Very clean, comfortable stay! Breakfast was delicious and fresh.
- 5/5
The clerk at check in was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was really good. The breakfast area was very clean. Everything was hot and fresh.
- 5/5
Breakfasts was basic. No bananas. Food was just warm
- 5/5
Comfy bed they didn’t have the room I needed and they helped accommodate me with no extra cost.
- 5/5
Excellent facility and rooms
- 5/5
Large spacious rooms
- 4/5
The breakfast was adequate, but not special. No juice was available.
- 2/5
That the hotel was under some construction and the room that I was in did not have a microwave or coffee maker. If I had known they were under construction on the website I would have made other arrangements but I like staying at the hampton when I travel but it did not let me know it was under construction until I was there and already made the reservation
- 3/5
The site was being renovated so breakfast lobby was closed, but the check in lobby had muffins, coffee danish and grain bar. First room we had the ac did not work so got moved to another room. The ac worked but tv channels were off air and were told that room did that sometimes. We were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Finally on the third day we were refunded $50.00 off the total bill. That was nice but we spent 4 days and three nights with no tv. Wendy's was next door.
- 0.5/5
The office staff was very rude . We didn’t get the room we paid for .
- 2/5
Under construction,,,lots of noise, Pool was green and the breakfast was muffins and old fruit. Staff was not very friendly and the rooms were lacking supplies. Will not stay there again. I would like some compensation for the pool and breakfast that were not what we expected. It was 80* degrees and we wanted to swim ,
- 1/5
No hot water for shower and staff could care less about it.
- 4/5
They are under renovations which was not noted anywhere and even at check in it was not advised that there would be NO breakfast options in the morning. I booked this hotel due to the full breakfast available. :(
- 0.5/5
Good location off of highway No breakfast!! Online it said there was breakfast!! Everyone was disappointed!! Very tight room!! Two people can’t pass one another in front of beds! No room for bathroom necessities! So tight everywhere in room!! Ceiling had big crack, gap in it!!
- 1/5
No coffee in room, no breakfast available, no coffee available. Person at desk didn’t understand that some people need coffee in the morning! (I have Parkinson’s). Certainly not up to Hilton standards
- 1/5
First flr under renovation. No ice maker on floor. No microwave, no coffee maker, no ironing board, no garbage can. Desk clerk gave me a 5 gallon bucket to use. Sparse food at buffet.
- 3/5
Also loud clientele fighting throughout the night.
- 4/5
Still working on renovation , no microwave
- 4/5
Under construction. Wish you knew these things before you arrive. Weather was beautiful and we’re gonna take a dip in the pool to relax only to find it full of construction debris. Whole 1st floor was in disarray. Assuming our room had been finished already but had a very weird layout. Not much room to maneuver. Picked this place over many others and sadly disappointed. Hope it all comes together.
- 2/5
Entire first floor is closed due to construction . I was on 3rd floor and smelled of cooking food the entire time. Maybe it will be better when renovations done, but advise to avoid for now
- 2/5
Under construction
- 2/5
Location Parking and remolding
- 1/5
Horrible. Completely under construction. How is Hotels.com not aware of this! Worst stay ever.
- 2/5
Had to go to the basement area for breakfast and had to ask for this info. Running water was “brown”, could not drink it . We have mostly always chosen Hampton when traveling, mostly good experiences. This stay was terrible, noisy, dirty and lacking good customer service. We should have been told up front the hotel was under renovation.
- 2/5
Has to switch rooms because AC was out from a studio to a standard. Staff was quick to respond though.
- 5/5
They were in the middle of renovation so the first floor was a mess. The room was very nice.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing!
- 5/5
We loved the room especially the comfortable beds! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning! We like to stay here when we visit Nashville!
- 0.5/5
It was closed no lights we didn’t get a room us getting the room we booked!
- 3/5

- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
The staff was great. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was decent.
- 1/5
The hotel was shut down due to the ice storm that cut power, yet they charged me for the night anyway.
- 0.5/5
the fact that I was allowed to book a room, while the hotel had no power days before I booked
- 5/5
Room very clean, comfy beds, friendly staff!
- 1/5
The hotel was closed do to power outage I have called Expedia multiple times for multiple days You charged me for a three night stay, the hotel was closed
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the breakfast. The hot food was cold and the biscuits were hard.
- 3/5
Maintenance came to my room and was drilling etc door could smell toilets
- 2.5/5
The hotel needs updating. The breakfast was very subpar.
- 2.5/5
Pet friendly Too expensive for the stay and the parking lot was a mess.
- 2/5
Dirty Dirty elevator hallways. Kind of run down
- 5/5
I always love to stay here. Everyone is so nice I stay here often nothing I don’t like
- 4/5
Easy parking. Convenient location.
- 5/5
Great staff. Great breakfast.
- 2.5/5
Location was good and breakfast was ok. Hotel should have been renovated 5 years ago. Old, outdated and not very clean. They gave us a room in what is basically the basement. The construction workers kept setting the rear door open which made everything very cold and was a security issue. Staff at the desk was less than enthusiastic. We will be traveling to Nashville 2 more times in December and will be looking elsewhere for accommodations.
- 1/5
Wouldnt stay here again. It was rated a 4 star. NOT!
- 5/5
Check in was very easy and the room is very clean
- 5/5
Nice folks. Clean quiet room.
- 3/5
This hotel is very out dated and had a horrible smell.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Polite, courteous employees.
- 4/5
Great value
- 2/5
The high Expedia rating did not match up to the property conditions.
- 1.5/5
Not well kept: paint chips, stained carpet, red stains on multiple doors.
- 1/5
Room was fine
- 3/5
It's just an old hotel. Needs updating. Staff was nice!!

- 5/5
Staff was super nice upon arrival and the rooms were clean with comfy beds.
- 1/5
Close to interstate The hotel staff was not very friendly at all they never told us about breakfast and the hours or where it was located when we arrived. We were in the 4th floor and it was miserably hot the hall was very hot and the rooms were miserable. We had the air run down to 61 and it was still about 85 degrees in the room we had to go buy fans to try to make it cooler which did not help any at all. We saw the thermostat in the hall upstairs and they had it set on 60 but it was registering 80 degrees in the hallway. They never one time asked how our stay was or if there was anything we needed. The was visible signs of water damage in the walls in the rooms and hallway and there was a very foul smell in the halls and the room the smelled like a dirty locker room. We were there for a work event. I have stayed at many Hiltons that is why I booked a room there, and I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied staying at one. Definitely not worth the price for the 2 nights I stayed and paid good money for.
- 4/5
Room was clean, but the facility is dated. Linens and towels were clean, and plenty of hot water.
- 3/5
I had to get maintenance to fix the toilet twice. The toilet had very low flush pressure.
- 2.5/5
The room carpet was humid and smelly The desk front carpet is horrible, better whitout In general dirty Breakfast is poor, I would like to know which animal made the eggs for the rounded scrambled eggs..,
- 4/5
Clean hotel but needs upgrades especially breakfast area
- 3/5
Hotel inside is old and musty smelling and does not appear to have been updated. Carpet in entryway was coming loose, dirty and rippled… does not look well-maintained.
- 5/5
Good breakfast. None
- 1/5
The ceiling had multiple water damage spots - large spots! Only one elevator worked, the pool was green. The furniture was leather that should have been replaced years ago. Frayed/ripped carpet.
- 3/5
I never had a remote for the television, they offered to switch rooms, but that was too much of a complication as well so that would not have worked.
- 1/5
We called a day ahead and were told pool open - water was soooo discolored and cloudy no one wwwnt in
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Room comfortable Great parking Staff welcoming
- 4/5
The staff was accommodating.
- 2/5
Hotel does not meet standards for a Hampton Inn. When you walk in the front desk and lobby are very aged and do not look clean. There is no air conditioning in the hallways and you can smell must and mold. I have a severe mold allergy and heart condition we stayed one night but I noticed my breathing was suffering. The breakfast was horrible: food cater only to a Muslim diet - no bacon - no pork sausage : eggs were cold : coffee was burnt - after adding cream it was gray and tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- 2/5
We were looking forward to going in the pool and it was closed for maintenance. One of the elevators was not working and the hotel and rooms were old and dingy. And Expedia said it was 8.8 excellent. I absolutely disagree.
- 3/5
Unwalkable area with what seemed like a public pool. Crossing the street was a game of frogger.
- 2/5
Need to update rooms and clean ! Rug filthy, dogs barking, kids screaming, lobby staff focused on his phone, bathroom falling apart.
- 3/5
.
- 1/5
Even though I had a reservation and got it more than a month ago, they did not have a room available. We had to find another hotel on our own at 11:00 pm.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was great
- 3/5
Everything was pleasant and clean. However, payment was taken from Orbitz and the hotel. So I was charged twice. I have talked to the hotel and they say that one charge will be credited back but it has been 6 days. I will follow up one more time before disputing the double charge with my financial institution. I will update if this gets taken care of, as the hotel and staff seemed to meet all my expectations for a clean and comfotabale stay.
- 3/5
Old style hotel
- 2/5
Old tun down property, staff not friendly. Moved my entire team.
- 4/5
Hampton Inn is a reliable place to stay. Our room could have used a little work. The shower dripped. The handle on the shower door came off. The underneath of the soap shelf in the shower could use a good cleaning. The rest of the room was very clean.
- 5/5
Generally successful family stay. The Wifi worked. Breakfast had a good variety (waffles, eggs (kind varied by day), hot potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, juice, etc). The pool was outdoors, which wasn't great (my kids freaked out because there was a bug in the water), but it was well maintained and in a shady spot. Parking was easy to find.
- 3/5
Just okay to stay
- 1/5
There was nothing to like. Room very old. Internet didn't work. I have told about this to the reception but nobody fix it. As for breakfast, I can tell you that it was the poorest breakfast I have ever seen in any hotel. I would like to mention that I stay 6-7 days a month in hotels and I can make a comparison between prices and service. Reviews at this hotel are over rated and after what I saw in the hotel I think they are fake. In my opinion, this hotel should cost a maximum of $70 per night.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly.
- 5/5
It was convenient for our 1 night stay on our way south. As always these are usually great places to stay.
- 2/5
Very run down dingy hampton inn
- 3/5
Service and Location were good ..
- 2/5
This hotel needs updating. The paint on the back of the bathroom door was peeling, the ceiling in a corner of the shower was broken through, the ironing board was broken, and the ironing pad, dirty, and the toilet was stained. We also did not get housekeeping as stated.
- 5/5
This was by far the best room and stay we had over our 2 weeks os travel.
- 4/5
Check in was very easy and staff was pleasant, room was clean but old, breakfast had decent selection and everything was in stock. I would recommend for the money.
- 5/5
Very pleasant experience
- 5/5
Nice hotel and staff
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Dirty and dingy
- 4/5
Some mold in shower and carpet dated. Reception professional and courteous. Some cleaners did not understand English, had to call front desk.
- 1/5
Our car along with 15 others were broken into last night. Recommend staying elsewhere!
- 1/5
We reserved a king size bed with a sofa pull out sleeper on Expedia. We checked in at the hotel with no problems, but when we got to the room, there was no sofa pull out sleeper. Oscar never told us that he issued us just a king size room with no sleeper. So we had to return to the front desk with our luggage, only to find out the hotel was overbooked and our reservation could not be fulfilled with a sofa pull out sleeper. However magically a room was available, but it must be the absolute last worst room at the hotel because it smelled terrible due to air fresheners, it must have been the smokers room, room 111 across from the elevator. The light in the bathroom blinked nonstop. We stayed there 2 nights and we could not get a different room. The breakfast was very poor in comparison to other Hampton Inn’s. The entire stay was not enjoyable. We were told the property is under new ownership, but that’s not an excuse for being the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed at.
- 3/5
Great location outside of Nashville traffic. Pricing was good for what the stay was. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Room was musty when I arrived. Breakfast was limited.
- 5/5
Good Hilton property
- 1/5
My experience at the Brentwood Hampton Inn was significantly marred by a series of unfortunate events. Due to a flight cancellation, I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to inform them of my delayed arrival. I tried calling the hotel directly, emailed, and even reached out to Expedia immediately after my flight was canceled, but faced complete communication blackout. Upon arrival, I discovered their phone system had been down for two days, which explained the lack of contact, but did not excuse the cancellation of my reservation and the "no-show" charge. The front desk staff, while polite, were unable to resolve the issue, and I was forced to pay a premium for a new room. The lobby was filled with other frustrated guests dealing with reservation problems. Adding to the frustration, my room lacked curtains, making it difficult to sleep. After finally getting to my room, I spent an additional hour on live chat with Expedia to secure a refund for the canceled nights. While I believe this was likely an outlier situation, the combination of communication failures, reservation mishaps, and the room issue made for an undeniably unpleasant stay.
- 4/5
Convenient, right off I-65, no need to hunt around or drive miles out of our way
- 1/5
It was nasty and disgusting. We did not stay there.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Clean with friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Train.
- 5/5
Service was excellent, clean but could use some updates. We would stay there again. The breakfast was outstanding.
- 4/5
It was a pleasant stay. Courteous staff. Good breakfast to start the day.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. The guy in breakfast area was also very good at keeping area clean and stocked up. We would stay here on our next trip.
- 4/5
Convenient to I-65 for events in both Franklin and Nashville
- 5/5
Great location. Staff is topnotch!
- 5/5
It was fine.
- 5/5
Me gustó todo en general.. solo no había microondas
- 4/5
Our one night stay was good, but found this location to be a bit older vintage. The internet access info was not provided and that took several efforts via the house phone to get established successfully. We enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo restaurant in the adjacent shopping center.
- 4/5
Great place, easy location to find. Air conditioner was a bit load when running, over all great stay!
- 1/5
I paid for and reserved a king room and wanted a King room only but was given to queens and the room was exceptionally dated, no fan in the bathroom, really cramped and old. The room was right across from the elevator and next to the icemaker it couldn’t have been a worse room if they tried.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Staff was very friendly during check in.
- 4/5
There is a train that runs next to the property its muffled but a little noisy. Property is clean but older, beds are not the most comfortable. Staff gave exceptional service. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Not having another entrance/exit door besides the main front door did make handicapped people have to walk a ways to rooms not by elevator.
- 3/5
Nothing really special about the property. The room felt old and in need for updates.
- 5/5
The check is staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The 2nd shift was exactly the opposite.
- 4/5
Railroad in area, if you are light sleeper ask for room on the other side of the building.
- 5/5
Surprisingly quiet, even though next to the elevator and in view of I-65. Staff was very efficient and kind
- 5/5
The staff are friendly and professional. Good, safe neighborhood. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff very nice.
- 5/5
Good stay. As expected. Had everything I needed. Easy to find. Ample parking.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Dated property but vlean
- 4/5
The air conditioner had some issues and the breakfast a little light. But overall, a good hotel.
- 5/5
Great place!!!
- 5/5
Place is nice. Kids loved the pool
- 3/5
Other than that our stay was good. Very convenient location, clean room, nice outdoor pool area,
- 5/5
Anything
- 5/5
I was only there one night. Very clean. Easy to get in and out of. Pet friendly.
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable room. We really enjoyed the breakfast. They changed it each day.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Convenient location but could use some updating! Not up to normal Hampton standards
- 4/5
Person who handled checking was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
I understand the linens aren’t changed daily but no one came to make the bed, empty the trash or replace the towels. I would have reported it when I left but no one was at the front desk at 7:30am. The breakfast was nothing but carbs: cereal, bagels, waffles.
- 4/5
Room was little tight. It could use some updates. Very safe area close to the I65.
- 2/5
Average hotel. Nothing stood out, and we got a good deal. We were very disappointed that the hot water was not working (or it takes more than 10 minutes to warm up??) and the A/C unit in our room would not let us change the settings (not sure if this was a room flaw or a community standard).
- 5/5
Very pleased with check in & room
- 2/5
Definitely very run down. Trash outside was completely overflowing as well as the cigarette outpost. Hamptons website states this is a pet friendly hotel but upon arrival I was informed it was a $75 non refundable fee for my dog which was unexpected. The rooms are dingy and bedding stained. The shower head could not be adjusted to my tall height, when I attempted to adjust it water started spraying all over out of the back of it. I have 2 more Hampton Rooms reserved at 2 other locations in the next 7 days and now I am concerned.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, easy check in!
- 3/5
Great staff and functioning hotel that may need some repairs and updating soon. Only 1 working elevator caused some long waits at times.
- 5/5
Just one night stay during a road trip. The toilet wasn’t working, but my husband was able to fix it. He told the front desk that it needed some work and they offered to give us a different room. Very helpful and accommodating.
- 4/5
Most things were good, one of the two elevators was out of service our entire 4-day stay.
- 3/5
The room was very dated and small. Front desk was pretty friendly. Had a very good breakfast selection. It was easy to find while traveling through. Good point was it was clean and quiet
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
The hotel is excellent.
- 4/5
Lol. Stay was okay
- 5/5
Nice property, well located. Need a car, but if you have one, the location is easy to get into and out of.
- 5/5
Clean, good service, breakfast options were fresh, coffee was great:)
- 3/5
Room was clean. Friendly staff. Hotel is showing its age…bit “tired” looking. Needs some updating.
- 5/5
The assistant manger checked us in he was very courteous and professional. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable will be back.
- 4/5
Everything was satisfactory except that the location which is not convenient for activities such as shopping or dining.
- 5/5
Great room and courteous employees
- 5/5
The location of the Hampton Inn was perfect for my visit to Nashville and the grandkids. I loved the breakfast included in the stay at the hotel.
- 4/5
The building needs a renovation.
- 3/5
The walls are THIN! Our neighbors came in late and we could hear them talking and laughing. We could even hear one of them coughing in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the room was nicely appointed and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was well laid-out and comfortable. The breakfast had many healthy options. I love that their pool was still open in mid-September! The desk clerk was also very helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was well in order with the property with friendly and efficient service. My one complaint was there were no USB plugs to charge devices in the rooms.
- 5/5
The property seems very dated
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good with plenty of options
