    The suite was extremely clean, it was like we had our own apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was enormous. The girl working the desk when we checked in was not very informative.     I liked the lobby. I also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. The room smelled like mold, was dirty, makeup stained lamp shades. Hot tub was full of kids and even all night in the pool. Would suggest adults hours after 9 or 10. The spa was the reason i chose this hotel over others.

    The restaurants. The area. Comfortable clean room. It’s not walkable. There’s nothing close to walk to not even Starbucks. The pool area is nothing to admire. Very basic, very boring it could easily be converted into indoor/ outdoor pool. The space is there. But who am I. Lol. The parking is trash because of that I don't think there should be a $12 parking fee and it wasn’t the last time I stayed there (Less than 6 months ago). Classless money grab. They don’t have valet or security so what am I paying for.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed.     It is a beautiful hotel and the gym area was amazing We had plenty of lotion but no condition and only enough shampoo for us each to use one time which luckily I brought extra just incase and this might just be what it is but there werent any trash bags in the trash cans so i was worried about throwing certain things away but still a great place to stay

    Very convenient location, renovated and clean, staff very professional, accommodating and helpful. We just stayed 2x in one week while traveling to and from Florida. My only complaints would be $4 for a nespresso pod in the lobby? Cmon now! Let’s provide some free coffee for our guests included! Also, not thrilled about the $12 overnight parking fee… when did this become an added charge for a suburban hotel where the parking lot is part of the hotel fee?

    I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early. What I do have an issue with is the young ladies attitude and how she conducted my check in process. Not only was she rude she didn’t give me the correct room #. There was a nice African American lady that helped me with obtaining the correct room number and what to do if I couldn’t unlock my room. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not know if I will return to this particular hotel.

    The hotel staff was very kind, from the front desk, to the restaurant and the executive room for breakfast. Chris in the executive room was very sweet. Also our waiter at the restaurant Friday evening went the extra mile to serve us well. The room was cleaned every day and very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again.

    Location was excellent. Gym was adequate but I didn't make time to work out. Pool renovation Didn't eat at restaurant. On checkin, I didn't have bath towels so I feel like housekeeping is not through. Also wiped down bar area myself and tons of dust was on the wipe. I will continue to do this cleaning every hotel stay no matter the brand.

    It was not the room I wanted. Requested a queen sized bed but it was a double twin. The meal that Jackie ordered was the pork chop. It was under cooked so the waitress took it back and brought another one out and it was also under cooked. Since it was late and we did not have time to wait for another meal, she did not have anything that night. When I booked the room, I was given the impression we were to receive a free breakfast but were informed at checkout that we were not eligible for the complimentary breakfast without any explanation as to what the qualifications were. We did have to tell the clerk at the registration desk at check-in that we had signed in for the rewards program previously.

    The only downside is I can't believe humans like to be imprisoned in their bed. lol To get the sheets, bedcover, etc. "untucked" so that you can climb into the bed was such a chore. I stay here on all my visits to Nashville. Never had anything but a great experience there.

    Also, after taking a shower we founded out the hair dryer wasn’t working properly, it was only throwing cold air. Overall, we had a bad experience when we had high expectation for a place that don’t offer complementary breakfast and charge you overnight parking.     I reserved a king room. I don’t know if it is true but was told the bed was a standard king. I have a standard king bed at home and the one in the hotel was definitely not the same size. The heat did not work right, we had to put it on 80 just to make it turn on a little and when it did, there was a burning smell. However, I’m not sure if the smell was the heater or the light in the bathroom that popped every time I turned it on. And the worst part was the vent in the bathroom. It was so disgusting and filled with dirt and who knows what else. It’s kind of gross thinking I was breathing that in. The people were nice but overall the room was not unfortunately. I definitely think I will not be staying in a Hilton anytime soon.

    Lobby area very pretty. The suite was very clean but a little updating needed, i.e. small thread rip on couch, bathroom ceiling corners need repainting or touched up, fridgerator needs defrosted due to ice build up, lamp electric outlets were chipped and rusted. Having 2 beds was great but would've been better if they were queen sized. But very minor problems. Overall stay was very pleasant.

    There was apparently an event the night I stayed and the whole drive through was filled with six police cars and a constant stream of drunk dressed up people in the lobby. Not quiet, but my room was really nice.

    We stayed in 314 and arrived around 430. We had to call maintenance by 530 because it was blowing 80°. He was up within 5 minutes and shut off something that wouldnt let the heat run which forced the ac to work, that helped but it never was cold it was just tolerable. One of the guests was still so hot they couldnt sleep with the blanket at all and the bathroom counter wasnt wiped off. Still the best hotel ive been to.

    We were only there for about 6 hours, as we had an early flight and got in at night. The rooms were very clean, as well as the hotel property. We definitely want to stay there again to get the full experience to enjoy all the amenities.

    So everything was fine even tho I was coming in from michigan and they had no early check in. Whatever I understand no problem. Fast forward its 11pm and im in room 306. I can hear the neighbors having a full conversation. I see theres a review stating that as well as I get on here mad that I can hear the neighbors full conversation. The GM responded and said they will get the issue resolved on the older review and CLEARLY nothing has been done. Do better hilton. Wont stay here again.

    In room safe did not work. Sheets wet like sandpaper. Only two towels provided. Lamp plugs on desk lamp did not allow voltage adapter plug in. Free WiFi was so slow it was worthless. Parking was difficult. Inadequate number of carts for guests.

    The staff at this hotel truly made my stay unforgettable.     Great room, great property, helpful staff. The only suggestion is that they should clearly state somewhere that they do not automatically clean the rooms every day unless requested. That was not mentioned at the front desk or written in the key packet or posted in the room anywhere that we saw. It was a surprise when we came back late and found that the room was unmade. -

    Wonderful stay outside of Nashville. It was 20 minutes from Nashville and such a nice stay. It is close to grocery shopping access and more. The hotel was clean and had great parking for a minimal charge. Would definitely recommend.

    My stay was for one night and was fine. However upon waking up and going down for coffee i discovered that several cars had their windows busted out in the hotel parking lot. The Brentwood police were on scene. I walked around the parking area and counted at least six vehicles that had windows broken. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never had any issue. It's in a nice area however close to I-65. The hotel employee that was sweeping up glass said this had happened before and felt it was due to proximity of interstate. I was grateful my car was not damaged but felt so sorry for all the victims. Unfortunately this will probably make me think twice about staying here again.
