will stay at the Sheriton again when we visit Nashville. It is a beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean.

Room was clean and the staff was friendlt however there was a sewage smell nightly in the lobby. Additionally, the bed in my room was rock hard.

Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend.

Parking was restricted due to construction. However, everything was great.

Room provided for was a handicap accessible, I did not book that room type and was unaware of that at check in. This was inconvenient for my spouse and I whereas we expected light switches, ironing board, counters etc were lower than expected. There was a rust stain in the toilet bowl. The room overall was clean, however it had a musty smell. Parking was limited. We arrived late from a night out on the town and had to park in the parking garage and run in the rain. The location is prime. There wasn’t a microwave.

Easy in and out. Clean modern rooms. Our fav is the bathroom! Just 15 outside Nashville. It’s the perfect location.

This hotel is beautiful! It was updated and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. After check out, I had some car trouble and the manager came to the rescue!

Hard beds. 2 chairs for 4 people to a room. The table was nice but due to it being in the corner between the built-ins and the AC unit you couldnt get but 1 chair up to it to eat, etc. Nice room but not big enough for 4 people.

Nice room, beds a little hard but thats fine if thats what you like. Clean room, no towel racks. Nice size TV. Only 2 chairs in the queen room.

Early morning construction in the back; no swimming pool; desk mgr refused to offer any offset for this. Very rude and poor attitude; no lobby coffee (gratis).

The hotel is super nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and our room was great. The bed was SOOO uncomfortable unless you like the feeling of sleeping on the floor. My back hurts and I can’t wait to get back to my own bed. Other than that no complaints!

Had to call downstairs to request and pickup towels, washcloths and toilet paper. Was there compensation offered? No! Sheraton has really gone downhill. The price you pay for the services received isn’t worth it. Do not recommend Sheraton in Brentwood Tn to anyone. Doesn’t matter how many renovations they completed, they need to rebrand their life!

I will definitely be staying here again on my return journey.

The staff is amazing. Issac at the front desk is a true professional. Sheraton is lucky to have him. The property is in a great location and very well kept.

Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We ate at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and the food and drinks were good!

Everything was excellent but needs a TV in the lounge area to watch sporting events

I already left a review with the hotel itself, but we really enjoyed the hotel as a whole. There was a kids soccer tournament going on and kids running around everywhere, but yet it was quiet in our room, including on the 5th floor where most of the kids were and our friends and family and they both reported no noise. That's amazing because those kids were having the time of their lives. It was cute! As far as the hotel, it was clean, had a comforting environment and the food was great in the hotel. The staff there is SO friendly. Just do yourself a favor and book your next home away from home here! You won't regret it!!

Great hotel. We had a Comfortable stay. Staff were courteous and friendly.

The facility and our room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We only had two towels in our room, so i would just recommend maybe one or two more for the room. But, we enjoyed our stay!

I had my kids with me so it would have been a bonus if the pool had been available. I believe it was an outdoor pool so I understand

Hotel was beautiful. Clean. Unfortunately we stayed on a weekend and it is right across the street from a club so was extremely loud. Not just the music but the screaming drunk people up and down the road. The only parking available is valet so either plan to walk far with your luggage or pay to park.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is beautiful inside, rooms are comfortable and modern, the bed was perfect. The bartenders were fun, they had music in the lobby with candles and it made for a great experience. Very quiet as well, I heard no one on the floor or in rooms next to us. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

It was a great stay. No view though but it was a perfect room for the price. The only negative thing that I can say is the hot water is not hot if you like hot showers.

Front desk staff were very attentive to our need for room reassignment and were always alert to greeting us when leaving or returning to the facility.

Our room was VERY modern and VERY clean :) The restaurant was closed, but there were many choices just 1-2 miles away. There's also shopping close if any supplies/snack are needed. Hotel reception was VERY polite and helpful.

The entire place is under construction. No pool or hot tub, no gym, and the once beautiful restaurant and bar is a tiny little room that's hardly open and serves very little. Breakfast was crazy, they had coffee for free, but wanted a ridiculous amount for little pastries or other items. Worst of all, they had no drinking water unless you wanted to spend a wild amount on a bottle of water. That's right, no drinking water even at breakfast.

The hotel is under renovation, which was not disclosed on Hotels.com when we booked it. The lobby was gutted, and the exercise room was closed. I was counting on exercising, so that was a great annoyance. Had I known about the renovation, I would have booked a different hotel.

They are in the middle of a reconstruction effort. All amenities normally afforded werent available. Not so much as a vending machine. No pool. No Exercise room. The Rooms however were already redone, Excellent design. Great layout and super comfortable bed. If you dont care about stuff outside your room, this was definitely on its way to becoming a solid 4 star stay.

This hotel is under renovation, and we were not aware. It does not have a lobby; everything is gutted down to the wiring. No walls, no flooring, no ceiling. We were shocked they even had people staying there during this renovation. Very disappointed. We paid for two nights and only stayed one. We were in town for a concert at the Ryman and drove home after the concert instead of staying another night in that dusty mess.

Staff were amazing despite the disruption of construction in the lobby. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The lobby and eating facilities were under renovation but there were many places to eat within a short walking distance and even shorter drive. I highly recommend the hotel!

Hotel is going full renovations. Lobby is currently torn apart. Breakfast was not $5 to go boxes as said. They were varied in price. We did get one of the renovated rooms. It was good

Checkin was slow and messy. Lobby is totally destroyed and no breakfast except a granola bar and apple for $5. I would think if you'd like people to overlook the mess, you might provide a better breakfast or make it free. Very noisy at 4 a.m. when trash trucks arrived. Just not what you expect from a Sheraton.

Visit was ok. The lobby was under a major renovation and the bar/restaurant area were closed until further notice. This was not mentioned in the description prior to booking. The rooms were clean and beds ok. Prolly won’t stay here again.

Room was very clean, spacious for a king and “new”. There was some renovation going on elsewhere but not too noticeable. I would recommend and I will visit again soon.

One more thing, it’s in a rather heavily traffic area. But a lot of bigger hotels are. My final word. This hotel is special! Treat yourself.

The propery is under renovation (sep2023) gym is not available. However the renovated room was nice. Beds comfortable, room clean. But the bathroom.... the water pressure from the new fancy shower wand was amazing!!!

The hotel is under construction so we couldn't use the pool, restaurant or the gym. I would have loved those amenities. The room was nice and overall the hotel was quiet considering it was Labor Day weekend.

TV was very intermittent! They blamed on workers on roof, blocking DISH. We called and basic were trying to get them to stop working around DISH and was told they would stop no later than 8pm but was 8:45-9:00. The work started around 6am removing huge trash containers with large, loud trucks. Would not stay there or any other Sheraton property!

the room was extremely cleaned which is a major plus the bed was comfortable and the linen was fresh and well put together i was quite impressed and please loved the liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner this was very nice i wish i could stay thete longer. The staff was pleasant and helpful the only thing i did not like the bar was not open overall extremely satisfied customer i would definitelystay at Four Point again. thank you

The hotel was wonderful. Great and friendly customer service. I was at a conference close by so very convenient. They are under some construction now but everything was well maintained considering and no noise from 5pm to 8am.

Perfect distance from downtown. Much more affordable and the Uber ride to and from downtown is easy.

Our vehicle was 1 of 10 that was broken into. There was no night security or good lighting. The staff barely spoke English and our room was not clean.
