Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood

Our favorite part was how many local restaurants were nearby. There was a really wonderful deli just feet from the back entrance, and many other restaurants within a few minutes walk or drive. There are lots of other shopping options for anything you might need to pick up, as well. Our only complaints were that the beds were a little too firm, the walls were thin and we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms, and it's kind of silly to charge for parking when it's pretty abundant. It was only $10 a day, so whatever, but just feels kind of petty.

Biggest complaint was finding the place, GPS goofed us up a little bit but once we got there we were happy with everything, especially overall cleanliness.

A few excellent restaurants are a very short walk, just behind the hotel.

Great location - within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had 3 rooms and all 3 were clean. Make to order breakfast fast and convenient. Front desk, bar, and housekeeping staff all friendly and accomodated all requests. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Lovely room. The only problem was the air conditioner was extremely loud. Maintenance tried to fix it and it was better.

The proximity of this location to conveniences is outstanding. The staff are always incredibly friendly and the properties always beautiful and clean. The lobby bar is great for unwinding at the end of a busy day.

Room was clean - the good news is our room had been recently renovated - the bad news is that there are worker guys swarming over our entire floor of the hotel - renovating rooms, painting the hallways, etc. Lots of extra noise and had to steer around them and their stuff to get through the hallways. This property now charges you for parking too - which is ridiculous - office complex parking lots all around the hotel - where we always parked for free, and a public street out front, where we parked every time on our recent visit - those spaces have always been there, and the parking was free - so how can the Hilton Garden Brentwood charge for parking on a public street? Total B.S.! This hotel is conveniently located, and is in a quiet area - with some restaurants within easy walking distance, which is why we usually stay there.

We had an overall great stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, the staff kept the rooms very tidy. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast any of my group had ever had! The omelets were cheap and yummy! The only complaint is the freezing cold outdoor pool and no hot tub, but I would still stay here again no questions asked.

My first time staying here and absolutely loved it. The daily text checkin just ensure I was comfortable, enjoying my staying even asked if i needed anything. Clean Rooms, Very Friendly Staff!!!

Hotel and room were clean..and the staff was friendly. The location was great for time in downtown Nashville and Franklin during our stay. Currently they are working on remodeling on the upper floor. It did not impact our stay…the work is done during the day.

They have been accommodating my early check ins in every single one of them and that’s why I come back to this location. I’m aware is not guaranteed, but again this is Nashville, not Manhattan (where I also live). The new manager didn’t respond my questions, refused my early check in first attempt that I was OK with, came back at 11 am and tried again, said no again; tried again sitting in front of her; had an attitude with her ‘BRB sign’ she made sure I heard when she left reception. Your team knows me at this point, I come to this hotel all the time, never had problems with the other girl with the beautiful nails front desk. Once she was so sweet saying ‘I can’t check in anyone before 9-10’ which was totally understandable. I will give this hotel one last shot. I was ready to cancel my booking which she also said it was impossible; when I was already at the hotel in person, because of the attitude. I have no problems with her, even after days it happened, but Im a hostess as well who sets the tone for the stay, and this was the only time in years I had an issue. I was ready to book the other hotel next door because of this. I ended up checking in almost noon. Most of the time I don’t even spend the night. I was ok with any room, ‘upgrade or downgrade’ I said, I could care less, ‘NO rooms available’ ‘-Technically check ins are 3 pm…’ - I’m only at this location because of early check ins and the staff know me and I stayed MANY TIMES, check again. I am not a Hilton member and I don’t care about the status because I don’t need it. What I know is that I have been a client for years and build a relationship with THIS location. I apologized to her, she didn’t to me. She is new and said ‘never seen me there’ - quote. I also didn’t ask her name.

Very nice property. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Only "complaint" would be to mention how vad the air smelled in the elevators. Beyond musty. Other than that, 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

The Bed was very uncomfortable ?. Neither of us got any sleep. That is why we checked out at 5:30 am.

The hotel is in a safe area. But the inside truly needs to be renovated. There were unpleasurant smells in the hallway and my room. The smell was particularly strong in elevators.

Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft, limited TV channels provided. Suprised that this location is starting to harge $10 a night for parking...we parked in the public street free spaces in front of the hotel...how can they charge for that?! Ridiculous! The rest of the parking is combined hotel, businesses and retail...how can they charge for those either!? Nothing but a money grab by Hilton! Other than the above, safe area, quiet at night, retail is conveniently close, but not right on top of the hotel...

We regularly visit family in Brentwood and are looking for good places to stay nearby. When we visited a local restaurant in a very nice dining/shopping area, we noticed this property. After seeing the many positive reviews, we decided to stay. Glad we did! Beautiful property. Very well managed. 10 out of 10 rating. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was outstanding (we purchased add-on breakfast with room). Great location. Great management. You won’t be disappointed with anything.

We spent 7 wonderful days and nights , the staff is friendly , the food is really good ! Many secret gems around that you would not expect !!

The staff are always so nice. This is always our go to and it was easy to book an additional room for our out of town family. The garden grille breakfast buffet is wonderful and provides many different choices to accommodate all food preferences. The hotel is always quiet and the rooms are spacious. We look forward to our next visit.

Great location. Walk to shops and restaurants. Nice outdoor areas. One small disappointment was that the bar wasn’t open Saturday afternoon, but the front desk has a decent selection of beer and can cocktails. A house keeping staffer got ice for me from the kitchen. We had a nice time at the pool.

We were traveling for our move from FL to MI with our cat and this hotel is pet friendly. They were very kind and considerate of our pets needs. We were all comfortable and loved our stay.

We have stayed here twice. Wonderful location outside of Nashville in the Brentwood area. Small area behind hotel with restaurants and shops. Part of hotel is a original plantation home turned civil war hospital. So fun history behind it.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn multiple times, but our last stay was the first time that we got the bed and breakfast option. The made to order breakfast was excellent!! We will book this option again.

Clean and fresh. The service was great and the location was very secure, quiet and nice. Just a 10 minutes drive to the broadway area for a lot of fun and entertainment.
