The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.

It was clean and the shower was excellent! The kitchen was not equipped with anything that wasn't nailed down. Bring your own EVERYTHING! The sheets were really scratchy (but clean it seemed).

1. “Free breakfast” was instant oatmeal packages only. Ignore the pics that show other offerings like granola bars and packaged muffins as they aren’t offered. 2. No kitchenware in suite (had to ask for kitchenware and was told “we don’t leave things in the suite because people steal them.” I expect to get what I paid for and don’t expect to have to go to a different building to get stuff and then walk back and climb 3 flights of stairs to bring it to my room and discover I have 2 forks, no butter knives, and only plastic spoons.) 3. No cups/glasses at all so had to cup my hand to get water to rinse after brushing my teeth! 4. No kitchen or living area trash can. Just the tiny bathroom trash can which doesn’t help with food waste. 5. Large stovetop burner wasn’t attached properly so we couldn’t use it. 6. No dish soap so couldn’t wash the few kitchen items I had to get from the desk attendant. 7. There was an approx 2 inch hole in the kitchen countertop. 8. Toilet seat wasn’t properly attached so the seat shifted every time you sat.

Breakfast, coffee, tea and oatmeal. Had to get a hair dryer and cooking items from the office as they don't have any in the room. My 75 year old wife was using the grab rail while going down the stairs and it came off the wall, she nearly fell down the stairs. We will not stay here again.

Room was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes. Extremely strong made us nauseated. They furniture was dented and dinged. Painted and chipped. The bedding had holes in it. Since it was a “non-smoking” room, we asked for another room. We were told 3-4 hours. Well, we asked for a refund and told we could call the manager on Monday. Mind you, it was Thursday. I asked for a refund again and they told me it would be 3-5 days. The font desk worker called the manager and said to refund our money. We left, but still waiting to see our refund. Hopefully we will get back.

Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit.

The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Booked a room with a king bed had to settle for a queen. Sink had no stopper. Toilet seat was about to fall off.

This place is rented out by displaced residents. We had someone knock on our door at 12:00 am asking for money. We felt very unsafe from the minute we drove in. We had a long day of driving and were woke up by pounding on our door. No one around to complain to. This location should not be offered on expedia as a choice to stay for travelers. Filthy rooms with dead bugs on floor, air conditioning was not working but we were moved to another room immediately. Everything in the room was so old and rusty. We left early and tried to leave the door key but no where to leave as the office was locked. No drop box that I could find. Horrible place. Do not stay.

Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole faucet fell off. I went on down to check out and discuss my stay with management. The manager straight up lied to my face saying he would refund half my money but my receipt would be sent via expedia. So i asked to take a pic of the screen showing he'd refund me. It wasnt until a week after not getting refunded that i looked back at the pic. Well plain as day it showed he didn't hit checkout so he obviously changed it after i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and again i only stayed because most hotels in the area were already booked. Its sad that the manager lied knowing all that was wrong.

States two nights for an anniversary visit to San Antonio. The hotel is average yet the balcony suites are nice. However, the staff is incredibly unhelpful and the general manager the most so. We requested as specified to have our room serviced while we were away for our second day Stay. They did not change the sheets. They did not take the trash. They only brought us fresh towels. When we called to find out why they didn’t change the sheets, but just made the bed with dirty sheets. They offered to bring a sheets that evening, so we could change our own sheets! When I spoke to the general manager about it the next day he said it was their policy not to change sheets for the first night of a stay unless specifically requested on a multiple day stay even though we had requested as specified in text messages to put a placard on the door for our room to be service. Lazy staff horrible customer service. Do not stay you’ve been warned.

There were absolutely no dishes, no utensils, nothing at all in the kitchen to cook. I specifically book a place with a kitchen to be able to cook but the kitchen was completely emply.

Staff was helpful and courteous. However, the property is in serious need of updating. The room was not sufficiently clean, not all outlets worked, there was a toothpaste cap in the bathroom sink drain, there was a kitchenette but no dishware, silverware, dish soap or anything.

Nothing If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would. Lady at front desk was absolutely rude. I booked my room over a month ago and paid when got there to check in she said she couldn’t honor the rate I paid and didn’t have a room for me. In order for me to get a room I would need to pay more, well with already driving 12 hours to get there I paid more. The room smelled horrible, outlets were all broken didn’t even, fridge smelled like rotten fish, the noise was horrible in the building, barking dog all night. Never will I stay there again or recommend anyone to.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Trash not emptied. Trash on counter when I arrived. Looked like room not thoroughly cleaned and the room smelled like someone had smoked.

The room was filthy there was literally bugs everywhere, shower, sink, bed, next to the tv. Cheapest option around in a decent neighborhood but the room was filthy and honestly i feel like i should be refunded.

Severely disappointing. I cant believe they have a certificate of occupancy. Black mold, all the furniture was damaged, bandaids holding the t.v. remote together, water damage everywhere, peeling paint, rusty appliances, room not cleaned in ages, mildew on table. Employees couldnt get off phone to help, phone glued to ear in every interaction.

The beds were clean and semi comfortable The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen and the tables were so dirty the room smelled bad and I’m pretty sure there was a poop stain on the counter.

I love staying here when I come to Nashville the staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and well kept!

There was no one at the desk to check in (at 6 pm, so not a crazy hour). When the person finally came, he didn’t apologize for the delay or even ask “How can I help you?” He just stood there looking at us like we were putting him out. The free breakfast consists of only oatmeal and coffee next to the front desk. There is no coffee maker in the room, and no cups. The pillows are flat, and only 1 per person.

The room was infested with ROACHES and spiders! The refrigerator did not work the stove did not work. Getting in my room was hard. You had to try the key about 5times before the door would open. A major safety hazard!

TV DIDNT WORK, after moving the cabinet I saw that the cable and power cord was removed ( obviously a known problem), of course then I saw how filthy the floor was. Not just dust, but personal items were under there. The kitchen countertop laminate is peeling off the entire top, the cooktop is something out of pre-world war II. The bathtub faucet leaked, the place is a combination of curbside and thrift store furniture…. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

The tv, was missing from room. Staff said they was bring us a tv set. It never came, they told me twice. Heater blew cold air got me sick. Room was dirty, stuck on the 3rd floor two seniors. Never never again.

The staff was rude and I saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and on the wall beside the bed. The table looked like if you bumped into it it would fall apart all the legs were bent in and the room could have been cleaner.

Expedia let us down with this hotel. We rely a lot on Expedia's expertise and experience with verifying hotel credentials. They failed with this hotel! So many things were wrong. This hotel does not deserve a good rating. At check-in, they entered our card information incorrectly which locked out our card for the next 24 hours. For room amenities, the website stated this room has a coffee/tea maker, cookware, dishware, utensils. There were none of these things in the room. There weren't even any hangers. There was a rack for hangers, but no hangers! The hotel On-the-go breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30am, but they ended it at 9:00am. This is a pet friendly hotel that wasn't supposed to have a fee according to the website, but we were charged additional fees. Which is extremely frustrating because this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The WiFi wasn't working when we checked into our room and remained off for quite a while. The next day, WiFi went off again for a longer period. There are more things, but too much to list. This is by far the worst hotel experience we've encountered.

Overall the room is was ok. Upon check in, the room I booked wasn’t available. The bath tub had a very slow drain so a shower ended up being a bath. One of the stovetops stop functioning mid stay. The TV also had static. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were kind.

We were on the 3rd floor and the key cards didn't work on the 2nd try so I had to walk back down to get them redone. They didn't ID me or anything just loaded the cards again. Idk if I look trustworthy or what but I made sure our door was locked and sat a suitcase in front of it so I would hear it open just in case. ?

Hi we had a natural disaster in nashville tn for the days i spent at Extended Stay, that was the reason I was there.. They price gauged by more than 3Xs the normal rate, COCKROACHES everywhere, I had to throw away my whole travel bag of clothes i had because i dont want bugs in my home.. The owners were extremely rude, and again PRICE GAUGE while their own community went without power for almost 2wks so far, Yes its in Brentwood so i thought it would be nicer than most but no..COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE...

The bed or mattress was lumpy and the bedding and pillows smelled! I slept in the chair, I would not recommend this place or stay at it again unless NOTHING was available!

The room i was in only had a stove top, no oven which is ok. There was a microwave and full size fridge. The a/c kept the room warm.

The room is outdated and in not to great of shape and no remote for the TV. The girl at check in was nice but the man I spoke with the next morning when I was trying to turn in my key card wasn't so nice he was rude. Nobody was in the office so I used the phone they had to call them and I asked where to leave the key and he said just leave it in the room but I told him I'm not going back over to the room and up 3 flights of steps he said just throw it away then.

Room needs work. Outside looks nice but the rooms were a disappointment. No hair dryers in rooms, television was in bad shape and for a non smoking room smelled bad from someone before us. Probably won’t stay there again. Sorry

The whole place was an absolute dump. When we arrived they needed to check to see if there were any clean rooms. We got checked in to room 336. The room was out dated, suffered lots of wear and tear all around, the toilet was dirty, and 6” form the full size bed on the wall was male bodily fluids disposed all over the place. I went to the front desk, no additional room was offered she said ok and took the keys back. She don’t care, made no effort to correct it and didn’t want to lent my receipt. I was told that I can not get a refund. I’ll Be contacting the health department because this is a health violation. Absolutely disgusting

When we asked for some it took them till the next morning to bring 4 only. Not adequate for 2 adults. The toilet wouldn’t flush. After they came to supposedly fix it still wouldn’t work. I will never stay here again.

Interesting property. Stay was okay until my last morning when I seen critters coming from bathroom and kitchenette area.

The property was very run down, there was a water leak and water kept seeping up through the floor boards. The “breakfast” was only coffee and instant oatmeal.

The hotel 1st room the k/s/f was leaking when turned on, no p/o for the lav sink, holding water, a bug in the room crawling around, the noise was loud from adjacent room the tv was so loud had to turn my tv up to 35 just to hear it, and the snoring was obnoxious loud, 2 hrs of sleep is all i got from that, i requested another room , got to that room it was much better, ended up checking out 2 days early, and to top off was supposed to be handi cap room . Was put both times on 3 rd floor w/o an elevator. So my knees were really affected by this. Both room had the kitchenette and fridge however no pots/pans/ cups/plates were there. I asked for a pot to warm water for evening tea and it was scrapped and rusted. Couldn’t even drink it tea tasted so bad.

Non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in. My husband and I both had allergic reactions with in 5minutes of being in the room. Sheets had burn holes presumably from cigarette ashes. We had to vacate the motel and find alternative place to stay.

This is the first extended stay I've stayed at that didn't have amenities. No dishes or appliances in the kitchen, no coffee maker, no silverware...there wasn't even a trashcan. I don't understand.

The refrigerator on the other hand looked like it’d been drug out of a junk yard. The front was stained from previous mold growth & the gasket was deteriorating & covered in mold. I wouldn’t return due to poor service when checking in & the biohazard they’re using as a refrigerator.

Hotels mentioned Breakfast. Only coffee (Luke warm), hot water, packets of oatmeal. Rooms look like photos only aged 10 years with little to no maintenance. Smoke alarm missing. No door lock on bathroom door (looks like someone had kicked door at one time). Remote had wads of scotch tape trying to batteries in and it barely worked on TV.

I noticed that as I walked across the floor that my white socks got filthy. The commode stopped up, and we called the front desk twice, and they finally told us that no one could come to help. It was an extended stay suite. It had a fridge, stove, microwave, but no cups, glasses, or dishes, or any type of pots or pans to use on the stove. We couldn't even boil water for coffee. Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal.....that's it. nothing else. The sheets were not changed, had stains on them.

There were conflicting cockroaches and several bed bugs.

We got a room on the second floor. The pillows were a joke. When the A/C cycled on it sounded like a truck running in the room. I complained to the dotinjun kid at the desk and he basically said "too bad". Wrong answer, kid. It's MY money, and I want another room now. He wanted to "hear it for himself" and took the key to inspect. Came back and said he "didn't hear a problem". And then the fight started. Told him in NO uncertain terms to make me happy. NOW. Got a new room on the third floor. A/C sounded right. We left and went to our rally. Came back around 7ish, and after entering the room and feeling how lumpy that mattress was, I said we can be home my 11:30. She said my call. I called the ball. They can keep the $60.00. Dotinjuns. Nasty people.

Rooms nice enough and functional; stovetop old, just slow. Kitchen sink didnt really work. Fair for the price we paid and at the last minute. Very thin walls, can hear everyone else around. Cant hear anyone talking when the AC is on, but it does drown out the outside noises!

The window was broken. The desk clerk said it just happened today and they didn't have another room with 2 beds. There were bugs in the room. The toilet roll holder was broken. They advertized a free breakfast, but what it actually was was coffee (no lids for the cups), and instant oatmeal (no bowl -- use the coffee cups), and no milk or cream for it. It was useful though -- it taught me to avoid ESA hotels in the future.

Quiet and clean

Worst night ever. Let's just say the room didn't even have a toilet paper holder...or a freaking remote control. Oh, no hangers either. I needed help to figure out how to even open the foolish "phone in the breezeway" to check in, then waited 10 minutes for that person to get to the lobby. Called about the missing remote at like 8pm....yep still waiting on "maintenance" to bring me one a day later post checkout. The foolish manual buttons on the tv didn't work either so be prepared to entertain yourself with the "big screen"...ur phone. Pretty sure their "queen" bed rooms are actually a full size too, but I didn't break out a tape measure or anything to verify.

Location was awesome, close to lots to do. Hotel was terrible, dead bugs under air conditioning unit. Bed was hard as rock no padding on mattress. Toilet didn't flush properly. Shower leaked water. It was extended stay with kitchen but nothing to cook with, no kitchen utensils, plates, nothing. It should state on the website kitchen is bare or empty. Make sure you stop and use restroom before you check in there is no restroom in the lobby and they are not accommodating, doesn't matter how bad you need to pee. Trying to save a little money, not always the best choice but METALLICA was Amazing!!!

This place was just dirty and run down. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you may have to climb up to 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. Will never go back again!

We were in town for a concert in Nashville. The only complaint that we really have is the beds are little hard and there was no pots or pans to be able to cook. We have stayed at Extended stays before that they provide at least one pot and pan for you to be able to use. We were planning on cooking breakfast but they didn’t have anything to be able to use. By the time we ended up buying what we needed it was just cheaper to go out to eat.

They gave us the wrong room becaise they apparently overbooked. The room they gave us was dorty and gross.
