We did have to put a maintenance claim in on a plugged drain and it took awhile to address. They did try to make it right tho. No blame.

Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Only knock was too many sports teams booked the same place and kids were partying all night. Which resulted in no sleep. So I doubt I ever stay here again.

Clean and quiet. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and then the lady that took our keys in the morning was the the most pleasent person ever. We hadn't stayed here before but will again when in town.

Good area. Property clean and well arranged. Had a room with a roll in shower. Dumb set up. Shower curtain stopped 12 inches above the floor. Water EVERYWHERE except heading toward the floor drain. Cold water in the sink - a trickle.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was not the best, mainly the smell of the room and the bathroom tub/shower area was lacking. The landscape outside our room was overgrown and there was an abandoned shopping cart and trash on the grounds.

The only issue was that our rooms had to remain accessible to workers for two days, which meant we had no privacy and our belongings were exposed to strangers who didn’t even work for the hotel.

Did not look anything like Courtyard of Marriott did look extremely low, not clean, when we use the sink the water did not flow down, the beds and pillows looked unkept and the towels did not smell good .

The room is outdated. TV is small. Laundry room is dirty. One ice machine did not work.

I didn’t like how far the elevator was from checkin. I had to park at the back of the building where the elevator was.

Clock alarm was preset and woke me at 6:00 am. Not pleased. A 20.00 charge was put on my credit card for incidentals, even though I had none. Now have to 3-5 business days for the charge to be removed.

Lack of sufficient toiletries. Need bar of soap for shower. Body wash was not the best. Had to request coffee packet (sugar and stir stick) because we had none. One was, however, quickly delivered to our room.

Every year when I pass through the Nashville area, I like to stay at a Marriott. It seems for the past two years the advertised amenity of a restaurant is never available!? Last year, I stayed in Franklin and this was the case. So this year I chose to stay in Brentwood and the restaurant was closed there as well!? I guess I will have to choose another chain!?

Normally, this is our favorite place to stay when we visit our daughter in Nashville. But, this stay things were lacking that made it worth paying the extra to stay there. First, normally, you walk in, and there is a wonderful smell that greets you in the lobby and hallways. It wasn't there. The place didn't smell bad, just normal. Second, one of the beds in our room was hard. Almost unsleepily hard, which has never happened before. Third, at the exit doors, there used to be boxes to drop your room keys in. That way, you didn't have to go to the lobby to check out. Our next trip to Nashville, we'll look for somewhere else to stay. Why pay more for the little extras if they no longer exist?

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good area close to restaurants and shopping.

The staff was friendly and made sure you knew they were glad you were staying with HI. The bar/restaurant staff was excellent. When the hotel isnt at full capacity the bar is the restaurant. The bar tender and staff did a great job providing drinks and food. I had non stop Yuengling's and the fruit salad for dinner-and both were excellent. The shuttle to the airport made things easy and the lady driving clearly explained to those who "parked and ride" how to find their way back upon their return. Very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel without regret.

This hotel was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see and do while we were in the area. Ample parking, very each to get in and out of as well. Very clean and staff was super friendly! Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Was not the cleanest. Our bathroom specifically, the tile around the showers and the corners needed work. The sliding glass doors could not be used to access the balconies. There was no outside for pit. The bistro was not open at all on Saturday evening. Our room has a fire alarm/sensor that was right about the bed and it blinked and strobed lights all night long. You had very little control over the actual heat and air in the room

Convenience and location Had booked a king with sofa bed and when arrived was told only King available. Originally told nothing could be done to change but Della made it happen.

The room was ok. We stayed with our baseball team so the boys could be together. The indoor pool was drained and unusable and the outdoor pool was shutdown halfway through our trip due to a broken window. The boys had no where to cool off after 95+ degree games. The bar staff was amazing but the complete stay was less than desirable. We paid a premium price for a motel stay

As a Marriott member….i have stayed at cleaner properties. Also, my name apparently had to be on a list for a free breakfast, as it was not…. We didn’t get the free breakfast! It is in the advertisement, but we were not on some “list”. Bad business!

Nice play, but misleading with to complimentary breakfast. Starbucks bistro? Nope. Should have stayed at competitor for same price, WITH complimentary breakfast. May seem petty, but when traveling, this is a big deal for some.

Staff were fantastic! Polite and professional and kind. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby was available for us to gather and visit. Outdoor fire pit was broken so we were sad. Only complaint is that the coffee in the room was gross.

This was a perfect landing stop for us. Not far from BNA and where we were visiting the next day. The staff was courteous and helpful. We walked across the street to Chuy’s for fun Mexican dinner. The only complaint is the constant blinking green light of smoke detector (or some other detector) above the bed. A little obnoxious when you are trying to sleep.

While hotel is a little dated it is very clean and staff is so friendly! Maid service did a great job leaving fresh towels each day and making our beds. While not a free breakfast, the Starbucks is very good with items not found in regular Starbucks. The food was hot and coffee delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the Brentwood area!

The only issue was the Bistro wasn't open until our last night of our stay. Nothing Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Monday night it opened.

The hotel itself was good. Quiet, clean. I have no complains. But the community of Brentwood as a whole shuts down early. Everything, including gas stations and McDonalds close SUPER EARLY. It was twilight zone creepy how a town so close to a power house like Nashville basically boards up it’s windows and all the people disappear so early.

We stated here with family members from several states and they were able to accommodate all of us easily. The hotel was modern, clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. It was nice having a mini bistro and bar right next to the lobby where we could all meet and fellowship as a family.

Staff was nice, but the hotel has a weird layout. I would stay here again, but in a different room. I was next to the elevator and ice. I cloud hear everything happening in the hallway. The light on the smoke detector was also like a strobe light in the room, but got over it.

Love this hotel! great location. they need to change the fragrance they are using in the rooms it is an awful smell. sometimes your hotel will be judged on the people that GREET you !! i believe personality wins the day for all of those who do check in and GREET people after traveling hours on the road. there is some areas of improvement in this arena.

We enjoyed the customer service and the room size/bed was great for us.

Room was on upper floor and very, vey far from the elevator. Getting to room was like going through a labyrinth. Wheels for carts for carrying baggage were difficult to move. Had to push and pull with great effort to get it to move. Maneuvering onto elevators was very difficult and as I pulled it into the elevator the doors closed on my head Pillows were extremely thin...I got a crick in my neck from the lack of support in the pillows The flashing light of the fire detector immediately over our heads made it difficult to go to sleep

Service and staff are first rate! Shon checked us in. He was friendly and efficient. Room was typical size and style, but clean. Call me cheap, but i think hotels should have free coffee in the lobby. $3.50 is a lot to pay. Granted, it's Starbucks - but I'd rather have a cup of Folgers complementary.

Came in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. It was less than a 15 minute to the stadium. Then Saturday it was easy to Uber to and from music row. Weather was perfect Friday and a few showers early Saturday.

I specifically booked this “Marriott” property based on previous stays with the brand. I was very disappointed to find an an extremely dated property. While the facility was clean, it was not the level of other Marriott properties. I visit the are often i will not stay here again

this is my new spot in Brentwood - stayed at Hilton down the street and this is more of a vacation style hotel then business feel like others in the area. all rooms have a balcony which is nice.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and accommodating and they really went the extra mile to make our family of 4 comfortable.
