Stayed at this hotel a few times and will stay again. Good location, with very good breakfast each day. Price is always good and great value for your money. Recommend if you are going to be in Nashville or Brentwood area.

Friendly staff, clean and updated facility and decent breakfast. Close easy access to the highway. A little too close to them highway. Our room was pretty close to the adjacent highway; I heard the trucks whizzing by all night.

My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!

yes I was online looked three times and even went to Priceline and they said over booked no reservations. so I booked somewhere else and they won't honor this Is the second time with booking.com the other was in Boulder and they wouldn't work with me.. the hotel said don't work with these guys they are shady. Book with the hotel..I will never work with Booking.com again they are scammers

We had a neighbor keeping us awake throughout the night and the hotel staff was extremely rude when we complained about the religious ranting we went through for over ten hours. Apparently we were the problem because the neighbor was a preacher giving teleconsulting and known for the hotel staff. We did not sleep at all and ended up calling the police at 5 am when the ranting got really loud, only to learn that the manager had told the officer that there is no reason to disturb a man of religion. This was again, a Holiday Inn, not a church, I thought. The clerk we first complained to at 3am ended up informing the preacher our room number with the complaint so he could rant a little more in the corridor and inform that we are godless. I’ve got no words.

I wish they would addd roasted potatoes to the breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

This Holiday Inn is the best IHG hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in some where the price was 3 times as much as this one. I love everything about it. The room is comfortable and spotless with all the amenities. Their breakfast is a full hot breakfast where you can even eat pancakes! The staff is very friendly and if you are an IHG member but booked through Cheap Tickets like I did because I needed to purchase the extra insurance in case of late cancellation this hotel actually credited me with IHG points. It is convenient for whatever you are going to Nashville for. It even has a bench out front!! One heads up. I am short so I always have to remember to bring a collapsible step stool because the beds are high but so comfortable. You will not be sorry booking this Holiday Inn express.

At this property, first-floor (100) level rooms are technically "downstairs". They have a basement feel, including the smell, sort of a musty-smell. I assume requesting an above ground level would help. Otherwise, hotel seemed clean and breakfast was great. A lot of options and continually restocked.

To the Corporate office - Why would you build a hotel right next to 2 train tracks? The trains were very loud and kept us up. I feel bad for the manager who was very nice but whose hands are tied to mitigate the noise. Also note that it is built on a hill and the first floor feels like a basement.

The room was relatively clean. The person working the front desk when we got there was not cordial or helpful. She acted as if we were a nuisance. We booked a king-size bedroom, and when we arrived, they put us in a queen-size room. The hallway where we stayed reeked of marijuana. I told the front desk worker that the room next to us was smoking marijuana, and the smell was unbearable, but she did nothing. We go to Nashville for work twice per year. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn in the past, but after this experience, we will NEVER stay there again. Horrible, horrible customer treatment.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the comforter as well. Breakfast is sub-par at best! Scrambled eggs should be a DAILY thing not those nasty overcooked omelettes. Hotel was clean and staff were very nice.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and kept neat and presentable. It was tricky making the awkwardly angled turn onto the property in the dark, but that isn’t something you can change. However, at check in, the front desk clerk had been called away to one of the rooms, so I literally stood there waiting without any idea where she was for more than 5 minutes. That isn’t her fault, but perhaps you should staff more than one clerk in the evening.

Our room faced the tracks; trains were audible at night. Light sleepers should request the opposite side. The hotel should improve window seals, add sound-dampening drapes, or provide white-noise machines. Breakfast: fabric seats are heavily soiled. Replace with wipeable chairs/benches and expand fruit beyond bananas and oranges (apples, berries, seasonal choices). Sustainability: the volume of disposables at breakfast creates waste and costs. Reusable plates/cups/flatware would cut trash and, after a modest buy-in, lower annual spend through warewashing and reduced reordering. Housekeeping fell short. The carpet felt sticky (hard flooring like LVT would be more hygienic), and one sheet was torn. It’s inconsistent to promote “germ killer” in the lobby while guest-room carpets feel unclean. Bottom line: warm staff and convenient location, but targeted fixes—noise mitigation, cleaner/replaceable breakfast seating, broader fruit options, reusable serviceware, hard floors, and stricter linen QC—would quickly elevate the stay.

I don't think that the local health department would consider this unit habitable. I would have asked for another room, but since my friend and I had adjoining rooms, I didn't think that replacement rooms would be available or worth the inconvenience, since we were leaving the next morning, and I would not be using the shower/tub again. An explanation would be appreciated, as well as a partial refund for my room charge.

The front desk staff was accommodating; however the toilet never worked during our 2 day stay and they couldn't get anyone to fix it. We ended up using the public restrooms on the floor below us. The refrigerator froze all of our items and we had to dispose of things, the laminate floors were uneven in the living room and posed a trip hazard, the sink stopped up and the hot water took forever to get to the faucet. The maintenance of this property needs attention. We were double charged for our room in error and had to call them to get it straightened out. The girl who answered the phone when we called to get billing fixed tried to be helpful but seemed to be clueless. She also said she could not send us an itemized bill or receipt. All in all, we will not be staying here again when we visit Nashville.

We didn’t notice it until late in the evening so we didn’t request to change rooms. We told the staff so hopefully they discarded that mattress. I liked the location, cleanliness, the staff. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken and you could hear the people in room beside, the floor on top and in the hallway.

Cost Something was not right about the sheets on the beds. They were sticky as though they were not laundered properly. We had several members in our party who stayed also at your hotel and had the same experience with the sheets.

Did NOT like the train that blew its horn going by or how hard it was to get in and out on the busy road at the lights. DID like clean, nice staff, comfortable beds.

My only thought was even turned all the way up it didn't seem like the water was getting very hot.

I travel to nashville about 5 days per month on business and I stay at this location most trips , and the stay is always great !

This was by far one of my most unpleasant experiences with Holiday Inn, even though I’m a frequent customer and my husband is a Diamond/Elite member. I was placed in Room 105 on the first floor, which felt more like a basement. There was no privacy if I opened the window screen, but the room stayed dark if I kept it closed. Cleanliness was not up to standard — I found two hairs beside the microwave and had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom. The toilet had no aspirator or ventilation, which made it uncomfortable. Room 105 also faced an employee area, and I started hearing noise as early as 6:00–6:30 AM on the weekend. On top of that, other guests were frequently slamming their doors in the morning, making it hard to rest. It might be worth addressing the door noise somehow. The one redeeming part of the stay was that breakfast was fine and as expected and the area around the hotel is beautiful.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. As a senior citizen, I appreciated the higher toilets, plus the adherence to a quiet period from 10 pm to 6 am. The one negative was having to get a coffee pot from the front desk. That was a tad inconvenient.

We needed a stopover hotel. This hotel was very close to the freeway exit. It is well maintained and has a decent amount of breakfast choices. It was relatively quiet, but they had a note up in the room that if you are a light sleeper you could get ear plugs at the desk. What a nice touch! We will certainly stay here again when passing through the area

The Hotel its self is nice and clean. However, the beds were hard and not comfortable. Also, there’s a train right behind the hotel and it ran several times both nights we were there so we didn’t get much sleep either night.

There was a buffet breakfast just as you would find at all the other hotels. The food was dried out like it had been sitting since the previous day. Coffee was watered down.

Back door was kept propped up which meant anyone could come in at any time. I even closed said door at one point because that is unsafe and someone had it opened right back up by the time I went back out of my room. Road noise is rough as well as lots of yelling and slamming of doors at all hours. Staff was average, nothing exceptional nothing terrible. Would choose a different hotel next time.

The outlets were not sturdy enough to hold my charger or my hair dryer. There was no pool. We checked in but apparently not properly so we got called at 2:45AM to see if we still needed the room with only a slight apology. Everyone woke up and that made for a long night. There’s a train right by our bedroom window that runs throughout the night so it was noisy.

Clean and friendly. The room was warm and didn't have a blow dryer and the stopper in the sink was stuck but they were able to pry it open. The breakfast was great and there was a big selection of items.

The first level is actually lower that the ground level, is moldy and no matter how much the staff clean the place the smell of mold is overwhelming, the owners of this place should tear it down and build it from the ground, and then the super staff that put so much labor cleaning this place will be actually cleaning a good place no a dump

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent value. The only dissatisfying aspect of our stay was that the breakfast buffet was nowhere near what is depicted in your commercials. No bacon, no scrambled eggs, no fresh cut (or even ripe) fruit. The pancake machine was awesome, however!
